Chair came well packed but unfortunately the back rest had a crack in it. Got in touch and although the fault was only found on Xmas day while building it up for my son, the seller responded really quickly and sent out a new back piece within a few days! What fantastic customer support and my son is well pleased with the chair.
As someone who works from home, having a good sturdy chair is essential to me and I am very happy with this purchase.
Very sturdy quality which I believe is due to no use of any cushions. All my previous chairs had cushions and became uncomfortable within 6 months of use. So far it appears this chair is built like a tank and I hope it maintains its sturdy quality.

Looks nice with my desk. The gas wasn’t the best and kept doing down but I’m hoping it has now stopped. I did contact the customer services team who advised me to buy a new gas section and they would refund me and not just send one out. I’m hoping this is now sorted.
Apart from that the chair is exactly right.

I was hoping my new chair was going to be better than the last one (different brand and not from Amazon). I am very pleased to say it meets all my expectations. It looks very modern and stylish. It is quite light and easy to move around. Best of all it is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I highly recommend this chair.
Perfect chair for my diminutive 4 foot 11 frame. Comfy seat, good lumbar support adjusted to where I want it. Even the head rest comes low enough for my head and the head rest angle is adjustable.
Modern looking, easy to set up. Could do with better seat padding. Disappointed that you can’t actually adjust the back height. Good for the price.
This is priced about right I think. It’s well designed with decent back support and the materials are pretty good. Worth noting I am average size and it’s just right on the max seat height.
After a year working at home decided it was time to get a more appropriate chair to sit on.
This is very comfortable and supportive, highly adjustable. It was very easy to put together and took about half an hour.
So far I have been very impressed by this product. Also found that my back has been better since I have used it and I have been less tired.

I’ve had this chair for a month now and it’s still holding up amazingly I have notices the plastic can be sharp in some places but overall the chair is comfortable.

Bought this for my WFH office as this seems to be the way of the world at the moment. The chair was easy to put together and provides a sturdy chair , comfortable homeworking chair. The head rest and lumbar support provide good comfort and the arm rests also have good levels of adjustability to support your arms. Only criticism is that I have quite long legs and would have liked a little more height adjustment.
Great chair and well made, but to me the seat is a little low, I’d like to raise the base a bit more. I’m 6,2″.
Think this would be fine as an occasional chair, I’ll wait and see how long it lasts being used full-time WFH
Bought this chair for my partner for Christmas looks good but he said it hurts his back so put cushions on back and bottom says it’s more comfortable now

Easy to assemble and once assembled it is so comfy. Build quality is very good and all parts fit together with ease and accuracy.
Adjustable height arm rests make all the difference to the activity you are doing whether it be gaming or watching tv to crafting at the sewing machine.
Plus the reclining back rest and the adjustable head rest make it so easy to have a 20 min snooze.

Got this for working at home and it’s fantastic. Super easy to setup, but remember to give yourself plenty of room. Very comfy sitting on, supports lower back very well and the head rest is highly adjustable. Very pleased

I am 6 ft and the chair fits me well (at maximum height adjustment).
I bought this chair for my son and he’s been using it for two weeks now. It was easy to assemble if you follow the pictured instructions but the first step took me a while to fix the wheels onto the leg frame, after that it was simple to finish. The fabric seat is suitable for hot weather as it won’t stick to your skin. The height of the seat can be adjusted to a suitable height for a child and the back can be tilted backwards to rest the back. The height of the armrests can also be adjusted which is very helpful. The chair has been very comfortable and no issues so far, my only consideration is that the price was quite high compared to similar chairs I found online.

It was well packed, delivered earlier than expected!! The package was very heavy to carry but I guess this is expected for an office chair. It was so easy to assemble. It supports my back and my arm & head can be rested with this chair. You can adjust the chair to your need & comfort. I didn’t like the chair to recline to 135 degree and don’t see the point, I tried and feel like it was going to fall, but that’s just me, maybe some people like to have the chair recline to 135 degree! It has a stopper so you can adjust to what you like. I guess more features better than less, so can’t complain.
The design is trendy. I was worried about the quality of the chair after reading some reviews, but actually the one I’ve got is a good quality product. Anyway, overall so far so good. If you work from home like me, worth to invest one.

Bought it as a birthday present for my husband and he absolutely loves it! Easy to assemble and provides good support for the head and back.
Starting with the basics, it took me a long time to actually get this chair. Hbada lost the first one, I got scammed by a second retailer, and this was third time lucky.
So yes, I really wanted this chair.
I wanted comfort, the right height, support, and the ability to sit for hours.
The good:
The ease of assembly is a cinch. It is incredibly easy to compile, and the instructions are clear. The general design is also very good, and the mesh surface of the seat and the backing are easy on the eye as well as supportive. Arms are easily adjustible in height, and the seat’s actual height is perfect for my needs. They’re also soft and not painful on the elbows.
The bad:
The arms are just horrendously designed – this is a major faux pas. The arms are way too far forward to be able to sit back in this and use them for your elbow support, so you have to install them in reverse. tbf, Hbada may have designed them with that in mind, and they work well enough the wrong way around (left arm on right etc). They’re also weak – they’re flimsy, and you cannot use them to lift yourself out without risk – breaking is very likely. And the base your bum sits on is very much prone to numb bum – it’s pretty good, and fairly ergonomic, but there’s resistence underneath and that pushes up against your derriere. You can change position and there are a number of angles you can sit at which reduces that one.
It’s definitely not designed for gaming, although it can be used for it – this is very much a worker’s chair, and attempting to game and slouch back a little is prime candidate for numb bum with the pressure on the buttocks significant.
I need this chair for both work and gaming, and the fact it’s not so great for the extensive hours needed for gaming is a bit of a shame.
Not decided if I’m keeping it or not, but the review is an honest assessment of it for different needs.

Very comfortable desk chair for this price. Lump support is sufficient and can be adjusted up/down and forwards/backwards. A few minor issues is that even on highest setting my knees are barely 90 decrees. Noticed however that the gas spring sinks through the hole, maybe if I put some duck tape around it it won’t sink that deep and the lump support doesn’t stay in place.
It’s an ok chair, but the seat is a bit too low for my needs. I need at least 49cm, but this one is more like 45cm at its heighest.
After receiving damaged chair, we came in to the reasonable solution. Chair is comfortable for my back. As I have back problems. Thank you.
Two minor problems I had with the chair are:
1. One of the plastic piece that’s meant to cover the joints have fallen off. I prefer the manufacturer not to include them as it’s a cover not even visible unless you turn the chair upside down. It would be better not to supply a plastic cover that could fall off and spoil the image of otherwise a sturdy and quality chair.
2. The cushion on the chair is soft. I personally prefer it be very thick otherwise med soft. That’s just a personal pref.
The above two minor issues shouldn’t block you from buying this chair.
The chair is very comfortable and supportive of back. But the headrest is too low and cannot be adjusted back. I had to remove the headrest as it was causing an ache in my neck. The chair does not look as good without the headrest but it’s more comfortable.
Its good and serve the purpose. Using it from past few months
Very easy to assemble and perfectly comfortable for me. I particularly like the head and arm rests. Only small gripe is the cost – it seems a little high for the materials used, but desk chairs do come a lot more expensive than this one.
I need one chair in my reading room for using the lap top. This office chair is amazingly comfortable. I like the head rest, the shape and position were just perfect for me. Then the arm rests impressed me as it was not made of plastic only but with soft cushion on top of it. I love this so much and overall this chair made of very good material. I choose a black style and it looked very stylish in my room.

The knly minor negative about it is it doesn’t raise as high as my previous office chair so i’m sitting slightly lower on my desk.
But it should be ok for most standard size desks out there.
Main thing is my back is feeling good after the 1st day… lets see how it goes.

Not too difficult to assemble although having a second person makes it easier. Quite comfortable, the chair can decline quite a lot. Arm rests are soft and not hard plastic which I was glad to discover. I have found it comfortable after using it for periods of a few hours after two weeks of use.

I was very skeptical of this chair, as I was coming from one of those bonded leather high-back chair. I do have a chair similar to this at work, but not with this high of a back of this kind of focus on ergonomics. I have to say that i am VERY impressed.
First off…the mesh. It is very breathable, so it doesn’t make me sweat. It also holds me quite well.
Second, the ergonomics. I do find myself being able to sit up a bit nicer, and I feel better because of it. Its an interesting chair design, which I haven’t seen before, but it really does work.
Lastly, putting it together. It did come in a bunch of parts, a bubble pack of screws, and a hex key. It was pretty overwhelming. The picture of the seat could have been better in order to help me identify the front and back. Assembly was easy and even with that it only took about ~15 minutes.Compared to the many chairs I’ve reviewed this one had the best features and ratings. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase.
Very comfortable but it would be nice to have a longer gas lift piston, I’m 6″7 (200cm) and it’s little too short for me. Also, the maximum height of the headrest is a bit too low as well.
Finding it easy to put together and gave the impression of good quality materials used, but the finish product was a delight to sit in with the facility in adjusting the lumber support which I found brilliant and gave immediate relief to by back,the only negative bit was the head rest was in opinion is set 2 inches (4 cm) too low on it’s highest manual adjustment as I am 5 feet 9 and half inches and the bottom part is touching my shoulder.
I can certainly still recommend this chair for it’s value with a quality in its design that makes it stand out from more expensive ones I researched beforehand.
