I wondered if it would be any good as it is a lot cheaper than the well known brands – but it is!

The bed is excellent quality and service with the seller was exemplary, however the bed is more medium than firm . It wasn’t suitable for us in this instance .
I love this mattress, I always buy orthopaedic beds, this is a very comfortable bed, quite heavy and good quality. Would recommend!!
Well what can I say, This is on another level, delivered promptly and well packaged making it easy to bring in the front door, I followed the comprehensive instructions and let it breathe once unpacked(comes with a safety blade to help slice the plastic cover) all very easy to do, After using the mattress for a few days I’ve come to the conclusion that honestly it’s just an incredible value for money proposition , the sleep and comfort I’ve experienced since purchasing has been the most enjoyable in a long time, how do they do it for this money is amazing what a bargain i went for the orthopaedic version and it’s absolutely spot on in form and function…just what i needed.
I’m not one for writing reviews but this mattress deserved a 10 star rating. So much so I ended up buying one for my daughter as well.
First time in many years I haven’t woken up with sore joints.

Arrived as expected, it’s a good mattress for the price. It’s comfortable and heavy enough to hold down an ottoman top.
Purchased this after reading many reviews of different ones. Definitely made the right choice with this one. Ordered on the Friday, came earlier than the expected date, was able to see this clearly with the UPS tracking information, happy to receive it on the Tuesday 4 days later, as it enabled us to get it the bed frame here whilst my Son in law was available, and get it set up on the bed sooner. It is excellent quality and very well made. It is compressed packed, this makes for easily getting it up stairs. Once we opened the plastic and the air was allow in, it started to inflate back to shape immediately. It won’t be slept on for more than 72 hours, as no sleepovers for a couple of weeks. Our 7 year old Granddaughter is very happy with it too, I’m sure our 2 year old Granddaughter will love her new sharing with big sister bed. On the images it has only been out of the packaging 20 hours, as you can see almost all the creases are gone. Our Daughter and Son in law lay on it after it was unpacked and were very impressed. I have lay on it just now and it is very firm, but comfortable, with it’s good layer of gel foam on the top. Just as shown on the company video, It is firm on the edges when you sit on it. Great communication from the seller, they want to help and make sure the customers experience is the best. Highly recommend.

This mattress is so comfy it’s like sleeping on a cloud. Guaranteed good night sleep as it moulds itself around each individual body.

I really love this product. It’s very comfortable and easy to fall asleep on as the mattress is very soft and I really recommend it to those who want to sleep comfortably! It’s a very good price and good quality.
Not only does it feels good quality but it is so comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, just right. It is supportive enough to cope well with different weights of couples (or sleep positions because my husband sleeps on the side and I’m on the back) without disturbing each others sleep when turning around at night. It was the first time we bought a rolled up mattress and I was sceptical if it would be thick and comfortable enough but it exceeded my expectations and the great reviews are well deserved! It is also so much easier to get upstairs if rolled up as we struggled with our precious one which wasn’t compressed.
The only “downside” is not related to the mattress or the seller but you have to bear in mind that you can’t book a delivery and recycling of the old mattress together at the same time as you need to let the new mattress “breathe” unfolded for 3 days before you can use it which is a bit tricky and a nuisance if you have only a small home like we. Means you have to book the recycling directly with the council which is – on a good note – actually much cheaper than companies usually charge for recycling and on top of that you can be sure you do the right thing and don’t pay a cowboy trader who just fly tips it somewhere! So it’s better for our environment too as the old mattress ends up where it belongs! Our council only charged 15 for collection of up to 3 large items which is half the price mattress suppliers usually charge for recycling and you can also get rid of two more large items at the same time if you wish. And quickly too – we booked on Monday for collection on Thursday in the same week! Therefore my tip: Don’t be put off if you don’t get a recycling option for the old mattress. Contacting your council is easy – either via online form or phone – and cheaper too!
I expected we need to keep the old mattress a bit longer to test the new one but both of us, my husband and I, slept well on it from the 1st night on which means a lot to me as I usually need at least 2 nights till I get used to a new mattress (for example on holidays). It didn’t had any kind of chemical smell either, no excessive packaging (what you usually get from Amazon) and the long warranty is an additional bonus for extra peace of mind, so what’s not to like… Not to mention the good edge support!
I can’t comment on durability yet as just bought last week but I might update at a later time.
Last but not least I want to point out the exceptional customer service – before and after purchase – which is rare these days! They answered all my questions quickly as I wasn’t sure if we should go for the orthopedic or hybrid mattress (we went for the hybrid one in the end and didn’t regret it). Bought it for my husband to accompany our kid when needed. He thinks it is comfortable to sleep on, the top layer is thick and soft. But it’s a little bit too soft for me. And it’s warm, especially during this hot days, LOL, it definitely gonna do a great job in winter.
I give it five star for the product, But the service of Amazon is 0! It took so long to despatch, even after I have called customer service. I was almost about to cancel my order and purchase on another website.
I bought this mattress for my daughter as she suffers with joint pains and honestly is so comfy for her. Great mattress and look great too
The mattress arrived a week early-very well packaged.
Although it said leave for 72hrs to fully expand ,i slept on it after 2 days.
I found it extremely comfortable and im very happy with it.
The only negative thing , though not directly an issue regarding the mattress, was the delivery of the mattress. The mattress was delivered a week early-& although i was tracking it every day there was no mention of it coming so early. I returned home from work to find the mattress left st the side of the front door. I live alone & had a very hard struggle getting it through the door. And there it had to remain for 3 days, until i could get help to take it upstairs.
The 100 day trial makes sense though as I can’t imagine at the price point anyone would want to send this mattress back. It comes vacuum packed for simple and easy transporting, it’s a nice deep mattress, it’s very soft and comfortable and the gel helps to manage temperature during the night better than a standard mattress.
Overall value for money is excellent, quality is great and I highly recommend it.
The mattress rolled up tightly and was easy to unwrap, puffed right up once released from the airtight plastic and had no strange chemical smell, so it was ready to use.
I took some time to inspect the appearance of the mattress and found the stitching to be excellent, with no extra threads and no sign of any insects/bugs present. The combination of memory foam and spring makes the mattress feel soft and firm, just the sort of mattress I wanted that wasn’t too soft.
