    1st cut and happy
    Took my time setting up.
Making sure all square and flat.
    1st cut is lengthwise on a 70 x 70 x 2270 paired on half.
Quiet, no burn and pretty accurate.
    More than happy.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersVery good BUDGET saw
I had some accuracy issues with mine, Evolution customer services were exemplary but DPD lost the machine after I returned it for warranty repair/inspection. Evolution supplied me a brand new one the next day. Their customer service is first class.
I understand that this saw is a 200.00 saw and not a 2000.00 one. It will cut anything you ask it to but it will not be 100% accurate, it is designed for a hobbyist not a fine furniture maker and it is priced accordingly.
In my opinion the saw is as good if not better than I can expect for a machine of this price point.
For what it is worth I am now a life long Evolution customer (but won’t go very entry level again)
I would like to add something to this as I feel part of my comment is not quite correct.
It is regarding the accuracy comment I made. Sure you cannot move the fence side to side and expect the same results every time as per a more expensive rack and pinion style fence but, if you take the time to set up the fence every time you move it and ensure it is square on both planes then it is as accurate as any other saw. It’s a bit more fiddly but the exact same results will be obtained.

    Pretty good for the price
It’s a little fiddly to get the blade 100% square.
The fence isn’t 100% accurate, but close enough for my purposes.
The mitre gauge wobbles in it’s track a bit, but I reckon I’ll get used to it.
The only major issue is the it uses non standard T tracks, which makes buying/making jigs, a cross cut sled or feather boards tricky (I bought some aluminium bar to make sliders from, works fine)
It cuts quickly and cleanly. Is easy to assemble, and seems well made.
I’m a hobbyist on a budget. I didn’t expect perfection, but it’s minor flaws can be worked round, so overall, I’m pleased with the machine.
I’d also ad that I contacted customer service and they were prompt and helpful in their replies.
My only real gripe is that the info about the T track size should be more obvious.

easy to assemble and use. pleasantly surprised by quality of cut.
Down sides are Metal table extensions and legs a little flimsy if the unit requires regular moving.
the blade and guide does not go down far enough (without removal of guide which is fidlely) therefor top is not flush and cant be used without making a specal cover when not in use

Like so many cheap table saws, this is badly let down by an ill fitting fence and guide. Why on earth they don’t have a fence that is the width of the table and can be clamped on both sides is beyond me. There is literally an mm or more play with both.

I’ve used this heavily for a month and already I’m looking either for something better or for ways to build a better table. I’ve adjusted what I can but not much can be done about a table bed with runner slots that aren’t parallel. It’s a little under half a millimetre run-off from one end to the other. However, that’s enough to cause your home-made crosscut sled to bind. You will want to make your own sled and rip fence. The accessories provided for that purpose are too small and flimsy for accurate work. The problem was further exacerbated on my saw because, it appears, the press used to stamp out the runner slots in the factory isn’t quite long enough for the job. The last 10 millimetres at both ends of each slot had a second pass and the press didn’t line up perfectly with the first pass. This left a tiny step which I had to file down to reduce binding.
The power buttons are located awkwardly in a manner that forces you bend down and look for them. I find this puts my head in the firing line of any material kickback.
My table had a region of bubbled paint on the bed which flaked off after a little use. The metal underneath was rusty.
The saw blade randomly suffers from flutter – side to side oscillation. I’ll be half way through a cut and suddenly there’s change in sound and kerf clearance at that point is a millimetre wider than the rest of the cut.

If you’re like me, you’ll quickly find that the table saw is the most useful bit of kit in the workshop. It’s really frustrating when it doesn’t quite perform to the standard you want. I would recommend investing in the best machine you can afford. For me, the Fury5 just doesn’t cut it.

    Does accuracy matter to you?
Although fairly sturdy for light work, this table saw is not the best for large heavy wood. The miter fence is rubbish (it flexes too easily) but the rip fence is fairly sturdy for the small jobs I do. When / If I replace this table saw I will replace with a saw that accepts dado blades.

    Very sturdy!!
Just needed to rip pieces of wood for my fence, cuts straight for what I needed, first one purchased, being a independent woman it worked great for the job, now in my shed maybe I’ll need it some other time, but I tend to buy Evolution tools now as they are very well built for less price, and comes with a multi cut blade, I bought a sliding chopsaw from evolution which I used a couple of times then gave to my brother in law for doing some jobs for me, he was pleased with the gift.

    Excellent saw
With the exception to the partially flimsy rip fence (as it only locks on one end) this thing is epic!

Assembly was a pain but got there eventually I have cut up over 120 pallets with this made precision parts for cabinet doors bedside tables and it has not let me down

I have cut aluminium and steel and this thing does not care about nails or screws in wood!

Overall it’s awesome and sturdy rip fence needs a secondary lock and the top extractor pipe gets in the way!

It’s a good high quality tool!

Good table saw suitable for hobbyists and DIY
Table saw arrived well packed. Was easy to assemble.
Build quality is in line with price, so it’s good but there are elements that are not as robust or accurate as more expensive saws.
Set up and use is relatively easy. I’ve used it mostly for cutting of plywood and MDF up to 18mm thick and had no issues.
Would happily recommend it as a good choice for hobbyists and DIY but if you’re a pro or going to be using it a lot and maybe moving locations, consider going more premium brand.

    Good versatile saw
This was my second choice but having been let down by screwfix supplier bosch and waiting 2 weeks I ordered this for half the price and it arrived the next day. At first I was disappointed that the sub frame was grp and not steel but the trade off is that it is so much lighter and easier to move around. The saw itself seems very good and I have already had to cut some steel trim and it was great. I did wonder if the cut on wood would be as neat using a multi purpose blade but I’m pleased to say it does. Only gripe is when you bolt the legs on and stand it up you have to take 4 of the bolts out again later on for the side supports and the bolts are not very good. 2 off my bolts lost the thread and I used some stainless steel ones I had spare. It is a shame because the rest is very good. I did have to remove the leg rear support struts as I couldn’t get it out of the garage with them on but they are just extra in case it moves in the direction you are pushing your stuff through the saw. Overall very pleased, especially for the price.

    Works well
This unit is missing 16 bolts so I cannot finish assembly and the instructions are not fit for purpose they are poor quality photos and not a hand drawn illustrations of where items need to be placed.
I’ve been an engineer for 35 years and even I am getting annoyed with this the final straw was the bolts missing, I now have to go out and purchase them elsewhere as the Amazon cannot send any.
I suppose you get what you pay for. Not for the faint hearted or short tempered that said works really well once set up

    Fantastic item.
Fantastic saw, easy to assemble, a saw blade that cuts just about everything except thick steel items. It is perfect for any job you can do, the tilt system work very well and the sawdust vac pich up port works very well. I have mounted the saw onto a wooden frame at the botton of the legs and fitted a lockable caster under each leg so I can move the saw around with no effort and only need to lock the two front ones when sawing. This is a very good and study saw and have had no problems with it and would buy another one when needed.

    Instructions are terrible
Building this table saw you’d expect to be easy but what the instructions dont tell you is each cross member is a different length and the wing supports are different too.

The fence is okay but a little wobbly. Value for money though cannot argue with it. But there are few small tweaks that would make this a much better produc

Ok but you need to do some adjustments
Make sure you only order this item for delivery do not have other items delivered on same day. I had 2 small items on one delivrry on the monday and this saw on anothdr delivefy on this monday. And on amazon app was down as 2 deliveries.. so the man delivered the 2 small items.rangdoor bell and i open door as he put them on my door step. I said thanks but did not ssk whrre is the saw as it atated on sep delivery. Took 2 parcels in home then my phone ponged and the amazon app informs me all 3 delivery parcels now delivered. Sorry no only 2. Ran out door and he had gone. Right rig marole gdtting another one sorted for delivery and had to wait two more days. As amaxon not able to gdt depot to ring driver to come back with parcel. So got the saw today. Will take some time to set up and afjust things to how you want ghem. But one design is so bad. The rip gaurd or crown gaurd. Is so flimsy and unable to tighten up enough to stop it moving from side to side and chance of it hitting the bladem so i fitted a big washer on the fixing bolt. Made it a bit better. U will need to reset blade as slight out of square. The hose connection the are 3. One on crown and 2 at back of saw. Just use one on the back ss crown one no effect at all but one on back does remove about 70 percent of dust but still get some dust on floor. And the guide u ajust and run hour timber along next to blade a slight bit of movement there. So add a longer metal strip or wood and clamp on bogh ends will work ok. I have not used ghe fedt ss far go flimsy for me so i will make a solid wood stand for it and screw it to that stand instead. So apart ffom those minor issues the saw is quite good and not as loud as my circular saw. Ah o e last thing u have to screw to screws in in plastic plate under the saw blade. Right job if u do not have a small screwdriver. Yes you will need a small spaner as well. So yes saw ok but a bit over priced with some monor design issues. But ok for wat i need it for.

I Wish I Had Bought One Soone
Having faffed about with a rotary saw, straight edges, clamps etc. etc. I finally decided to upgrade to a table saw.
The deciding factor was having 80 sheets of hardboard to cut and I’m so glad I did.
Yes, it’s a little bit fiddly to assemble and does take an hour or so but it’s worth the effort.
Some reviews I have seen refer to plastic fasteners, but there were none on my example; there were all steel nuts and bolts. Tip – after assembly go round the machine again and check all the nuts and bolts are tight, it’s easy to miss one or two and it makes a big difference to the rigidity.
Getting the fence set perfectly parallel to the blade is essential to getting straight and accurate cuts; this is clearly explained in the instructions but I found YouTube tutorials easier to follow.
Other reviews complain about the fence being ‘wobbly’, again mine isn’t so makes you wonder if they had tightened it properly.
Once set up as per the instructions this saw makes cutting timber a genuine pleasure, you find yourself looking round for things to cut on it. Considering the price I would recommend it without reservation.
And just to be clear, I have no connection to Evolution Power Tools and I paid the full retail price.

Considerably better than expected and previous reviews
For the price I have to say it’s better than I had expected and than previous reviews I’d read.
Something that seems to be a common feature, people reporting damage when their brand new table saw arrives, this was also the case for me, some deep scratches on the extensions and body parts.
Very simple to construct and out of the box it’s pretty damn accurate.
People had reported that the multi mat cutting blade doesn’t/ didn’t cut totally clean, well I’ve been cutting near 2″ thick hardwood ply sheets, 4″ hardwood planks, they are straight, true and clean, this may change as the blade dulls just like any blade.
The fence has been a complaint area, it is short and really should lock both sides of the table, but after I used a level and straight edge, I tightened the screws holding the fence to the guide run and it’s been perfect, no movement and I haven’t had to clamp a plank behind it yet either.
Dust extraction is pretty decent, I dare say would be even better if I had my dust extractor hoover attached not a standard hoover.
Blade guard can be a pain in the ass, I marked a straight line from the side of the blade to edge of table to help with lineup and works great.
It’s stable and sturdy with work on it and thus far done everything I’ve wanted from it, so I’m happy
