Hair Trimming Tips
- Start by clipping from the top of the head down the neck and shoulder area and then under the ear, chin and throat area and down the chest.
- Be careful of the very thin parts of skin – if the clippers are pressed too hard on these parts it is possible the skin will be cut.
- Be careful of the dew claw (side nail) you don’t want the blade to cut into that.

I am very impressed with these clippers. They are light weight and very easy to use. I used them as soon as they arrived to clip my small dog and they were still going strong when I finished where as with other dog clippers I have had before it’s taken me two charges to complete the job. The best thing about them though is the quietness of them.
These have a stronger spring than my previous purchase of a similar set of clippers. They work well enough but the on/off button is too easily activated whilst using the sheers – a relatively minor niggle but having a different design off button would benefit my methods of using it. The plastic attachments are a little fiddly too.
Love this item, very easy to use, my little dog, was perfectly fine while I cut his coat, no wriggling, which is always good, not noisy, many hair cut levels which I found to be fabulous, so happy with my purchase.
Great product. My dog sits nice for a little while. Where as normally he would be of like a shot.

This device is ok . I wish the attachment combs that are used to achieve different lengths gets clogged very easily and interrupts the procedure meaning the dog gets agitated while I trying to clean and put back on and holding on to a dog.
Really good item but the switch is on the handle and it’s very sensitive so I knocked them off a few times. Really do the job though
