Straight forward to assemble. Cuts just right. I am impressed with the machine.
I works well on my bumpy lawn and collects way more grass than my manual mower did. Only used it a few times so far but I’m happy with the results.
It was a bit of a pain putting it together and folding the handle down can be a little awkward.
As long as you are not expecting an immaculate lawn and can accept that there will be some grass that isn’t collected in the hopper then it will be fine.
The lawn looks like green velvet after lightly pushing it all over the garden. It is very easy to empty and an utter joy to use!!
Didn’t realise how rubbish my old one was. This one is so easy to use. It’s light, glides really well and cuts the grass brilliantly. I didn’t have to use my Strimmer afterwards either.
My only problem was maneuvering it to put away after use. Can’t push on concrete and a bit bulky to lift. Just got my partner to do it.
Mowing the lawn is boring ,this mower doesn’t make the task any more so. Result.
Would like to have known I needed to buy some spacers.
As with all Flymo’s this is easy to use but height setting is limited 12mm-32mm, but for me the biggest problem is cleaning the machine. Lots of places for grass to accumulate and get trapped, making cleaning awkward.
When mowing the rear of the mower tends to drop and requires greater effort to push, not enough air at rear to keep it off the ground.Very disappointed with new machine.
Had to return the first one because it was faulty but Amazon replaced it immediately. Easy to use and lightweight- it sorted my overgrown garden in no time
This Flymo is an exellent buy, I really do recommend it, one is able to get really close to the edges.
Nice mower but small bin . I hve an average size lawn and need to empty it more than the old flymo , grass collection isnt bad but could be better.

I purchased this mower as a replacement for my worn out flymo which had done great service for about 10 years. My garden is small to medium with a couple of lawns.
The mower is a lot lighter that my previous model but cuts the lawn beautifully, even leaving a stripped pattern which my other mower never did. Cuts through grass 150 mm high with no trouble and cleans up really well. Reviews I saw said the mower did not suck up well, but that is rubbish. This is not a Hoover, but a lawn mower! It sucks up 90% of the cuttings which I think is excellent. A great buy
It is very easy to set up and go and it is the lightest Flymo I have had.
Heavier than our last flymo so a bit of an effort to haul it up steps. Otherwise OK.

I’ve used Flymo mowers for 40 years and with out fail every reiteration gets more flimsy and disposable. They all hover and this one is no better or worse then any other and it makes for light work on uneven lawns, they all cut the grass but this 330 model doesn’t even manage to fulfil the job of storing the cable in a simple loop. It does not pick up the cutting, the suction shoot is to far from the surface.
It feel and looks like the absolute minimum investment in long-term use out of any warranty.
I do not think I would buy another unless things change. Real shame

Only used it a few times so far, therefore my experience and possible recommendation is limited, however I am pleased with the purchase.
Good all round easy to use but if you need to take the blade off unless you already have the spanned that you use it get you may have problems
Bought as our 4th Flymo over the last 25 years, our last one being 330 turbo, This model is very streamlined and looks very good, the collection system is far better than the previous model and being mostly see thro’ easy to manage the cuttings. The added addition of height adjustment seems to be an advantage over the manual adjust by taking off the blade (with the tool provided) However on first cut it left the grass far to long and full adjustment for the lowest cut, it was still leaving the grass longer than the previous model. It would appear that it can be lowered further but as there is no tools provided, instructions advise visiting a Flymo dealer! So a little disappointing. Lighter and easier to move about.
The mower is quite light to use. It compacts the grass tightly and is quite easy to use.

Nice mower bit on the heavy side for me but i do have back problem…plenty of lead on it….
arrived today, so quick delivery which was needed as old lawn mower stop working Saturday, took less then 5 mins to put together, reading all instructions so have used to finish lawns, cut longish grass easy and neatly, easy to bush off, fold and hang up were old mower did. a great product at a good price
I replaced my old Flymo VC350 because of burnt out motor.
I found this Flymo Glider Compact 330AX to be very good.
The slightly narrower blade (330mm) compared with the 350mm on the VC350 is not noticeable.
The VC350 had an excellent cable storage system.
Unfortunately, the Compact 330AX has no such facility.
You have to wrap the cable in the usual manner.

I brought this as its very easy to use lightweight mower and it does the job.It performed exceptionally well on its first few outings but i shall reserve final judgement once having completed two years moving as all the electric mowers tend not to last too far behind this point. Gives a really good cut but the grass collection wasn’t great.
I brought this model because of its low cutting hight.
Straightforward to use and manoeuvre.

Dosnt collect the grass as well as others and a lot of grass builds up between the motor and grass collector.
Good powerful mower. Bought in replacement for a 25 year old flymo and was pleased with the results. Comes semi assembled with just a handle and cable to attach. Easy to set ride height with the turn of a switch on the front. Good powerful motor enables a smooth glide across the grass. Even my 70 year old mum had a quick go and was able to push it around.
Easy to turn on a penny rather than fighting with a fixed wheel mower. Good sized grass box fairly easy to lift out. Not made with the strongest gage of plastic so careful use over time with the grass box and cover is the key. Good looking design and fairly light to lift. Only two minor grumbles. The handle could be a little taller and the cable needs to be a little bit longer. That aside a great mower for an average size garden. Would recommend this mower to anyone looking for a straightforward easy to use mowe
I have only used this mower once but it definitely done the job which was to mow a lawn for the first time this year. The grass was about a foot long and quite dry and it done a good job. The grass box did need to be emptied quite a few times as it is not huge. The instruction manual is a bit rubbish but there are videos on the net that show you all you need to know. You can’t swing this machine from side to side which is what I remember about Flymo’s from the past you push it in straight lines.
very light and cuts well even long grass,it has an easy lift off box on top.however the box is not sturdy as are the handle connectors and i fear they may break in time.

Really good lawnmower. It can be difficult to maneuver if you try to make a sweeping arc. Much easier to move yourself to reposition. The lawnmower itself is really light weight and the cutting box does a great job of picking up the cuttings and compacting them. Very easy to assemble.
Arrived just as described. You had to add the handle and two another pieces yourself which was easily done. Mower cut grass evenly with ease. Emptying the grass cutting container was not heavy and the big handle was a bonus. My garden is sloping and has holes (badger problems) but this mower coped well. Would recommend.
Always bought flymos this one isn’t as easy to manouevour as others iv had but does the job I think the grass box is rather flimsy too

Not as manoeuverable as I’d like, the grass collector could be bigger so you don’t have to empty it as much. Good value but I prefer my old traditional petrol mower.
Mower is a great improvement on my previous Flymo except for one quite important factor. The cable is not long enough. I considered the cable on my previous Flymo to be the bare minimum. This one is about 2.5 metres shorter which means I have to use an extension to cover my (not large) front grass.

Ok but not as good a finish as my cylinder mower.
Very easy to use even my 7 year old grandson can use it. Good size grass box. My only criticism is the cutting length even on the lowest level my grass needs cutting again weekly which with the British weather is not always possible. Previous Flymo models I have owned have allowed me to mow 2 to 3 weeks.
