Over the years this is the third Dreamland Heated Blanket we have bought. I particularly like one, It is pricey but worth every penny. It is a great fit on our King Size deep mattress. The blanket is well padded and covers the whole mattress top. It begins heating almost instantly. It is easily controllable both time and temperature. We chose this particular model as we wanted the electrical connector to be away from sleep area. It isn’t totally but is well covered by the quilted structure of the blanket avoiding feeling it if you roll onto it during the night.
A bit pricey but does an excellent job, should have had one soone
This fits well. The size is poerfect and the fact that it tucks in over a wide mattrass is a boon – no crinkling under the sheet.
Present for older relative – heats up very quickly. Has safety features to mitigate against fire risks etc. Good quality product, highly recommended.
Bought this as a replacement for an old fleecy Dreamland electric blanket. King size, dual control. Arrived a week earlier than estimate. Very impressed with quality – padded cover is very comfortable and the elastic skirt is deep so covers the mattress easily. Heats up almost instantly and is extremely warm on highest setting. Some reviewers mentioned it didn’t get that hot, or took a while to warm up, which I really can’t understand. Controls are intuitive and pleasingly designed. Very happy so far (1 full week of use)
Arrived in time, was very easy to put into the bed, none of that trying to the it into the bed frame, easy to use and very comfortable.
Bought the King Size, our bed is a couple of cm wider and longer than the dimensions of this blanket but it still fits well. No un-comfy wires while you sleep and the wire for the control fits neatly through a slot in the valance.
The bed is just warm to get into after 5 mins but it very quickly heats up fully once you are in. I like the fact that it turns off after an hour ( or longer if you prefer) so you can go to sleep with it on.
The control unit does give off a background light even when the heat is off, some people might find the level of light disturbing
Good product but price is high
This is a very comfortable and practical electric blanket. The no problem is that the mains cable only connects on the left side. Plus is not a very long cable coming from the display panel and the connection on the blanket. I only point this out because I have a orthopedic bed which has two single mattress. The last electric blanket we had had connections on both sides. Which you’d think would be standard seeing as though not all beds can be set up in the same way. Apart from that you wouldn’t even know it’s on there because it’s so comfy. Personally I thought it was a little pricey but I can have the heat settings lower on this one for the same warmth me my older one.
Fantastic. Very comfortable, easy to wash/dry. Great to get into a warm bed in winter. Can leave on a low setting all night for consistent comfort.
What’s not to like about this blanket? Easy to set up, beautiful fit on mattress, with temperatures very much to our satisfaction. We love it.
I read all the previous reviews on this item and decided to wait until I had used it some time to give a fare assessment. I found it easy to fit to the bed with its elasticated side panels. The cushioned effect definitely enhanced the comfort feel of my bed and there was no sensation of lying on wires which you used to get with older electric blankets. When turned on at its full heat by the time I had got ready for bed (5 minutes) the bed was warm as toast. I had purchased this because of poor circulation in my legs during the night meaning my legs became cold and I then suffered from cramp but with the blanket set at its lowest level this no longer occurs and i have a comfortable nights sleep. I don’t understand any of the negative reviews this may be a little on the expensive side but has been worth every penny

I have never had an electric blanket in our 41 years of marriage since my husband hates them. However Si bought this one since we are getting older and he now has diabetes and permanently freezing feet and hands! It is so fantastic. So comfortable so quick and sooooo cosy! He just loves it too. I thought it was a bit pricey but it acts as a topper too so is extra soft and doesn’t ruffle up! A good investme

I have previously owned the double sized one. It was an obvious choice tome to buy the single versions when I needed to change. They are easy to use with a good deep border, the control switch is on the right hand side.
This is bliss! Having the bed warm and cozy before you get into – and easily reducing it to a comfortable temperature for sleeping with a choice of being on for 1, 3 or 9 hours is perfect. My experience is that it releases any and all tension – indeed bliss! However, from personal experience don’t wash it! I put my first purchase of this product (a double size) in the washing machine and then in the tumble dryer – and “blew” it. It transpires the on-line instructions advise being “very careful” putting in a washing machine in order not to bend the filaments (good luck with that!) and recommend line drying (line drying?!) and not clipping with pegs for the same reason – and then airing in linen cupboard for (I think) 3 days. Yes, well – good luck with all of that, too! I decided the best thing is to hope for the best and just buy a new one every 3 years! The pleasure from the produce is worth the “investment”!
Thankfully it is quite comfortable and moreover the elastic fitted sides have been enlarged and improved thus going all the way under a thick mattress rather than hanging on its side as the fleece model used to do.
A main improvement however must be its control which heats the blanket with one touch within 5-10 minutes to a warm but not too hot point turning itself off after an hour unless you choose a different setting to leave it on for any number of hours you wish.
Important is also the fact the the cable connection point on the blanket is not intrusive and eveb n more important is not right on your elbow, as the case is with another brand which I first purchased but had to return for this exact point.
All in all probably the best there is which however comes at a rather stiff price.
The cotton surface of the blanket is very comfort. It is easy to operate, just one click power on and it default to heat up in 5 mins and auto off after 1 hour, it prepared me a warm bed quickly and peace of mind sleeping for whole night. I switched off the heater in bedroom and only use this blanket to keep me warm, which save my money on energy bill.
Lovely electric blanket, fits very well and heats up quickly, only downside it doesn’t heat where one’s feet are at the bottom which is disappointing!
This is comfortable and means I have a lovely warm bed to get into at night. It’s much better than my old heated underblanket where you could feel the wires through the sheets.

Picked this model due to the great reviews, not just on Amazon but on other sites. Amazon were offering the best price so just went for it. The cotton material is both breathable and comfy. The switches so are simple to use and the blanket heats up fast. My partner and I love this buy. So glad we got it and just before the cold snap! Happy customer!

Having used this heated mattress during the colder winter months, one of the sides stopped working. Their customer and after sales services were not only helpful but also very efficient in providing a replacement. A good product and helpful company.

If I had to say anything negative it would be that it would be great if it heated up right to the bottom as my feet are always cold saying that I am delighted with my new purchase

Blue on light fades after a few minutes so you hardly notice it if you leave it on when you go to sleep
I really like the quick heat feature – just turn on and it’s on at high heat for an hour. Just remember to turn on 20 minutes before bed, and you have a wonderfully warm bed to get into.
On cold nights, I like the feature of having it on very low all night.
The only thing it doesn’t have is extra heat for the feet. But if you pre-heat the bed, that’s not really needed.

I had a similar product but it went wrong. It was 7 years old. The new one, same make etc is far superior. I would certainly recommend it.
Added note: 05/01/2021. Months later, we are still very enthusiastic about this purchase and its convenience in use. Sometimes, it is better to pay a little more!
This is my second heated mattress protector in last 6years last one packed in at one side ,they are good quality but for me a bit expensive as I think they Corner the market a bit like Apple they do keep my feet cosy though .
I expected it to be thicker. It does heat up very quickly but quality could be better. A bit thin…
Really comfortable, doesn’t move around, and switches don’t get in the way whilst sleeping.
It’s very soft and comfortable; the heat settings are perfect – 1 is very low which I like.
A perfect mattress topper and heated underblanket. Fits perfectly to our new king size mattress and does not slip. Makes the bed so cosy to get into. Love the quick ‘ready for bed’ mode which heats up in five minutes. The thickness makes the mattress extra comfy for a great nights sleep. Highly recommended and well worth the price.

Heats quickly. Only slight thing (same with other e blankets) heating part doesn’t go up to the head end of the bed far enough, resulting in a cold band just below the pillows.

This electric blanket is the best I have ever purchased. Luxurious doesn’t get too hot, makes other blankets look like cheap tat. Also ideal for memory foam mattresses,was recommended to me, I would highly recommend to others.
