Strimmer does the job, after 15/20 pulls to get it started it was fine, it’s a bit long which makes it awkward to use for a short person like me, quite heavy too and also the motor got VERY hot and burnt my arm.
Like some other buyers, I have had issues with carburettor seals. I called Hyundai for advice and tellingly within seconds, the tech rep offered an exchange unit. It looks to be a known, common issue. It hasn’t put me off the machine, I’ve used Shtil, Husquvana and other brands and they all have issues sometimes. In fact the swift response from the Hyundai importers has given me a little more faith in a positive outcome. I’ll come back to this review when the replacement unit has been put through its paces.
Overall, this is a good machine, but ithe carburetor needed tuning as the engine wouldn’t rev and I had to take it to my local Garden machinery shop. Thankfully they were happy to do it for me as it needs special tools to tune the carburetor. Now it’s running properly, I’m very happy with it.
i got this machine deliverd it happend to be a bit foulty but their custemer service was exellent they sent a return label and it was replaced in a few days even a brand new car costing thousands can have a problem any way the new machine is exellent and i will by from this seller again many thanks a very happy custeme

Initially somewhat difficult to keep running, but soon wore in.

Update – as a result of my review above I was contacted by the seller who arranged to collect the strimmer to see what the problem was. It was duly collected by courier and after a week was returned. The seller contacted me to say that the carburettor needed adjusting and that it should work fine now. Having used the strimmer a couple of times now all is good – it no longer cuts out when idling or when the throttle is used (at any speed). The fact that the engine is now running smoothly now also seems to have resolved the issue with the cord constantly breaking. Four stars as the product needed attention before it worked properly – but 10 out of 10 for customer service as the seller proactively contacted me, arranged collection, fixed and returned the product in perfect working order!!
Easy to build , does the job ……only negative is the weight , bit on the heavy side .
Easy assembly, easy to use. Handy tool kit supplied….all good so far but be careful when adding fuel and oil mix as the correct mixture is vital to ensure easy start and smooth operation.
