It’s an expensive compared to other filament driers however it works! The 24 hour cycle it really useful it keeps your filament in great condition and recovers filament you would normally toss out, spend to save.

Ovvio utilizzo x essiccare a riscaldare moderatamente i filamenti in ingresso alla stampante, semplicemente utilissimo x trattare adeguatamente i materiali. Impossibile farne a meno.

Its dimensions are really big for a dryer but it does the job. I saw that the humidity inside goes down to 10% while the environment is around 80%. If the heated air would’ve been dissipated better with a guide, it would be better. But, I can print that 😀

just received the dryer and I’m quite happy with the performance. Put an old roll of TPU in at the recommended settings and it looks like it has removed moisture. I do have another dryer but its never been good for TPU (just doesn’t get hot enough) this unit has a heater that will go up to 70c as well as an exhaust fan to remove moist air, only down side is the noise, the fan isn’t the quietist and the heating control uses something that makes a clicking noise as it switches, its not so loud that its annoying but it is noticeable. the unit has quite a large footprint but so it can fit 2 1kg spools. i paid 69 for it as there was a deal on and at that price its a good buy not sure i would pay the full amount given the noise issues but its well made and dose the job would buy agai

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI have recently got very much into 3D printing! As with all new hobbies i didn’t understand the possible drawbacks of storing filaments – having purchased several rolls of PLA and opening them all up from their vacuumed sealed bags to play with the different colours i quickly discovered from researching 3D printing that filament is prone to moisture absorption which can hugely effect the print quality.

As a result i decided to invest in a filament dryer. I researched quite a few dryers and settled on this ‘inlovearts’ one – mainly due to the fact i could dry and store two rolls of filament inside the dryer and the fact that it has an air circulating fan. Apparently this is a must to decrease humidity to an acceptable level.

The dryer requires very little assembly when you receive it – just a case of inserting the rollers in the correct place. There are several filament feeder holes around the acrylic lid which allow for a multiude of 3d printer options. The device is very simple to operate only require basic user input – time and temprature – these are very easily changed via buttons on the front of the device. The timer counts down and the device then switches off.

I dried two rolls of PLA for 4hrs at 50c and the total cost in electricity was 10p. The max draw from the device was just under 150w when the heating element came on.

On the front of the case is a removable humidity meter, you need to turn this on via a small push button located on the reverse of the display.

My only niggles with the device are that the humidity sensor easily pops out of the casing and the rollers for the filament are not secured in place, therefore they can fall out when moved – also the metal casters fall off very easily. I did find this slightly annoying – however if the dryer is placed in a permanent position then this would not be a major drawback.

Overall i am highly satisfied with this dryer and would recommend it to others.

I hope that you found my review helpful.

Appears to be a very good filament drye

    Bon rapport qualit prix.

    Ender 3 V2 – in a Creality tent using a Microswiss All metal Hot-end – 04 Nozzle. Cura Slicer.

The main reason I bought as a last ditch effort to fix a couple of 1KG spools of eSun PETG I left out too long in a room with terrible humidity. The filament was printing with rough gravel texture, it was also distorting the color. I tried running eSun filament cleaner, turning up the hotend temp, turning down the hotend temp, new nozzle, new larger nozzle.. nothing fixed it.

I was quick to doubt this product like so many, after it’s first use I was disappointed. I set it to PETG and then waited the recommended time and sure it hit 10% and held it. Nothing changed in the next print after removing it while still warm from the unit and trying to print from it.

I instead weighed the filament to set a base line, then put it in the dryer on PETG for about 12 hours. 8 Hours then weighed it to see that a little weight did fall off, then a couple of more with slightly more weight reduction.

After giving it about 24 hours to sit in the dryer it stopped at a total of 2grams weight being removed.

I then printed from the spool while still in the dryer and ran a filament cleaner right outside the case just to remove an imperfections and it WORKED!!

Enough moisture removed I can print normally outside of the dryer now while in the tent full enclosed.

However, I much prefer to run the filament through the top of the tent using some filament cleaners and guides, it’s reduced nearly all my stringing and no delamination.

If packed away with a humidity pack while vacuum sealed should be good for long term storage again.

If used right, this could really save alot of money and really improve all compatible filament. PLA doesn’t have much moisture to remove so I wouldn’t really recommend to use for drying, but still works as a great storage unit.

Also, thing-i-verse has some prints just look up EIBOS, available is a spool attachment, filament track with bearings along with plugs for any of the filament ports that you want to block to keep the heat in.

Very much satisfied with the EIBOS Filament dryer. It attains a maximum temperature of 65C and adjustable to, with the help of a 45W PTC heater which is energy-saving, long-lasting and environmentally friendly. There is a temperature knob that is used to adjust the temperature according to the different types of printing consumables. Whenever we want to pause the printing, all we need to do is just turn off the switch. The maximum capacity of the dryer box is 220*77 mm and works perfectly with moisture-sensitive filaments. It is provided with low noise turbofans. This will mainly absorb the moisture in the air which helps it to dry faster. Helps to printing fast and quality output too.

As a regular 3D print enthusiast i have found varying issues with different types of filament, some of them were due to poor quality, however i found most of the issues actually came down to humidity levels either from how it was packaged or unfortunately how i have stored it since. I also have some colours that sit on the shelf for a while as they are rarely used on a full reel basis.

In order to combat this issue i now have this filament dryer, i use it as a one of boost to rescue some filament that has been used for a while, but also whilst running to ensure I’m not getting any of the dreaded bubbling or adhesion issues giving me consistent quality.

This works really simply in the fact that the filament reel sits on bearing rolls so it can move freely, i then feed the filament through directly to my printer meaning there are very minimal points where the filament could actually gain any humidity on the way to being printed, i then set the dryer really low whilst printing which gives another level or reassurance.

You do have a small amount of assembly when it turns up, however all that is is placing the rollers down onto the base and putting the tube on.

I did forget to show you the humidity monitor however that needs to be turned on from the inside and has extremely low power consumption so is not actually mains powered at all.

Overall, it has saved me the cost of at least 7 reels which i ultimately thought were lost, so well worth it.

    No more moisture issues

I have a big fish tank in the same room as my 3D printer so there’s moisture in the air and it was effecting my printing until I started using this dry box.

It has a heater and a fan expelling air from the box and drawing air in and typically it gets the humidity inside the box to 10%. It’s easy to set the temp for different materials and once you get used to printing with it you will learn when you can turn the temperature down to save power using the humidity sensor to guide you.

I do most of my printing with PETG and the quality difference is day and night, the amount of blobs and stringing this has eliminated is very significant and the popping of water boiling as the filament leaves the nozzle has been eliminated.

    I’d definitely recommend this.

    Bon rapport qualit-prix

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThere isn’t a lot of decent choices out there when it comes to filament dryers.

I have a mk1 ebox filament dryer and this has done quite well, but still over priced! And tacky.

The Eibu Filament Dryer seems to have a good sound working concept and it pumps out heat well and fast, I have managed to put 3 filament rolls in , side by side and runs that just fine.

    My only quibbles are:

Quality, the bottom of the base is very thin, it moves and flexes if you fingers touch it, the base looks cheap too.

The display is basically a plastic overlay on top of the buttons, works just fine, but I can’t imagine it to last too long.
I don’t have much confidence in product, due to its build quality, I can only hope that the extra money went in to good electronics, but I doubt this is the case.

The hygrometer is very cheap, sits, when fitted at a slight angle to the body of the unit, the battery compartment feel like it would break when putting a battery in as it’s such a tight fit and the hygrometer, doesn’t work in conjunction with the temperature controller, it’s a very cheap and nasty separate unit the pushes into the acrylic/Perspex covering.

The only quality feeling parts of the device are the lid, this looks and feels of good quality.

The heating element, seems to do a good job and the fan isn’t too loud either.

It’s a good device that will do the job and do it well, but for how long, I have no idea.

But it certainly isn’t worth anything near the 139 they are asking for this, maybe in line with others ie50 to 70 mark is fair.

I’ve I were to buy this a again I wouldn’t want to pay over 60 for it.
It really doesn’t offer anything huge in any way to justify the extra cost, when compared to any other product in the market bar the ability to add an extra roll of filament or may an extra two filaments.

Only thing extra you are getting are:

Quicker heating when compared to other filament dryers.

Ability to add more then one roll of filament.

And a timer for you to set depending on what material you are planning on drying out.

I have used the same machine with different branding, so my review of this unit is the same!
I tend to use a small amount of a roll and then move onto a different colour, material or brand to test that so have quite a lot of partially used spools of filament lying around. Most of them are thrown back into their bag or box, but not sealed. The big problem is that they all absorb moisture and then are pretty much useless.
I tried running a print with one of the oldest spools and had nothing but failures. I popped the spool into this drying box and after about 5-6hours at 60 degrees, I was happily printing with the roll again.
The box fits two 1kg rolls quite comfortably. The fan seems to do a great job distributing the warm air and the bonus with this unit compared to cheaper models, you can print while leaving the spool in the dryer. The bearings feel smooth and the included Bowden tube is a decent length.
Happily recommend this unit if you’re like me and have loads of half rolls lying around wasting away.
