Easy to use, well built and great value for money!!
It it quite heavy and bulky to store. Cable doesn’t wrap as hook is pointing down and screwed in tight.

Does exactly what it says it does. Cleaned my bedroom carpet with the steam jet. No problems with water tank as over people have said.
Having a few health problems including back troubles, I decided to buy this electric streamer as filling a large bucket with water, moving it when needed and the power needed to manoeuvre a mop around had become too much for me. Having recently swapped out my old hoover for a cordless Dyson for the same kinds of reasons, I thought this would be lightweight and effortless to remove and attach the varying tools etc as my Dyson is. Don’t get me wrong, I can still manage it but as I also have arthritic hands and wrists, it does require a little more effort for me. Having said that, I am really pleased with my purchase and do recommend. A few points I’d like to make; having read the reviews on this machine leaving streaks and having my own experience, I strongly urge you to buy extra cleaning pads. This is because I firstly decided to try out my steamer in the kitchen where the floor was absolutely filthy in places due to re-decorating. All was going well and because of the amount of dirt, I set the steamer to the highest temperature (the red light) to get through it quicker. About a quarter of the way around, the steamer was leaving lot’s of dirty streaks so I changed the pad (you get 3 of the normal density ones as these are what I used for the job,) and problem solved. I ended up using all three and my kitchen isn’t very big at all so if you have a larger area and quite dirty floors, you will need the extras trust me. All three plus the pad I used to clean down my cupboard doors, cooker hood and appliances are now washing away ready for later on when I will get more done. It’s quite addictive once you see what this machine can do, it goes to show you how much cleaner and sanitised this makes things compared to manually washing everything down – my kitchen has literally never been cleaner. This has been a game-changer for me, a real Godsend. It probably goes without saying but when you set the machine to the highest temperature, the water tank does empty quickly. I had the steamer on medium heat (green light) for my cupboards etc and it lasted quite a bit longer. My only criticism I have about this unit is that the hole you fill with water is quite fiddly to get the water in as it’s small, this package could be a lot better if an appropriate water jug was included. For anybody that’s interested, I used a small silicone jug where I could pinch the spout together while pouring which helped but you still have to have a steady hand. I love my new steamer so much that I decided to buy a water distiller so that I can fill it with cleaner water in future uses in the hopes that it prolongs it’s life and won’t have to change the filter as often as three months or so. Speaking of that, unless some have gotten a faulty machine (it happens,) I can’t help but wonder if this is due to limescale build up and/or buyers not emptying the water after every use allowing it to make things worse. I empty my kettle after every use for this reason too and just under a year on, it still looks as good as new – just a squeeze of lemon juice added to some water and boiled every few weeks clears up any unavoidable residue – I’ll be doing the same periodically to my steamer too for optimal performance. This kit comes with a special pin to push through any holes to help loosen limescale and residue as well which is handy! 1 last tip: It might be worth purchasing some laundry bags if you don’t already have any, to help protect the pads while washing. I bought a great non-expensive set on Amazon and use the largest one (a black one – the others are white 😉 ) to store all of the attachments and tools inside, game-changer – you’re welcome haha.
For my kitchen floor first time I have used it on the 18 January 2022 well pleased . Will work out how to use the attachments in the next few days as I have a few mirrors in the house . Will use in the bathroom on the sink and wherever else I think I can use it so so far so good I was recommended it by my sister-in-law and my nephew
Great steamer, best I’ve ever purchased. I have bought 3 different ones previously which all sounded great on paper but were not good. This one however is brilliant. Would highly recommend
I like this mop, it performs well, but there are a few observations for consideration.
I like that there are lots of attachments, and Ive use most of them, but theres nowhere to keep them. Better if it had a couple of slots on the machine to store the smaller items.
The water tank is a pain to fill. You have to unscrew the cap then jimmy it out of the hole. Its plastic so Im not sure how that will hold up over time. Surely theres a better way to do that.
The nozzle and brush attachments cant be fitted to the hose, they only fit on the handheld machine.
Otherwise, the machine is really easy to use. Its light enough and you can run it right way up or upside down and it will still produce steam. The 3 steam settings are pretty useful. The heavy one will go through water quickly but it does a great job on the tiles, edge of the bath and shower. I use the light one to run round at the end just to clean any residual dirty water, bit like a quick rinse. Light also works well on windows and mirrors.
I had a problem with uninvited
Guests. No aerosols could remove them. With the new H20 they are now completely eradicated from my mattress. I have a nice sleep at long last.

I needed a solution to mopping as I’ve had a very bad back for the past year and a half. I was watching TV one night and these popped up so I decided to come on here and look. Read the reviews so was very anxious I may have wasted money but how wrong was I.
I was surprised to see on here the same model but with loads of extra cloth heads and extra filters, so ordered it. I actually thought it could be a mistake as on here it was cheaper than on tv but it came with everything in the picture.
It’s been an absolute godsend to use this. Others state theirs leaks but mine (touch wood) has been totally fine.
It has exactly the right length cable for me to do the whole downstairs without needing to plug it in elsewhere. I always plug in the central wall.
At first I found the triangular head that the mop sits into to be a bit troublesome, I couldn’t get into edges or corners with it on and if you lift the unit out it’s hard to get back in unless you turn it off. Otherwise you’ll get burnt. I decided to try it without that triangle and it works perfectly. Now I can get into the edges and corners with ease, it glides around no issues.
It’s really manoeuvrable, you can get under my chairs and around everything with ease. It glides with the lightest pull/push and there’s really no effort needed.
It takes about one tank and another half to do my entire downstairs and drys pretty fast. I think people who talk about the floor being left wet are using it on too high a number. I use the first selection for my floors. It will be dry in five mins.
In the box it had loads of extra cloths, as mentioned beforehand, you don’t get them if you buy directly on TV. Buying on here is well worth it.
It also doubles as a steam cleaner and has all the attachments you would need. I’ve cleaned all my bathroom tiles walls, shower, base, cooker, windows, kitchen. You name it.
The really great thing for me is it’s assisted with reducing the strain on my back. With mopping I end up unable to move for days after. This has helped me keep my home clean and took the pressure off.
Others have mentioned their floors smear but I haven’t had that issue.
I use different cloths for different areas. I have one for all the hard wood flooring downstairs, one for my kitchen tiles and then a new one for my shower room. I then bung them in the wash and because you get so many I can use fresh ones when I need to mop again and all without needing to wash the others immediately. I think this is where they’re getting smears. You really should change for different areas.
There’s only one problem I’ve had with it and that’s the fact it didn’t reach into the depths on my grout line in my kitchen. This is lower than than the tiles so the cloths glide without touching it. It’s fine however as I can use the mop for that small area and also the way those tiles were laid.
It’s easy to pack away and folds under my stairs nicely with other cleaning aids. Just make sure you empty the container and it should last.
Excellent product. Sufficiently weighty to give reassurance but easy to manoeuvre especially into corners. Tried several others, but this is clearly the best.
when using the hand held steam cleaner i found it heavy to hold. good for cleaning the toilet but runs out of water quicker than i would like
Easy to use however it would be hand to have a shoulder strap when cleaning with hand tool. Eg. showers window etc

It’s fab! Two friends helped me clean my house when I moved out and they brought this..I’ve always been skeptic about these steam cleaners..I mean, where does the dirt go? (Answer on the pads, then they go in the washing machine)
I found this model easy to use, I’m using it so much in my new house. The window cleaning bit is great, I’ve cleaned a range cooker, tiles, window sills,frames and glass. Lino, tiles… it’s fantastic to be able to clean without chemicals too!

Great machine. Cleaned my tiled kitchen floor to look like new. I am very impressed just as a steam mop let alone all the attachments for other cleaning jobs.
Oh I’m so pleased I got this! Effortless cleaning, cleaned my rug up beautifully! I also bought a detergent for steam cleaners which smelt lovely too, cleaned my laminated floor up great!

I love it, so easy to use it, hand held for the tricky and hard to reach corners or a full upright for doing the floors, not to mention additions for steaming clothes, cleaning windows, so many ways to use it, it’s light, has a nice long lead, the handle folds down for easy storage. Great value.

Extremely lightweight, but if your not careful it will topple over, the lead is also rather short, so frequent moving of mains plug to another outlet, also the water bottle there is a pipe which is ver awkward to remove when filling.

I am 76 year old and I find it so easy to use with great results
Firstly you need to change the air filter every 3 to 4 months or so which makes sense.
Secondly. I bought this because I have a little dog and I wanted to be more efficient cleaner around the house. It is so easy to use once you have read what wach attachment does that you get with the HD Pro version. Fill the tank, press the button, select which steam setting you need for the task and seconds later it is ready. I need to fill the water tank 3 times to steam the living room which isn’t massive I just go over spots again. So far I have done 3 rooms, bed, duvet and the dog bed. You should wash the pads when they get dirty and these will get very dirty you can machine wash (see washing label) them but these must be air dryed. I hand washed one in washing powder but don’t use fabric softner…the instructions say not to.
To avoid the questions I might get emailed on amazon for here is the common answers I have.
