TIMER & PAN DETECTOR
Programmable built-in timer, which ranges from 1 to 99 minutes, will turn the hob off automatically when it counts down to 0 and pan detector works when you take the pan off without turning off the power, machine alerts for a minute and shuts down automatically.

Fitted quite easily and looks very good. Works well and easily controlled.
We purchase the 90CM hob for my mother. Unfortunately the item had an issue a month or so after installation. We feared the worst but how wrong were we. The after sales service was excellent and within a matter of days my elderly mother received a brand new hob and its been perfect ever since. I would certainly recommend JAL as a company and one who takes responsibility when things go wrong and ensure the situation is resolved to the customers satisfaction.
The hob arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Exact size. Was fitted by our electrician. The two extra hob spaces are very useful for larger pans. The controls easy to use and understand. Straightforward to clean. So far so good!
Pre wired so easy to install. Looks good, arrived well packaged and in good condition.
This was something of an emergency purchase just before Christmas as our old hob died and we were wary of an unknown brand but all seems good so far. Only odd feature is the control system. There is only one, so you need to select the ring you want to adjust and then adjust the temperature via a touch sensitive slider. OK but it means pressing two buttons rather than one and of course identifying the right button in the first place. Sounds like a trivial moan but in practice it means a bit of dithering while something boils over!
Good value but unfortunately the user controls are VERY poorly marked. Not easy to see if you don’t have 20-20 vision. We have had to mark the area to enable ease of use. This wouldn’t be any good for the elderly. Otherwise it’s a lovely hob easy to clean. Installed in a few mins.

L’une des plaques est tombe en panne au bout de 4 mois..; Le SAV, trs disponible demandait une vido, que j’ai eu du mal envoyer, car elle tait systmatiquement supprime par Amazon… Une fois le contacte direct tabli, tout est all trs vite, nouvelle plaque expdie dans la foule par DNL.
donc je mets quatre toiles cause de la panne…
Fantastic hob, very easy to use and being larger is so much better. Being able to change from small ring to larger hob by a press of a button is great.
Brought this to replace my neff that decided to stop working was easy to install seems to heat up quicker than my old one cleans well like the fact that the large ring in in front rather then the back as that’s the one I use most would recommend
Product arrived and the hob was shattered. I organised return and refund and immediately re ordered as damage clearly occurred in transit. The company responded straight away and organised refund. The replacement was received first thing following morning. Excellent customer service and product, now installed looks amazing. Easy to use, versatile and easy to clean. Very happy.

Easy to install but a shame it can’t be connect directly to the electric cooker connector we have and it has to be plugged in. It heats up quickly and simple to use. Took a little while working out the best number to put it in to cook certain foods. But after 12 months I roughly know what number is best to cook on. The instructions that arrived with it were great and easily to read. As with any ceramic cooker it marks easily with food stains but easily to clean off with a little elbow grease I haven’t noticed any scratches and we cover when not in use with a teatowel. Over all were quite pleased with our little cooke

I am happy with this purchase. The hob arrived on time and was well packaged. It was very easy to install and wire up. Love the clean lines and it is easy to operate.
Minor negative – when cooking, if you happen to move the pan slightly off the ring towards the controls it beeps and turns all rings off. I’m sure this is a useful safety feature, however, it is quite irritating when cooking. Also, If you happen to boil liquid over and it goes near the control area the controls go bonkers with lots of beeping. Again probably a safety feature but makes it all rather fraught when it happens.
If you don’t move the pans around or boil liquid over then there are no problems whatsoever!!
With a child lock on it it makes it safer for people who have small childre
Fast delivery, great hob, is exactly as described, very pleased .
The hob fit the cut out dimensions of my previous hob which made fitting straightforward despite the cooking surface being larger than the original hob. I chose this hob over others as the touch controls received better feedback. My experience is that the controls are responsive and easy to use. The only build I would consider in the future is I would possibly prefer the controls on the side of the hob to minimise little fingers touching them.

Molto bella e facile da montare. Qualit prezzo buona l’unica pecca che posso dire che il vetro si macchia e non ho ancora capito come tirare vie quelle macchie. Ho cercato da per tutto le istruzioni per pulirlo ma niente. Aparte questo funziona molto bene e ci stanno 4 pentole insieme che per me il massimo dato che sempre le uso quasi tutti e 4.
It’s taken a week to get used to this hob as I had my old Neff Ceramic hob for over 12 years. I like that you have two rings that can be used as ordinary rings or be made bigger for use with really big pans. Early days but I do think I’m going to love it.
not too bad once your used to it but but when you turn down the heat it does take a while and the same when heating things up
on a induction hob its a quick wipe and your done but with ceramics your better of getting a hob cleaner because it does leave marks on it and they dont wipe of like an inductio

Da un tocco moderno e fashion alla cucina.
Dal punto di vista dell’efficienza nel cucinare ho constatato che molto veloce nell’accensione e raggiunge subito alte temperature.
Pu essere usato con qualsiasi pentola e padella perch non una piastra a induzione. Una delle due pecche che dopo neanche un paio di usi la piastra si graffiata e ha perso un po’ del colore nero.
Questo non me l’aspettavo cos presto e anche perch sono molto attento a tutto. Per pulirle non ho neanche usato prodotti chimici perch basta una pezza umida di acqua.
L’altro problema che ho riscontrato che dopo una ventina di giorni di utilizzo ha iniziato a fare un po’ di puzza di bruciato da sotto alla piastra e nel dubbio ho fatto il reso.
Riguardo al prezzo dovrebbe costare qualcosina in meno.
Riguardo alla spedizione Amazon stata perfetta e puntuale anche questa volta.
Ho installato il piano cottura da un mese ed perfetto! Il rapporto qualit prezzo veramente ottimo e fin’ora non ho avuto problemi, funziona alla perfezione! Il prodotto arrivato integro,nei tempi previsti e l’installazione stata semplice. Son soddisfatta dell’acquisto, aggiorner la mia recensione se dovesse esserci qualcosa da segnalare.

Some people have mentioned the peeping. It usually does this because I’ve put something on the surface. It’s a good warning!
I find it easy to clean. You do need to be careful not to spill things and “cook” them into the surface but not using the highest temperatures and watching your pots while cooking should mean you can avoid this happening or catch it immediately and wipe it off!

Cependant j’ai trs vite eu une aurole (tche) qui ne part pas au niveau des ronds sur les plaques.
Par contre je tiens rajouter qu’en presque 4 mois je n’ai pas encore une seule rayure sur la plaque. Donc elle me parait quand mme de bonne qualit.
