It is your best choice for getting started with a mechanical keyboard.

I’ve had this keyboard for a few months now, it’s American layout so people in the UK will have to adjust but its fairly easy and after a week you get used to it. Mine was the red switch variant and its worked without any issues.
My only complaint is that when you have it set to 1 colour mode. It always resets onto rainbow so I have to change it to the colour I want (usually blue).
Apart from that it works well for gaming, doing work or just about anything you’d need a keyboard for.
If you want a good value mechanical keyboard that just works, get this.
Very good keyboard, haven’t had it for that long but hope it will be a durable keyboard
I really enjoy this keyboard. If you are looking mechanical keyboard that soothes your mind with the clicking sounds for $60, this is what you’re looking for. It’s pretty compact, in a way that it doesn’t have the other keys you don’t need for gaming. It gives me more mouse room to use when I game. It has many colors and options for your liking as well. Definitely recommend if you’re on a budget.
I received black switches when I ordered red, ultimately not the biggest issue, I still like this keyboard regardless. I do find that sometimes it’s tough to type the same letter twice in quick succession.
Overall though, pretty awesome, it’s a keyboard! And it’s small! And it’s pretty!
If you’re used to typing on a full sized keyboard of any sort, might take some time to get used to this layout. Otherwise, solid keyboard.
This was a xmas gift for my grandson. He was very pleased with it and I was pleased with the price.
Grandson is a heavy-duty gamer and wanted a faster keyboard – apparently smaller keyboards and yellow keys are the answer! He loves it!
it is a good keyboard overall it fits in nice with my setup and is built well the one thing that’s annoying is the software is terrible and won’t even run on my pc
Bought this for my boys gaming he loves it and I must say it looks amazing to. Great produc
My son is very happy with the keyboard. Smart, compact and great for gambling.
his keyboard is amazon the packaging is phenomenal it is a usb I got mine in red switches are so nice and alot of times you will have a shaky and unpleasant space bar but this is high quality it has very good rgb and is from now on gonna be my keyboard
Amazing keyboard for the price. Has so many choices for colours and patterns.
Brought this for my son. He is so happy with it. Brillia
It is a small keyboard. My son likes it for gaming and he is happy with i
My son is very happy with the keyboard but we were sure that we ordered the blue keys. He wasnt happy.
Consigliata!
This product is amazing and does very well for Gaming but the downside for me was that I had a problem on my PC which stopped my keyboard from working so if people want to buy this you can’t blame it on the keyboard because it can be your PC as well stopping it from working but apart from all that it’s working for me and it’s amazing keyboard for the right value of money.
I got this item for my son he it’s loving it it works just the way it was advertised…he has a gaming laptop that he uses that keyboard for he likes it … recommend
This product is great if you are looking for a starter or budget mechanical keyboard it has a good build quality. It is pretty small so it can be portable to bring with you.
The keyboard is a great value for money. The build quality is very good. It even comes with a Braided USB type C cable in the box. I recommend this keyboard to anyone getting into mechanical keyboards!!
This keyboard is very good for gaming and looks lovely, however the keyboard is a little bit wobbly.
Bought this for my son for Christmas, I think it’s a great price for a mechanical keyboard. Feels sturdy and not cheap nice to use.
My son really like it.Very useful for gaming.Thank you so much.Worth the price
I got this keyboard to replace my G810 Orion Spectrum. Honestly, it’s a really solid board for gaming, and I haven’t had any issues with it. The red switches feel just fine, but I don’t have much experience with switches, so I can’t tell you for sure how they compare to expensive switches.
The RGB is decent, but not my favorite. I’d love the colors to have a higher brightness, it’s a bit dark for my liking. The modes are decent, I think you get a good set of options to choose from on this board.
Unfortunately, the software is really bad. It’s a bit wonky to figure out and I confused myself a bit before I ended up getting a hang of it. You really only wanna use the software if you wanna set up macros. If you wanna change the color, it only shows generic names (color1, 2, etc). And- if you wanna change the mode, there’s no preview or description of what that particular mode is.
All in all, this is a good keyboard, but if RGB and software are big deciding factors for you, I’d look elsewhere.
Switches are light and feel really responsive. However, I have more typos using this keyboard than I do with others. Right shift key came a little crooked. The sound is also not great. It’s not bothersome to me, but you can easily find keyboards which sound considerably better. This one has a hollow “cheap plastic on cheap plastic” bottom-out sound. Its RGB effects aren’t competitive with higher-end boards. That’s to be expected. Still looks great on a solid color. I mainly got it because I play on relatively low sensitivity and use a huge mouse pad on a desk that is barely big enough. The small form factor was a necessity for me. It’s excellent for gaming and nothing else. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to someone who wants a keyboard for gaming only or to someone whose primary concern in choosing their keyboard is gaming. If you do any productivity work, you should probably either pass on this one or keep a second keyboard around.
Bought for my 12yr old, he absolutely loves it , he’s a gamer and has has a fair few keyboards but this is the beat , and the key removal tool is a big hit too
The keyboard has Good quality material, and i like the PBT keycaps in this keyboard but it have one thing not interesting in this keyboard (If u RGB lover then read all the things i wrote if you r not then ignore this and buy this keyboard if u want) the RGB is not that good like no yellow color on this keyboard and bad RGB effects
the one effect i like on this is a single color and remember that it has no yellow color but, but if u not RGB lover then and you are hardcore player then i recommended this keyboard with red ,silver ,yellow, switch any one u want cuz i noticed differences between optical and normal switches the linear optical switches has no copper thing in the switches so it feel so good and lighter than normal one cuz the copper thing in normal switches has a little resistance SO if you are not RGB lover and hardcore gamer then i recommend this keyboard
This keyboard is SUPER good for the price. The blue switches feel clicky, tactile and are super responsive. Would deffo recommend if you’re on a budget. 10/10
Great keyboard, with high-quality Gateron Optical switches, PBT keycaps, everything is as advertised except a few things to note are the secondary icons on the keyboard start to fade away quickly like my keyboard is only a few weeks old it’s already almost completely faded. In addition to this, the RGB lighting effects are limited and some appear not very smooth. Lastly, the software is limited and not intuitive at all. Overall, at the price of between 50-65 (depending on sales, etc) this keyboard is a good option. Hope this review helped you out 🙂
I’m extremely happy with the keyboard. It’s really comfortable and it’s the perfect size for my desk and setup. 100% recommend it.
I got the red switches for this keyboard and the switches themselves are pretty quiet but the keycaps on this keyboard make it SO LOUD, my sister is deaf and when she is in her room (which is close to mine) with her door shut and blasting music she can still hear my keyboard a little bit. The software for this model of the keyboard is not downloadable but there are some presets on the keyboard that I use. If you can get over these 2 things I highly recommend this keyboard as it performs well and feels nice and is a great alternative for the Ducky one 2 mini and the Anne pro 2.
Love It so far, the only concern is the stablizers two of shift keys rattle a bit but pther than that gateron reds are a massive upgrade from my old romer g and it was for $47 on sale. Great deal!
The keyboard is very small but seems to be high quality. The RGB on this really stands out and looks nice.
ALSO PEOPLE WHO THINK THEIR KEYBOARDS ARE BROKE, YOU CAN LOCK THE FN KEY SO YOU CAN’T TYPE IF YOU HOLD FN+SPACE BAR. TO UNLOCK SIMPLE HIT THE SPACE BAR. i spent around 20 mins or so until i found an article and that fixed the issue i had.
This keyboard is extremely impressive considering its price. This most definitely competes with many pro keyboards, and feels amazing. The only problem I have are the switches, I found that the reds are really loud but the seller stated it was the most quiet. Which means that and optical switches are loud, although I did get a sample for the brown switch, I do think it’s less quiet and smoother. So in my opinion I think browns are the way to go.
if you care about the lighting the i dont really recommend this
My son really happy with the keyboard. Great for a present for any teenage game
The switches are buttery smooth, and it has great vibrant rgb. I’ve played overwatch with it and the response time was great, it has a great premium feel, and includes swappable switches. It also gives you two extra switches to test out different color switches.
We ordered this keyboard for my sons birthday. The original one had a defective #6 key. We returned it thru amazons return process and recieved a new one the next day. Its perfect, everything works as it should and my son loves it. The different settings are really cool. And we appreciated the fast return. Was alittle skeptical with it saying we would recieve a brand new one next day but we did. Pretty sweet.
My only one compalint was that on the rainbow shifting mode one of the keys (at random) would be totally out of sync. Easily fixable by just resetting the colors but a small issue of mine. A very small minor issue nol that bad is a slight touch to the usb end of it will turn off the rgb for a short while.
Love the keyboard but recently a couple of my keys ave broken and so I can use them.
Build Quality & Switches:
Overall build quality was solid — very durable plastic and minimal styling/branding. The Gateron Optical Reds are insanely fast and extremely smooth. My mic is not very good, so you can’t really tell in my videos, but there’s plenty of sound comparisons online. I prefer these switches to Cherry MX Blacks/Reds/Silent Reds. Honestly my favorite brand of switch now.
All the little bonuses are nice too: a replacement switch, braided cable with velcro tie, double-shot keys.
Design & Customizability:
I love the all-black aesthetic. The RGB lights can get bright and are fully customizable with many different modes of light. There’s also additional software to customize the lighting and keys. There’s a FN-lock as well as a Windows Key lock. Uses USB-C so it’s easy to connect to Macbooks/Matebooks.
Downsides:
My main downside is with the layout. After using the keyboard for a while I realized I can’t deal with a 60% keyboard. I value dedicated arrows keys and home/end/pgup/pgdn keys.
Conclusion:
5/5. This keyboard competes with the Anne Pro series easily. Checks all the boxes. Honestly would be my full time driver if not for the layout. Price is also very competitive. Would highly recommend.
For this price you’re getting a really good 60% keyboard. Keycaps are doubleshot and feel better than most gaming keyboards out there. Linear optical switches are extremely smooth compared to non-optical switches (i.e Cherry MX Reds). Stabilizers come pre-lubed, but I would personally relube them as there is still quite a bit pinging. Band-aid modding and clipping the stabs help with improving the sound though. Inside the case there is a piece of foam, which would be great for making the keyboard sound better, but the foam doesn’t cover up the hollowed up case and just more so just sits there to cushion the PCB…so I added my own foam to the empty space, which greatly improved the sound of the keyboard. RGB options are lack luster however, as they’re not programmable. Software is not included in the box, and if you find do find it online, it really doesn’t do anything. I ordered the red switches, but they seem to be more faster in terms of actuation point when compared to Cherry MX Reds. This could be beneficial to the gamers, but when typing I tend to mistype quite often just by grazing a key. The keyboard is hot swappable, but you can only swap them with Gateron Optical switches, so your options are quite limited. But overall, I wouldn’t have expected this type of quality keyboard for this price.
Great product, multiple colour options, compact and great feeling. Feels like a good keyboard.
Coders beware, you may need to change your language settings to use the pipe symbol, I changed to US international and now have access to all the keys I require.
Fantastic little keyboard packing quite a big punch.
Really sturdy and chunky with a good weight, quite nicely built. It takes a bit of getting used to what with no cursor keys or numpad but a few days of use and it feels as natural as anything. Comes with a braided cable which I wasn’t expecting and am very thankful for.
My only issue is sometimes its a little slow to respond and I need to press the key again, however it may not be the keyboard to blame, and it happens so infrequently it doesn’t bother me.
Haven’t used the software yet for added customization however although footage I’ve seen of it looks really good.
Overall a really good buy I’m very pleased with it.
great keyboard, rgb is decent and the gateron reds feel really good. it’s also nice that the keycaps look professional and don’t use that gamer font. very happy with i
The regular arrow keys aren’t available unless you hold down a function key. i miss them more than I thought I would and it requires some twisty finger gymnastics to just navigate text or menus. Otherwise it’s a nice keyboard.
Alles super. Geile Tastatur!
I bought this keyboard because of its size to replace my son’s full size gaming keyboard so that he can have more space on his desk. This keyboard is just the perfect size with excellent gaming performance.
First of all, I saw this keyboard as an ad under Amazon Brands. I had good experiences with Amazon brand products, so I jumped the opportunity to try this out. The box is just plain white with a big Dierya branding. Out of the box, this keyboard makes a great impression. The build quality is superb, and the looks and feel of this keyboard is very much comparable to the $100 gaming keyboard I presently have. My son chose the red switches because he wants it quiet while gaming or typing. We have been using this for gaming, and response time is excellent, very suitable for fast paced gaming titles. The USB C detachable cable is a very welcomed feature, I believe that all modern devices should be using USB C ports. The RGB lights are nice to have, they are beautiful, but we usually just set the lights to a static single color, then forget about it. The best thing about this keyboard is its size, my son loves how he have more space for his mouse to move around with FPS games. My son has been using this for a couple of weeks now and he enjoys it very much.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase. As a gamer myself, I won’t hesitate to recommend this keyboard to other gamer friends.
Great solid well made keyboard just what i was looking for wish the cable was a little longer,I knew it came as a US layout that don’t bother me but i really don’t like to have any extra bloatware to install to get certain keys working like the hash key.
Apart from that i’m very happy would recommend.
The keyboard is great. I was immediately a fan of the sharp, powerful click noise which is still very satisfying to use. I now prefer 60% mechanical keyboards vs full size. The light effects are cool and easy to cycle/change color from the keyboard itself. A couple negatives, it’s very loud if you’re gaming or typing quickly. The lighting could be brighter (colors and brightness do not compare to razer if that matters to you). Packaging included very little info about how to find and use the control software, and numerous times I have accidentally pressed ‘fn then alt’ or ‘fn then ctrl’ then spent the next 5 minutes trying to figure out why I can’t type. Great keyboard Instructions not clear overall 3.9/5
They’ve knocked it out of the park with this keyboard. Well worth the price tag. The key caps are nice feeling, the switches are of good quality, the design is good for saving desk space, the software is easy to use and the support team is also very helpful!
For the price, it competes with other more expensive keyboards in my opinion.
Arrived early and is literally as I expected. A 60% mechanical keyboard.
I got the red switch version and it was my first gaming keyb. The material is REALLY high quality. I had a hard time typing on it at first because it was my first mechanical keyboard but after a while I got used to it. The RGB lights are reasonable bright and there is a decent amount of modes when you are not using the software. I haven’t tried the software out yet but there is more customization. Overall recommended for the price.
Really coming from not playing as much until now has gotten me addicted to the keyboard
I really like the colours and wide range of animations that are available. The (Brown) switches feel good to type on and the keyboard itself is compact and very stable.
As seen in the picture, the keyboard came with a stain which is a little annoying to see and it doesn’t seem like it can come off. Also I’ve noticed that the Caps Lock key sometimes doesn’t light up when it’s on.
Overall I’d recommend this keyboard as it’s been great so far and is doing better than what I would expect for this price. If you’re coming from a regular keyboard, you’ll have to get used to the FN key replacing so many of your single-button actions but it’ll feel seamless once you do.
I owned couple of mechanical keyboards from the mainstream companies (Corsair, Cooler Master, etc…) for work and competitive gaming and they are all Cherry MX key switches. I went from full size keyboards to tenkeyless (TKL) keyboards because of the lack of desk space. Then, while gaming, my right hand would crashed into my TKL keyboard enough times to make it an unpleasant experience. So, I decided to get a even smaller keyboard to compensate this issue. I got DIERYA DK61E and I am going to compare this keyboard with the ones I already owned.
General pros:
1. Inexpensive
2. Swappable key swiches – Caveat is optical switches only
3. Small form factor (60%) – More space for right hand mouse
4. RGB
General cons:
1. Loudness – Switches on this keyboard (red optical Gateron) is way louder than my Corsair TKL keyboard (red cherry MX). Adding o-rings and switching keycaps can reduced the loudness by tiny bit but it is still very loud.
2. Short cable
3. Smaller keycaps compare to other keyboards
If you can live with the things I have mentioned above, this keyboard might be suitable for you. HOWEVER, I have some issues with using it as my daily driver.
Defects on my unit?:
#1 One key switch came off with keycap removal. Not a big deal, just stuck it back in.
#2 RGB brightness level does not change. It was either all the way down (off) or one brightness no matter how high I tried to change it.
#3 Got stuck in user mode 2 and was not able to change back to user mode 1. Happened several times for me when I accidently hit “FN + SPACE” when I meant to do “FN + RCTRL” for left arrow key. It somehow change the system keybord setting (plug in another keyboard or using Windows on-screen keyboard does not work) and I had to restart my computer to reset settings.
# 3 is a big turn off point for me because I use arrow keys a lot. You may asked, why are you using arrow keys? Isn’t gaming just use AWSD and mostly the left side of the keyboard? My answer is, yes, annnnnnnnnnnd, I TOTALLY FORGOT THAT I ALSO TYPED IN OTHER LANGUAGES THAT REQUIRE ARROW KEYS FOR WORD SELECTIONS! This was never an issue for me because TKL keyboard had dedicated arrow keys (duh). This keyboard is small and cute and all but using these function keys is making my life more miserable than before. I am going to return this keyboard and go back to my old layout… Oh wait, there is something called 65% keyboard… Maybe, just maybe, maybe that is what I want…
RGB effects are quite nice, and the keycaps feel pretty solid. This was a big upgrade to my old mechanical keyboard from a few years ago. Not to mention that Gateron Optical Red switches are just soo smooth.
Great product. Sturdy and versitile with the key switches option.
I bought this keyboard today but I bought a better one too so I’m returning this one. I did get some time to use this keyboard and in the few hours I had with this, I really enjoyed it. The keyboard is built well, the PBT Doubleshot keycaps feel amazing. The keyboard has no flex and the cable is nicely braided. The packaging I got was a little plain (just a white box) and nothing much was inside except for the keyboard, 2 pullers, a manual, and 2 extra switches. When I typed with it, it felt really responsive and the keys were extremely light and quick. I didn’t get to use the software but I’d assume it’s not bad. I like everything about this keyboard except for one thing, and it’s why I left a 4 star. The keyboard is REALLY LOUD. I know these are Red switches so they’re supposed to be linear and smooth and don’t get me wrong, the switches are buttery smooth. It’s just that the keyboard makes a loud clack as the keycap hits the back plate and another as it retracts. It feels like pressing into a wall and you probably won’t notice it in game but whenever you’re typing, the keyboard is really loud, even with music. Anyways, thanks for reading this and if you don’t mind the sound, I’d definitely recommend this keyboard.
Decent keyboard good value for money RGB is good however I can’t figure out how to change colours through software. You can change rgb effects through keyboard which is really good red switches feel and sound great dont use for gaming so I can’t comment on that.
Best value mechanical mini keyboard I’ve ever owned! Function keys are well thought out and practical.
This keyboard is a great deal. Mechanical, 60%, type-c connector, and RGB. It is almost perfect. There are only a few cons to it. 1. The lighting is very dim, but as a person who doesn’t really care all that much about it its fine. 2. The software didn’t work. You could adjust the brightness of the lighting but nothing would change. Overall the UI of the website is somewhat confusing. 3. When I first plugged in the keyboard, turned on my pc, and began typing my password it would only register one key. After a couple of minutes I used my old keyboard to type in my password and then plugged the new keyboard back in it worked fine. I’m guessing because Windows didn’t actually set it up completely until I entered my password. Now on to some specifications you may want to know about the keyboard. The keyboard has full n-key rollover so its fine for gaming. The keys are somewhat textured so they are not purfectly smooth on the top. And last, the switches are a bit loud, I wasn’t expecting it to be as loud as it was because I choose the red switches (which are manufactued by Gateron) so just be weary if you have roommates or something.
Pretty happy with this keyboard, brought as an alternative to the Anne.Pro2 and I’m glad I saved out on the 30 extra that it is. For the price this is a very good keyboard.
Great response from keys looks fantastic my son loved this keyboard
Best keyboard i’ve ever owned. Amazing feel. Great driver with many customization options. Only thing is that it is missing the F-Keys but I purchased the keyboard knowing this and wanted this so I am in love with it. If I need to replace the keyboard, im just going to buy the same one.
Really impressed with this board as I was skeptical about buying something that wasn’t a well known brand. The switches are very similar to my friend’s cherry ones – if you are like me and don’t do intense gaming and just general typing this is a real gem. Don’t hesiate just get it, you’ll thank me later.
My only con is the software to change the keys. I find it hard to use but that’s about my only concern!
#
cant recommend it enough. The keyboard is awesome.
Gateron brown switches feel amazing on this.
Having a blast typing on this keyboard
This keyboard is amazing for its value for money the blue switches feel amazing and are very good for gaming would definitely recommend
I absolutely love this keyboard. There are no feet, but the angle of the case is perfect in itself. The Gateron reds are quick, quiet but satisfying to type on. The lighting is very good with the driver being easy to install and navigate. Not sure how they were able to produce such a high quality mechanical keyboard at such a low price, but in a world of “you get what you pay for”, this exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Great value, great quality, and a great typing experience. I look forward to seeing additional products from Kemove / Dierya , I will be first in line to check them out.
Before I start I so have , for comparison, the Logitech 915 clicky switch, and a Razer Huntsman TE (TKL) optical linear switch.
I have a full size keyboard and a TKL and want to see what the fuss is with a 60% keyboard but didn’t want to spend a lot for one until I know if this form factor is for me. And after using for about a week I can say I really love how compact it is and really opens up space for my mouse which is set to 400 DPI so I need that space. It is a small learning curve having to learn the function keys but now it’s pretty much good to go.
The RGB lighting is surprisingly good and bright. Brighter than even my Razer huntsman TE. I put pudding keycaps on both and the Kemove fills up the keys amazingly where the Razer is just okay. It might be because the back plate is white on the Kemove so the light can spill out more. Compared to my Logitech I would say the output is on par.
I opted to get the Gateron Optical red to compare to my Razer OptoMechanical linear switch and I would say it’s pretty damn comparable. I feel the Razer switch is a hair smoother and more stable and takes a bit more force to actuate than the Gateron which is a bit lighter to press down. In terms of response I honestly can’t tell the difference nor does it degrade or improve my game play which is a plus. For typing, I tend to lean on my Logitech G915 with it’s crisp tactile experience.
Build quality on the Kemove is more than acceptable for the price. It has a good heft and really stable when gaming. I would even say it feels as sold as my Razer Huntsman TKL. To no surprise, the build on the Logitech G915 is not even fare to compare. That thing is a tank!
My only caveat has to be the Kemove driver software. After some time I got familiar with it. I still think it’s too convoluted but yet still lacks some customization I’m looking for. The Logitech G-Hub and Razer Synapse software is much cleaner UI and not nearly as confusing to set custom rgb patterns.
So my conclusion is I can see the hype behind 60% keyboards and really complements my small desk setup I have. I will bounce between the Razer and Kemove for gaming to see which I ultimately like. But so far I’m still leaning towards my Razer. I still have plenty of room for my mouse with the TKL form factor. But for the price, the Kemove DK61 is a fantastic buy.
I asked for brown switches when ordering and i git blue once when delivered
But i have to say fge product is very very good for the price and the rgb is very bright and has a lot of features
I like this keyboard a lot and it opens up a lot of space on my computer desk. I like to color theme my devices I use for gaming. I downloaded the software and configured it to my theme but every time my computer enters sleep mode and I turn it back on I lose my lighting theme. I have to reopen the software to turn it back to my color. Other than that I like this keyboard.
For what it’s worth, it’s definitely a decent mechanical keyboard – lighting profiles are well built, and textile feedback is great. However, while I understand the design to minimize the size of the keyboard, missing 4 arrow key is stunningly poor design, as they are one of the most frequently used keys regardless of the work you do. Even as I’m writing this review, I have difficulties navigating different part of the paragraph without using my mouse, as it’s inconvenient to press Fn and use arrow keys.
Perhaps I will get used to it, but missing arrow keys is definitely a no-good for me.
This keyboard is everything it promises to be. The only weird thing about it is using it on a Mac. It won’t work AT ALL unless you plug it into a Windows machine (I did it with Win 10). You don’t need to install the drivers (at least I didn’t have to).
I first tried just plugging it into my Mac, but it didn’t recognize it or notice it was plugged in (although the keyboard did light up). Then, I plugged it into my brother’s Windows 10 machine and it immediately recognized it. After that, I plugged it into my Mac again and it worked.
So, you can use it on a mac, but make sure you have a windows machine handy because you will not be able to use it without that.
The only other setback on Macs is that all configurations have to be done through Windows.
I do keyboard reviews and I have to say for $50 bucks this keyboard is astounding the only real downsides to this keyboard is the font is inconsistent with their capitalization. Another downside is their choice for power connector if you buy the pro version this doesn’t matter to much but for people on a budget that can wirelessly connect it the cord is extremely tacky. Now let’s talk about the pluses the switch choice isn’t a high end switch but for 50 bucks the response time is insane you cant beat it for the price. The keycaps are extremely smooth and is good for typing/gaming. The software at first is hard to navigate however once you figure it out the options are basically endless. The microphone is also another cool feature however you cant use this to talk to people in game it’s for a lighting option where sound makes an equalizing rgb effect. Overall shipping was fast for me 36 hours literally I got a notification 2 hours after ordering that it had been shipped wow I have never literally never had faster shipping. Overall score 9.5/10 due to the cord being tacky and lacking material wise and the capitalization on the key caps.
Really good gaming keyboard for the price. Colours are really nice plenty of designs and really comfortable. Really happy with this product.
I didn’t think a mechanical keyboard at this price point would be anything great but this honestly feels like a solid 60% board. Gateron reds are very smooth and feel great to type and play on. They’re quite light weighted tho so it took me some time to get used to. Overall real bang for your buck
Good keyboard program is a little confusing but other than that everything is fine
This keyboard is an absolute pleasure to use, i went with the reds for the liner smoothness and you will be hard pressed to find anything smoother. The board is well made and heavy, the caps are Double shot PBT with a Non gamer font. The backlighting isnt the brightest but its plenty bright and you can program all the keys to whatever you want, not that fixed rainbow junk. the backlighting through the keys is very dimmer than i would like but its common for the double shots to be that way.
Pros
Smooth quiet keys
Great backlighting
great Build quality
Good Key cap font
Cons
The software isnt the easiest to use
keycaps are a little dimmer than i would like
keys can actuate a little earlier
Overall
You cannot beat this board for the $50 price point.
Also a quick shout out to amazon who cross shipped with 1 day shipping a new one when the first one i received was damaged and had a non functioning led under the 8 key
My other keyboard would collect gunk on the daily, this one I can use it for a week and would still have less gunk. I would game for about 8 hours a day and after a week there would barely be any gunk. Very nice wire, RGB is also nice. 5 stars
Colors are very bright and vivid. The software isn’t perfect but gives quite a bit of control. Overall, I recommend this keyboard at this price point. The keys are a little louder than i expected due to a slight rocking or looseness i read is due to the gateron switches but it’s not enough for me to put this in my closet with the 5 previous keyboards this one won out over.
Pros optical switches and compact.
Cons led color are not accurate on some keys. If you are a big fan of rgb.
My son loves this new keyboard, he uses it to play Fortnite mainly and he’s very happy with how it has enhanced his gaming enjoyme
I have only had the keyboard for a few days, but I’m impressed. The number one positive is the price. For PBT keycaps, Gateron optical switches and decent build quality, $50 is a steal here. As a negative, the software is complicated. The packaging has also been changed: the magnetic opening black box shown on reviews and on Amazon has been replaced by a simple white one (no big deal). The keys have noticeably more wobble than Cherry MX switches, but this a well-known aspect of Gateron switches and also attributes to their smoothness. The lighting is also a bit weak and uneven on some characters.
Having owned several 60% boards (Anne Pro 2, Ducky One 2 Mini, Durgod), the Dierya is a very good budget board. I don’t feel the need to rank them, because they are priced accordingly; however, the Dierya is easily your best option at this price point. From my understanding, it’s basically a rebranded GK61 (don’t quote me, but many of these budget boards appear to be the same board with different branding).
This is a brilliant keyboard for the price 100% worth it for a 60% as well
This keyboard is absolutely amazing for the price and I couldnt believe my eyes when I found out its hot-swappable!!!
Everything about this keyboard is worth the money! It’s truly incredible and I recommend it if you’re not trying to hurt your wallet getting a new 60%. This was my first mech keyboard smaller than a full size and I took a huge leap. It has been a few months and I’m as happy as I was when I first got it. Originally mine was shipped in a strange packaging that wasn’t expected. I wrote a bad review because I was upset that I didn’t get the same unboxing experience. I immediately felt bad but when I woke up the next morning, Dierya had reached out to me – and boy did they fix the issue!
All in all, the keyboard is amazing but the customer service is TOP NOTCH. They truly care about their customers and I’m sure they would help anyone if a problem arose.
Seriously, if you’re thinking about this keyboard – just buy it and save yourself the time!
Highly recommended this keyboard it’s good and cheap good quality and worth its money
Purchased to replace RK61, far nicer keyboard. Good RGB and the Gateron Brown switches perform well.
Brilliant little gaming keyboard. Decent quality, pressing keys is both satisfying and practical. Would be a 5 star product if the rgb element on each key is better (found that some keys have dark spots on the letter).
Red switches are just as loud as Blue and Brown but they are lighter which was a bit weird at first but you quickly get used to typing on it. I am not a fan of the black lettering of the function labeling on the black key caps because they are really hard to see which is why I am not giving 5 stars. Even the translucent sections are mired in shadows and give a muddy look when they light up. Still, I am enjoying the portability of the smaller size and the overall feel and RGB effects. Aside from some better key caps, I would really like to see bluetooth on a keyboard like this because for $50 I would expect the extra $10 of cost for the bluetooth module and battery.
If you thought DIY a mechanical keyboard was expensive, just take a look at some $20-25 PCB’s, $25-27 mechanical switches, and then 3D print the case and key caps for a cool $5 of plastic. The total is about $50-55 for a DIY mechanical keyboard.
I have been using this keyboard for a while now and it’s a lovely little 60 percent dude. The keys are sensitive without being ridiculous and are satisfyingly clacky. It’s not super light weight but probably the best you’re going to get for a mechanical keyboard you can still put in a bag and take with you.
Annoy all your coworkers with the sound of your mighty productivity.
Bought this keyboard to try out red switches, I used outemu blue switches on my last keyboard. I was pleased with the difference these gateron reds make as far as actuation and sound. The customizable colors are also a good plus, especially if you have a specific color theme for your setup. I also like that they decided to use a USB-C port.
The only downsides to this keyboard are that the keycaps feel low quality. I decided to replace the caps with the HyperX pudding caps which feel much better in my opinion and also allow for more RGB light to shine through. Also, the keyboard doesn’t come with fold down feet for elevation.
Overall it’s a great keyboard for the price and I’d recommend this if you’re on the fence.
Being a mechanical keyboard enthusiast, I was looking for a cheap but solid keyboard for gaming and typing. Cherry MX switches are rather mediocre, as the clicky switches are rattly and shrill, while the linears are scratchy. I knew the optical linear switches in this keyboard would suit me well, and I wasn’t wrong. They are INCREDIBLY smooth – they wipe the floor with Cherry MX for sure. Plus, they’re twice as durable and immune to chattering. What’s going to fail? After all, the switches don’t rely on metal contacts like Cherry MX and other contact-based switches – it’s just the slider of the switch blocking an infrared beam on the PCB to register a keypress. For a 50 keyboard, these are honestly worth the price alone – FANTASTIC switches for gaming and typing!
But what about the board? Well, put it this way – I used to own an HHKB (a 180 keyboard), and this feels on par, if not more solid than the WAY more expensive option. The case is a fairly solid pan of ABS plastic, the plate is thick steel and the keycaps will never wear down.
The switches are much more durable and serviceable, as the keyboard is hotswappable! That means switches can be unclipped from the mounting plate for easy modding and repair, or you can just swap them with other Gateron Optical switches!
The hotswappability also means you can unclip the stabilisers to lubricate/ replace them (which I have), which takes the typing experience even further. I personally think stabilisers are just as important as the switches. With most production keyboards having disappointing stabilisers that bring down the overall typing experience, the ability to easily improve the stabilisers is one of my favourite features.
I should note that the box is very high quality and was exciting to open. The box is tough and secured with magnets, a really elegant touch. I also really like the dust cover, as I want to be able to see my keyboard when not in use, rather than just using a towel!
All in all, I am extremely happy with this keyboard. It is currently my main and I am thoroughly enjoying my time with it. For keyboard enthusiasts who want a more solid typing experience than what your average gaming keyboard can provide, I believe this is an excellent product that encourages customisation unlike any other keyboard near this price point. WIth ludicrously smooth and hotswappable switches, you just cannot beat this value for money. It will be staying on my desk for a long time.
