The picture definition is good. It is a bit fiddly to setup the wifi and passwords. The key pad is sensitive and I found i was double keying and having to delete. Power cable short. Remote control worked well and made set up easier. Once set up connectivity ok. Picture very good and brightness ok in a room with subdued lighting. Sound ok. Good value for money.

There are times when my family members have different channels we wanted to watch and can’t compromise but adding another TV is not the best solution. Setting up a projector is one of the possible way.

This projector Native 1080P 4K Support WiFi Video Projector – 7000 Lumen. In terms of physical size of the projector, it is reasonable, a bit smaller than a shoe box and not too heavy. Portable to place it in my room on desk projecting onto one of my white wall. The size of screen can adjust from 60 inches up to 250inches which is scalable. It is also good to perform a home theatre outdoor in the garden given the size is 250 inches max. This will be quite fun and I am definitely planning one of this in the summer. I can connect my laptop/smartphone/tablet/harddrive to the project via different ways, WiFi, HDMI, USB etc… I am surprised by how easily it can connect and the clearness of the pictures is beyond my expectation. I am not a fussy person on sound quality so the in-built one is good enough for me already. However, you can always use a 3.5mm jack to connect it with an external speaker or subwoofer. The remote control works wells. There are two rollable control on top which allows you to adjust the focus and perform keytone correction. With this quality below 100, I really have no complaints.

I quite enjoy my little theatre in my room

This projector was very simple to use, you just plug it in, connect your device and switch it on.

The first thing you notice when you switch it on is how noisy the fan is. This can be quite annoying during quiet scenes but when there is a lot of sound, it mostly fades into the background however you would probably want to put the projector quite far away from your head if you can so you can’t hear it as much.

Despite this, the actual projector quality is very good. The picture is bright enough to watch things during the day however dark scenes don’t look great and it is much better in the dark. I am just using mine on a rough wall so a screen would be better but the quality of the image is perfectly acceptable, small text is clear to read and it doesn’t look too blurry.
The sound quality is also fairly good and I would happily use the inbuilt speakers to watch a movie with but obviously an external sound system is much better.

The remote could be a bit better. You have to point the remote quite close to the projector in order for it to register which makes it awkward to use if the projector is placed behind you.

Overall, I would highly recommend this projector, just perhaps use headphones or place it far from your ears so you can’t hear the fan so much.

    Good Picture but Noisy Fa

This is my first projector; maybe they are all loud and it’s just something you have to live with? I don’t know the answer to that one, but if you crank the volume up it does become a lot less noticeable as time goes on.

The projector is quite simple to get up and running. I initially missed where to set it up to connect to my WiFi, which isn’t in the settings menu at all, rather it’s in the screen mirroring section.

So my first run of this was via a screen share from my phone. It worked well, but there were a few stutters and lip-synching issues – not enough to be annoying, and I suspect it was my phone rather than the projector.

The screen projected well onto my wall (magnolia), and I suspect it will look fantastic in the garden during the long hot summer evenings we’re sure to have.

Overall, this is a good product; if you can get away from the noise it makes, there’s a lot of enjoyment to get from this.

I’m really impressed with this projector for the cost. I think it’s great value for money. I work in conferencing and events and have used some incredibly expensive high resolution projectors. If it’s mega quality images and sound you want this isn’t for you, but for home use and movie nights in the garden this is perfect!!

I’ve wanted a projector for the house for a long time and this is perfect. The picture for the price is good, you spin the dial around the lens to put the image into focus. You can also level the image out using the extendable foot and the second dial.

Projection always looks best on flat pale surfaces, so a plain white wall is ideal. It also works well on a hung white sheet.

Due to the bulb brightness this works best on duller days or in the evening outside. Anytime inside is fine.

The projector also has built in sound which I think is great!! No need to plug in any external speakers. It’s actually quite loud too which is great.

The remote is good too, it means you can use it just like a TV. You can connect to laptops and phones using the connectors in the box. If your phone or laptop won’t connect using the inclusions it’s easy to buy cheap adaptors.

Really impressed with this and highly recommend.

    Great for the price

Grab the popcorn and you have a mini cinema all to yourself, friends and family.
The size is OK, about 24 x 20 x 12 cm. The further the bigger the projected size, not sure we can have that much space in tiny flats/rooms, and also a plain wall.
This is great for movie or Karaoke night, gaming and work.
Yes, do let down by the slightly noisy, always there cooling fan.
May be you will need a headphone or connected to external home speaker to “cover” the noise.
You have a few inputs choices, 2 HDMI, AUX, USB or wireless mirror.
Perhaps the projector can include bluetooth and HDMI ARC.
At the time of reviewing, it is just under 100 with code, this is a very reasonable price.

This is a very good home projector for “proper” movie nights or perhaps work presentations. It has all the cables and ports (HDMI for console/Sky and VGA for laptops etc) you will need and is very easy to set the perfect picture with the dials on top. The remote is good enough but the fan is a bit noisy as some have said. This could be a lot of fun come the World Cup

I ordered this projector to set up large screen home cinema experience.

Arrived in a well branded box, easy set up just plug and play.

Projector unit looks very compact and stylish in two tone grey and modern textures. Looks a very solid unit and well made.

Wow the cooling fan noise is very loud, as soon as you turn on the fan is pumping cooling air around unit and noisy is comparable to a very large desk fan on full speed.

Picture quality is very clear and crisp, it has high power 7000 lumen brightness which reflects TV quality pictures to screen. Picture quality is significantly better in a darken room, too much light and picture is unclear.

Small and mobile enough to move around, works for both in door and out door ‘night-time’ viewing. Has built in speakers so this unit is all you need to set up a screening anywhere, is also supplied with an option to connect external speakers for louder sound.

Overall, this projector is good value for fun and occasional viewing. Good value for money providing everything you need to enjoy the large screen experience. If you are looking for a projector for everyday use I would suggest adding 500 to your budget.

    I would recommend this product.

The projector has a nice build, good design. The picture quality and sound is good, but if you do not use it in a dark space, of course would not be perfect. Good connection with the phone as well, had no problems there. Overall it is a good price for a good product, but i can not give it a 5 stars for one reason only – usability. None of my friends, even my husband was excited to use it when I asked for entertainment. I brought it to my office, hopefully will be using it during meetings.

There’s no denying there is fan noise, and this would be distracting if it was being used with little or no sound, but as it’s a home theatre projector, when you crank up the volume and watch a film, especially action films, the fan noise is overtaken by the sound of the film. It’s still noticeable during different scenes with low sound, but it depends where the projector is situated, if you have to place it right next to you then it will be more off putting than if it’s away from you or even mounted on the ceiling.

The keystone can slightly be altered, but the focus has much more scope to be changed and doesn’t take long to really get a sharp picture. The creases on the picture is nothing to do with the projector itself, it’s the screen that hasn’t been pulled tight enough.

I have tried to give an indication of the fan noise the best I could at the end of the video by muting the sound, but I appreciate it won’t fully represent the true volume of the fan as it would if it was within earshot.

No denying the fan noise, but picture is crisp and easy to focus

I have been testing this projector from Fusion5 for a while now, there is some great things this projector does and some not so great things.

To start off the built in speaker is decent enough for a small room but nothing more, the picture quality will depend on what your projecting to, if your just projecting against a straight painted wall then your picture can become blurry and not very focused, im currently using it in the spare room onto a cheapish projector screen, and the differential between projecting on a painted wall compared to the screen was quite significant.

The projector was easy enough to set up and calibrate, instructions was OK, using a smart stick with this made it have smart features too.

If your looking for a decent projector that won’t break the bank but still looks good, this is the one for you.

From the beginning the presentation of this device speaks quality. Nicely packaged, it comes with a glossy manual and the all the accessories needed to work straight out of the box – except one! In this day and age it is unusual to find a remote coming without batteries – yes, this is a revival of the old phrase “Batteries Not Included” – so make sure that you have a couple of AAA batteries to hand. Whilst it is possible to use the projector without the remote it really is a disadvantage. So, Fusion, you need to throw a couple of batteries into the box!
Switching on the projector the one and only real problem becomes apparent – the fan is really noisy. Now my first reaction was – oh no, this is going to be a pain but it all honesty the fan noise does fade into the background and I did stop noticing it. I’ve used projectors for over 20 years and am well aware that the bulbs can become very hot (and delicate when hot) and so a strong fan is a necessity. Let’s be realistic, if this unit was 4-5 times the price I would not be happy with the fan and it may be a deal-breaker. But it is a cheap enough model that one can make allowances for this. Particularly as the internal speakers are good enough to override the fan sound. Without going on about it too much the speakers are of a good quality. Normally one would use an external audio system but this Fusion Projector does do the work of a home theater and produce decent enough sound
As to the picture quality, well, it is impressive. It does not make any claim to 4K but it does provide a good HD picture. Good colour reproduction and the lens is of a good enough quality that it produces a sharp picture and has the bonus of giving keystone adjustment as well. More than that, and I haven’t checked this out yet, it boasts screen mirroring which is a really big plus point. This means that, with the right screen, you can place the projector behind the screen and project from the rear. So no worries about anyone walking between the projector and the screen.
Connection options are also good: 2x HDMI plus you can plug a USB drive in and run movies and pictures directly from it. An HDMI lead is provided as is an audio cable with what looks like a TRRS plug to connect to a mobile phone.
As mentioned, the remote control is the best way to control the projector. There are controls mounted on the top of the projector but they are rather bland – it would be easier if the buttons had a bit of colour on them to help identify them.
One other thing to mention, Fusion say that this projector is not meant to be used for documents or spreadsheets – fair enough but it still can be used for that purpose if you are not too picky.

Bottom line is that this is a sub-150 projector. On that basis it is a really good deal. Match it with a laptop/tablet and a portable speaker and there is a nice portable entertainment centre.

So… if you want the best possible then spend 10x as much and get it. If you want a cheaper version but still with HD quality then this is it. Put up with the fan noise (you can ignore it) and go for it. Personally, this goes in my study opposite a 120″ screen with some stereo speakers or a sound bar and it makes the study an escape room where I can chill and watch a movie or even plug in a Roku or Amazon stick and watch TV. In fact thinking about it….

Definitely recommend this projector for a budget setup.

Amazing for the price - great HD quality

The projector can be taken straight out of the box and easily setup. picture clarity is very good (in darkened room). fan a bit noisy but can be overcome with a bit of tweaking up on volume control. overall for the price i paid, i was very pleased with projector. i have had fusion5 products before and found them to be reliable, hence my purchase of this one.

Firstly this projector is incredibly noisy, the fan is one of the loudest i’ve heard in a long time. Using this without headphones or turning up the volume and annoying the neighbours is and absolute no no.

One your own with a set of noise cancelling headphones, this works really well. The picture quality is really good, it’s clear but you need to be in a dark environment to really take advantage of this.

I was a little disappointed with the length of the power cord, it’s very short and it definitely could use a much longer cable.
Overall though it works really well and the picture quality is excellent.

This projector is amazing, it’s simple to set up as you just plug it in and it comes with a remote and a HDMI cable. It’s simple to work and it has a crisp clear view on my wall. It has 2 HDMI ports and 1 USB port. We tried to setup airplay and it did take some time although we eventually got it set up and it worked a treat. The fan does make some sound but while watching anything, the built in speakers mean you can’t hear the fan. Great product!

    Absolutely amazing projecto

This projector has an incredibly loud fan, I’d say it’s louder than a CPU fan running at full speed during a stress test.
Noise cancelling headphones worked well for me, but if you’re watching with other people, you’ll have to crank up the volume to drown out the fan sound.
The pictures look great in a movie and you will not notice, but on my PS5, when you can see the text, the bottom is a little fuzzy if the top is focused, and vice versa.
The top and bottom of the picture matched a lot better if I lowered the image from 85″ to 60″.
Although it provides a nice, bright, clear image for the price, it tends to get washed out in any light and requires a dark environment to work well.
The image never washed out as much with some light in the room and the focus remained even throughout the image when I used it at 60″ which is 65″ from the wall.
It could also use a much longer power cord, but in general, I was satisfied with this projector. Just make sure you get some noise cancelling headphones.

I bought this for use in home for Amazon fire stick to watch movies. The quality is so good when the room is dark. Also, I used the projector by connecting it to my laptop by USBC HDMI and it was working perfectly fine. So my current set up is Amazon fire stick, fusion projector and JBL sound system and honestly it’s perfect.
It’s actually my second project and this projector picture quality is so better and easy to use. I believe the only thing that’s not a huge problem is the sound, it sounds like a mini fan which is not a problem when you’re watching a movie.

I bought this for use in the home for mirroring photos and TV from an iPhone. I also use it for presentations. It is small enough to be easily portable but can produce a good quality image large enough to use in a small hall. For the price, it is a well-made product and very versatile, with both USB and HDMI ports as well as two 3.5mm sockets for external speakers if you need them. There is also a handy remote control. What’s not to like!
