Reasonably priced good selection of bands for different strengths and easily changeable just
push the spring loaded clip and can also be used as a combination for a variety exercises
Bought to exercise frozen shoulder and arm after a healed fracture.
Did the job, hopefully won’t need to use again myself and will give to someone who could make daily use of it, exercise wise.

Door piece (can’t remember what it’s called) is best used with a door that opens away from direction you’re using equipment, more secure that way.
Very happy with it and like the way you can double up for extra resistance.
These Resistance bands provide an easy, stress free and gym free way for her to get in her exercise.
The bands are the perfect range of weight for a woman in her early 50s and feel strong and intuitive to use, the door wedge and hand holds are also very useful and expand the way my mother is able to workout.
My only gripe is the quality of the bag and the exercise instruction manual are somewhat lacking compared to the rest of the set.
All in all a very impressive set for the price range and certainly a good way for a Middle aged woman to ease herself into exercise – although if you’re particularly fit you may be looking for something with more resistance.
Bought these as part of some rehab on a shoulder injury. Used a few times so far so can’t comment on long term robustness, but, they seem decent quality and are doing the trick in helping sort out my shoulder.
Get a gym style workout without going to the gym – these are great, versatile and very effective.
As I have just got these I don’t know how long they will last as some other brands of bands have broken time will tell but as they are cheap they are worth a try

Very effective and easy to use. Having the 5 bands enables you to tailor your chosen workouts and build upon.
Easy to assemble, with varying levels of difficulty. Perfect to pop in your case for the next time you travel (whenever Covid permits!).
Apart from the yellow tube being visibly thinner than the other tubes, I can see no difference in the tension between any of them. Consequently I’m using the black tube (supposedly with the most tension) for all my exercises. Disappointed, as they don’t feel like different resistant levels, but rather the same tubing painted a variety of colours.
These are not the most high resistance, but you can combine straps to increase resistance if need be. But overall I would say best suited for not very strong, casual work out minded people who might be looking to get a start at home to ease into exercising routinely, that’s what I’m doing at least, not keen on going back to the gym right now. Or if you just want to do some quick reps at home on days you can’t make it to the gym. Would have given 5 stars if there had been a more extensive guide for different exercises you can do with them (it comes with a small book with a handful of examples), but this can easily be looked up online.

There’s so much you can do with bands yet they take up next to no space unlike free weights. This set have so far proved durable and when you combine multiple bands you can get a decent resistance. I typically use the black with the yellow and it’s just right for me.
Only wish it came with some exercises/guidance on how to use correctly as I’m not confident my position is right. Good quality, I’m afraid I will break them but doubt it, really helpful for home workouts, I usually just use the two heaviest ones though so for anyone big on their training maybe find a higher set.
I’ve purchased these for my boyfriend, and all I can see is that he loves them! I guess one can be very creative, so many ways to use them. He has them and uses them on a nearly daily basis for over months now and I can tell they don’t seem like they would damage anytime soon.

Appears to be a good buy. Have not t icked ‘durabillity’ as too soon to know about that, but the leads appear very strong.
My gym mad son bought this for lock down and he says it was great and he got a proper work out from it. He is off back to Uni and taking this with him. I did consider trying it but then laughed out loud at myself and sat back in the sofa.
Good complete kit that feels like it’s not going to dump you on the floor or smack you in the face when it breaks. Leaflet that comes with it is a little on the small side ( especially if your eyes are not what they used to be) but plenty of info online and you can always take a pic and enlarge. Velcro etc all feels really good

All the different attachments are great for versatility and the bands have a good stretch. I am doubling them up to provide a bit more resistance as they don’t feel as strong as my long resistance loop bands, but their stretch means you can do a greater variety of exercises with them.
Good product to work with. Handles could be a bit bigger for my hands which are quite large.
These are really resistant and would give anyone o good workout.

Fantastic equipment for frozen shoulder exercise and muscle cramps. Its a must have item with different variation of resistant strengths.
(Picture is when I was doing chest exercise) Decent kit, helpful for home workouts specially during lockdown, had it for around a week, no breaks so far but research on how to use so u can use it safe and lessen the risks of breakage. Quality alright, could be better but for the price is good.
Purchased as an alternative home-based workout system to cope with the latest lockdown. Does what it says.
Bought these during lockdown to add to the running I do, haven’t used them lots but have used them enough and they haven’t broken, they haven’t come off the door or anything when I’ve been using them, they actually provide quite a good muscle workout, there’s a little leaflet that comes in the pack that gives you exercises to do, on the whole I’m quite happy with them
I purchased these just as an extra home exercise option. Its a basic system that is simple to use and the variery of tension options should enable most people to get a sensible a workout.

Super easy to set up on any door and with different elastics for different strength. A wide rage of exercises available to work all your body out. The handle grips are soft and comfy and the hooks are made of good quality material. Highly recommend
These bands however are the bands I’ve been looking for. Metal clips are durable, the handles and door anchor are top quality and the little bag it comes with so you can keep everything in one place. It also has a little list of exercises, with diagrams on, that you can use the bands for. You can use them for a whole range of different exercises.
Definitely purchase these and use these as well as other weights as they’re not a total substitute, but work great along side other weights.

These bands are exceptionally strong and good for many different types of exercising and stretching, my only criticism would be that there are not enough described exercises, I had to purchase a separate booklet to source this
Got these in one of the daily deals Amazon do. Brilliant for using with my online workouts and have contributed to my weight loss as they give the resistance I was looking for but without the high end cost. Definitely worth it.

Mainly bought these for warming up my injured rotator cuffs. So far I’ve only been using the green band as I don’t do much besides warm up with these.

Great for at home workouts. Can change the resistance very easily to suit all different levels. Comes in a drawstring bag to make them portable. Brilliant for workouts on the move.

Exactly as it said on the “tin”. Bands are good and easy to use. Don’t know about the durability yet as I haven’t had them very long, but they appear to be robust enough.

These don’t come with instructions for beginners… but I have found you tube videos and these are good for home workout.
As a pensioner the cost of gymnasium is beyond me, so bought these to try using at home in order to strengthen my body.
Great no more runs to the gym. Now i can stay at home and tone up.
For the price this is a great buy. I had used rubber bands to exercise guided by a Physio as part of my recovery process and find these to be much better than the previous if only because of the handles and length as they give a much wider range of exercises.
I have had them for 3 dys only so can’t comment on how they will last but see no reason to worry about this.
