Make sure you have space to store if raining when delivered as comes in cardboard box. Great product – videos on You Tube show how to fit yourself. You will need a 14mm masonry drill – drill guide holes first to fit bolts and measure measure measure. Stickers on cross mem ever show where to fit but you don’t need to follow them if there is an obstruction. My 4m came with 4 brackets so spaced out. Needs 5″ clearance to any upper guttering/ soffits. I cut a 4″ block and used that to fit to top of bracket. Product is excellent, good quality brackets and construction. Needs another person for about 10 mins to lift into place once brackets in place.
Retract if it gets a bit windy – we live near coast so gets a bit blowy sometimes. Hope this helps
We like this product as it gives us more use of our patio area and were pleased how easy it was to install. We also bought the cover to protect in winter not yet tried
