Top quality mirror as you would expect from Ideal Standard. They have used high quality materials. The frame is made from a high grade aluminium (so won’t rust!). The frame is very well made and should stop ‘mirror creep’ from happening. The frame is polished and has a lovely, slightly shiny, finish – but it is not as highly shiny as chrome. Overall the mirror is of a very high standard, it looks great on the wall and is very stylish. I would highly recommend.

The silver frame works well in a bathroom in which chrome, stainless steel or aluminium finishes can be complimented. The hanging fixtures are robust and well designed. They facilitate subtle changes in the alignment if your drill holes are slightly off level and allow you to choose within a range of gapping between drill holes – useful if you have internal wall obstructions. The instructions could be clearer though an averagely competent DIYer should quickly comprehend the task. I had to file off sharp points of the metal frame at each of the back corners.
The first mirror arrived quickly but had impact damage on one corner. It was apparent that this matched the internal manufacturers box which contained a minor quantity of unsustainable polystyrene packaging. The outer box was undamaged and contained sustainable paper based packaging. Credit to Amazon, the replacement was despatched even before I’d got the return item to the collection point that same afternoon and the replacement arrived the next day and is now looking good in our new bathroom.
Easy to hang with a clever adjustment system if you don’t screw the hanging hooks exactly level.
I used my own screws as the ones supplied were rather large for the job.
Looks nice now it is well hung.
