During the colder months buildings become warmer inside than outside; a natural result of this is condensation and increased humidity in the indoor environment.

Couldn’t believe how much water was pulled put of the air the first few days,condensation in the 80s now its down between 45 and 55.My windows were covered in condensation at first but now bone dry.Also the air around the house feels drier.Some dehumidifiers have a small water collection bucket but this one is a good large size.
I am using this in the ‘drying laundry’ mode so the fan is operating at full speed. However, it’s reasonably quiet and even heavy towels dry in just a few hours. On the downside, the touch sensitive buttons and icons are very small and dark against a dark background so you need good light (or very good eyesight) to see them. Overall this is a very good product, Recommended.
Use in a large conservatory that was suffering from mould. This machine is efficient does the job perfectly. The noise is not as bad as a lot of reviews suggest.
Seems to work well drying out a damp room and also helping dry laundry airers. Easy to use, good job as never found the online instructions! It’s heavy, but designed well so pretty easy to move about. Don’t think I could sleep with it on, but not too noisy.
Bought my first Duronic Dehumidifier 2 years ago my house was very cold even with the heating, WHAT a big difference this machine made I empty it twice a day so bought a second one upstairs one down you will not be disappointed with this Dehumidifier just remember to clean filter which is easy to do, the alarm goes off when it needs to be emptied.
My house feels warmer I’ve been able to turn the heating down, any moisture in the home makes the house cold

This item really does suck moisture out off the air. I live in an old house and suffer from condensation but was surprised how much moister was in the air. To noisy to run at night in the same room as you. But I do like a quiet room

This dehumidifier pulls in a lot of water, is very quiet,and I’m pleased with it.
I’ve had dehumidifiers before… this one is by far the most effective dehumidifier that I have owned. I live in a ground floor apartment so it gets really humid and damp, meaning that my clothes get ruined. I suffer from asthma quite badly, too.
The first time I unboxed my dehumidifier, I was shocked at it’s aesthetically pleasing looks. I switched it on and sat and watched the screen. It works FAST!! the water tank is 4l, which is HUGE! On medium setting, I filled the tank in 1 day. Sure it’s noisy, but it works so damned well.
I haven’t had to use my inhaler for one week, since owning this. And my place smells super fresh. Win.
Surprised as to how well this product works and the water collected. Initially bought to dry out small unheated porch and utility room removing condensation but as I needed to dry washing indoors then tried laundry mode. Very effective. Works more efficiently in a small space. On a landing area I closed bedroom doors to improve and speed up drying time.
I have owned this product for less than a month, however, I find it has been very effective at reducing, even eliminating condensation in the bedroom. I leave it on a medium setting for about three hours every evening, during which time it usually collects over a litre of water just from the bedroom. A very efficient and effective machine.

The bad – the display is practically impossible to read in any light, but once you learn where the buttons are you’re fine. Its also noisy, but I use it in a spare room / cupboard so that muffles it a bit.
Overall I’m really glad I bought it, there’s a decent warranty and delivery was much quicker than expected. Seems to be better than those available at a comparable price.
Alot of confusion around delivery date changed 3 times. Product is heavy for elderly people to manoeuvre alone. Its very noisy. I felt it released more cold air so not sure how people are saying their rooms feel warmer? It did collect moisture at least half a tank after running for 8 hours. This is so much very than expected. I already have an ebac dehumidifier which does it’s job upstairs. But this is something else. Very easy to use, the wheels make it easy to move around. It collects so much water. Very good value for money.
Great quality dehumidifier. Can’t believe how much moisture it can extract in a day.
This dehumidifier is way too loud, it keeps making a noise which got even worse after a few months of use. The sound coming from it doesn’t seem normal, the item is probably faulty. It’s too big to bother send it back. Will have to replace with another brand.
Update: after contacting customer service we have had the item replaced and the new one works well.
Have had this for two months and it’s working great. Using it to dry clothes and it’s ideal. Made a mistake at first of having it higher on a shelf than the clothes it was drying, changed it to the ground lower than the clothes and it’s working brilliantly. It probably says all that in the instructions, but I’m a man and we don’t do instructions.
Ideal for drying washing faster in the winter months. We have got a large open living space and it still works perfectly. If I leave it on near to the washing for 3 hours, I’ll get 2 points of water or of it . Expensive but very good investme

Love this little dehumidifier!! Its quiet, compact and so easy to use. We live in an old, very damp cottage and in only couple of weeks, the damp walls are much improved and musty smell has gone. The best part though is how quickly it dries my washing!! Its dry within a day and I no longer have washing all over the radiators. It uses a lot less electricity than a tumble dryer too. Only criticism is the control panel isn’t illuminated so it’s a bit difficult to see when changing the settings. Other than that, its perfect.

Only just bought this so early days. However it has taken over 8 litres of water in three days so I’m impressed.
Overall quite quiet compared to other dehumidifiers I’ve used. Draws plenty water out of the air and fairly easy to move with wheels and handles. Only gripe is the water tank can be slightly difficult to remove without spilling when over half full.
This does work! I’m sceptical of their claim of collecting 20l per day – this certainly isn’t the case in my experience. Must have been under optimal conditions.
Dont do reviews but for this iam….bought it for my conservatory tht gets condensation in winter time…got cheap one tht pulls some water out the air…..got this and has made SUCH A MASSIVE difference…..we hang out our washing in there in winter and bad weather so it can gather alot of moisture on windows and roof but since using this we have none WATSOEVER….it also helps sooo much to dry clothes….i put it next to my washing and it sucks out the water from it….ive also noticed a difference in the temperature too…..it is a little noisy if u were sleeping in the same room as it but if im sitting in my conservatory im watching tv and put the volume up a few notches…..this is for me was such a good buy….i was a bit sceptical at the price but im really pleased and definitely worth the money

This is a good looking product and functions as expected. The display/buttons could be bigger, as others have stated, but it certainly performs its task well and does switch itself off when full. Unfortunately, the first one that arrived had a pronounced throb which was unacceptably noisy. The seller replaced that model within 24hrs and arranged for the faulty original to be collected a day later – excellent service. In both cases the delivery was well packaged, though be advised there is no pipe included for continuous discharge of condensate – not required by me but the description did suggest such was included.
I have been using this for about a month now and am generally very pleased overall. However, buyers should be aware that the unit itself is not especially quiet during operation. In fact, some of the descriptions concerning its noise level may be somewhat misleading. There is one YouTube review that I remember seeing which suggested that you could sleep with this on ‘low’ in the bedroom: no way! Whilst the fan noise is quiet, the inner gubbings will hum much more than a fridge does, for example, when it needs to work a bit. Depending on your flooring and personal sensitivity, noise and/or vibration will certainly be noticeable if not necessarily intrusive. Since it is my first dehumidifier I cannot compare to others but I would not want it to be any louder – not quite up to the level of my washing machine but a lot louder than my fridge occasionally buzzes. For these reasons I have to drop one star despite its efficient operation.

I like the quiet operation and I am amazed at the amount of water it is extracting . It’s sturdily built and easy to move about with the castor’s fitted . The digital operating panel symbols ought to be larger and clearer to see and a bit more information in the instruction book would be more helpful . The water container can be a bit difficult to replace after emptying it , but I seem to be getting the hang of it now . Overall I am very happy with the dehumidifier and would highly recommend it .

Easy to remove the tank to empty the collected water using the handle to carry it. Easy to use and manoeuvre. I like the main handle for moving around.
I use this for drying my clothes, does the job great – clothes are mostly dry 12 hours later after having the dehumidifier on for 6 hours. Quite noisy but a constant noise.

This is a good dehumidifier, we had a leak from our cold water tank into a bedroom, in less than a week the damp marks have almost disappeared. There’s a nice big tank that needs emptying once every 12 hours or so. It does hum so not great if you are trying to sleep but I have managed to sleep with it on. I only had lots of those beads in pots dehumidifiers before this so this is a vast improvement. I think it’s priced about right.

I like the fact this dehumidifier can work in our cold conservatory and is keeping it dry inside. So on a frosty morning there’s no condensation on the windows inside. It uses a lot less energy than the dessicator types which is good news.
Two small niggles are the water collector jug is a little fiddly to refit and the operating screen is hard to see unless you’re at eye level with it, but I think these are worth putting up with for the price you pay for this smart looking machine.
I suddenly had a terrible problem with mold forming as winter set in and I was using clothes driers in the bedroom. I was amazed how much water filled the tank. Leaves the room fresh and warm, totally different atmosphere!

Nearly 20 months later, I can only further recommend this awesome product. Unfortunately it’s now flagged as “sold out” even on the manufacturer website, but it might be just a temporary Covid-related issue since they appear to focus on PPI production.
Anyway, hoping that they will produce this humidifier again, I can further add that it’s reliable, not too noisy, the air filter is extremely easy to clean and the water tray/container is quite easy to pull out and fit back in (well, to be completely honest it is sometimes a little fiddly to insert back in but I got used to the required moves).
It doesn’t seem to add too much to the electricity bill, but I switch it on only when we have the washing out or anyway when humidity is above 60% in the house. Moreover, we use it mostly in winter, with warmer weather I just keep some windows open.

I received this item only 5 days ago so it’s way too early to comment on durability or power consumption but it’s proving to be exactly what we needed at a competitive price when looking at similar alternatives.
If I consider the two most common early concerns across dehumidifier reviews, namely smell and noise, I can truly testify that the Duronic doesn’t smell at all and noise is barely noticeable when at the lowest fan setting. Even at the highest setting it’s not annoying at all. I’m now typing this review with the Duronic in the same room as I have some laundry left to dry on a rack, I am listening to music and I can barely hear the dehumidifier right behind me.
It is extremely easy to use and the water container is bigger (4 litres) than most other dehumidifiers in this price range, so it needs to be emptied less often. When we first started the dehumidifier, the humidity level was nearly 80%, and the Duronic brought it down to to 55% in less than 24 hours.
If I really want to pick anything less than perfect in this Duronic product, then I can mention the power cable which could be longer to allow for positioning the unit anywhere in a flat/house. We have to use an extension cable in a couple of rooms, but that’s absolutely a minor concern.
I will add more information in a few months, once I will have gauged its impact on the electricity bill. Clearly durability will require even more time (I hope…) before stating anything. Unfortunately its warranty lasts only for one year, while I am expecting an item of this kind to last at least 3 years. I also have to better understand, over time, how often and for how long I will actually use it every week, as definitely weather and seasons are significant variables.
So far, I and my wife are very pleased with our choice.

This was a gift for my son, he wanted it mainly for the clothes drying facility and had been very pleased with the look of the dehumidifier and the quietness of the operation
I personally think the quality is excellent and great value for money as many dehumidifiers are far more expensive than this one
Now we`ve got one we wouldn`t be without it. It hasn`t been off since we got it apart from when it turns it`s self off for emptying. We tried it out on our large caravan and what a difference it has made. Now i`m moving it room to room in our house and again it has/is making a big difference.

A good quality dehumidifier helping to keep my bathroom dry. The laundry mode is very powerful and works like a treat.
Works very efficiently at controlling humidity in my 5m x 4m conservatory which previously had a recurring condensation problem. No problems at all now, particularly with the automatic settings. Appears to be fairly economic. Could do with a fuller instruction manual.
Downside is that the instructions are very basic so not really sure how many of the functions work or what settings should be used.

Mine has been running for weeks now without too big a hit on the elec bill, and with walls which are now dry. Goodbye damp patch. Seems to vary in volume sometimes very quiet, sometimes louder, not sure why!

Bought this to replace a defunct Electrolux dehumidifier. The first thing to notice is that it is a lot quieter than the Electrolux and can be used in any room without the obtrusive levels of background noise.
I have it in a conservatory where it is effectively controlling humidity at about 45% and fills the tank every two days
Excellent product. We use it at home in winter when drying clothes indoors. Items dry in a fraction of the time they would otherwise and it makes an enormous difference to the air quality.

This is the third dehumidifier that I have owned, and is by far the best. You can easily set it to your own required level. It’s quiet, easy to move, and very efficient.
The filter is easily removed for cleaning, which is especially helpful if you have pets as hairs can clog up the filter.

The first Dehumidifier that I have ever used, but am really pleased with how well it works. It soon gets rid of the condensation in our conservatory which is the length of our bungalow.
