The castle looks amazing. This appears sturdy on first view, but within 5 minutes of children touching it the furniture just fell apart. Hopefully my plan to superglue them together might help.
Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. I’d recommend 2 people to build and it needs a big space to live as it is huge! It’s a lovely gift and every little girls dream
Was a little tricky to build, but once built it’s great.
I found it very time consuming trying to assemble the castle, but once completed it looks great.
The light show makes a noise , not sure why!!

My four year old loves this and plays with it everyday. Assembled on Christmas Eve and took about an hour and a half. Very tall but not too bulky. Good quality and excellent value for money. A good amount of accessories come with the castle which was a bonus too!
Product is great but payment method I was trying to do instalment method it was not allowing me. Tried many times checking in. If possible please make my payment method instalment way. It really helps to save money for parents and buy other things.

The product itself was in perfect condition so it was worth ordering and taking a chance.
It went together really easily – I used the official YouTube video and it really helped. Took just over an hour to build.
It’s huge. A fantastic size for the frozen dolls. My toddler played for ages with it before I hid it away for her birthday. I know it’s going to be a huge hit.

She originally wanted a Barbie play house but this was a lot cheaper and is much better value.

Brought this for my 5 year old and daughter who had it on her Christmas and is a massive frozen fan! We put it up a few days before Christmas. It was quite fiddly with clicking things in place, but we followed a YouTube video which helped a lot! Christmas morning we had a very happy little girl! She loves playing with it! It’s very sturdy and a fabulous size! Would highly recommend for any frozen fan!

Took about 2 hours to assemble but was fairly easy but a bit tricky to see the numbers on each piece.

I was a little “How Much” when purchasing this, however give it its due, the product is sturdy and looks fab (once built). My 4 year old Daughter has not stopped playing with it and loves it, though she is Frozen mad lol.
My only slight negative comment is that it was painfully slow to build so give yourself a couple of hours for sure, as there are loads of parts to asemble and then stickers to put on.
Otherwise its a great toy and a big one at that, you need a fair bit of space.

The girls love this as expected as it’s frozen . Very tall but as it’s narrow it goes against a wall when not being played with
It was relatively easy to build, but the outer window frames/arches do not stay clipped in place and keep falling off, and the moving lift is very stiff to move up and down. But other than that, it’s a lovely looking castle and my little girl absolutely loves it.

The assembly instructions were stuck right at the bottom of the box. The instructions have mainly pictures, some of which are very small so you need a keen eye. The actual assembly didn’t take too long once you figured it out. Some pieces were a little fiddly but overall a very sturdy castle.
My 5 yr old daughter was so happy, she kept asking for the dolls which are not included with the castle.

Perfect for a 3 year old that loves Frozen, sings it songs and dances to the songs.
So much bigger than I thought it would be, which for the money makes it worth it.
But I had to have someone help me with building it. The pieces can seem identical and aren’t numbered or lettered so u have to guess from the not very good picture which is which. A few times we built a level and had used the wrong piece and then had to unbuild everything we had just done to correct it. It took us about 2 hours to figure it out. We also found It’s not very sturdy, often when I try to move it the sides pop back out or a level come undone and u need to clip it all back down if u can. Which is disappointing for the money we have paid.
But it is beautiful the details are incredible and it does just look like a princess castle of dreams. My girls love it. And are Really happy with it.
Personally to make it better its needs to be a bit more sturdy and easier to assemble and having some frozen music to go with the lights would be amazing and just finish it off. Because who wouldn’t want a singing frozen castle?!

When I first seen the reviews I was worried about putting this castle together, however it was no where near as hard as what everyone was making it out to be. Looks so nice up and my 3year old daughter loves it along with all the little visitors that come to play. Worth every penny.
Lovely castle but why use cardboard for the roof and floors? That will get ruined in no time. Really tricky to put together too.

Very expensive present and really big. Need a bigger house to put this in. Love where the lights come on as my daughter made me buy Anna and Elsa doll too. Wish they where included. I would say it is quite expensive for being a plastic construction. Didn’t take 3 of us too long to put it together. But it’s this seasons must have toy so I had to purchase it. Glad I had 4 easy payments on it.

It is really big! Much bigger then I expected. It is well made and easy to slot together. It took me around an hour from start to finish. I could have completed it in a faster time if each part had a number sticker on it. Instead there is just a picture of each part in the instructions with numbers on them and some of the parts look very similar so it took a while to figure out what was what but once I did, it was easy to do.
My little frozen fans love it and I am sure that it is going to continue to provide hours of entertainment.
Wouldnt have paid the full price for it but the offer I got it for was ok.Its huge and my girls love it,its a shame that the plastic isn’t a little sturdier and a little cheeky that it doesn’t come with any characters.

She’s absolutely thrilled that her dolls have somewhere to ‘live’ now and if your child is keen on role play, they will love this. I expected it to take up more space than it has done, so the fact that it hasn’t, has been a bonus.
