Anti-Frost FunctionThe BFH20 has an anti-frost function. This is to protect the heater should the surrounding temperature drop below 5 degrees, the heater will switch on to protect the heaters elements and warm the surrounding area until it reaches 5 degrees or more. | Child Safety LockWe know buttons can be too tempting for curious little hands! It didn’t take long for my electrician to install this. It’d a great heater and although it uses 2kwh of energy within 5 minutes of being on the room is to temp. I haven’t used the controls to set a timer as I only use the bathroom once a day so I turn it on when I’m in and turn it off when I’m done. This didn’t come with a remote control or instructions but I was sent instructions via email through the amazon store if I needed them. The only downside is like all fan heaters it’s a bit loud and it runs for 1 minute cold before switching itself off when the room reaches temp
What remote control? None with my heater.
Not needed though as it is easy to operate and heats the bathroom quickly
I installed it in my bathroom and I am very satisfied. Heats up fast, has two modes of heating which helps to save energy.
We bought this to replace our existing heater and were pleased with the speed at which it heated the shower room. It is very adaptable and adjusts the temperature during the operating time. If it reaches the set temperature it switches off for 30 secs and then comes back on. There is a 30sec cool down period after it is switched off but the air it circulates is still warm. We have not used the timer function. Would recommend as a efficient alternative to the others on the marke
Was it suppose to have a remote control – sadden no manual – otherwise it’s a good fire for the Bathroom – energy efficient – glad I did not have to programme it though – quite challenging for the electrician though!
Replacement bathroom heater. Excellent to use as a simple fan heater (we do not need the programming features). Just need to remember to hoover out the vents at the back regularly – before the dust builds up. Vents are accessed by (turning of power from isolator switch before) undoing top screw.
I would just like to mention how great they were in communication- my first heater didn’t work unfortunately, but they replied so quickly, sent free returns labels and sent a new one out within days! And the new one is marvellous! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5*
I use it in a mid size bathroom. It warms up the bathroom in less than 5 minutes. I use this rather than already installed oil radiator.
Probably designed for a commercial setting. Works to a set of high and low temperature times during the day. Customisable programme. However, there is no manual switch to get the bathroom toasty before a bath.
Arrived on time. Well packaged. Great little heater. We have hard wood floors so it is a little noisy but when we put a rug under it not so. Love that you can programme it which is really easy.
Warms the cold spot in bathroom due to being long and big area already got.big towel rail needed something in chilly summer days when heating not on this heater does the job

A little louder than expected, compared to other floor type fan heaters I have but nothing ridiculous. Programmability is a bonus and fit our needs perfectly so big plus.
Heats up the small bathroom very quickly and cycles to maintain temperature well. Needs a quick manual override in order to heat the bathroom when it’s outside of the planned time

A great product easy to install works a treat hots my bathroom up in no time. Handy for those cold mornings when You don’t want the central heating on in the whole house easy to program to come on the times that you want.
Somewhat bigger than I expected but looks good once installed the timer programmes are not easy to work out so I using the on / off button at the moment when needed
The heat output is good and it warms the room in a few minutes to the selected temperature. I love that you can set a timer or use one of the inbuilt programmes to keep your room warm when you need it. The fan does make a noise when it is on but it is not too bad.
The only slight issue is that when the heater reaches the required temperature and shuts off the residual heat warms the unit so it thinks the room is warmer than it is for about ten or fifteen minutes until it cools off again. This can leave the room a few degrees colder than the set temperature so to allow for this I have set the thermostat a couple of degrees higher. It is not an ideal solution but it is inevitable that this will happen with this type of heater.
So overall this is a really good heater. It is very controllable and produces a good amount of heat.
