Brushes clean well and will last if you clean them straight after use.
Bristles are actually so soft I use one of the brushes to clean my car interior.

You can buy cheaper, but these are good brushed clean easily and wash under tap water. Good buy.

They give a good finish with gloss etc, bristles are supple and haven’t come out in paint yet.. few more cleans might change that.

I purchased these as I was moving house and knew I had lots of decorating to do. we have done 4 rooms so far and these brushes have performed so well, not 1 hair has come out, they wash clean so easily. Really impressed.

Great quality brushes for the price. Good for glossing nice long bristles to get into tight areas. Always worth spending a few more quid on the brush quality definitely makes a difference.
Nice set of brushes for a beginner like me! Used them all in my painting frenzy. Some are still wrapped in cling film for when I finish my home improvements!

Really nice to use, glide well, did lose 2 bristles but not the end of the world. Comfy to hold & like the range in sizes to cover different areas.

Advice: DO NOT LET THE BRUSHES DRY WITH OAINT ON THEM. Very hard to clean after ,not too hard to be honest but it’s a long time to wait since you have to leave it in hot water or you’ll damage the bristles. So just make sure you wash it after use, unless you plan on throwing it away.
But anyway dance brush set,very affordable would buy again if needed. I recommend.

You know sometimes, you see a paint brush hair on the surface of what you have just painted….it hasn’t happened. Really pleased with this set of brushes of different dimensions.
Very good value of money. I painted my wardrobe and these made it 10 times easier as I had so many sizes for cheap price. Very easy to clean and stayed super soft after being used several times

Good quality brushes that are pretty cheap. Cheap enough in fact it was worth buying them instead of trying to hunt down and clean the other set that have disappeared somewhere in the shed.

Very good set of 5 Harris paint brushes – excellent quality for the price. The brushes are very well made and have very soft, silky bristles and do not shed at all. Very easy to paint with and comfortable handles, the brushes can also be washed easily. Far better quality than I expected for the price, these really are excellent paint brushes and I would highly recommend them.
No loss of bristle. Move where its needed. Love them. Need more

Harris were recommended to me and they didn’t disappoint. Easy to clean, hold and don’t shred like some others. Would definitely recommend if you have any painting jobs on the horizon.

These are so much easier to paint with than the cheap ones you can get everywhere! Worth paying a little more in my opinion.
I had to drop a star because the bristles on 2 of the brushes were damaged when I removed them from the packaging they had been squashed and were split away bent out sideways.
I would have returned them but I needed to get te job done urgently so had to make do with the remaining brushes. The quality of the remaining brushes are really good.. lovely to paint with and easy to clean and good value.
I haven’t used them yet but, partner won’t use any others so I already know they are great.

Lovely quality, soft, easy to use brushes. The quality is excellent. However, I am deducting a star for poor packaging- the brushes are contained within a small cardboard packet, and two of the brushes had their bristles stuck to the glue inside the pack. This is something that Harris should improve as I had to remove some damaged bristles from two brushes. It is a shame as brushes are excellent and let down by poorly designed packaging.

I’ve used a few paint brushes, but here Harris synthetic bristle brushes are the best in my opinion, with virtually no loose bristles whilst painting. Would definitely recommend.
They’re good brushes but the wooden handled ones are a bit better.

Needed a set of brushes and found these – they were well priced, well packaged and delivered in good time.
Have used them to cut in on some walls that I was repainting as well as painting some beams and to be fair they have been excellent – no stray hairs falling out from the brushes and whilst not a professional painter / decorator they do seem to provide a very good finish.
So far I’m pleased with these they’ve been easy to clean and the paint goes on smoothly.

Bought these due to lack of time to go to a hardware store and wanted a brand I knew. Great set of brush sizes, no shed during painting, easy to clean both bristles and the handle.
These are very good brushes, the bristles are fine yet firm enough, they are a pleasure to paint with and easy to clean.
Used for varnishing and painting. In both cases left a smooth finish.

For the price these brushes are a no-brainer! 2nd purchase of these, as they don’t leave deep brush strokes, due to being very soft and supple. Great to clean. I’ve used them for gloss, satinwood, and emulsion. Fab for edges as well, give a nice sharp line.
Applies paint well to the wall and none of the bristles fell off and the brush bristles kept their shape even after washing the brushes
Used all of them pretty extensively in the past week and they are comfortable to hold, clean up well and more importantly for me, they don’t shed their bristles.
Can’t fault these. Good range of sizes, good shape handles and grip. Wash well. No shedding. Great.
he paint brushes were great,and i didn’t even have any bristles fall out like brushes at the same price that I have purchased before,they cleaned well even with gloss paint so I am able to use them again when I need to.

These brushes are prefect for my up-cycling projects. The paint goes on smoothly with no brush strokes and they are very easy to clean. Good assortment of sizes too. Would highly recommend.
Love these brushes. Been refurbing my house and have used these extensively. The different thicknesses are great for different projects especially cornicing, skirting and wooden panels. They hold paint well and there isn’t a lot of paint “drag” where it is lifted off again, with some other brands. If you clean them properly and look after them, they will last for years.
I have used these brushes on matt and silk emulsion, gloss woodwork, exterior masonry paint, radiator paint and varnish and they cope well with all needs. Pretty uniform in coverage, firm when using and no bristle loss.
I don’t really clean paint brushes unless it’s emulsion but the price of these brushes it makes it feasible to add the brushes as an expense for the job. To be clear that may mean wrapping the brush in clingfilm if the job isn’t finished in one day and is stored overnight. I, therefore, can’t comment on cleaning for gloss or varnish.
Love these brushed. They don’t shed and seem to be really easy to clean. Great value compared to others too.
Was a little worried when they were delivered and saw that the packaging said they were emulsion brushes as I wanted to use them for both emulsion and gloss. Needn’t have worried as I have been using them for 2 weeks switching between the two and had absolutely no problems. They are nice to use and give a good finish and after 2 weeks of use I haven’t lost a bristle. They clean up nicely and if I need to use them the next day for the same paint I simply wrap them in clingfilm and they are ready to use again.
Great value for money and better than many more expensive brushes I have purchased. Even if I have to throw them away after I have finally finished my decorating I won’t complain because at that price and I can afford to buy another set.

I bought these for some wood painting outside. Brushes are very good no bristle fall out and easy to clean.
Harris brushes are very good, but I had no idea if their “essentials” range would live up to the brand. Very glad to say they do. So lovely to paint a feature wall without having to pick a single brush bristle out of the paintwork.
Good quality brushes. I’ve used to put Matt paint, gloss paint and radiator paint on. No loss of bristles when painting which happens with cheap brands.
I have used Harris paint brushes for years and they have never let me down .They are very good value and they do a good job .Not like some brushes that leave hairs leave hairs behind when you are painting .And they last a long time and are easy to clean .
Really good quality brushes that don’t seem to shed too much. Used these on a number of jobs including glossing, worktop oil and mat paint.
If you are doing a lot of painting I’d still consider using a roller, but these work well for cutting in too.
Great brushes best ones iv come across, was no hair coming of and easy to clean to reuse again. I reccomend these brushes.

Harris brushes are great, these were the economy pack so not as hard wearing as other Harris brushes, but did what I wanted.
Arrived faulty. I needed to trim crinkled hairs before I started. Having said that I have been using for thick outdoor wood stain and they have not deteriorated further. Pretty good for painting round window frames without painting the glass too much. Hardly a premium product but OK.
These are excellent brushes for the price, I painted a summer house with very rough wood and the brushes took heavy use without losing any bristles – will definitely buy these again in the future
Cannot say excellent quality for the price because they are excellent quality full stop. The price is a bonus. Doesn’t loose bristles. Excellent product.
