The speed to jump start was no more than 5 minutes. It can be used for anything that is charged by a USB.

Car been sitting whilst I’ve been out of commission. Tried to start it the other day, got the old bla bla blaa and it died. Got this emergency starter. Topped up the charge in it, connected as shown and car started first time. Still has over 75% charge left in it.

After owning this for over a year we had our first chance to use it as a jump starter. My parents landrover battery died during a visit to our how, this little kit came to the rescue and started the vehicle straight away with no problems.

My Ma’s car wouldn’t start. It is a very old 2001 Toyota Avensis. I used this product and it started first time. I then drove it for a good drive, had a lunch started it normally and it continued to work. Wonderful product and saved us calling out the AA.

My only complaint is that although it comes in a hard case the insert is poorly made and does not allow for the ease of use of accessory’s. Performance wise I was well pleased first time I used it. Although this was a very recently purchase I needed it in the first week.

Come with around 75% energy, I charged for 15min to 100%, then jumpstart my Fiat panda, 1st time okay, not sure sturdy or not, but the price is reasonable

When I switch on the LED torch which is only an low to average lumen, it drains the battery about 3 – 4% per minute, that means this is not 32000mAh because a battery with that amount of lithium charge would last for days, not an hour. There is no where on the product which states the mAh of the unit.

The jump start was flawless and the car started in a split second.

The other features are a bonus, but if charging phones etc from the unit wouldn’t take long to drain the battery in my opinion.

The instructions are hilarious, I have no idea what they were trying to say about what to do if it doesn’t work during strange conditions and you can laugh as much as we did when I read it out loud to my friend. (on the converter box of the jump start cables, for your amusement).

I had to cut the foam in the box to make the sections bigger as I couldn’t get everything back in the box after taking it all out.

On the whole, I will keep the item as it is useful for various reasons, but not expecting for it to last long on a battery when draining it to charge something else and only see this as being used in an emergency for why most of us will buy it. Additionally for the price, there isn’t anything else out there with a better battery for the money either, if you want more mAh then you have to pay alot more money for it and they won’t be a versatile as this little treasure chest.

I would give it 5 stars if the list was accurate about the mAh.

Managed to leave the car boot open a crack so the light being on drained the battery and the car wouldnt start. After getting my local mechanic out to jump start my car it died again later the same day (my fault for not taking it out for a long run) so I thought I’d look for a portable charger rather than call him out again. After reading many reviews I picked this one and it’s great. The instructions are badly translated but it’s idiot proof. The car started first time with this booster. Oh I also charged my mobile phone with it too. 50 well spent.

This is a fabulous bit of kit!!! Easy to use, and worked first try on a completely dead battery in a car that hadn’t been started for weeks and had been affected by heavy frost. Size makes for easy storage and being able to use for charging other items such as phone etc when out and about gives it multible uses. Very impressed!!!

My car is at end of life and my new car is due in a couple of weeks. This gadget has saved me money on new parts for an old car i.e the battery because of lack of use courtesy of Covid. I have used it every day and it has not failed to start the car once it is an excellent bit of kit although it may not be designed for the way I am using it, I am well impressed.

Absolutely brilliant! Fully charged it when first received and left in boot in case ever needed. Had to jump start my large petrol family hatchback as no other means to start car. Connected croc clips to battery and plugged in to the GOLDGE jump starter, returned to car, turned key, dash lights all lit up, turned key and hey presto car started just like normal! Unplugged from battery and stored away. Ironically 7 days later wife’s car battery was flat and used it again and had forgotten to recharge it since last used. Started her car immediately and was still showing 75% charge after her use. Word of warning always a good idea to charge it up fully after using. This is a very good piece of kit for emergencies. Had we been out in the sticks with no way of jump starting the cars with no mobile phone signal we’d have been stranded for possibly hours! A nice feature is you can charge your phone, tablet etc via the USB ports and it has an LED torch built in with steady on light, flashing option and SOS option. It stores away in it’s own case and measures in it’s case 8″ x 7″ x 2″, so stores away easily. Next time you have a flat battery and you haven’t invested in one of these you will kick yourself.

Had to use this on my ford s-max 2litre diesel. Very little in way of instructions supplied. Didnt work work at first tried again but pressed button on side to show how much charge is in it and the car started OK. The cables supplied are very thin and started to smoke a bit so you need to disconnect it quite quickly after the vehicle is started. Good value for money

i got home lastnight and went to swap my cars round and my diesel Audi had a flat battery, starter motor was just clicking, i couldn’t be bothered to take the battery off so i ordered this and the next day it arrived, i charged it untill the 100% light was solid and connected to my car and it instantly fired up, i chose the 600 amp device and worked a treat, its a must have.

5.0 out of 5 stars A must have!

Used this twice on my car due to something draining the main battery, 1st time immediately worked, 2nd time not so quick but did work eventually..

Little unsure what the led figures are as there’s no where that actually states what these are, instructions are a complete and utter waste of time.

The actual product is very good and very compact as it comes in a sealed zipped case which hardly takes any room up and I store this behind the drivers seat in my SLK, comes with everything you’ll need.

Gone are the days when you had to carry jump leads and depend on another person to help you bunk start your car, with this bit of kit it’s all compact and works just as good.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent bit of kit - so glad I bought this

What can I say, what can I say,
I bought this little gizmo so I could power a 12v oil suction pump, do I could change the oil on my one, and to keep in the boot in case of emergencies, any way I set to work slipped the suction tube deep into her and connected the pump up to this gadget by the crocodile clips turned on the pumpy thing, and this booster pack performed extremely well in deed, took about 5 minutes to complete the task and still showing 100% charge left,
I don’t know if it will jump start her, but I’d love to try it out on her.

Faultless and invaluable over the last few months. Very easy to use, very small and lightweight, carried behind my seat without noticing it is there! New battery purchased but this is so small it is worth carrying for emergencies. Takes up no room at all. Used with a Golf GTD (start/stop) so v heavy duty battery.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought this for two purposes. During the summer to support phone, Bluetooth speaker etc on Camping Trips and in the Cold Weather for starting vehicles.
First attempt at a simple recharge of a phone failed — after about 1 minute the battery switched off every time.
Solution is to hold the “On” button for several seconds, until the torch comes on. Then cycle through all the torch options and then the USB output stays on.
The pathetic instructions detract from what is a really useful Battery Booster.
Have given 4 stars (if possible would have been four and a half) because it is really useful. The instructions are total rubbish.

I was sceptical whether it was good quality or whether it would start my car. It’s compact and I thought no way will it work, but oh I was wrong!
It says in the description it will only start petrol engines up to 3 litre but I can say it will do bigger.
It started my 5 litre V8!!
Amazing product, easy to use and definitely works. Buy this product with the confidence it can jump start a 5 litre V8 engine.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe elusive missing instructions –

    * Make sure the device is charged above 75% before using (when it has charged above 75%, the 75% indicator will stop flashing).
    * First connect the red clip, then the black clip to your dead battery THEN plug in the end of the cable into the device.
    * Try to start your car.
    * If the car starts, make sure to unplug the cable from the device within 30 seconds. Then unclip the red clip and then the black clip from the battery.

As others have said, the above is not clear at all due to the awful translation, but I translated the 4 different languages used on the instruction page and the above is what comes out. The key part I think people may not realise is that you’re supposed to connect the clips to the battery before you plug the cable into the device, otherwise “danger”.

As to my review of this – it’s one of the cheapest battery jumpers Amazon is selling via Prime and it worked first time for me starting my little 0.9L Clio. The device has a sticker on the back that says ‘Peak Current 500A’ and ‘Start Current 300A’. So I think the Amazon product title saying 600A isn’t correct. Also, considering most car batteries start at about 540A to crank the engine up, you may have trouble using this for a big car.

As mentioned above though, it started my little Clio up on the first attempt although the engine sounded to struggle a lot more than when the AA man used his industrial sized booster.

You get what you pay for, which is a decent enough product if you’re willing to learn the above instructions.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersCar was off the road for two months so there was no power at all when trying ignition.
Had a friend on standby with jump leads but had to try the gizmo, what can I say it worked first time.
The unit itself is a bit vague, the ‘digital’ display is just numbers cut into the finish so you can see them. It’s a bit of a cheat but they work and indicate the units charge level.
There’s only one button on the unit. Press to turn on, press and hold to use torch, press again to cycle through torch modes, press and hold to turn off.
Pretty much no instructions with it, but it worked and my car is back on the road and that’s the main thing.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersNight this to jump start my car after a week of not driving killed it. Took a punt as the description states “up to 2.0 diesel” and my car is a 2.4, but all was well. Charged it first, popped it on the battery and my car burst back to life.
    Excellent.
All fits nicely back into its carry case where it takes up very little space and will now live in my boot.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersBattery in 5 year old car was at the end of its life, after long winter lay-off due to lockdown. Had major problems starting. This little gadget is simple to use and very effective. Had to use it twice to get started for important hospital appointments. Got a new battery in car now, but I am keeping the GOLDGE jump start battery charged up and in the car. wouldn’t be without it now.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI bought this after reading reviews for a few different products of a similar nature. I was in need of a car battery booster after a mixture of winter and lockdown almost killed my car’s battery. I had not travelled anywhere for some time and had also neglected to look after my car as a result, which meant that when I went to start it one morning it barely even ticked over.
I was dubious when this arrived as it just looks like a battery boost for mobile devices with a tiny set of clips to attach to the car’s battery and some poorly translated instructions (seriously awful).
But, I checked how much charge it had (it came fully charged btw), hooked it up and the car started first time!
Brilliant bit of kit that will live in the boot of my car from now on, just in case. (with periodic charging to keep it alive, of course)
It also comes with a fairly powerful flashlight function and the ability to charge devices too with a selection of adapters in the box to fit various types of devices (usb, usb-c, apple connector) and a handy case to store it all in.
    Very pleased with this purchase.

The product worked perfectly and started my dead hybrid on the first attempt. Attaching it was a little more interesting as the leads are very short but eventually managed to place the items so I could get the neutral lead to the car body.

Golden Review Award: 20 From Our UsersWith lockdown we have not driven far and battery has not charged as it should. I have used this 3 times so far, when the car battery is barely turning over the starter, With this batteryI just connect and it starts. The percentage drops with the start about 20% but climbs back another 10% so all 3 starts have been with the same charge, I have recharged the backup and will check it again in 3 months time

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersThe item arrived & first look it was well presented very well packed in a box & a wallet . The big problem was INSTRUCTIONS they are rubbish not even stating to charge the unit up , this done last night . This morning came the test so I cleared the snow off the car & connected the leads [ no info but they only go one way ]. The battery was so flat the doors would not lock so fingers were crossed , 1400cc jumped into life in an instant o boy was I pleased . I will update this as I play with the unit , the oblong button on the side works the torch & you need to hold it pressed a little as it does not react to fast pushes .
