Nothing wrong with product that I could see but had to return as no mention of clearance required in post. Before using we read instructions and the gap we had wasn’t big enough to use safely. Would suggest you check this before purchasing. We were very disappointed as the oven looked the business.
The last Microwave I bought was 10 years ago and was of the cheap and cheerful variety, however that finally gave up the ghost and so I was looking for a higher quality addition this time as I live in a busy household with 2 kids and Microwave sometimes helps to manage the work load.
I did a lot of research online and consistently this model came up high in the reviews so I decided to purchase it.
I am very happy with the look and feel of the oven. Its quick features make it easy to use in a hurry. I was also surprised at the versatility of the oven as there is a whole range of cooking features.
So far, so good and happy to recommend.
I use this as my main cooking appliance. Quick and perfect every time. From baking a cake to cooking a pizza.
I love oven chips. I just used the microwave and oven feature and in 25 minutes from cold had the best chips ever. Also made a ginger sponge on automatic programme in 6 mins. I bought this thinking about the gas crisis and I really think this better than my oven cooking. I’m delighted
I am more than happy with my combi microwave, it should be noted I bought it at a greatly reduced price (65), as it was a second, as yet I have not worked out why it was a second.
Yes the grill is a little slow to brown, the oven is fine for heating, but wouldn’t bake in it. all in all the issues raised by other users can be worked around or lived with, it did take me a while to get used to it, but now I’ve been using it since November it does everything I need, I’ve worked out how to use the timer on 10 second intervals, it’s just the right size, so I would recommend this microwave
Love the looks of this microwave and I currently see no issue with its size. My only issue is it has an LED light but this only turns on when the door is open. Unlike every other microwave I seen/had, no light when the microwave is operational so I can’t see my food being warmed up 🙁 I’m having to constantly open and checking the food haven’t over warmed up

Even the cheapest of microwaves have lights and for 119 I should have lights to see how my food is doing. It really makes me want to take it back but I have thrown away the box.
Once you realise this is 1,000 watt and most microwave instructions on food are based on 750 watt,easy,easy,easy.compared to buying a new cooker,it is really good value for money.in the time it takes to preheat an oven,I’ve cooked it and served.would have liked the manual to give recipes and times for cooking.there is one online called wizard,but recipes are not for most people.
Picked this up at a deep discount when my old combi microwave stopped doing the combi part.
Arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Impressed by the oven, at least in comparison with my old one, as it’s so much better.

Sleek look! Great display, nice features such as the silent tone, and safe as it has those suction thingy at the bottom. The touch buttons are nicely responsive. Food gets warmed evenly. I love it.

My only criticism would be that setting the timer could be quicker; though I find holding my finger down on th ‘+’ button makes the numbers move faster! Only a small drawback so haven’t taken off any stars.
Overall, a great appliance and a good price, too.

I had a hot chocolate made from a mug of hot milk within 5 minutes of taking it out of the box. All the reviews I’ve read were accurate, allow slightly less time to microwave than your previous machine as this is new. Looks very tidy and I love it. Not tried the grill or oven yet.

This has basically replaced my oven for those times when not cooking a full meal on hobs.

It was slightly smaller than expected, which is OK by me. The control buttons could be easier to see, otherwise i am very pleased with the appliance
I bought this as a Christmas present, the person who got it loves it, they don’t have to use the oven as much and they like it as it is more convenient to use, just read the instructions when using, they love that it had suction legs no movement and stay stationary..

Great looking microwave and compact considering it’s a Combination oven and grill too. The touch pad controls could do with a back light as difficult to see in a darker space, but great value item.

Stainless inside is easy to clean, very easy to use. It’s a grill, oven & microwave, being black makes it less intrusive.

Dislike the fact that the main control panel doesn’t light up thus making it difficult to read. Also a couple of sample menus would have been useful to get the idea of how to use it. If hadn’t already destroyed the box would have returned item.

Quite a bit faster than its predecessor for al my usual jobs using microwave power alone. A 250ml mug of milk is hot after two presses of the Start/30″ button, ready for my Ovaltine at bedtime. Haven’t yet tried using the grill or convection modes – something to look forward to.

Simple to use, much better than others I have had at similar price

Only had a few days now and so far it is working well the major problem is You Can’t See the contents through the door so its impossible to see how the food etc is cooking without opening it! I have never experienced this with a microwave before and is extremely odd to me. Its like an old cooker oven from the 1960s in that respect.

Easy to set up and use, great range of features. Beauty in simplicity!
This has been in use for a few months now, so I thought it was about time I let others know what I think.
As a microwave it is extremely good, being powerful and with a range of power settings as well as easy-to-set timer which – once you’re used to it – makes it very easy to use.
The grill & oven work reasonably well for what they are too, although I’ve always found that these on a microwave are good for emergencies (or maybe for singles) but are no substitute for a real oven if you’ve got a family.
The one slight niggle is one that others have mentioned, that being that there is no internal light when you’re cooking with this microwave. The light only comes on when you open the door. Now that doesn’t bother me personally but I can imagine it not suiting everybody’s needs.
Another thing to be aware of is that, especially after more than a few minutes of use, the machine’s fan will stay on – presumably to clear any internal condensation and cool the microwave.
The first time it happened it was a bit disconcerting because it sounds just the same as when the microwave is working, but it’s just the fan and it turns itself off after a few minutes.
Otherwise it’s been great, and despite the high-gloss finish it’s not as much of a fingerprint-magnet as I had feared.
Now I just hope that it is more reliable long-term than the Korean one it replaced.
There are 2 major problems with this unit. Firstly, the control panel doesn’t light up. So it’s impossible to see the touchpad. Secondly, you cannot see through the door to see the cooking going on.
But apart from that, it’s a perfect unit. I am going to see if I can use the unit with these floors. I may have to send it back.
After my microwave of 25 years finally gave up on me, I was a bit apprehensive having to choose a new one. Hopefully I have made the right choice with this one, Looks fabulous, easily set up and easy to navigate the different functions. So far, so good I am really pleased with it.
Upon first looks, the microwave is very stylish in all black. Very modern looking and goes well in our kitchen. It was packaged very well with no chance of damage in transit. We have used most of the functions now on the microwave in order to be able to give a good review of it. The normal microwave function works as well as expected and being 900W, the food heats pretty quickly. Automatic defrost worked very well for defrosting some beef mince and some ready meals. My favourite function is the grill! We have used this quite a lot having not had a grill on our previous microwave. Perfectly crispy bacon and super juicy sausages every time and with little hassle. All in all, I would recommend this microwave, if I had to pick out a negative it would be that you cannot see through the door to see the food cooking inside but I can live without that. Being black gloss, it also shows up hand and finger prints a lot but these clean off very quickly and easily with a damp cloth

Sleek and modern design the black gloss microwave sits lovely in my modern kitchen. I normally use the microwave just to reheat tea and had not caught up with combination ovens yet. My grown up children use them and I believe they are very energy efficient. It’s a good thing as I hate heating a whole oven for single shelf usage. I have used the grill for sausages and was very surprised. Not my best thing yet that was the burgers I grilled. I am well happy between this and my air fryer I think the convention oven can go. There are 32 modes, I’ve not used them all yet. I’m getting used to it and will learn as I go. Cleans nice not too much fingerprints on the gloss finish. I have read people don’t like the fact you can’t see inside but my last microwave was like that and it didn’t bother me. I only ever saw a flash of fire occasionally and it would buzz loudly when it wasn’t recognising a smaller item. I had that with a few microwaves but glad I’m not seeing that. I have melted chocolate without it burning. Same goes for the defrost mode I did notice it didn’t cook while defrosting like I’ve seen in the past. Wish I’d made the change sooner.
My old microwave started to break few weeks ago, so I decided to get one that will also has a grill and oven options, as I use oven on daily basis and thought that a small convinent oven will be of a great use for me. The microwave is very easy to use, to choose whether I want to use microwave, grill or oven – the manual is also very clear and helpful. I really like the easy options for oven, as they are also very helpful. The oven is really powerful and the food is very tasty, I still need to try out a cake recipe in this little oven to see how it tastes and if it’s baked properly. The microwave has a 25 litres capacity, which is awesome – it is really big inside, and can hold a lot of food. At first I thought that 900W of power won’t be enough for my needs, but it is actually really powerful and the food comes out hot, and each option (microwave, grill, convenction) they all have different powers, and convenction has 1950W which is very powerful for a small oven, and the food comes out very crispy just as I like. I have only used jet defrost option once for now, but I can say it is very helpful as I will be able to defrost my meat just in minutes, and the meat comes out very fresh – the same as it was before being frozen. I don’t have small children so I won’t be using the lockable system as I won’t need it, but I had to try it out to see how it works, and it is very simple and easy to use, and I will definitely use it in the future. I love the design of this microwave, as it looks very luxuriosus. I’m a little bit annoyed that you can’t see through the black glass as I liked sometimes to see through it to see how’s the food is being prepared, but it is not a big deal for me that I can’t see through it.

I’m really impressed with how hoover have designed this combi microwave oven.
The 4 suction pads on the feet are great they really grip the worktop so it’s not like my old microwave that moved everytime we opened the door on it.
I’ve never had a microwave with suction pads on feet before and this is a brilliant added feature.
Also has a child lock with is a great added extra with a toddler in the house.
It also has a mute option aswel so great if I’m cooking when my toddler is having a nap.It is very spacious inside it.

it is a great addition to our kitchen.The touch screen on it looks great and is really easy to use.The microwave has a good variety of different cooking options to choose from much more options than some other brands of microwaves I’ve had in the past.
I’ve even used it for heating up baby meals and it heats them up perfectly without over cooking them and is great for making scrambled eggs in morning when your in a rush.
I even like the way you can’t see through the door looks more modern.
It’s a great all round easy to use family microwave.

I must say I am well impressed with my new combi microwave oven.
With a generous internal space and so many various cooking and heating options it is perfect for our family.
My first impression on opening the box was how good and secure the microwavewas packed and also how sturdy made it feels. The device sits nicely on my kitchen worktop and actually takes less space than I imagined it would.
It has 4 feet with a strong suction pads (my worktop has a bit of a texture and the pads still held strongly to it) to protect it from movement. I have used different types on microwaves in the past and none of them has this option.
The machine looks very modern and sleek, being all black with black glass door. The touch screen gives it a very elegant appearance — also with the touch screen being very responsive.
The appliance has a variety of options from being a standard microwave, convection over, grill or combination of microwave with grill and microwave with convection over. Yet it is still quite simply to use since the symbols are easily explained on the control panel and also the auto cook options are listed inside, just as you open the door so once you learn the main options, you do not really need the instructions anymore since all is self-explanatory from there.
I have tried it so far on quite a few options: defrost meat by weight, standard microwave, grill and auto cook option for the vegetables. I have also prepared a quick scrambled egg and it was nice and fluffy. I am really tempted to try the ‘Bakery’ oven option soon.
On all these occasions, what I really loved the most was the size (25L capacity) and how powerful it was (900W).
I also really liked the child lock option and the fact that the machine can be muted completely — perfect option if you really need to cook/re warm something when your baby sleeps very close.
I have also discovered it has a PRESET option – to start the oven at a late time however I have not tried this myself yet.
The only thing that I cannot fully get use to it yet, but I am sure I will, is the black glass doors that are not see trough so you cannot watch your food being heated/ cooked. This is not a problem at all but it is just a matter of getting used to is.
Overall, I am very happy with the microwave and I believe it will help me cook healthier meal for the family but at the same time spend less time in the kitchen due to the number of programmes to use.
Never thought I would say that about a Microwave! Stunning. Black glass front. Easy to wipe over with glass cleaner to keep the prints off. Shiny Silver inside and a GRILL. Also a Grill pan which is not stick. So impressed with this. I would highly recommend. Slightly out of a lot of peoples price range I would say but you can do everything in there from grilling, to baking cakes! Also love the handy app for your phone which gives you handy recipes also. There is a guide on the inside for preset buttons. Lights and sounds are also very subtle and a handy clock on there too. As far as cooking…I’ve grilled frozen sausages which I think I overcooked so need to grill something else to test it. But the microwave works perfectly. Cooked scrambled eggs and reheated a spag bol. Cooked it all the way through. Slick and I have a black Hoover Washing machine so it kinda matches! Well done Hoover! Love it.
I was initially put off for the cost of the microwave, however the astetics and the actual performance of the product is worth the value of it. It fits nicely in any modern kitchen space, noise is good for a microwave and the wattage is good. I would recommend to a friend based in many factors such as product function, how it looks and how it operates.
Really like this microwave, it’s very easy to use and to clean. It works perfectly, seems to be very sturdy because of the suction feet which is excellent idea and stops it moving when opening and closing the door. The microwave is very quiet. Few programs are available such as: power level, micro+grill, micro+ convectional, defrost, convectional, auto – which is my favourite to heat up most popular food.

Really like this microwave, it’s very easy to use.
The speed it cooks the food (especially jacket potatoes) is brilliant in comparison to my old microwave.
The suction feet are an excellent idea and stops it moving when opening and closing the door.
It is also very quite in comparison to others.
The only downside I have come across so far which could bother people is not being able to see the food cooking through the door, luckily this isn’t a problem for me.
Overall very happy so far.
Just got this and happy with this microwave, it’s super quiet. It offers a lot to, but still to use some of them as I’ve only just got it. Other than that,

In the interests of getting to the conclusion up front, this is a good microwave with some quirks. Chief of these is that the glass in the door is so tinted you can’t see in to see how your food is doing. I thought this would be a dealbreaker for me, but over the few days I’ve had this oven, it has really grown on me. It’s probably easiest to highlight three things I like about this microwave, and a couple of things I don’t. Bear in mind I’ve picked up on these minus points in the course of a more detailed review, and so these are more niggles than catastrophic issues.
I like:
1. The range if functions is great. This is a microwave, grill and convection oven all in one, and they can operate in combination. The programmes built into it make use of these to quickly cook jacket potatoes, etc, that don’t come out soggy. Initially I couldn’t see the point in duplicating functions I had in my oven, but then I found myself using it more and more. Want to quickly (perfectly) cook some garlic bread to go with some pasta? No problem – just pop it in to convection with a timer and it cooks really evenly on the rotating plate.
2. This is an attractive, well-built and easy to clean unit. I know this doesn’t seem like a big thing, but it’s easy to wipe down with a damp cloth when spillages occur. It does have exposed grill elements, like you’d expect, but I suspect they are unavoidable if you want a grill. The display is super clear.
3. The value seems good. This is a tricky one, and I think value is such a subjective thing based on how much you need, use and can afford something. However, I do think the three types of cooking in a single box, and the ability to quickly cook things properly (convection) for the kids without needing to power up the bigger and less efficient main oven, is good for the current reduced price most retailers are asking.
What I don’t like:
1. The glass screen I’d say is 99% opaque. I don’t understand this as a design decision. The lights are on inside during cooking, and you can just about see them, but you can’t see your food at all. So no idea if it is bubbling over, if the potato has exploded, the cheese on toast is ready. Nothing. Maybe over time you could get used to the cooking power and trust the device. Coming from a different microwave where i could see what was going on, this does seem strange. I may be in a minority that likes to keep checking though, so your experience may vary.
2. The instructions aren’t that helpful. The English in them isn’t great, and the ‘auto’ modes are barely explained. For example, there’s a ‘cake’ mode but I have no idea if this is for warming a cooked cake or cooking from cake mix, or what heating functions it uses. If it does use the microwave and I use a metal cake tin – boom! So erring on the side of caution probably makes sense. Also, it comes with some kind of metal grill tray but doesn’t explain what modes it can be used in. I’m going to assume it’s not microwave safe. Getting the manual usable seems like a simple niggle to address and would make the whole experience of ownership so much better. I have never used auto modes on previous microwaves, so this isn’t a showstopper for me personally, but a bit disappointing as they might be more useful on this multi-oven.
All in, I’d say this is a good oven slightly let down by this opaque glass issue. I initially thought this was a dealbreaker for me, but tellingly, I’ve found myself using this more and more for simple and quick cooking jobs. So I’d recommend it, if you are comfortable with placing some trust in how your food is cooking. If I wasn’t being asked to review the unit objectively, I think I’d be quite happy with the purchase and probably wouldn’t grumble too much about the niggles I’ve mentioned above!
