I’m not one to spend much money on pans. But these are worth it. I can’t remember being so please with any pans I have ever bought. If anything sticks, it’s because I cooked it too long, unattended, on med high heat. Let it soak for about 10 minutes and it is usually off the pan already. You just need to wipe it off. No Teflon pan ever has been that easy and they usually scratch. I use the pans every day, the small sauce pan usually 3 times a day and they still look brand new. No scratches. And I love the bottoms that lay flat on the burner. So many pans tilt to where the handle is and if you are cooking an egg, it’s not enough weight to get the pan to lay flat. Don’t have that problem with these pans. Have I mentioned that I love them? Boy do I ever.
I’m picky about pans, cook every day and don’t use oil. These really hold up and are so much easier to clean than my stainless steel sets. Just don’t use metal on it and I am definitely more gentle in cleaning but want them to last. Love them!
I got these pans after a lot of research. I was a bit hesitant since it’s advised to use medium heat or lower and only use utensils that won’t scratch the surface. As for only using medium heat, I do not follow the guidance and regularly use the saucepan to boil water on medium high, and so far so good. I am pretty careful with utensils and haven’t seen any scratches on the surfaces from the wood and silicone.
Non-stick is holding up pretty well 3 months in. There is some staining at the bottom, but these pans aren’t mean to be show ponies. I do not use these in the stove, opting for cast iron instead.
Now, for the docked star… the lid that came with the set was making crackling, snapping nosie when I used it on the hot pan, so I threw it away over safety concerns. Luckily, I kept some lids from my old set that work well for frying, sauce and saute pan. I’d advise you to do the same.
Overall, a very stylish, non-toxic, clean looking set of pans that need a bit of special treatment to stay in shape.
I LOVE the GreenPan Valencia Pro Cookware. It is best cookware I have ever had. The pots and pans Cook evenly and are a breeze to clean. Being truly nonstick, I don’t need to use much, if any oil when sauting. These are well made and durable. I’m extremely pleased with these and am a true GreenPan Fan!!!
This is the first new set of pans I have ever purchased and I love them! I did a ton of comparisons and looking through reviews before making the purchase decision. I washed the pans and before the first use used a light wiping of olive oil while heating. Ive read that it can help with the non-stick aspect and so far nothing has stuck. Read the care instructions about spray oils!
I am super satisfied with the performance of this cookware and hope it lasts me a lifetime.
Value for the money, this is the best set I’ve owned. Wife loves them almost more than me!
It was recommended to use on MEDIUM/LOW HEAT, which we have been doing. EASY to clean.
Only DOWNSIDE is that I wish it came with more of cloth spacers for storing them! Highly recommend.
I did have some trouble with some of the items coming already with chips and divots. They have since gained some additional chips along the rims (possibly due to the lids). However the interiors are still in great shape. They are super easy to clean, even with some messes that look like they would be a tough job upon first glance. I have run them through the dishwasher without any observed issues. I make sure that they will not come into contact with any of the other items, when I put them in the dishwasher. I absolutely love these pots and pans, and expect they will keep my happy for many years. I love the sizes of everything as well.
Definitely buy these Greenpan pots and pans! Amazing! Love them!
I love this set. Also, have the pans. I spent a ton on All-Clad a few years back. The Valencia Pro is so easy to clean — let cool, wipe, quicky wash. Fabulous. So much better than regular non-stick.
If I were to say anything negative about this set is that I’m sorry the handles on the lids aren’t more heat resistance. Once the pot gets hot, the lids also get quite hot and touching the handles without a tea towel or such can be risky.
We ended up getting this set after looking at a ton of other options. After owning and using them daily for about 6 months now I wanted to share a review of my experience and honest opinion in case it helps others who are considering.
We truly like and support the company in general for their product, principals and the integrity in their cookware design and materials. They’ve provided us with the nicest quality set for the price point and it has been everything we hoped for.
Following the guidance the company offers in their care instructions and only hand-washing (which is honestly effortless thanks to the non-stick quality) our whole set looks and performs exactly how it did on the first day. We couldn’t be more pleased with the brand and satisfied with our purchase. This set is seemingly going to last us a very very long time and I just wanted to say my husband and I are so happy with that.
I felt like this brand deserves the best possible review for our experience, as they’ve earned it. And hopefully this review will help in some way. 🙂
We’ve tried a variety of ‘non-stick’ pans and they’ve always either i) not been non-stick, or ii) the non-stick layer has started to peal. This cookware set is incredible. The non-stick is actually non-stick, the material is resilient and hasn’t scratched with daily use, and they’re very easy to clean. Highly recommend.
My daughter has pieces of GreenPan and loves them, now that she is married, i got them a full set! These pans are healthy, each piece quality, The color tone could fit in most kitchens. They hold up well to all cooking and clean easy!

Perfect set! Love these pans and pots so much!! So easy to cook now and have definitely been doing more of it since getting them. Would for sure recommend.
They heat up quickly. I’ve been using them for a while now on my gas range and they heat up faster than any set I’ve had before. I put the lids in the dishwasher and hand wash the pots and pans. The lids from my previous set works on these too which was a big surprise bonus for me. They are very easy to clean and still look like new with daily use. Saves time cooking and cleaning.
Sturdy, beautiful, easy to clean pans. Bottoms are perfectly flat. Great value.
1) The metal handles on the covers can get very hot. Need a pot holder to handle them.
2) The inside bottom surface is not flat. It is somewhat convex. This means I have to put it more oil to entirely cover the bottom of the pots and pans.
Incredible product cook very well easy to clean and to handle. I recommend it.
Bought these as a house warming gift for our daughter! Absolutely loves them! We were visiting and used them as well. Great weight, non stick, great quality! Highly recommend!

I did a lot of research before deciding to buy these. I’m very disappointed. They are impossible to clean and get discolored and stained very quickly. We have spent at least $100 extra dollars trying to find various brushes and cleaners to clean these pans to no avail. They really only seemed to be truly non stick for a few days. We followed the care instructions carefully and eventually just gave up. Now we have decided to purchase a different brand. A waste of money. I have included a photo of what a clean pan looks like after only a month of use.
