Dog got hold of it and chewed – hasn’t fully gone through but is hanging on by a few strands so am going to try and mend it. But have never had that issue before with a lead – not sure if she liked the scent, texture or was just chance – but very odd she chewed it and in a matter of seconds. Material feels nice to hold though and is a nice length.
This dog lead is soft and very comfortable for my dashound X. It’s a slip lead so I am delighted with the quality and feel of this lead.
I wanted a slip lead I could carry around just in case my 6 month old puppy decided to explore where she shouldn’t.
This lead is great, very light, so portable, but strong, and feels natural.
I liked it so much I bought a second one for my older dog, although he is much smaller the lead is light and comfortable enough to slip on him when I need to.

A soft lead that is quite long, have to wrap round my hand to keep my Golden Retriever at heel , though she walks nicely. Would be good if I had to keep her on lead for sniffs. Easy to put on and off to let her run free

Nice lead but the rubber stopper is hard to slide. My other leads have leather stoppers which are much easie
his product doesn’t stretch and I would think it isn’t that comfortable for a dog that constantly pulls during walks. However it does stop the dog pulling after the dog has been wearing it for a while. It certainly worked for one of my springers.

I would have given 5 stars, but when the item was taken out of the packet It was stiff as if made a long time, & when put on the dog it would not slide very easy, the metal ring could have been a little bit bigger which would sort this, hopefully the rope will become subtle again with use. All in all not a bad product.

Great. soft rope, will harden nicley after a few wet walks. Should stop the slight streach when pulling.

This product is well made easy to use, comfortable in hand and around dog’s neck. The rope style construction is so much easier to use than the solid synthetics c ones and the rubber stop is easy to both set and release.
Your dog will not want to pull with this on. It’s not designed to be held stiff. You must allow the amount of room you want then the slip will tighten when they pull. Overtime with patience and instruction the dog will learn.
It’s a great quality loop and for an amazing price. Very cheap. Made of real rope too making it authentic and less harsh on the doggie.
This was bought for a friends dog as I had left her lead up on the moor. My friend was thrilled with it, said it was better than the original one I had lost. It arrived very quickly. My friend has said she will use this company again, as I will also. Bella is a black and white cocker spaniel, living on a farm on Dartmoor, so quick slip on lead is all that is needed.

The lead arrived very quickly and was well packaged.It is a good quality,well made lead and will suit my needs and my 5 month old springer walks better on it rather than a standard collar and lead.It isn’t the thickest of rope leads so would probably only recommend for small to medium breeds.Overall pleased.

This is a choke lead that is kind to the dog. Fundamentally flexible in controlling an excited animal. I found this item really effective with my Spaniel companion. Wouldn’t go out without it !

We needed a slip lead for training work in the house with a new neurotic dog, and this is perfect. Light and easy to get on and off at the moments when he needs guidance. The rope is a bit thinner than I had expected but seems just the job all the same. The seller was super efficient — when the first lead I order went astray in the post he posted another at once, which came the next day. The dog seems to like it too. Would recommend.
Arrived REALLY quickly, nice and soft and seems good quality. Was recommended this type of lead by a dog trainer however I don’t really think it’s for us-on my first outing with my slightly mental whippet on this leash he had unravelled the whole thing and I had rope burns on my hand, plus it’s already looking a little worse for wear as he tries to chew it. Probably fine for a less frenetic dog!

Looks amazing and feels brilliant! Just make sure you hold on tightly, if the lead goes through your hand, could end up with rope burn if you have a strong dog.

I have tried other similar leads and have been very disappointed- this lead is strong, a nice length and the rubber ring keeps the lead exactly where I want it.
