Started doing a few welding projects my old welding set wasn’t very good, my mate had one of these so looked round and found this great set for what I need and easily stored.
Unit works well, good range of adjustment and doesn’t bite to hard when striking. Welded my horse box up, everything from 1mm to 6mm thickness.
Nice little welder. Found my self needing to weld a few bits and bobs about 6 months after selling my big mig that hadn’t been used for three years and was taking up premium space. This unit is super practical, cheap, compact, highly portable, no wire that go’s rusty or gas’ needed.. Perfect for my occasional usage.

As a newbie I needed to keep it simple. This little welder totally fits the bill. Small,lightweight and not too much to fiddle on with. I’ve gone from terrible to respectable in a very short time thanks to this little marvel.

love this unit so much, hasnt over heated once like the pro’s keep saying it would etc
but i dont weld for more than a minute a shot so thats just me

It actually goes up to 124 amps rather that 120
Ground clamp is copper plated.
Performs very will with a good duty cycle and makes nice looking welds with 6013 2.5mm electrodes at 90-100A.
