Everything is great, little tricky to put together but more than happy with it.
Good value for money, well made, and sturdy.
I’m pleased with it.
My only criticism is that it’s overall ride is not as smooth as it could be for an elliptical trainer but I guess that’s because it’s quite short in length.
I liked that can move around easily with easily adjusted level of resistance, display is clear and understandable, putting it together was OK took me about two hours but could be done quicker than i did.
I used this product 3-4 times a week for 11 months…..and had a bit of an issue with the trainer. However, contacted the company, they sent me what I needed to get things back and working again. Can’t fault the product or customer services.
Great product, works as expected, need to be focus during the assembly, can be challenging for someone but use to do it, but assembly guide clear enough.
Arrived promptly when ordered and very well packed. Took us around 2 hours to assemble it but it looks really good after being made and super sturdy. It has all the usual functions like increasing stiffness etc and telemetry on the screen.
Overall we are happy with the product and using it a lot.
Bought several exercise equipment and this one I found most difficult to assemble needs 2 people for at one point, squeaks a little during use but so far it’s holding well and my favourite piece of equipment to help increase my fitness.
Yes it feels like I’m dying, but it also sounds like I’m dying with all the squeaking.
I put it together single-handedly, although the instruction booklet is terrifying, you actually only have about 10 steps rather than 1,000.
Couldn’t find all the different washer types, in the end just added washers and hoped.
If I grow and put on weight maybe it won’t squeak
MAN ALIVE did me and this thing go a trip of self discovery took a damn week to build due to missing parts etc but customer support are amazing. Even went as far as compensating for the extra time it took to build.
Since using I can’t fault it at all. The first time using it was squeaky on one side but put some WD40 on it and been right as rain ever since.
I’m not little by ANY stretch of the imagination but this is brilliant in the front room.
I’m so happy with my Cross Trainer. Not only does it look sleek and modern but it’s easy to move around and doesn’t take up much space. There are 8 difficulty settings and a screen to keep an eye on calories burnt, distance completed and time. The movement is smooth and you can feel a complete workout of the whole body. Legs, glutes, core and arms. It’s a really good workout and I used to be an athlete so used to hard workouts. My whole family are enjoying it including my 12 & 15 year olds daughters. I would recommend it, it’s great value for money.
I’ve been really impressed with my cross trainer which is really solid and sturdy. It doesn’t take too long to assemble and can easily be done by one person. We don’t have a great deal of space so the wheels make it easy to move out the way without scratching the floor. The motion is really smooth and the computer appears to be accurate so I know I’m working out as hard as I think 🙂

The cup holder is in a slot in the polystyrene which I nearly through out with out noticing it

Once the cross trainer was put together it doesn’t take up a lot of space and is very easy to move around. I did have some issues with the trainer being very squeaky, but once I got in touch with customer support they were extremely helpful. Siney guided me through step by step to resolve the issue with easy instructions and videos to help resolve the matter. A very happy customer who definitely recommends this product.
When I first opened the instruction booklet my heart sank. So many pieces/nuts/bolts/washers. But I laid everything out and was surprised how easy it was to put together. Just follow the steps and it’s easy.

Really pleased with this. I use it pretty much every day and can really feel the difference. It’s relatively sturdy but light enough to manoeuvre. Even my daughter uses it daily. It’s low impact, enjoyable and very effective. Highly recommend

Great customer service – there was a problem adjusting the resistance but they were really helpful sending instructions and videos showing how to do it.
Got this machine for my wife and must say I was very impressed with the ease and speed that I assembled it. With the space available in our home, the size of the machine is perfect. And to compound our satisfaction, the machine operates smoothly and my wife is totally satisfied.

I did have to contact support after the original was missing a bolt for the foot plate. Support was quick and courteous, shipping me an entire bolt pack replacement meaning I have some spares for other areas…should I ever need them.
I was a little disappointed when it first arrived with a broken wheel. After assembling it I realised I wasn’t able to use it like this so I got onto the seller who resolved this very quickly for me by sending out a new piece. Very prompt and helpful costumer service.

This means that one can easily choose from a gentle workout to more intensive training. All parts feel well made and long lasting.
Batteries are supplied for the trip computer and it has modes to show everything you would want to see. Heart rate sensors are built into the stationary handlebars.
I expected it to be noisier. One can get up to quite a speed and you hardly hear a thing, so it won’t disturb anyone watching tv. Very happy with this, something that the whole family can use.
I don’t really use the monitor because my iPad tends to cover it in use but that doesn’t bother me much anyway,p. Very sturdy and doesn’t take up a lot of room, overall a good buy.

The quality of this Dripex cross trainer is quite good, it’s sturdy and robust. I am very pleased with this purchase.
It has wide base so quite stable and front small 2 wheels makes it easy to move from conservatoriums to living room so can watch tv and exercise.

When we constructed the cross trainer my husband did it all himself in under 30 mins.
We had an issue with the mechanism which Vatty sorted immediately. We would definitely buy from this company again – keep up the good work.
Arrived quickly, took half an hour or so to assemble which was quite fun. Impressively, it came with all the spanners and allen keys included.
After a few days use it started to squeak badly until I realised a few of the nuts and bolts needed tightening up . A solid enough piece of kit, but if you’re nearer 6ft and a bit on the heavier side, then this product may be a bit small for you. The girl in the image must be the height of a six year old child, which is a bit misleading to say the least. Not as robust as one you’d find in a gym, but I paid 220 for this, not 5k. When using this rigorously, there’s no way a tablet or even a phone would stay in place on the stand provided. Just put the TV or radio on instead! Overall, very happy with this!
I’ve just assembled and tried to use it once so far, slight noise in the back but this comes with a small pack of grease so hopefully I should see a change.
I’m pleased with the purchase once set up its very easy to move, it does not take up too much room in the corner of my living room.

Looks good in white, very sturdy, excellent value for money, a couple of small issues, nothing to do with the operation of the item, and they were solved quickly and professionally.
Really nice machine. It assembled well. The machine is quite and smooth (once it bedded in… it felt a little tight for the first 5 mins now it’s as smooth as silk)
I did have to add some thread lock onto a couple of the bolts on the left side of the front upright as they kept loosening slightly. Since adding that, it’s perfect.
Took a while to put together. Makes a squeaking noise so might need to put more oil on but a good piece of kit for home use for all the family with different levels of hardness
It’s more like an eliptical stepper with a seat than a cross trainer. It can be used as a bike or stepper / cross trainer. It obviously can’t be compared with a full size gym piece of equipment but it does the job for a relatively small amount of money. Pretty good for what it is.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the product after assembly – but quickly rectified with a full refund
I bought this product about 6 months ago. It is solid and very easy to assemble. I was looking for a bike and a cross trainer and this is a great concept. Unfortunately I found the motion of the pedal had a judder and was not smooth. I reported this a couple months later to the seller who was extremely helpful. They advised on things to try to fix it and gave me a partial refund on the product and said that I can keep the bike. It appears that the belt may be stuck – I have to still try what was suggested to see if that resolves the judder issue with pedalling. Overall it is a great product when working, I would recommend this for a smaller person not for anyone taller than 5ft 8 as the stride length is small.
The customer service provided by the seller however is excellent and the team responded very quickly, were very helpful and accommodating through out the process offering different options to assist.
i would give 5 stars for customer service and would like to give the product 5 stars but owing to the judder rate it 4.

For my purpose it is an excellent machine which allows me to exercise my body either standing up or sitting down and is easy to move around with its built in transport wheels. It runs very quietly and the foot pedals are very sturdy and well placed. I would have liked the heart monitor but the model I bought does not have that facility.
With gyms closed during the pandemic, looks like everyone had the same idea as me and went to Amazon to buy a cross trainer. Dripex were one of the few to still offer speedy delivery during the pandemic at a good price.
The product arrived quickly, was easy to set up and got me much needed exercise. Their customer support team is pretty awesome so if you have any queries they resolve it super fast!

The cross trainer that I have ordered came out to be perfect and easy to work with i was able to fit it and does not consume a lot of space so it is the perfect machine to buy
Very robust and quiet when used. Took about 1 hour to assemble, but once running is very smooth and quiet when used. All family enjoys this piece if gym equipment.
So far we’ve had the cross trainer a few days and used it daily. Don’t expect it to be as smooth as the ones at the gym, as it is a home piece of equipment. But the build is sturdy, the metal parts good quality and we found it very easy to put together in about 30 mins.
We have not been exercising much this year but find we get a really good workout from this machine so far. The available resistance levels are pretty decent.
Expect a bit of wobble whilst your using it, if your floors are old and uneven like ours, but it doesn’t detract massively from your experience.
Would recommend this piece of equipment to anyone wanting to workout at home, that doesn’t have an unlimited budget. For the money you are spending you are getting a good quality product, suitable for most/your average user, with average fitness levels.
The first thing to mention is that it came extremely well-packed, with large polystyrene blocks protecting the main unit and the parts to attach. Everything was in pristine condition, with no dents or scratches. Putting it together took an hour or so, but I deliberately took it a little slowly to make sure I didn’t mess anything up! With the pedals, like on a bike, one side screws in clockwise and one screws in counter-clockwise so make sure to refer to the instructions as there’s a ‘left’ and ‘right’ bolt & nut set that must be used in the correct sides. Once constructed, the unit is solid but light to move and you can wheel it around easily when you want to move it. It carries me (16+ stone) with no creaks and crunches – apart from the ones my body makes.
The mechanism is almost undetectable to the ear, as you’ll be able to (not) hear in my video, and the movement of the arms/legs is smooth – whether you’re sitting or standing. The resistance can be adjusted from levels 1-16 and the LCD display auto switches on/off when the machine is moving/stops. The ‘phone holder’ is also big enough for my iPad, which means that I can watch things on catch-up or fire up YouTube and put on a cycling video to keep me occupied while I’m working out. Great machine for home use.

As a pensioner I found it set at quite a hard level but an getting over this by gentle training.

Initial machine sent was unusable on the higher resistance settings but the replacement is working OK. Customer service was excellent so if you do have a problem with a machine for any reason it should get sorted
Is not very stable on the ground. You need to keep your balance when you do the workout, but is ok. My wife is pleased with it.

It is a far better product that this replaces (even though the last one did over 100k miles). It is deceptively quiet. The magnet is a little slow on the adjustment, but that is similar to the belt form. I am absolutely delighted with how easy it was to put together and use. I’d like the seat to be a bit higher, for cycling it is a bit low (I’m 5′ 11″) and the company do not make a longer seating shaft. As I do mainly running on it, it’s not the end of the world. And the manufacturer has been very fair about the shortfall; Still Happy
A week on. This is silent and flaming awesome. I added a bit more grease to the external bearing bolts. Interestingly the magnet uses the wheel to generate electric, so it’s light at first then gets heavier. Also a good move to easy you in. LOVE THIS
I have a great deal of confidence in this product. The size of the model in the picture is very deceptive. The edited photograph is a joke. The model in the picture is 70% or normal making the machine look massive. It’s not, but I’m not going to mark them down for some pretty poor image production. The device is what I like and it works well. NB – there is a 1* rating for a grinding sound on a setting over 11. On mine – max setting is as silent as 1

I am a large man , around 260lb, and found this eliptical trainer to be very sturdy and smooth and quiet in operation.
I originally had this setup on a really low setting so that i could workout whilst watching TV, it was reasonably relaxing and i still got a good 30 minute routine going, then last night i turned up the magnetic control and increased the resistance, this thing got my legs working really hard and felt like i had been lifting weights on my legs for the last hour.
I regularly do walks of over 2hrs and this is a massive increase on even the biggest hills i tend to walk up (or even climb sometimes)
When on a low setting i tend to use the seat to stay comfortable, but on the highest setting only the standing up position and a lot of puffing and panting will suffice.
