It is clearly well made, light and robust. It is good value for money.
However it came with poorly written and confusing instructions and I would doubt someone without prior experience of compressors would be able to get it working.
That said it has performed very well for me and provided an adequate air supply for my jobs.
It is loud but not unacceptably so although your neighbours would certainly know you were using it.
All in all I would recommend purchase for small job use.

Lovely little compressor, suitable for my needs, which entails inflating car, bike tyres with the occasional foray into nail gunning. I replaced a wheeled variant which was also great but toppled over whilst in my van (even though restrained) and fractured the tank fitting, due to poor centre of gravity.
