I really like the way the strap is round the top no going under or through the bed Also there is another elastic strap the other end it heats up quickly I only use fast heat I have not bothered with the other2 settings, very comfy and this blanket does not move( don’t know why other people say it does!) I had my previous E/ blanket for approx 30 years same company which is why I bought this again the only downside for me is the controller is on the right side as lying in the bed I sleep on the left! And if I was being really picky I think it could be slightly warmer but that is me being picky it’s really warm, I felt my old E/ blanket probably dangerous!! This is very good value for money and I’m using it every night at the mo as it’s so cold
