Good quality socks I’m size 8 shoe and just fit if you are size 9 these socks will not be suitable. Very good for preventing blisters and keep feet warm
Great for daughters DofE trip, she found them very comfortable.
Purchased specifically for a 7 day 120 mile trip to the mountains. Kept feet warm and protected from blisters despite lots of steep climbs on unstable ground.
Good sock, mostly comfortable but the cuff is rather tight if wearing for an extended time.
Having ordered some for a Christmas present I initially thought they were too thin for fell walking, however I’ve ordered more because they are such a comfortable breathable sock.
I wear them with work boots for long days there very co. Also wash well.
Bought these as got some new boots and wanted good socks… these proved to be great socks… very comfortable and hard wearing… better than advertised imho

I bought 3 pairs a few years ago and there great for work boots and casual. Breathable and comfortable. And I’ve tried nike, next, primark and many others but these are the best.
Ordered these socks for use with dog walks. The socks are very comfortable with quite a medium thickness or material on the top of the foot but a nicely padded sole. I’d definitely recommend but am interested to see how well the socks last once they’ve had a few uses/washes.
Used with snow boots on the Swiss Alps. Worked a treat.
Bought these for my husband now that we’ve added a walking routine to our retirement. He really loves them. He also uses them as a substitute for slippers (not for laminate floors!) Would definitely recommend.

Excellent quality and feel. Comfortable and fitted suited me so well I purchased another pack of 3. I’ll be clearing out my old walking socks for these sold at a competitive price.
My feet were blistered badly from regular socks and wouldn’t heal because I have to walk a lot most days. These merino wool socks have definitely worked and saved my feet from excruciating pain. 100% would recommend.

Bought as a Christmas present. Pleased these socks were available to fit adult size 13. Excellent fit, comfortable, well designed, machine washable. Would recommend.
Expensive but we’ll worth it. I got these for my son who wears work boots daily, got one pack but he said they were so comfy I purchased another pack. They have washed well and we’re fine in the dryer.
I do a lot of walking around ploughed damp fields and find these socks good at keeping my feet warm. I photograph the ploughmen at matches and spend a lot of my time kneeling down to take the shots, this can lead to holes in socks but so far these socks are not wearing out.
Lots of socks on Amazon but these are a bit more expensive for a good quality and comfortable product. Noticeably softer and thicker than previous purchases, worth the extra but will see how well they wear. Great for hiking, walking or golf, not too hot and seem to wick moisture well in use.

As someone who takes good care of my tootsies, these are all round excellent, good quality, long lasting and brilliant walking socks, used every day, top job!
I wear size 10.5 so ordered 9-12. They ended up being very tight and too small. I think the sizing is off so I recommend ordering up a size. Otherwise they are warm and seem to do a decent job.

hey’re really warm, durable and your feet are blister free. We don’t hand wash the pairs but dry them on drying rack or on a flat surface. there are yellow or red markers inside of the socks to hint the sizes (yellow/red).
Bought for walks in Wales over the summer, and hit one of the hottest weeks this year. The sock was comfortable all day, no issues with sweat or anything like that. I will note that it’s quite snug at the end of the sock with the ribbing – I have thick calves so it might just be me but I found I wanted to push them down a bit.

Very nice socks for everyday use, they feel comfortable and the right size. The socks were up to size 8 and I take a size 9 shoe but the sock size is perfect. I don’t know how they will wash yet so will have to wait and see for that one and hope there’s no shrinkage.
I made a mistake and gave them 1 point. They are worth 5 they are great!
I bought the socks for my son to walk a 100k charity event in Yorkshire. They were excellent, it was a hot day, kept his feet cool and comfortable. He did have 3 pair to change them during walk. Some slight blistering of the feet but nothing too bad.
Bought these socks for my daughter who is doing a charity walk across the UK from East to West. Slightly larger than needed however popped them in the washing machine and have shrunk to a desired size!
Stands up well to an overweight sweaty gardener using and abusing them.

I was having problems with cracked heels on my feet so thought I would try these Marino Wool socks.

During lockdown l take daily walks over the local moorland, a distance of around four miles. This is broken, wooded, rocky and marshy ground and l need good boots and good hiking socks to cushion and protect my feet. These Danish Endurance socks are ideal and l have already reordered further pairs.
I love these socks. Just the right medium weight and thickness for me. This is my fourth order as I use no other types of sock for walking boots and shoes.
Only worn these twice but found them very comfortable over distances in excess of 15 miles. They also washed ok, with no shrinkage, on a 30 degree wool wash.
Overall very satisfied & I’ll be ordering additional pairs.

The socks are light, comfortable and nicely designed. The sizing is generous and, so far, they are wearing well. I walk every day so only time will tell if they will provide value for money. If the socks provide me good wear mileage, I would buy them again.
Comfortable sock but be warned the elasticated tops leave quite deep marks on your legs, could do with softer elastic

I have a pair of decent Merrell Moab walking boot but they would start to rub after a while. Since I have been using these socks I’ve been walking at least 10 miles every day without any rubbing.
Incredibly comfortable socks. Extra padding in the right places, and light where they need to be. You might need shoes a size bigger to fit them, but it’s worth it for the extra comfort and protection. Also great with walking boots.
These are fab. Made my walking boots so much more comfortable even wearing them in my Doc Martin boots made them easier to wear too . Great buy and they don’t shrink on washing

These socks are so good. There is no seam in the toe to rub. The underneath of the sock is thick to support the ball of the foot and heel. The cuff is generous enough to support the sock without being too tight. A really good product. Recommended. And it is made in Europe.
Perfect socks for terrible feet , I have been long distance walking for years now and over the last maybe five years I have used nothing but danish endurance sock especially on the west highland way and other uk walks and I have never had an issue with them at all and not one blister , the key is to wear the same pair over the duration of the whole walk as your feet will become one with the sock , do not change your socks daily on a long hiking/camping holiday and trust this company to keep your feet nice , the price is worth it trust me
Wow like wearing slippers!! I bought cheaper walking socks and ended up not using them, after hearing of these socks I bought three pairs and were them every day as I walk during lockdown.
They are so comfortable and keep your feet feeling fresh with no rubbing in my boots I am blister free SUPERB quality
Great socks. I’ve worn them for the past 3 days for snowy hikes, teaching my kid to ski, walking the dog in the snow, and tonight on a trail run with the temps at -7C and my feet have been cosy and comfortable throughout. The socks don’t really offer much support, but if you’re looking for a sock to wear with your hiking boots or just to keep cosy toes, you can’t go far wrong with these.
Very good warm socks, but would have liked slightly thicker material as I suffer from chilblains at the moment. Cannot comment on durability yet though.

Very comfortable so far. Used them in my walking boots a few times now and seem to do the job very well. A little more expensive than I would normally have paid but if they stop blisters they are worth the extra. Construction is good and materials look good quality.
I bought these for the other half. He goes out metal detecting quite often with heavy boots. He must like them cause he hasn’t taken them off. He is always wearing them, even when not out. They are the most expensive socks, I think I’ve ever bought. But worth the price in my opinion.
First these socks are a tiny bit large, BUT they fit ok, however if you are on the cusp of sizes maybe the smaller one would be fine.
However these sock are brilliant! they are soft, warm and comfortable. they look thin compared to standard ‘walking socks’ but that is the Merino wool! they are really comfortable and warm!

Okay in the cold weather when I am out with the dog. Would prefer something thicker but these were the best I could get.
Used the socks for outdoor walking…warm, dry and super comfortable in spite of the freezing weather according to my son in law who wears them with his new waterproof hiking shoes. Awesome Danish quality!

These socks are warm but not thick with a good calf length. Being kept for coldest days as you have to remember not to tumble dry them (marino wool) so don’t want to wash them too often.
Comfortable, warm and a good fit. I usually wear Bridgdales but I think these are as good. Don’t wrinkle up, smooth to wear and soft to the touch.
These were a Christmas present for my son. He says that they are very comfortable to wear especially with walking boots.

Hands down these are the most comfortable socks I’ve worn in my life! I’ve been wearing them 2days and they don’t even smell! Its like they are not even on my feet! No nasty seams to trigger my ADHD..
Great socks, the flat seam at the toes is exactly what I was after. Love the colour and the comfort… would love if they were a little less pricey. I know they are good quality but I would have like to purchase more but couldn’t justify the cost for socks.
Second lot I’ve bought for my partner who has big feet. Very well made walking/work socks that don’t shrink in the wash. Look very attractive, too. Can highly recommend.
Real quality, very warm Marino wool socks, very comfortable, and the bamboo boxers are a great fit and do wick sweat much better than cotton or polyester.

These socks feel lovely and are very comfortable in my walking shoes. Nice and warm but breath well. Size seems generous, but I haven’t washed them yet, so don’t know how they hold in wash.

I have small feet so always end up buying kids socks as I really don’t want to be walking with oversize socks rubbing. The issue I find most of the time is that the length is short. These were absolutely perfect though. Lovely quality, warm & a reasonable length to come up way above my walking boots.
Nothing to dislike, soft and flexible. Started to hike with it immediately after the delivery and no blisters after 10 miles with a backpack of 20 kg. The socks kept my feet dry throughout which was amazing and no hotspots occurred either. Definitely worth the money and love the packaging as it was an envelope instead of the usual large boxes with loads of unnecessary wrapping.
I have had them a week now and i have to say they are worth every penny , I worked all week as a Gardener with my boots on and a pair of the socks , I purchased 3 pairs so I have worn each pair twice including a hike today . Perfect for both activities .
I will be recommending to my aon also , I did see some photos of the toes which worried me but once you out them on it makes perfect sense why the seam is that way so don’t let that put you off.
They are very comfortable and quite thick and I believe this material keeps your feet warm even if they become wet so would be a good choice if you are walking long distances in cold, wet weather. For summer I prefer Danish Endurance’s thinner running socks especially the long distance ones, they are fantastic and so comfortable.
The socks have excellent design and are the right shape size etc . My only problem with them is that I expected them to be thicker. They are suitable for light hiking. I’ll have to go back to Smartwool for heavier hiking ones.
Bought for my other half , he said that these are the best and most comfortable socks he has ever worn . He’s a big man with big feet and the quality and comfort are the highest he’s had for years . No more cheap packs for him . Worth every penny.
Although not as expected due to these been different to the classic they are comfortable but lighter and not as thick as the classic. Customer service from supplier was excellent and they will look into making the descriptions of their products to show the differences.
These socks are lovely and soft to touch. I’m a size 4 and I think the foot is a little to big. The sock is comfortable around the leg part.
Husband says that they are comfortable and warm. Worn during walking for leisure and working outdoors. No comment on durability or Longevity as are new. Added bonus if that sizing is good for a size 12 foo
Haven’t had these very long but they are both warm and very comfortable. I’ve never had any walking socks that gone beyond 4 stars for durability or longevity and it’s too early for me to indicate otherwise with these. I’ll update you if they hit 5 stars all round!
The Best way to describe them is cosy and warm. Very comfortable for walking shoes and welies. They are my firat apirs so I cant say how durable or how long they will last. I However believe I shall be buying some more as 3 pairs now wont be enough
3 years on and they’re still doing the job. They’re still snug and warm and are going into their 4th winter. They don’t look like new anymore but they still do their job as if they were.
These seem to be extremely worthwhile and an absolute bargain at the price. Haven’t tested the longevity yet but after several months of fairly constant wear, they seem to be holding up nicely. There is an added bonus too, they have, so far, prevented any blisters on normally easily blistered heels.
I have been on a few decent hikes in them and they are excellent socks. They are very warm and the sweat wicking works very well indeed. I did about a 12 miler and my feet were still dry and comfortable at the end. I was so impressed I gave my Dad a couple of pairs and even he declared he was impressed which is a very rare occurrence. I have hand washed them at cool temperatures and they maintained their shape fine. I would definitely recommend giving them a whirl.
Socks appear to be well made, purchased size large 9-12, my feet are a narrow 11 fit of new sock a little loser than I would like, I would hope they shrink a little during first wash. A little early to be reviewing sock as they not done any serious walking in them as yet. Quality and comfort appeared to be there, 4 stars because of fit issue.
We have yet to put the sock to their full test but from out initial impressions and some early use we are very impressed with the quality and the fit of the socks. My husband has some specific challenges with shoes and as a result of an accident has very delicate skin around the heal. These socks are giving him more confidence to wear sturdier shoes without causing damage.
