Cat hair? WHAT CAT HAIR?!
Bought this as an upgrade to my previous eufy x8, which was good, but not powerful enough – I have two black cats and rent a flat with light-coloured carpet, which is not a great mix, I was still having to make use of my manual hoover weekly to keep the place looking presentable..!
Setup was straightforward and quick, clip the ramp onto the base and pop the L60 on to charge.
Mapping was much quicker, probably because the L60 doesn’t have to clean whilst doing it, and the routing seems much more efficient.
Even after one use, all the cat hair is gone. I’m impressed!
The SES works well – the hair cutting function is able to deal with my waist-length hair, and the dust tray is empty. I’ve only had it a few days, so waiting to see how quickly the hoover bag inside the base station fills up.
Noise: the L60 itself is fairly quiet (certainly quieter than the x8, even on max power!) although the SES is obnoxiously loud – although to be fair, it is quick to empty the dust tray, cut the hair from the roller, then empty the dust tray again.
All in all, I’m really happy. What would make it perfect is the ability to program the cleaner to return to the SES for emptying both after a certain amount of cleaning time AND at the end of a cleaning job, not one or the other as at present.
Small, but mighty
My carpets have never looked so good! Very intelligent, highly capable. The suction is fantastic! I schedule the robovac to hoover while I’m at work and come home to a pristine flat. Better than any handheld hoover I have ever owned. Mapping is easy and accurate. 10/10 must buy!!!
Really good so long as you use the app
Having upgraded from the G30 Verge after 3 years, I was really pleased with this one. I have two double-coated medium dogs so my robot vacuums are usually on at least once a day (if not twice a day) to keep the fur down. With the extra suction power, this does wonders and I feel I can rely on it every time.
Once I had set up each floor of my house, it navigated effortlessly around including a No Go Zone I’d added via the app to avoid the dining set and any stray toys accidentally left out.
The level of customisation through the app is really useful. As an example, I have a schedule set up so the vacuum will use max suction power over two passes in my utility room only which responds to a Ring motion sensor.
So far my only issue with this vac is that it defaults to standard settings if I press the Power button on the top of the vac itself and forgets all customisation so I have to go into the app and set it all up again including telling it which floor its on every time instead of working it out itself upon start up. I may be using it wrong, but this is my experience so far.
nice cleaner fast mapping
The first run maps the house by entering each room scanning and mapping. you can set up rooms or zones. timed cleaning for different zones/rooms. we have this cleaner set to run around the hall each day and different rooms alternate days. you can even use the remote on the app to drive the cleaner to a specific spot to clean rather than asking it to clean the whole room. all in all a great cleaner and great app.
So this was my 4th robot vacuum and all the others caused so many issues from getting stuck, having rollers blocked constantly, failing to map my home to also being so difficult to understand the speaking instructions. This one has been a saviour. So easy to set up. One round of your floor area and it has a map ready to edit and save. I have 2 maps saved & unsure how map floor spaces you can save. I didn’t let it into either of my son’s rooms as I didn’t have a skip to clear the floor areas. You can set a cleaning time schedule, you can get it to select one room or several rooms or just let it do all the area. It has several suction modes. It does all the floor surfaces. So easy to empty the dustbin and clean. We have a dog and this robot has saved so much time and energy cleaning up all her hairs . I have it on everyday & some days twice. would recommend this vacuum.
Best hoover eve
This is amazing, works very well. The app is great, the mapping really does work well and I will never need to hoover again! (Apart from the stairs). Great value and a very smart machine that you can easily customise in the app to what you need. I come home to a hoovered house, half the price of a Dyson and it does it for you!!

We’ve had her 6 months now. Well worth the investment.
We use on max suction and she cover our whole downs stairs about 60m2 in under 45 mins. We barley use a normal hoover now (we have a dog and toddler)
Moves really well around objects, doesn’t cause any damage and doesn’t bang into anything.
Very easy to clean brushes and empty.
We only have one issue is that she struggles in our kitchen as she mounts the base of our bar stools and gets stuck.
I’ve mad my L60 since October23 and use it about twice a week. We have hard floors all downstairs, a busy house in the countryside and three dogs.
Initial setup mapping was super quick (10-15 mins?) and accurate – I’m no tech-wizz, it just wasn’t complicated.
This hoover is great at picking up dog hair and light dust which is what it was intended for. Because our place is so messy we have it set to one below the strongest suction which does a reasonable job whilst spinning out the battery charge but it’s nowhere near as good as when Brunhilde thrashes about with the Miele. Then again it’s much less work than doing it manually.
The only hassle is making sure I’ve moved all the chairs, low curtains and assorted children’s clutter off the floor to give the L60 a clear run of things.
Dust box gets full every time it is used and I don’t find it a pain to manually empty it each time so am not regretting having bought a model without a self-emptying base station.
It was always a tough ask to get our ground floor done on one charge at strong suction and it’s recently started returning to charge itself up after about 85% finished then going back an hour or so later to finish the job. Not a problem for me but might irritate some people.
Overall, I wish it had even stronger suction (we really are messy here) and a longer battery charge. App is great and bar a tiny niggle, works well. With having dogs I’ve not been brave enough to set up pre-set cleaning times in case one has been caught short at night – a friend did with hers one night and now refers to it as the “Nutella hallway nightmare”.
Really makes a difference
I was skeptical as to how much this little robot could pick up but this particular model packs a punch. I bought this to help me whilst recovering from surgery but he will continue to work and save me so much time even after I’ve recovered. I bought one for my mum and my friend was so impressed, she also bought one.

Love my Eufy!
I was a bit sceptical about this buy, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It does great on the wooden floors and can easily manoeuvre onto the rugs. It gets stuck in between things sometimes but once you figure out where, easy to avoid by placing an obstacle there. Have it on a timer at 6am so it’s finished and back in it’s charging dock before heading to work. Surprised how much it collects each time! Lots of these have things like floor mapping, apps etc. This Eufy doesn’t have that, instead just a remote. To be honest it does a great job without mapping for our house, and it’s simple to use.
