What fantastic value and when I opened them I said ooh these look like posh brushes haha.
Definitely recommend. They wash great and as handle isn’t wood they are even better when ypu clean them look brand new and I’ve used them twice now already and with gloss

These are the best wall paint brushes I got so far. They can deal with both neat, undiluted wall and ceiling paint as well as diluted – neither dripped from these brushes. So far (after one room) I had no issues with any bristles coming loose (a common issue with cheaper/worse brushes). They cleaned really well and fairly easily after use. The handle shape allows for a few different ways of holding these brushes.
I bought these brushes to put feed and wax onto an old, very dry cupboard. As the cupboard has a lot of very deep carving on it, I was expecting to have to dispose of the brushes after being used. They certainly were not used very kindly but I am amazed. The one brush I needed to use did not loose a single bristle and it cleaned up to be used again. Such a good product I ordered a second set. Highly recommend.
When first used, these brushes are brilliant – stiff enough to hold shape, soft enough to bend.
After being cleaned, they seem to be aging quickly.
I don’t think they will last anywhere as near as natural bristles which we still have from years ago.
Haven’t seen natural lately.
I like these – the feel of them before you start and how they cut in close to corners etc. They give a great performance – I always go for this type of paint brush now.

DIY at home and I am not painter but these brushes made the task real nice and the finish was absolutely great. Brushes light but full for good coverage. NO bristles lost in the paint work or to mess up the paint work. I would definitely repurchase for any such jobs again.
Best Brushes I have ever used!!….I must admit for the price i was a bit skeptical but, so glad I tried them…now have 2 lots. They make cutting in so easy…No bristle loss which to me is an absolute game changer…No going back and finding annoying hairs in your painting…Huge thumbs up.
So after 2 months of constantly using, (decorating on an epic scale) there are a few sticky out hairs but I just trim them off and they’re good to go again! These brushes clean up really well too (I must admit I don’t usually bother but, I love these brushes)

I like these Harris brushes, I have only used 2 so far and they have performed really well. No loss of bristles and wash well .
The bristles are perhaps longer than other brushes I ve used.
Excellent quality brushes. Very little hair loss. I use for Matt emulsion and gloss work. Though I don’t wash and re-use more than once or twice so don’t know how these are if in use long term. I tend to keep in cling film for a week or so after painting so they stay fresh, and I can paint in stages and/or touch up where needed.
This pack of 5 Harris Essentials brush set is good value for the budget conscious DIY’er. They get the job done and are a practical choice for various painting tasks with 0.5″, 1″, 1.5″, 2″ width brushes in the set. I would give a solid 4 stars for affordability and performance for this mid-range brush set.
Look really great quality and the brand usually performs well. Unfortunately lost them somewhere in the house so can’t comment on how they performed but you could just tell that they were really amazing brushes.

I am not one for writing reviews on everything I order from Amazon however these brushes deserve just that because they are the best paint brushes I have ever used. I used them to paint soffit and facia boards with water based gloss and they provided me with excellent finish. Not one strand came out of the brush which I have never known before. Highly recommended.

Good quality brushes for the price, no bristle loss. Ideal for small jobs, I haven’t used them on large areas. I’ve used them for water and oil-based paints, even Hammerite and Black Jack and a lot cheaper option than using my Purdys or Hamiltons.
I work in house renovation and I’ve gone through a lot of brushes over the years and I can safely say these are the best ones I’ve ever used. Since I’ve discovered them they are the only brushes I keep buying. They are flexible and great for giving sharp lines and the hairs don’t keep falling out like others.

These are not high quality but they work but are damn cheap and perfect for one off jobs: like wall or fence painting

hey were just what i needed they were perfect for edging around the ceiling soft enough so it glides but strong enough to layer the paint nicely i’ve had other harris brushes before and they’re very hard but these were good

Well what can I say…. Being a female who has had to dabble at the odd painting project over many years, i went into a tiny local family diy shop to get a paint brush…what a choice even for a small shop…. And the retired older family member said I recommend Harris… Not the cheapest but I have always found them to be the best… So I took his advise as for the 50p difference it was worth getting a good result. Many years I have struggled with not getting brushes clean, loosing the odd bristle, loosing a million bristles, not being comfortable in the hand etc…… I can only say Harris where have you been all my life…. They are fantastic…. So much so I bought the pack…. And will do for the rest of my life… Great product highly recommended them, give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.
These brushes are perfect for painting & no hair loss & easy to clean…
I have only used two of the brushes for the kitchen and bathroom using emulsion. I expected at least a few bristles to fall out during the task but not one came away from the brush. Considering some of the twist and turns used I was very impressed. The bristles feel hard to touch but when dipped in paint the Brush glides across the walls like a professional figure skater. Easy to clean and even when battered about the sink, once dry hold their shape. I would say I would buy again but judging by their performance I doubt I will have too.

What I liked easy to clean, depending on the paint used. The brisal hold the paint well and also apply it to the surface that your painting. The brisals are made from plastic and not animal hairs. And also what I liked you get five brushes and they start at ten millimeters upto two hundred millimeters, that for me covers everything that needs to be painted except for walls and you need to roller brush for that. Overall they are good value for the money and they feel like they have or feel good quality in hand.
These are the best paint brushes I’ve ever purchased within this price range. Good quality, hold and apply paint exceptionally well, no loose bristles to spoil the job and very easy to clean. Overall, great value and would highly recommend.

The paint brushes are ridiculously good value I’ve used them for weeks and weeks now there are no hairs coming out the brushes staying together and one of the brushes in particular is just the best brush I’ve ever used for cutting in and that’s along the whole length of a very dark wall on a white ceiling perfect results and they clean up a treat once again no splaying of the hairs and no hair is coming out.

I thought these looked like a good quality, expensive looking style of brush with just the right sizes I needed. So, being short of money at the time. I took a chance on them & I’m jolly glad I did!!! They are perfect and every bit as good as they look. I’m being another set because of this & it’s still turned out to be cheaper than the 1 set I had originally planned to buy. Absolutely fab!!!!!
I prefer the Harris wooden handle brushes, bit more expensive, but these did the job. The ‘brush stroke’ is not as smooth, and the brush moults. You pay for what you get, but good for a beginne
