The Fisher-Price Pretend Tablet Toddler Learning Toy has been a hit with my little one, providing hours of entertainment and educational fun. However, as much as she loves it, there’s one notable flaw that’s starting to affect its performance.

Firstly, let’s focus on the positives. This learning toy offers a wide range of engaging activities and features that have captured my toddler’s attention from the moment she laid eyes on it. The colorful buttons, lights, and sounds make learning enjoyable, encouraging exploration and discovery.

Unfortunately, despite its initial appeal, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with the toy’s functionality. Over time, some of the buttons have started to get stuck, causing the toy to repeat itself or produce random noises after pressing a different button. For example, pressing the music button might trigger a random letter noise after a few seconds, which can be confusing and disruptive for my little one’s playtime.

While this flaw is certainly frustrating, especially considering the enjoyment my toddler derives from the toy, it hasn’t dampened her enthusiasm for it entirely. She still loves playing with it, but I find myself needing to intervene more frequently to reset the toy when the buttons get stuck.

Overall, the Fisher-Price Pretend Tablet Toddler Learning Toy is a fantastic learning tool that offers plenty of engagement and educational value for young children. However, the recurring issue with stuck buttons detracts from its overall performance and reliability. If Fisher-Price addresses this flaw, the toy would undoubtedly be a top recommendation for parents looking to encourage early learning and exploration in their little ones.

Purchased this for my niece who is 2yrs and she loved it. She played on it every day. Like most toys, it is bumped in her toy box but she still pulls it out now and again saying ‘wow’ like she didn’t know it was there.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this as a Christmas gift so I can’t give it an in-depth review. What I can say briefly is that it looked great and I could test all the buttons and everything worked perfectly. I have since had news that the baby loved it and is fascinated with the lights and sounds so it was a great gift.

An interactive learning tablet with songs and different stages. I think the three stages aren’t necessary as one just says the letters, then the next adds on to it. The songs are different from other singing toys. There are animal sounds and sounds like a nut cracking, an umbrella opening. One sound was different to other toys which was disappointing as we’re used to copying that one.
I bought this as a stage up from a baby tablet. I question the choice of some of the sounds and pictures and think it would be better if the buttons were bigger.
However it’s OK for what you get. I’m probably being over critical for a child’s toy. It is what you expect really. And will keep a child interested.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought this for our grandson as his first tablet, he enjoys pressing the keys, playing the music and watching the lights flash on the outside edge. Tho a bit small, for a 1 year old it is an ideal size and easy to hold.

You can adjust volume (2 levels), it has 3 different learning stages with names of things and sounds.
Most of the toys now all have same song/rhyme selection, but this one has a completely different song/rhyme list.

    Very pleased with this purchase

This is a good, sturdy and an educational toy. The only drawback is that the bolume is too low, sometimes my daughter cant even hear it and ignores playing with i

Bought this thinking my little one might not quite understand but he’s amazed me. He absolutely LOVES it. We take it almost everywhere and he finds the words we ask and he presses the buttons when it asks him to find each item. Ideal for out and about as well as home learning.

My 18 month old would always pinch this when we went to a friend’s, so I decided to buy her one. She loves it, and it has helped teach her some animal noises (her roar is the cutest!) However there are so very odd choices for some of the letters. Like ‘Sis’ for S?
That said, it is sturdy (gets thrown with force at a tiled floor frequently and is still going strong) and entertaining. So all in all a good buy.

I liked it all, Many buttons on this, kids love buttons that sing and make sounds, its simple to use for a 2 year old, 3 different settings and came with batteries so he loved it straight away. Wonderful learning toy with lights, music and talking. 10/10 thank you.
