When I opened this I thought there’s no way this is going to be good. How wrong was I!
I bought the hose connector kit with this which helped when I connected it.
Turned the water on and it was like magic the way the pipe expended then pretty much doubled in length. When I finished it shrunk back down. I was able to put it back into the bag it came in and was so light even after use. The pipes on the reel are so bulky and awkward to roll back in but this is so easy.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone
My son who is a chef was thrilled with it.
Initially delivered on time neatly packed the BIGGEST problem is the supplied fitting does not fit the tap connection and I am having problems finding an adaptor so to date I cannot use this hose.
The product was poor quality and in first usage the hose split and was not fit fit purpose. We contacted the seller but still have had no reply 2 weeks after our communication.
We would like a refund or replacement at least.
Good enough value hose. Sprayer is very cheap quality and burst very quickly but overall I’m happy enough.

Seller reached out to me regarding my experience. Offered to send out replacement immediately. Was just going to chalk it down to “you get what you pay for” but it may have been a fault with the one I received. Very pleasant experience, and am changing my recommendation as a result.

I’ve had 4 expanding hose pipes now and this is by far the best one i’ve bought. The feel of the hose when expanded is great, really feels sturdy and well made. We have good water pressure where I live and so the hose really does expand quickly and to the length it says. We have a good 90ft garden and the hose easily reaches the end for the pond, with spare.
Connectors are brass and really sturdy again with additional rubber gaskets to prevent leaves. The hose gun is great too, probably one of the better ones I’ve had come with a hose.
If you want a hose that packs up compact then this is amazing. It comes with a small carry bag, but plenty big enough for the hose to fit. Once empty of water the whole thing easily packs away for storage, I was surprised at how small considering it’s total length when expanded.
For the money, this is honestly the best expanding hose i’ve bought and, although only used it maybe 10 times since getting it so far, I cannot fault it at all. Well worth the money.

Seems to be very good, its light wieght, doesnt get knotted expands and retracts quickly. Great value for money . Tje only reason i only gave 4 star is because i dont know about durability, the last one of these hoses i had burst . However this one appears to be better wrapped.
Bought a brass connector to provide a male ‘hizelock’ connector on the tap rather than the less convenient screw thread connection provided; to allow direct use of tap when required, otherwise you’re either filling up the hosepipe each time (wasteful) or removing and replacing the threaded connector (time consuming and not something that we would therefore bother to do!)
I have a karcher washer used this hose 10-15 times no complaints dose what it says on the tin.
Had a few of these that just haven’t lasted.

My tip wd be.buy a longer length in case the water pressure on your premises fails to extend to the required length.

Came with all the brass coloured fittings you need to just connect to your outside tap and go… tidy pice of kit.
I used this to connect to another hose to reach the bottom of the garden.
Looks super smart compared to the usual hoses.
Would have been 5* but dropped the nozzle and it broke third time of use so had to buy another nozzle,rather fragile.
T connect to my outside tap and to water the garden and other washing needs outside.
Easy to store, retracts as water empties out of hose. Bought it for 79 year old neighbour- she thinks it’s amazing!

Advisory ….. You should check your home to see / make sure you have really good water pressure before you buy any product like this one .. It needs a good water pressure to work as advertised, ( they all do ) if water pressure is low, as my home is…. Then they just don’t work as efferently as they should..

I’ve only had it a couple of weeks, used it about 4 times….love it! easy to set up, easy to use, fun to use, and when you’ve finished watering is shrivels back up automatically! And comes with a hook to hang it neatly in nice loops. Very smart, very happy.

Shrinks back after use. Remember to get all the water out before re-coiling. Looks very smart in black with the bronze fittings. I am very pleased with this product.
I liked the quality of this garden hose, but unfortunately it was the wrong fitting for my outside tap, so I had to return it.

Overall very happy with speed of delivery and quality.
Great product the only issue is the nozzle. It has a few settings but only works effective on a couple. My mom has the same and hers seems fine, so it could just be a fault with mine.
This replaces a cumbersome standard hose. I’m very pleased with this product so far. it is very easy to use, it is lightweight and reverts to a small size after use. Excellant.

Unfortunately 2 weeks later this hose started to leak so will have to send back, very disappointed!
Not sure how long it will last, I doubt it’ll take much harsh treatment outdoors and not looking forward to cleaning the casing on the hose if it gets muddy.
It’s light though, and the product matches what it says it does! Thinking of stock with this over a traditional hose.

Very pleased with item as it stretches to the full length claimed and is robust and easy to use.
Arrived on time but only disappointment was we were in all day only to find the package was just dumped on the door step no knock or door bell rung so just lucky we have honest neighbours especially when it was recorded as handed to the customer directly this is not acceptable delivery this needs investigation and not in any way was the sellers fault all down to the delivery driver.

In use, it runs through my rooms and doesn’t leave any mess. Once watering over it holds nicely in a cupboard, hanging from its cradle. Light and very easy to handle, it offers a large choice of sprays. The finish is impeccable and connection fixtures sturdy.
Couldn’t check the length as I am not using it to its full capacity my tap doesn’t produce a big enough flow.
At half price, this was an excellent buy.
I like my new hose pipe, nice and long with brass fitting- Comes with a spray cap with lots of settings.
It would have been better if the instructions had pictures with it to make it clearer But that just a minor thing.
You need to ensure that after turning off the tap you discharge the quite considerable amount of residual water in the pipe, then you will see the hose shrinking and retracting back into its compact original size. My dogs think there’s a giant wriggling scary black snake in the garden…

Great hose, will buy the exact same when mine eventually gives up.
The head of the hose can a little leaky when changing settings but not enough to worry… and because I’m using I’m the hose to water plants and tiny bit of leaking head whilst changing pressure is not a problem.

I love this product, its amazing. No kinks or knots like I used to get with my old hose and I love that you can choose from many different settings on the the spray. defo 100ft you get extra bits off attachments every thing you need would off got 5 star for every think but one off sprinklers did not work , did not return as all the rest worked.

I was not expecting much from this cheap hose, but the fittings are good quality. The hose is great, I love using this far more than the old fashioned stiff plastic ones, so much lighter and easy to manage

I look after gardens in my local area. When it comes to watering them I have to fight with the old type of hoses that my people have. Clumsy. I now carry my Flexi-Hose with me to each Garden and then pop her back into a tesco bag when finished. No trying to roll up the old type hose and catching my fingers !.
I did get a bit confused when a first tried to fit the hose to the outside tap, as my tap had a larger diameter than the fitting, but soon realised that there was an adapter which just had to be unscrewed.
I have used it with a pressure washer and it is great. My only advise is to be sure to turn the tap off and then get rid of a load more water before detaching from the pressure washer; if not you will get soaked due to all the pressure that has built up in the hose.
