I took a chance and bought this after friends recently had a nightmare time after a non fault accident. I’ve also bought – and binned – cheaper Dash Cam from an auction site.

Excellent camera
Easy to fit to the power outlet in the car until I have time to hard wire it. I’ve mounted mine at the top left of the screen as my car has a big telematics box above the interior mirror. Beautifully clear picture even at night, rear camera view is also very good as a picture in picture display.

Great Product – Comes with a plastic trim tool to help with install of wires. Install no problem all wires out of sight. Front Camera great Good definition, Rear Camera OK not as HD as front but OK. Very Happy with purchase. Only slight problem was formatting the SD Card to FAT – it was supposedly already formatted but did not work – new computers do not give you the FAT option anymore – Camera unit allows you to format in situ which is OK but I ended up using an old Windows 7 laptop to reformat the SD Card.
All in all a very good product.

Worked Straight out of the box
Very, Very Happy with this product, Point 1. No issue’s at all with the front facing camera. 2. No Issue’s at all with the rear facing camera. 3. No issue with fitting front camera to windscreen with sucker attachement 4 No issue fitting the power supply to the camera and tucking it into the trim around the windsceen out of view and down the window post to the 12v socket I luckily have in the passengers seat well. 5. The cable for the rear view cable was ample length and some to spare which was able to be folded back on itself and tucked in to the trim along the roof and door posts on the passenger side. and reached the centre of the rear window no problem at all. 6. This may be the tricky bit the rear view camera has a small frame that I found was not big enough to see out the back window because the top of the rear door obscured its view, I got around this by Riviting through the two fixing holes onto a peice of plastic from a food container that I shaped to slide under the trim as in the photo. This lowered the position of the camera and was virtually invisable from outside due to the darkened glass and location, From my third photo you can see I had to put a sheet of white paper tucked into the trim to make the camera visable and cover the area with my hand to create enough shadow for the camera. Great product and easily fitted and or easily adapted to fit.

Neat and discreet little camera, mounted to the left of my rear view mirror console so it’s out of sight of, and not distracting to the driver. Good clear picture and reasonably straightforward to install. Installation took about an hour but only because I wanted zero wiring showing so had to remove several trim panels to secrete the cables. The only drawback that I have found is that the dashcam can sometimes interfere with the DAB radio signal (FM is fine) . I set the screen timeout to the minimum 30 seconds and the DAB seems to return without interference after the dashcam screen blacks out, hopefully this is a cure. (nb This type of interference is a well documented problem with dashcams and not unique to this particular model).
Someone hit my wife’s car while she was driving and drove off, they would have got away with it had it not been for a dash cam. Very clear video and excellent still of registration number.

The front camera has a split screen between both cameras, the picture quality is clear, and there is a button on the side of the front camera, which saves any images, which you may want to down load, so they are not recorded over. The rear camera is so small, I was unaware it was there, just below my view in the rear mirror. There is plenty of cable, that can be tucked behind carpet or seals etc, out of sight. An extremely good camera, for not a lot of money, I would definitely recommend to all car drivers.
I thought this was going to be really hard to set up as im not tech savvy, it’s really not, you just plug them in and your ready to go, it’s so simple, I decided to get a dash cam when my neighbours thought it was a good idea to put a puncture in the side wall of my tyre losing me work, which my work relys on me driving as a caregive in the community, they also cut the breaks of another car in my street, this records day and night, it also records when I am not in the car which is great and what I wanted and since theres been no more problems to my car/anyone else cars in the street, its not high end but does that job and works as it should!

I bought this 3 years ago and it’s a fab camera. Only problem is that the part that attaches to the windscreen has been damaged by the sun and won’t stick anymore. This is more a question than a review. Can you buy a new part to attach to the windscreen. Thanks.
I bought this over 12 months ago and have only just got around to setting it up. I’m not a techy person, but managed to set up the front and rear cameras all by myself!
Daylight images seem pretty clear when viewed on the laptop. My only puzzle is that the rear camera seems to play in a mirror image of what is recorded. It looks like you are driving on the wrong side of the road when played back, and everything is opposite to where it should be. The view in view on the camera looks the right way round, just not when watching. I’ve read through a lot of reviews and this is not mentioned anywhere else. I have no idea why and can’t figure out how to change it so the picture plays the right way. Any advice welcome

Nice little camera for the money but because it’s small very fiddly to set up. Needed help getting the date and time set. Very helpful response from the support team who gave me instructions
Split screen is good quality viewing for front & rear cameras. Plenty of length in the cables. Fixing of rear camera by 2 screws would damage the plastic trim so I used Velcro fastening provided by myself. It took awhile to get the best positioning of the rear camera. For the price, it’s a decent piece of kit.

Had this Dashcam for over 2 years now and have found it excellent. Have not installed the rear camera due to not having an easy wiring route.
Had a problem after 2.5 years and contacted the company who sorted it out immediately, very impressed.

The price is great and the quality is fantastic. Clear colour display and easy to use menu .The instruction book is a bit confusing as it works right out the box .Rear camera a great idea but the wire was only just long enough.
Did not like the gig lighter socket connector ..as usual had to cut it off ..extend and fit a USB to match my car.

– The rear camera can be installed yourself looking into some YouTube videos, you also get a plastic tool to put the wires inside the car rubber sealant
– The rear camera wire can be connected to your reversing light to make the dash camera work as reversing camera.

– The video quality could have been better (especially in low light condition)
– The device is not a touch screen, you will need to user the button on the side to change settings
– The device power is through Car charger. There is no option to power it via USB
– The dashcam mount is poor, does vibrate a bit
– There rear camera recording of the number plates is always flipped. There was no setting to change this.
Good value so fa
So far seems like a good value camera. Bit fiddly to set up but can be done with a video for help. The link in the instructions do not work however if you google it you will find a helpful youtube video that helps set it up with the wires hidden.
Already the back camrea has fallen due to lack of adhesive so may have to screw in.
I have not been able to install the reverse parking sensor as the cable needs to be connected to the reverse parking light which will probably need to be done by a mechanic.

it works, its okey
For the price its alright. Not the best picture quality in the rain or harsh sun but this being a cheap camera you cant expect too much. The only problem could be the picture not being able to read the reg plates of cars (for example in the winter , dark and rain, the reg plates will be blown by the light of your own headlights, similarly they wont be visible (readable) when driving toward the direction of sunlight.
Other than that the quality is all right it records nice angle and can be a very helpful parking aid if you position the rear camera the way pointing slightly down. Had it for over 6 months now and it works perfect.

I’m pretty shocked how good this dash cam is considering how much I paid for this.
Really easy to set up and use. The suction cup/silicone seem very good quality and the mounting and camera has adhered very strongly to the windscreen, with a good amount of adjustability to change angles.
picture quality is great nothing is missed and with the wide angle lenses it show and records the perfect view. 32gb sd card is also included and the best part is, it will loop record and overwrite old footage so that the memory card doesn’t get full. It also has a G-sensor that will save footage permanently if it detects an incident.
I think overall, you can’t go wrong at the price, it’s very little money for peace of mind and a decent quality bit of kit.
Exceptional video quality – front and rear video + night visio
I bought this for heavy traffic use in London and is a must to cover me for any potential incidents to which lead to insurance claims. Worked straight out of the box with a long cable for the rear camera. Superb wide angle 1080p camera quality recorded in Quicktime and comes with a 32Gb SD card and mounting rig and suction cup provide a very secure set up, very handy night vision capability also. Works perfectly powered via the cigarette lighter. Definitely would recommend and wasn’t expecting the quality to be as good for the price I paid for it am buying another for our 2nd car.
Great front and rear camera, forget about it once set up!
Really impressed with this camera includes both front and back and especially good for the price. Straight forward to set it up and it even comes with a memory card which is handy and means I don’t need to fork out more money for another one. Doesn’t come with a hard wiring kit but can’t really ask for too much more given the already bargain price.
Best investment for a car today!
With the rise in fraudulent insurance claims, this is a must have for anyone driving. Last week a driver tried to get me to rear-end him by overtaking me and sharply braking. Fortunately I was able to brake in time however I felt assured that with this camera recording all the time I would have been protected, had I not been able to. Another feature which I very much like is the fact that this takes micro SD cards (which most people will have some spare kicking about). This means that if the camera does get damaged in an accident I will be able to easily recover the footage.
The product itself is very well priced compared to some of the competition. Also the inclusion of a second rear-facing camera (although I haven’t installed it yet) is something that is not seen often for this price. Hopefully I will never have to use this but knowing I have this is something that puts my mind at rest.

Absolute bargain for what’s included.
I was weighing up many options prior to buying this dashcam, settled on the reviews as well as the price of course.
This is a 1080p fhd camera (front) and you can toggle the quality from within the settings itself.
As opposed to what the listing mentions, you can actually use a micro SD card larger than 32gb. I am using 64gb but it supports up to 128gb from what IIwey support has mentioned. The micro sd card needs to be class 10 u3 and will need to be formatted either from within the camera itself (settings) or from a windows pc in fat32 format with 4096 bytes cluster. You will need a 3rd party formatting tool to achieve this as windows won’t natively allow you to format anything larger than a 32gb memory card as fat32.
There is also a dual camera recording facility. The front and rear cameras both record their own feeds which are stored in separate folders in the SD card. This takes place automatically. The front camera can be 1080p fhd and will store as .mp4 and the back camera is vga quality and stores as an .avi file (may not play in all media players, vlc is your best bet).
I’m led to believe on a SD card of 32gb you can have approx 4 hours of recording which should double the larger the memory size you go. I have attempted to mute the audio to see if i can save some space as there would be no audio feed but that remains to be seen if it actually impacts the size of the file.
I had hardwired the the dashcam using IIweys own kit which is to be purchased separately and the kit includes everthing required to complete the installation. The camera has a mini battery inside it which is charged when the car turns on. When i remove my memory card, it turns on briefly to record activity as long as there is enough charge in the battery. This is park mode enabling. I have turned other shock related modes etc off as i have read they are too sensitive and interfere with the functioning of the camera. Parking mode though works fine for its intended use. However i’m skeptical whether it will actually record something parking related as it depends on how much movement is sensed. My main use is driving-related so of course i’m not too bothered about this.

I really really like the result this cam has provided. Installation was easy as its just plug and play. Wide angle gives good view from back and front both. It also have features like taking pictures, recording audio and all, overall a complete package.
Simple to use and shows what buttons to press
This was a gift for my mum as the last one couldn’t be used in her convertible. She couldn’t figure out replay but a quick look and she was only pressing the M button once instead of twice. Footage is really clear and steady. It shows you what buttons to press on each screen making it simple. Comes with a memory card which I didnt realise. We do unplug when not in the car. Comes with all connections, packaged well, memory card, everything you need to get going.
Good budget dash cam
Good quality budget dash cam for font and rear viewing and recording. Easy to fit cables with handy trim tool provided. SD card already installed, didn’t bother with reverse light connection as already have reverse camera with car. Would recommend if you don’t want to spend hundreds on a brand name.
Surprisingly good
Bought this product but was sceptical as it was much cheaper than other alternatives, mainly halfords. I couldn’t beleive how easy the installation was, took about 30 minutes, and picture quality is fine. Struggles a bit at night but still visable.

Im a lady and installed everything from a to z on my own. Its really easy to set it up or tuck the leads in as they provide a very good tool for tight spaces. It monitores front ant back, screen doesnt freeze. You can monitor only front or only rear view or both at the same time. You can also take pictures. Sd card is provided. So you get everything that you will need. I recently tinted my car windows with the darkest film so i cant see very well through rear glass, but rear camera helps me haha. No complaints so far, really happy with this product!

I’ve wanted a dash cam for a while but always found them to be quite expensive. I gave this cheap product from Amazon a go, and can say I’m suitably impressed. It was easy to install, and works exactly as you’d expect. It’s nice to have that peace of mind when driving, especially in the cities where everyone seems to be in a rush.
I’ve not setup the rear camera yet, but intend to soon. I think for the price, it gives decent quality video. I’m happy. I’ve just realised it also has a memory card included. Fab!
Good for a cheap dashcam
Very good for cheap dashcams, recommend it. Comes with sd card which is very useful. It’s also lightweight. Quality is not amazing, but it is what you pay for. It would be better if it had a battery built in, that way can be used when car is parked.

Good little cameras front and rear, above average image quality both daylight and night driving. The only problem I found is there is no information available on how to setup and use the rear camera as a reversing camera, you have to figure it out for yourself!
Well worth the money 1000% better than others out there
The picture quality is brilliant during the day but the only draw back is at night to much glare maybe the manufactures could invest in putting an antiglare coating on the lens that is the only small problem but over all i still rate it 1000% better in general over all the others out there on the marke
Does the job
For the money it will back up any insurance claim, bit of glaring at night but does the job. Haven’t fitted the rear one yet but looks easy to install. I don’t have it hard wired so cant comment on park mode etc, and I haven’t contacted it to my reverse switch, so don’t know how it performs as a reverse camera. For the money it does the job and it is a fit and forget job, however I would recommend formatting your sd card every 2 to 3 weeks, it can be done in car.

Front view camera easy to fit and cable routing not a problem . works well. but rear view camera has a bulky right angle jack plug making it impossible to route cable through existing grommets and loom sleeving ( fitting to a Peugeot 208) between tailgate and car body, Only option seems to to cut the cable at a suitable position and reconnect using small crimps or soldered joints not easy on such a small cable, installation would be easier if fitted with a straight jack plug
Unbias review
Unfortunately I can’t give a proper review as this item has been bought as a chrisrmas present but from the feed back I’ve received from family members they are quite happy with it and they’ve believe the person who it’s intended for will like it too
Too soon to pronounce on performance
Didn’t like the poor English used in the operating instructions booklet – made it very difficult to read. However, did like the fact that a follow-up email from the seller attempted to clarify matters. Too soon to pronounce judgement on performance.
