Powerful pump, convenient to use and store away when not in use
The generator purchase is a fantastic compact product promptly delivered within the dates that were specified. Very happy with my purchase.
Great system all round except for the handle which is just too short for the unit on its own and way too short to transport it with the generator attachment. It’s a wonder Evo do not have a retrofit as I am sure they have had this complaint lots of times.
Great dose good job starts easy. Looking forward to trying generator. This product needs compressor attachment.
Powerful add-on to the Evolution EvoSystem Engine Unit that works really well unlike the kind of pressure washer available in some of the large DIY stores.
Great unit, easy to start nd an engine that puts out plenty of power.
Engine is IMO quiet and runs well even when used for longer periods.
Only qualm and reason for not giving 5 Stars, is the transport handle;
this is not supported enough (only two wing nuts). As the unit is quite heavy
I am sure this will not last long. Would have been easily reinforced, by just
using 4 wing nuts. The PTO units are easily mounted (Generator, Pressure washer)
sliding onto the engine (note: best done at a downwards angle).
Would highly recommend, especially as the general price of this unit has come down
a lot over the past 12 months. Just be careful to compare the offers on amazon as there are
quite big proces differences.
This engine is slightly cheaper than the MITSUBISHI engine.
I can’t compare the two, as I have only owned this one.

First class piece of kit! Voltage selector switch could do with protecting from knocks and bangs but apart from that an execellent product.
Partial review, more to follow it’s only just arrived.
First: all the bits where there a good start.
Second: bolts for supporting feet all good but one of the threads hadn’t been cut properly so ?I’ll have to ‘re cut that myself, not spending time sending back
Third: handle threads also not cut correctly.
Decent handbook and instructions so can’t fault that, tomorrow I’ll fire it up and see what happens.
UPDATE: purchased and filled with oil, put fuel in and she fired up… lucky I only ran it for a short while as a few moments later I noticed fuel leaking, only slightly, however on further inspection and checking the fuel hose it had a rather large hole in it: now I have to print / scan a receipt and organise a swap for a new unit next week : could I have replaced the hose myself, maybe… but, why should I have to do the work.
Update 18 Jan 2016: So the replacement unit arrived, great, all good and really can’t fault it. Works a treat.

I’ve just bough the GT600 Engine and Generator attachment on another well known auction site for 225.00 including post. I’m actually gobsmacked at what I got for the money. The day I decide to sell I would think I would probably not lose much money. I have to give a five star rating just for value for money, never mind the quality.

Loads of power when using the supplied lance and it’s powerful enough to bring concrete in a garage entrance that hadn’t been washed in 10yrs up like new.
Obviously you need to buy the Evolution engine along with the attachment, and it looks like it’s a good piece of kit. There are two models available and I’ve got the Evolution 6.5hp one. I’ve heard people say it’s noisy, but I’ve used many generators and it’s no noisier than other engines of a similar output. It’s smooth running, easy to start and easy to move about.

So I bought it together with the engine unit and it is THE BEST pressure washer EVER.
Snaps right into the engine unit and has enough power to even strip the paint off my wooden patio (oops…).
Can’t tell you how many times I had to go over the same spot with my Karcher over the same spot.
With this baby it’s “fire and forget”. When cleaning my stone terrace, I never had to do the same spot more than two times: Once to get the dirt off, a second time to wash it all away. Done.
A friend borrowed the washer and he and his wife were amazed how their terrace looks once he was done (it literally had a different colour after three decades of dirt were removed).
The engine unit is quite loud and it does vibrate quite a bit (fortunately, the skid marks could be removed with the pressure washer – I loved that part best: it cleans after itself…).
When I received mine via Amazon I was initially disappointed as it would not start.
However I personally found Evolution’s customer service to be very helpful and quick to respond, they were more than willing to collect and replace my engine unit, although this was not required as they quickly diagnosed the problem and offered the solution. It now starts first time and every time.
I use this with the power washer attachment and for the money its a great buy.

The output is very easy to connect and use with the Evo system once you know how.
As others have said, you will need the engine to make this work, it is not a standalone unit!
This Evolution Pressure Washer add on for the petrol engine (I already own) is fantastic and has the power to wash the car clean without the need to employ elbow grease afterwards. The power means it can really get to work but not have to concentrate a small jet, instead it performs brilliantly with a wide jet saving me time and giving a much more even finish. I’ve also used this to clean exterior walls and patios where it proved it self extremely proficient.
Another nice feature is the build quality. It’s a robust unit with a good strong rubber hose and gun, unlike the cheaper ones this hose doesn’t keep kinking which leads to ruptures. The gun is robust yet the trigger nice and light so you don’t get muscle ache after extended use.
Finally I want to mention the integrated detergent reservoir that automatically kicks in when the lance is put in low pressure mode (switch on the lance, nice feature) so you can apply extra detergent when needed without having to swap hose attachments.

I have this to power the dirty water pump and generator attachments. it works very well, easy to start, runs for a long time on a single tank and folds away nicely.
based on the experience I’ve have with the other attachments and this engine i’m now looking to replace my electric pressure washer with the one that attaches to this.

The handles just shift out of vertical even when very tightly secured.
A small modification ( a couple of bolt on lugs ) would sort this.
The unit is superbly finished and exudes quality of workmanship

I have several Evolution tools, as expected the engine starts like a honda.
plenty of power for the evolution power washer, very good value, works well.
Word of warning – you must buy this product with the EvoSystem EVO200 engine unit – otherwise it will not run. But bought together; you will not be disappointed!

Like? Starting it. I have various hedge trimmers, chainsaws, strimmers, generators. All are ok but find I have to tweek to keep starting fine, even from new. This engine, no such problems after around 17 uses in the past three weeks. Takes next to no physical effort. That, combined with the fact it is multi-purpose with the add on units available makes it the most useful portable tool I have purchased in years. As for the ‘Portable’ bit, comes on a trolley with wheels and a handlebar to move it around with. I’ve made a lot of space in my van by using this with the add-ons as have cleared out the separate units I carried for each job. Wish I had seen it 20 years ago.
Who would I recommend it to? Private lanscape gardeners. Small construction firms ( Guys, it will do everything). Private mobile car valeting companies. ( Looks professional, unlike your Karcher pressure washer, which of course you may have to ask if you can plug in.)
and it certainly lives up to what it says on the box would highly recommend this machine .
