A bit louder than my old machine, takes a bit more time than my old machine
However…. makes a lovely mug of HOT chocolate
Quarter single cream, 3 quarters milk, heaped teaspoon of Cacao Barry Amber Cocoa Powder Extra Brute also available on Amazon and a sprinkle of Stevia powder to take the edge off.
I use quite generous mugs and filling it to the max mark is just a bit too much for one mug.
The removable jug makes cleaning so easy. A word of advice…. when you take the stirrer out to clean the jug, don’t put it on the stainless steel draining board. The stirrer is only small but the magnet is very powerful lol

The milk frother arrived today. Put to use immediately with zero hassle. Works perfectly and the quality of the milk at the end is really, really good. I havnt used any other function other than the latte at the moment but I have been impressed enough so far. Thankyou.
I really like it. The detachable jug makes it so much easier to clean than conventional “all in one” milk frothers. Most similar machines cost at least double, so I wondered if there might be quality compromise, but so far it appears to be very reliable. It’s slightly slower than all in one machines, but I have to wait for the coffee machine to heat up, so the timing works perfectly.

Gets very hot on hot chocolate setting, if you want hot hot milk.
Cappuccino makes a lot of foam. It is not the same type of foam as you’d get from a steam wand but it’s pretty good. You’d have to buy a proper machine and faff around with it to get steam wand foam. This is far more convenient.
The only downside is I sold my espresso machine because it was too much work to get nice milk for a cappuccino. Now the milk is easy and I am missing the espresso instead…
If you use whole milk this product performs excellently. I wouldn’t recommend semi or skimmed milk. My partner and I are delighted with its performance. Do not overfill as any escaped liquid could find it’s way inside the machine and cause a short circuit, and you cannot immerse the machine in water. Any spillage can be cleaned off the inside by tilting the machine so sprayed liquid does not enter the works and I use an old tooth brush to agitate dried and burnt milk deposits off.
Mainly got this for hot chocolate, but my husband uses it for creamy lattes as well. Best kitchen gadget I have ever bough
It does what it needs too. Only criticism is it takes too long, just over 7mins to heat and blend!!

he only problem we have is the measurements. if you use a mug it is either not enought or too much. haveing got used to these querques now know how much to put in. the other think is if you are just warming milk the only setting that works to realy heat milk is the one for hot chocolate.
Just received today, first impression is very well made and the jug is heavy duty. Tried it with Hotel Chocolate drinking chocolate. What else can I say – yummy! Planning to try Matcha latte later. It is very easy to clean, the jug is detarchabw, which is the main feature I look for. Very pleased so far and so much cheaper than the Hotel Chocolate Velvetiser!

A bit louder than I expected. Definitely louder than my previous (cheep) frother. Otherwise, does its job as expected. Enjoyable froth on my coffee. Ease of cleaning is a big plus.
Works well, easy to clean. A little noisy but worth it for the stiff foam you get for a cappuccino.
A quality product and better than expected. It produces a good size mug of frothy milk of a temperature I like. It might not satisfy those that like their coffee hot hot, but it’s perfect for my liking. Very easy to clean and looks smart too.
