The best picnic blanket I have come cross! It is LARGE and SOFT and yet waterproof at the bottom. We use this in the summer in the garden and everyone enjoy lazing around on it. Due to the backing it will be good for the beach too as the sand will not stick at the back.
You can roll it back up and keep it in the carry handle.

This is a great sized picnic blanket we’ve used it a lot over the last month. We’ve been on the beech in the parks and back garden with it and it’s been brilliant. We’ve had friends actually comment on where they can get one like it as it’s a great sized blanket. It’s nice and lightweight and comes with a carry bag. Unfortunately on the last trip to the beech I decided it would be a good idea to put a chair in there but the sand was very soft and the chair leg went straight through the blanket. So just a warning not to put chairs on it on soft ground. But that was my fault and my wife did warn me it wasn’t a good idea. I will not hesitate at buying another one though as we all really like this one.

Good quality and modern design, Because it has three layers and is waterproof, can be left in the grass in any weather.
Great size, 2M *2 M is Ideal for big family. Very lightweight (obviously), good quality and accurate sizing, looks especially good in the sunshine .
It’s also very easy to clean, just give it a wipe over with a damp cloth and it’s done.
We have made great use of it every time the sun has come out. It’s neat, easy to carry about and allows for flexible use. Highly recommend!
Exactly as described; light weight, easy to roll and fold back into carrying mode and washes perfectly. Ideal size for a large family.
This is a great quality picnic blanket with plenty of room for a family to share, or for maybe 3 adult friends to properly spread out, sunbathe, with picnic hamper, books, iPads etc. It’s 2 metres by 2 metres square.
The top layer has a soft fleecy feel, there’s apparently a thin layer of spongy material in the middle, and the bottom is shiny reflective aluminium fabric, which is waterproof and also keeps the warmth in. It’s properly waterproof from the bottom, and the top layer you can mop up spills and it dries surprisingly quickly. It feels lovely and soft to sit on, it’s only very slight padding, but I think it helps.
What surprises me most is how light it is to carry – I’ve another picnic blanket of similar size that is more of a tarpaulin type material, and it’s heavy. This is so much better. It folds and then rolls up and is sealed by its own carry handles, which makes it easy to carry. There’s also a protective bag it slides into which is useful if we’re going to have a period of time when we don’t use it, and store it in the garage. For the moment, it’s getting too much use to bother with that.
I love the design, it’s not garish, and the grey tone I chose is just what I wanted. I like the colours of nature, the sand, sea, grass etc, to shine brighter than my picnic mat!
When it’s being used at home as a play mat, the check/ lined pattern is a surprising bonus for younger children too, who seem to love it for imaginative play. Eg pushing little toy cars on the “roads” or making patterns with shells, or even playing hopscotch type games.
This is a brilliant picnic mat (and more), and to me it’s well worth the current price of 23.99. Highly recommended.
I have bene very impressed with this picnic blanket which looks great in the black and white traditional check design. The blanket is a great size at 200X200cm and is very soft and comfy when used. As well as this, has layers of soft fleece and waterproofing material which means it can be used on damp grass in light showers. The mat is easy to pack up and comes with a very handy carry bag which includes a strap that makes transporting it very easy.
Overall, this is perfect for picnics in the park, the beach, or even to use up a mountain. I would certainly recommend it!

I do not bring any chairs, so we sit right on the blanket. It is ver easy to open, and actually to close it as well, so can you put back in the little bag

But it is very useful. I have been using it around the garden as a drop sheet for my pruning which makes it much easier to pick up the trimmings from the bushes and trees and prevents them from falling in the planted borders. This has tested its strength and it is tougher than you expect. I am not convinced that I could use it at the beach as the slightest breeze makes extending it a nightmare even though it has pegs to hold it down but in the garden it is great.

This is a good picnic blanket which is two metres square. It is soft to sit on but has a waterproof backing so won’t get you wet if the ground is damp. Nice quality and good for family and friends.

Got a fleece like top lining and waterproof reflective bottom layer make it perfect for for the outdoor use.
The colours are slightly faded- like but I love it.
Overall, adequately good product for the described use.
At last a picnic blanket you do not feel like you are falling off the edge of it all of the time because it is a decent size. I have had to use two or three of the type you see all too frequently offered for sale these days but this one is great because all four of us in the family can get on board with our picnic without feeling we are falling off the edge. My only reservation is the fleece top which tends to hold sand when on the beach, Yes I know a good old shake gets most of it off but it is not so easy when it is wet sand so you have to wait for it to dry. I am not downgrading it for that though. At last, a picnic blanket that actually deserves the description.
I have a couple of picnic blankets already and I find them a little small when we are out with the family. But this HUSTUNG Picnic Blanket is huge! There is enough room to fit us grownups and the grandchildren which is exactly what I was looking for. The 200 x 200cm size (80″ x 80″) gives you all the room you need. Great for any outdoor activity, on the beach or local beauty spot.
The surface area is very soft fleece and waterproof in it’s own right. I tried spilling water on it which sat on top of the material and allowed me to mop up with kitchen towel and was perfectly dry afterwards. The waterproof backing, a plastic covered aluminium is thermal so not only keeps out the moisture but also the cold. Inbetween is a layer of thin foam for comfort. Being quite thin this helps reduce the size and weight when rolled up. The binding around the edge is well stitched and looks very durable. The whole blanket rolls up and can be strapped into the supplied webbing harness as a handy blanket roll for carrying around. In addition there is a nylon outer bag with drawstring and carrying handle. Once packed up it will store nicely in the boot of my car. It is also machine washable should you feel the need.
I am very impressed with my new picnic balnket and would be happy to recommend it.
