There is NOTHING negative to say about these. Green Pan is by far the best set of cookware I have used.
My needs: I wanted something that could stack or store easily, non-stick (but not leach harmful chemicals), and easy to clean.
With the lids flipped, they make a sturdy stack. Also, the set comes with felt dividers for the frying pans. These clean so easily. This checked my box for storage.
I have only had them a short time but they do look brand new. The cooking is even and the surface is non-stick.
If you are trying to find quality cookware at a good price-point, I highly recommend this set or other Green Pan options.

I got these for my wife for Christmas, she absolutely loves them. They cook food nicely, no sticking or black flecks from Teflon. So far they appear to hold up nicely not using metal utensils or a dishwasher. It’s advertised that those can be done but there’s many reviews that suggest against it. As soon as we’re done cooking, simply apply a little bit of soap and some water and they wipe completely clean. There’s no need to put them in the dishwasher, nothing sticks to them. The one drawback that I would say is that the handles on the side of the pots heat up to almost the same temperature as the pot. The pans don’t have this problem. We’re cooking on a gas range, if that makes a difference… I believe I paid quite a bit considering the few pieces we got, however a week later the price it increased by several hundred dollars… I guess I should say I got a deal, but they’re pots and pans and just like everything they will not last forever.

11 months into it and I would recommend these. Still cooking food, no flecking of cooking surface. The only potential drawback is on the pots… The handles which are made of metal get quite warm when you’re boiling water or making soup or something like that. Cannot use the handles without a pot holder of some sort. Does not change quality of the product.

I’ll post an update a few months down the road to see how they’re doing still.

This is a great set. You need to follow all recommended instructions and care. I’ve seen reviews saying the bottom of pans discolor or they chip. Yes they are correct, if you over heat the pans or throw them around or drop things on them.
These pans heat up very quickly and you only need to put them on med high heat at the most. Only use recommended oils and again do not over heat. When we’re done using them we let them cool down and hand wash, dry and put away carfeully. This is a very good set for the money but you need to care for them and they will last.

I purchased this set about a year ago and have started to notice some sticking and buildup when cooking with most of the pans in the set. I contacted Greenpan and showed them the issues I was experiencing and they were very quick to replace my set. Their customer service was great and I was impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is a very nice set. It was recommended for not having a toxic coating. I don’t know how long any type of non stick cookware can last, I am simply wiping out with a wet paper towel to clean. Glad I purchased this.

I cook a lot and I am super picky about what I use in my kitchen. Deciding on a cookware set for my kitchen was an anxiety-inducing nightmare.

These pots and pans are amazing. Super well built, even heating, and easy as heck to clean. I have loved using these!

I bought these a month ago wanting healthier cookware without PFAS and PFOA, lead and cadmium. I was a little skeptical about the no-stick aspect because I had tried an Ozeri pan that sticks horribly . But, these are a DREAM !
These pans are heavy so I cant imagine they will warp and NOTHING sticks. I have used them daily and they’re great!

Green Pan Valencia Pro Cookware was purchased due to need for cookware for a glass top electric range.

This is my second set of Greepan, I love them. Nonstick for sure and need very little oil to cook stuff. Clean up a breeze always and heats very fast. My complaints on this set is the metal handle gets hot on lids after awhile.
And on a flat cook top they slide when you are stirring things. I would still buy again for the pluses mentioned!!

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI purchased the 11 piece Valencia Pro set for my boyfriend for his birthday November 2018. We are coming up on 2 years of using these pans on a daily basis. He has 2 younger kids he tries to cook healthy for, which was my motivation for the gift. This family is hard on everything, but he was thrilled with receiving the pans and followed the instructions on what olive oil and butter to cook with. The pans still look almost new and work just as well as day he received them. I’m not sure what’s up with the reviewers who just couldn’t get it right and ruined their lovely pans. USER ERROR folks! This is a great set of pans, just take care of them. Heck, sometimes when I’m doing dishes, it’s literally just a matter of a rinse and wipe and it’s clean. I can’t stress enough… I purchased these for a man who owned nothing to cook with and burnt up every cookie sheet I gave him falling asleep while cooking wings, fries and pizza in the oven. The rest of you one star raters go buy Cooking for Dummies! And some quality olive oil.

I really like these. I had an older version of Greep Pan which were much lighter and not nearly as good.
These are heavier and seem to be better made. Experience has taught me that hand-washing them is necessary.
however, due the quality and viability of the nonstick glaze this is fast and easy.
I gave them 5 stars because of all this (where normally I would give 4 since I had to pay for the things).

These are the best best best best best best pots and pans ever. Did I say best? If you cn afford them, buy them. Do not believe any negative disinformation put out by the competitors. Dupont should have figured this out years ago. Instead they have still have tons of teflon product on the market disguised as eco friendlly. I spent days looking at this price tag before I took the plunge. I am so so happy I did. We now cook 90 percent of our food with these pots and pans and have thrown out almost all of our old pots and pans. I only wish that we had switched earlier. I rarely write reviews. I just want this company to know how much I appreciate this technology. Keep up the good work!

I had the old Tfal type pots and pans. These are an EXTREME upgrade. It says dishwasher safe, but I have just been hand washing them bc nothing sticks to them. They are amazing. I cook a lot and I love that these are super easy to clean and cook with. I have stacked them to place in my pot drawers and they fit easily also. If you are looking to buy new, get them! The only issue I had is that I can only find a 4.5L pan and nothing larger. I bought that separately so that I can cook my sauces and gravy. Its amazing also. (One downfall people said was that the handles get hot. It does NOT get hot from cooking, per say, only when it is directly over the eye if the pan/pot is too small for the eye on the stove you are using. If my pan/pot is on the correct sized stove eye, then it doesn’t get hot from normal cooking.)

So my family have been trying to switch out our cookware to ceramic and replace our older non-stick cookware.

    Pros:
    – Sturdy
    – Glass Lids
    – Ceramic coating
    – Easy to Clean (At First)

    Cons:
    – Expensive

I did a lot of research on the Ceramic Cookware trend and decided to try them. Overall, I am quite pleased with the set. For the most part, it has stood up to daily cooking.

The pot and pans have gradually begun to lose that easy clean and non-stick attribute. In a couple of pans, there is slight discoloration in a couple of spots that you just cannot seem to remove. But they do perform well enough. I am not certain if I would buy these again or try a different set but everything I have read was GreenPan was it.

I am not a true follower I suppose. While I think the product is definitely much better than the non-stick cookware I was using before. I see the same types of issues I had with those starting to occur with these. Food beginning to stick to the ceramic. Getting harder and harder to clean over time. Stains in the ceramic surface. I think it is fair to say that they are a much better product than worrying about the Teflon flaking off of my older cookware. But is it that much better with regards to performance. Bottom line – I feel better about using it to feed myself, my family and others. But it still suffers from the same issues as any other cookware with use over time.

I do find myself taking extra care of this cookware to help extend its life and ensure the value to the price tag.
But as to buying them again .. that is yet to be determined

This cookware is excellent. I’ve had non stick, tefal etc in the past, and they always wear out, or even worse, the non stick layer starts peeling off(!).
These have none of that. They’re as non stick now as they were when I bought them. They’re great to cook with, easy to clean, easy to look after.
As an added bonus, I also think they’re quite stylish.

Best thing I’ve ever bought. I used to have terrible pans. It’s true you don’t need to use a lot of oil and butter. I feel like a real chef being able to flip my food up in the air and catch it back in the pan. Nothing sticks. Have to try hard to burn something.

I bought Green Pan years ago from Target, but they were their cheap pans and not nearly as nice as these. I didn’t know this at the time and I was not impressed with them due to the discoloration and chipping. In my search for new pans and my interest to purchase pans that are healthier for my family, I revisited the Green Pans via their website. This is one of their top of line sets and it’s completely worth the money. I bought these in January and it’s now April. No discoloration and no chipping. I will say they do not heat as fast as they advertise, but that’s ok to me because it minimizes the risk of burning oil and butter. I don’t even use oil and butter anymore unless the recipe calls for it and it will add flavor. These pans are worth the money!!!

Took me awhile to hit the purchase button, but I’m thrilled I finally bit the bullet. I came from non-coated stainless steel and cleanup was always a chore. Cleaning this cookware takes seconds and I feel like I not only purchased my time back, but I know I’m saving money on cleaning products and energy (my stove burners are now never higher than medium and everything heats really quickly). I love this cookware. It’s one of the best purchases of my life – and I’m almost 60.

I have had this cookware set for four months now, and they are great. I follow the directions on how to use them and have not had any issues with them. I was sad that my larger saucepan got damaged by my cat who knocked it off of our table. Unfortunately, the warranty will not cover the accidental damage, so I can’t use this pan anymore.

Great value for a full set of safe cookware. Cooks food evenly and is extremely easy to clean! I have cooked with All Clad for years, however, as I’ve gotten older the weight of the pan became a bit too heavy since I have Carpal Tunnel in both wrists. First Cook Set I owned that actually feels solid. I was quite impressed how this cooked on electric elements. I can’t imagine how much better this set works when using a glass stove top.

One thing I like about this cooking set is that you don’t need much heat to cook. Coming from an Electric range.. The highest setting you should have selected is Medium.. Anything higher and you risk damaging the non stick coating. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL OR SPRAY OILS are not recommended with this type of cookware

I should be able to get a good 3yrs out of this set. I will update every 4 months to see if this pan lives up to its name following the suggested manufacturer care and use.

Major upgrade from What I use to use.

I bought an induction stove thinking my (sm)ALL-Clad LTD2 wold work seamlessly…I was wrong. I needed a new set pf pans but was unsure of what to get….enter GreenPan Valencia Pro!

I am writing this with pictures mainly to refute what I saw in another post where the user clearly had done SOMETHING wrong and said the pans stuck miserably ….please check my photos. There is no need to crowd the dishwasher since cleaning is so easy. My wife burned some cheesy stuff in a pot, cleaned it right out and started all over – she remarked at how easy it was to clean and how she didn’t know how anyone could make anything stick to these pans.

These pans are excellent for non-stock and I think that they still sear pretty well. Not only do they not have all of the bad stuff from what we all knew as non-stick – they work great! This is coming from someone who never enjoyed cooking with non-stick pans because he felt it was “cheating”. I only use butter or olive oil in the pan as that is what the manufacturer states yield the best results.

If you are a beginner all the way to a decent chef I think you’ll find that these pans are worth the money you pay for them. I will say that I wish there was a way to get a set that has the items I cook with most as opposed to this – where’s my 12 Qt stock pot!?

If you are skilled and the stove and want easy to clean, fast heating, even heating pans, look no further.

    The do not stick...Big Fan!

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersWhen we decided to ditch all of our teflon plans, I spent almost FIVE hours reading articles, building a spreadsheet, and comparing over ten brands to determine what we should get. We were replacing 4 pans, so it was most cost effective to go with a full set versus individuals.
Here is the criteria I was tracking:
    – Industry Rank (from the articles I was referencing)
    – # Pots/Pans in each set (excluding cooking utensils and lids)
    – Total Price & Price per Item (again excluding utensils and lids)
    – Oven Temperature (this was really important as I put pans in the oven frequently)
    – Where they were made (most are made in China)
    – Warranty
    – Lead/Cadmium Free

I knew from buying other mid-quality sets that anything under $150 is not high enough quality to be worth it in the long run. Of 13 brands, I narrowed it down to GreenPan (their Valencia series), Zwilling Spirit Ceramics, and Cuisinart Green Gourmet. From there I went to the product reviews and looked at the spread between 5 Stars and 1 Star, and this is where GreenPan stood out.

My husband and I both cook (I did have to walk him through the “Rules” a couple times, and hide all our metal cooking utensils), and we both love using these. It’s been a couple months of continuous use: eggs (scrambled & poached), sausages, steaks/lamb chops, and sauteed veggies and they’re still going great. My parents bought a Zwilling pan a couple months before us and it’s already losing it’s stick.

I think these are very successful pans IF you cook properly with them. We never heat over medium, if we use oil it’s avocado oil, or butter/ghee. No sprays, no olive oils. Cleaning is very easy, but I do sometimes have to tackle a spot with my finger nail. It comes off easy at that point and you can feel when your pan has returned to it’s clean finish.

The only reason I give a 4 star review for durability and overall is because the edges are somewhat fragile. There is a very tiny chip on the rim of one pan (less than a pin-head size), so we are very careful when washing and hanging near our other pots. The only other downside is that there is no lid for the large fry pan. We kept our Calphalon lid from our previous set and it works just fine, but wish it matched.

Overall, VERY comfortable making this purchase after all the research, and very happy with the results. The protective felt liners are also very useful!

These pans are amazing! Do yourself a favor and make the investment. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than a basic set, but they’re worth every penny! This is the best set of pans I have ever had and I’ve been cooking for 40 years. Non-stick, made in a sustainable way, no bad chemicals that leak into food. You do have to be mindful fo the surface and separate the pans with cloth (they sell the separators) or paper towels if you’re stacking them. Clean up is very easy and I’ve placed these pans into the broiler. Furthermore, the company stands behind their product, and when one of my pans was beginning to show signs of coating flaking off, the GreenPan folks replaced it ASAP without a hassle. The only thing to get used to is that they really are very slick and you should never use a full heat to cook with them. This is fine, and reduces energy further. Overall I adore them.

Love this set! The sizes are slightly bigger than normal size pots and pans which was exactly what I was looking for. Good weight to them. Unique color. I don’t cook with butter or oil and these are still super easy to clea

Golden Review Award: 19 From Our UsersBefore making this purchase, I did A LOT of research. It came down to the Valencia Pro Vs. Venice Pro, Vs. a set from Scanpan. In the end, I’m glad I pulled the trigger on the Greenpan Valencia Pro set.

Although the Scanpan was a close 3rd, I ruled it out because of the high price delta between their sets and the Greenpan. I “almost” went with the more durable Venice Pro set with the Stainless exterior but decided against it for two reasons. First, I like the glass lids which I get with the Valencia Pro. Second, I’ve owned a Greenpan fry pan which is Stainless and although they claim the exterior won’t tarnish in any way, over the months that’s what happened.

So, with Valencia Pro, I get the non-stick, clean exterior and glass lids. Perfect.

They arrived in perfect condition and even included nice looking green felt which you can place between the pots and pans to ensure they are not banged around in the cupboard. From some of the reviews, I know some complained about the pans arriving damaged. I didn’t have this issue.

Using the pans now for many months, they continue to be the best cooking set I’ve ever owned (been cooking for about 25 years). Simple to clean, non-stick is PERFECT. No complaints period.

That said, I do not use spray on oils which from what I’ve read will kill the non-stick. I use Olive and Avacado oils exclusively.

5+ recommendation. I’ll be sure to update this review after I’ve had the pans for 12 months.

    Enjoy!

Love these pans. They are durable, easy to clean and heat evenly. I am an avid home cook and this set of cookware is the best non stick I have ever purchased. Well worth the investme

Love the pans, just knowing they are toxic free is amazing. They cook very well and easy clean up. The only dislike is that they are very expensive but I guess you get what you pay for! And you can tell they are high quality pans!

These pans are FABULOUS!!! I was ready to get rid of my Teflon pans, but the stainless steel pans I had made everything stick. These were the remedy I was looking for! And I enjoy using them every day!

You can just see and feel how high quality these are, so easy to clean, nothing sticks – just follow all recommendations, especially cooking on low heat. I heat half way between low and medium and they heat great, I can even fry things at this heat! Best of all they’re non-toxic! So far worth every penny! (only applies to this line of green pans, the others are not as good) If anything changes I’ll update this review.

I should have invested in good pots and pans long ago. I recommend you spend the money for these products. They are well made, heat thoroughly, easy to clean, don’t scratch and don’t release toxins into your food. Check the pictures for lid double use. Not every pan has a lid.

Very nice quality pots and pans. My wife loves them. No stick and heats nice on medium to low heat. I tried them myself, after cooking I let the pans cool. The clean up of the pans was so easy

I bought these pans on a recommendation for healthy eating. You need to only put the stove top burners on medium…never hot. The food almost slides out of the pans…very little to none sticks to the pan. I wash mine by hand and that isn’t a chore because they clean so easy.

Cookware is sooooo expensive, as a rule. This set doesn’t break the bank and the non stick is truly non stick. I know it says dishwasher safe. So did my last set. I’ve been handwashing these because I want them to last. The only thing I could say about this set is that it would be nice if there were lids provided for each pot/pan. I do like the felt inserts to protect them when they are stacked in the cabinet. That was a very nice touch. I’ve also heard that extra virgin olive oil should not be used in them for some reason, so I’m careful regarding the oils I use in them.

On the 20 of March 2019 will be a 2 months of having these cooked with this cookware set. If you hand wash with a wash rag with dawn dish soap you will have no problems what so ever. Follow cooking directions and utensil directions, and you will have no problem with this set. We use our cookware on gas burners and still no problems. And don’t forget butter makes every dish even better. God thanks for the butter.

Golden Review Award: 38 From Our UsersI did extensive research on the least toxic pans out there. I would rank this second in least toxic with first being Xtrema. BUT Xtrema is ridiculously expensive, breaks easily, bulkier, not as non stick, and since Xtrema is all ceramic, you will need to get silicone handles or use a mit to move the pots and pans.

GreenPan is, in my opinion, the best for every day use, ease, convenience, easy to clean, light weight, etc. The box also came with pads so you can store them safely. They are beautiful too.

I like how the ceramic covers all the aluminum and doesn’t leave the rim exposed. I wouldn’t want the fumes coming out. GreenLife leaves the rim exposed and I didn’t like that. GreenPan is also way better made than GreenLife (sorry, GreenLife). Besides my 7″ Xtrema skillet, these GreenPan pots and pans are my favorite.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersVery happy with these pans and feel much safer using these as they offgas much less than the cheaper versions of nonstick. I’ve researched Teflon (which I have used a lot in the past) and was horrified to find out how toxic it really is and how easily it pollutes our environment and causes serious illnesses. I was skeptical about using medium heat. I usually crank it up high, but the heat is very evenly distributed and heats quickly and evenly. Follow the directions provided (important) and you’ll be happy. Also very happy with Greenpan Customer Service. I had a small blemish in the bottom of one of the pans when they arrived that would have caused problems with food sticking. I called Greenpan’s customer service and sent pictures. They sent a replacement out within a reasonable time period.

I like these for everything except eggs. You’re also not supposed to use olive oil. I do. So far so good, we’ll see. Easy to clean. Well made.

We wanted something non Teflon and as safe to use as possible. This set fit the bill. The pans are well made and we are more than happy with how they perform. The non-stick is great.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI don’t write that many reviews, but I know how difficult it is to find a good set of cooking pans so I’ll share my thoughts on these. They are without doubt the best we’ve ever had. The key is to read the instructions carefully and use only the cooking oil’s that they recommend. We use peanut oil and Ghee butter exclusively on these. We have used these enough to comfortably say they are everything they are meant to be…..but you MUST obey the instructions! Don’t overheat them, don’t use extra-virgin olive oil. Read the reviews, as usual, too many people don’t take the time to learn how use things properly. I had the habit of overheating pans and just dumping oil in. Take your time, start with the lowest heat setting and work your way up and you’ll find that you can use a lot less heat than you normally have used. These things clean up like the day they were opened. Obviously don’t scratch them and store them carefully with paper towels or the provided felt in between them. We are to the point in our life where we want nice things and our kids won’t destroy them! So if you’re like us, spend the money and buy these without hesitation. My only complaint is that they have gone down $30 in the last month. A little frustrating but that’s life. That’s even more reason for you to buy them if you’re looking for a good set of cooking pans that are safe and easy to use.

This is an excellent product, with what appears to be a durable build, attractive appearance and an excellent ceramic nonstick surface that really is nonstick requiring less oil. The pans are well balanced, good weight, and the lids fit properly. Cooking is even on our electric stove with no scorching or cold spots.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI did a lot of research before deciding on a pots and pans set. This one seemed to check all the boxes and I’ve been very impressed since receiving it for Christmas. Time will tell if it holds up, but I’m pretty confident it’s of good quality. It cleans SO easily-even better than the StoneDine set I had before, which was very easy to clean. The real test was cleaning a pan after cooking eggs and it passed!

$350 for 11 set, but I wish they would have included the largest pan’s lid.
They are great for cooking. I cooked for my daughter and every meal taste better than the other. I would highly recommend it!

Nice looking and best non stick coating I have ever used. The lid handles do get a bit hot (according to my husband), but I don’t think they are too hot. Always use plastic spoons and spatulas with them.

Love these. After being tired of hand me downs and purchasing cheap non stick cookware. I decided to do some research and came across these. To clean I use just the soap part of the sponge. To cook eggs you need a bit of oil or butter, for some reason this seems to be the only thing to stick.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThese are non-stick and work very well at low to medium heat. When sauting slight brown marks develop that get cleaned off very easily. I even boiled milk to make yoghurt and it cleaned up very easily unlike other steel vessels which are really hard to clean after boiling milk. Do not use Extra Virgin oils for frying as in my experience they cause more burning. Use oils that are meant for high heat when frying.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI absolutely LOVE these pans. I was looking for a non-stick cooking pan set that is also non toxic and healthy. These pans definitely delivered. They seem to be very durable, but I have not used any metal utensils on them, even though it says you can, and I have only hand washed them, even though it says you can put them in the dishwasher (but it does say they will last longer if you use non metal utensils and hand wash)

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI bought green pan after a co-worker recommended them to me. I needed to buy a full set of pots/pans since my new house had an induction stove and none of my items worked. I’ve been using these pans for a couple months now and couldn’t be happier. They are easy to clean (without soaking overnight) and heat evenly/quickly. I have not been careful about only using specific oils and they are OK. I also use the blue non-scratch sponges to hand wash. I haven’t put them in the dishwasher ( can’t remember if they are DW safe or not) but I also haven’t needed to since they are so easy to clean by hand.

This set comes with the felt dividers for safe storage of the pans.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usersbought these to get rid of older teflon pans that probably aren’t the best health wise. These pans are supposed to be free of chemicals that would be likely to cause problems over time. We have used medium heat with butter and have zero problems with sticking. Two thumbs up from both cooks in our family.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThese are very good pots and pans. They are lighter than my old set, which is a good thing, but they are by no means a cheap light set. They have a nice thick layer on the bottom for even heating and the pots and pans are sturdy without being overly heavy. Food just slides out, much better than my old Teflon coated set. I would definitely recommend this brand.

Golden Review Award: 132 From Our UsersI did a lot of research before I purchased the GreenPan cookware. I had been looking at other big name brands, when a salesperson in a specialty kitchen shop suggested I look at the GreenPan. The eleven piece set includes nearly everything I need. I did need to switch a few of my staples including Extra Virgin Olive Oil, butter and a non-stick spray. In order to maintain the ceramic surface, GreenPan manufacturers recommend using among several other oils, Pure Olive Oil (my grocery store only carried a store brand), Peanut Oil, or Ghee. The Pure Olive Oil and Ghee are closest to what I would typically use, but now I find just a very small amount is necessary and mostly for flavor. I have found that it is only necessary to use a medium to low temperature (gas) and the pan heats very quickly and maintains the heat. I like that the glass lids allow you to see whether the liquids are boiling without removing the lid and losing the heat. I have limited myself to using silicone and wooden utensils to protect the surface. My big experiment this weekend was making a tomato sauce. What a quick and easy clean up that was! I was able to get the tomato sauce around the rim of the pan with a silicone spatula and used a silicone sponge to finish the job.

The one thing I discovered with this set of eleven pieces, is that I would have liked to have had an 8 quart pot for cooking pastas, sauces and soups. I plan on adding that to my set, as that is a must have item for this cook’s kitchen.

With a lot of extra care, I hope I am able to maintain the finish on this ceramic cookware.
