    Pros:
    * Powerful
    * Efficient in dedusting electronics and other stuff where vacuums should not be close to.
    * Good in chasing spiders which hide underneath the fridge.
    Cons
    * It is loud, your neighbours know you are up to something.
    * Best to use it outside the house, so if you don’t have garden/balcony then it will spread the dust across the room.

I think this is one of the only appliances I have ever brought ‘blind’ that actually made me praise the thing out loud! Its incredibly powerful for the size, and absolutely in another dimension from the silly little compressed air cans. Its like a garden blower condensed down to a little tube !
If you want power and to save on the ridiculously overpriced and under powered canned air, just buy this thing! Its honestly amazing!

Firstly, all of the reviewers saying this thing is overpriced. It absolutely isn’t. I got mine for 50 quid and it has paid for itself three times over. As a replacement for cans of compressed air, that alone makes it worth it. I have probably done a CPU tower fan clean (Noctua NH D15-S) about 20 times over the last 2 years. A full dust out of a large tower PC case pretty much uses a whole can per clean, and you can see the prices of those for yourself.
But I also use this to clean out floor standing room tower fans in which the blades cannot be reached. My wife also uses it to clean out the inner gubbins of her sewing machine.

Yes, this thing does get warm quite quickly. However, if you use short burst pulses then you can easily get whatever job done. And to be perfectly honest, you use this thing to MOVE air, not cool things down. It doesn’t matter that it blows a bit of warm air. It never gets hot enough to damage anything. If it does you’re probably doing something really quite wrong.

Basically, this this is a great tool and I wish these had been available 15 years ago when I started seriously getting into high end PC building. If you look after it (like many things) you can get many years of use out of it.

I got this for my pc and consoles, anything that’s prime for dusting inside, I tested on my series x that’s collected a remarkable bit of dust despite a year old, I used this Duster and it blasted the dust straight out, very powerful! I’m extremely happy with the result its brand new again, this is a must for anyone who’s got dust inside electrical equipment.

Very powerful, in fact so powerful it could blow things loose inside a pc case if your not careful, but it does a great job and cuts cleaning time down to a couple of minutes at most.

Downside is its very loud, louder than my Shark vacuum, but for the job it does i can live with it, also pretty expensive , hence only 4/5 stars, if it was 20 cheaper then id give it the 5.

    Overall i recommend it.

My first try with it and managed to clean my comuter like new , it comes with plenty of attachments and a spare filter for the machine . Well worth the money when you compare to the price of a can of air . It’s better to use in short bursts and the button needs to be held down to work so makes it easier to use .

Wow- this really does pack a punch- really impressed with its power. If using for a long time (i.e a minute continually) it starts to get warm but I am really pleased with this purchase- we also use it to blow dog hairs from behind furniture etc.

My PC was in an absolute state !! Dirty is an understatement! However, this little tool brought it back to life!
Easy to use, very user friendly plug and use. Easy as that.
5* for the convenience. If i would have bought the canned compressed air I would have spent less, but they are only a one use thing.
The attachments are very useful but I think they could have added a thinner tube to get in tightghter spaces.
I used a small painting brush to access tighter spaces and clean the dust afterwards with the air blow.
I cannot fault this piece of equipment and I am happy that I purchased.
    Well deserved 5 stars !

A must have if you are a PC user.

I was expecting a similar amount of pressure as canned air, boy was I wrong. This little thing brings some serious power to the table, and then blows everything off that table. Note to future buyers: Use the brush attachment if cleaning keyboards unless you enjoy playing 60 keycap pickup.

Bought this because I had looked inside my PC and found it completely caked in years of dust! I purchase this because it was mains operated rather than a usb charge up and knew it would have a bit of oomph to it.
Boy does it have some omph! The cloud of dust this created made me wish I had done this outside.
So top tip, do it outside because it really does shift every piece of dust there is inside your machine.
Can’t fault this at all its definitely one to keep in the toolbox!

Finally I have a permanent solution to my tile dust issue, I used to buy air cannisters constantly. Needed a more permanent solution and I now have it!

The same power as a can! BUY THIS.

This is really powerful, and better than those little cans of compressed air.

I used this on both my PC and PS5 and it works perfectly, also comes with a selection of useful attachments to help adjust the airflow. The cable is also quite long and is braided so it feels more premium. Not heavy at all, it can easily be held with one hand comfortably.

If you have loads of devices and consoles which you would like to maintain, i would definitely consider buying this.

Very good product just received it today and I’m absolutely loved it does the job had intended bit pricey but it does the job and it gets into the nooks and crannies that you can’t get and it does the job as intended but it’s a part of the little bit lower than fair enough yeah but it does the job and that’s i

    Very powerful piece of equipme

More powerful than cans of compressed air, plus it’s actually air so there’s no chemical smell/taste, and it’s dry.

Loud, and gets hot fairly quickly.

  19. SherriePederson says:

     United Kingdom

It’s somewhat pricey, to be expected given the niche corner of the market they’re currently targeting. Not exactly heaps of competition in this space so, until that happens, price will stay as is I expect.

That being said, it’s a fantastic little device that’ll save you money on buying cans of compressed air and is far safer to use. It’s quite compact and comes with good variety of nozzles for cleaning specific areas or components. I use it on a variety of electronics, not just my PC and I use it on surfaces from time to time as well.

Recommended to use in small bursts as opposed to holding the button down at full tilt for long periods, will prevent it from overheating. Patience is a virtue.

There’s something almost cathartic, pleasing even about watching the dust fly out from your machine, knowing it can breathe lol. Your PC will thank you, trust me.

Great bit of kit, already recommended it to my friends and family and using it for all dust related house nooks and crannies. Got it for my gaming pc and it was like a water fountain of dust coming out of the radiator. Never knew there was so much in there

My PC started having random reboot issues. There didn’t seem to be much dust, but I gave it a thorough blast with this, and was amazed by how much dust was blown out of the entire PC. The random reboot issue has been solved, and my PC hasn’t been as clean since I built it from new parts.

My first product review ever because who bothers with that anyway. This dust blower is the daddy of air canisters. I cleaned my pc of dust in less than 1 minute. No residue left, only thing i recommend is that you have a handheld vacuum cleaner ready on standby to catch all the dust flying out of your pc. 10/10

I am so pleased that I did decide on getting this product; it makes cleaning the PC so much easier and a much nicer job; I now don’t have the worries or continual expense of using the air cans; the different attachments you get are great and it works splendidly at removing dust, also extremely handy for dusting other items around the house like ornaments and lampshades!!!

Super powerful and you don’t have the fear of spraying liquid on your motherboard like when using compressed air. I used it to clean my pc and it was marvellous. Just MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR FANS FROM SPINNING WHILE BLOWING.

Robust yet lightweight blower with a generous length of flex. Excellent for cleaning keyboards and computer cases inside and outside. The blower comes with several additional fittings that can be attached to the nozzle for getting to those hard-to-clean places. I was experiencing instability issues with my computer system due to dust buildup, but after using the blower on all the fans and components those issues have disappeared.
    Highly recommended

This thing makes cleaning your pc so much easier. The power of it isn’t a joke too, it actually has some recoil once activated! I use to use one of those air compressed cans that are around 1 but they always seemed so inconvenient, spitting liquid every now or just freezing my hand. This product here is as simple as plugging it in then blowing away, gets the job done in seconds.

Cannot fault this bit of kit one bit. It gets used loads for dusting out vents and fans on PC’s, Consoles, Tv’s etc. For the one off payments it will save you loads in the long run instead of buying the cans of air. Mine personally has been handed around about 7 different people for the past 6 months as it does such a good job for each one of us. Just a notice, it is loud (ish) so wouldnt use it late at night with thin walls or a baby 😉

I bought this for getting dust and dirt out of electronics and boy, does it deliver I may have got overexcited and blown loads of dust off random things, such as Lego (which it’s excellent at, although beware any small pieces flying about), good old Alexa and toaster crumbs out of the toaster. Word of advice, take the toaster outside, definitely don’t get overexcited and just blow crumbs right into your own face
So, overall very pleased, it’s quite light and easy to use, loud but not unbearably so and has a sensibly long cable.

This thing will certainly blow the dust out of anything, don’t make the same mistake I did and turn it on, in the corner of a carpeted room and then aim it towards the computer, it will blow every bit of dust about, into the wall and back into your face, including into the case itself. Aim then turn on.

Long story short; This will defiently rid any electrical equipment of any dust/loose hair and various debris.

    Only possible improvements:

    – Implementing an automatic (toggleable) interval (burst), but it’s not an issue doing it manually of course.

    – Screw hole coverings. Very nice and smooth design, ruined by all the screw holes! DIY to cover the holes seamlessly would be a chore.

If you have a PC and specially a gaming rig, please don’t hesitate and buy one of these. It sure is expensive for what it is but it’s probably one of the best investments you’ll have for the whole year. Throw out the air sprays out the window and buy one of these.

Did a great job of obliterating the dust inside my gaming PC. Made light work of cleaning the CPU heatsink, and the awkward bits in and around the CPU, GPU and case fans. The blower is seriously powerful despite its modest size, and I got the job done within a couple of minutes. It does get quite warm with prolonged used though, so i’d suggest using it in short bursts. Otherwise a great product and very pleased. Recommended it to my manager and she’s already bought one for our lab to clean the computers and other equipment – should save a fortune in compressed air cans!

    Quite powerful blower.
Used to blow my PC and PS4, it took less than 5min to blow the dust away.

I will start by saying that I have years of cleaning out computers for both work and hobby, and have always been reasonably impressed with aerosol cleaners. However, to be a bit more sustainable, I thought I’d give this a try. I am (pardon the pun) blown away by this! The air output makes an aerosol duster look like a light summer breeze. This will clear EVERYTHING – cleaned a computer that I’d recently cleaned with an aerosol and created a cloud of dust almost immediately. It is ridiculously powerful, to the point that it will push down keys on my mechanical keyboard. I am honestly in love with this! It is very well built and feels like it should last a decent amount of time. It can get a bit hot with prolonged use, but you shouldn’t really need to use it for that long to get a proper clean. Yes, it is expensive, and yes, it is heavy, but it is completely worth it. I would give this 6 stars if I could!

Was skeptical about buying due to it being rather expensive but WOW this thing is insanely powerful it’s like a jet engine in 2 burst blows almost all the dust had disappeared out of my case, also managed to use it to blow out my keyboard and it looks almost brand new expensive but 100% worth the money no more bad air cans which leak water and use harmful chemicals just pure air and does an incredible job 10/10 for me

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersArrived naked, no postal packaging, just the retail box which ruined a birthday surprise.
Other than that, holy macaroni cheese, this thing kicks like a mule. Turning it on has a heft torque twist. And before reading the suggestion pamphlet, I pointed it at my face and turned it on. You know that picture of Jeremy Clarkson in the windscreenless car? Face pulled back from the speed? Yeah, I did that. Pretty sure I lost of eyelashes. It really blows. This thing’s power is measured in HORSE POWER! Oh just an FYI, it says don’t point it at yours or anyone elses face. I know why now.

It gets hot quick, but at the rate in which it’s compressing air, I’m not surprised. And giving it a few little blips soon cools it down again. So far the nozzles seem pretty novel, but I imagine they can be useful, I’ve not used them yet as I’ve not needed too.

    Christ this blows

Was blown away (get it) by how powerful this vacuum is. Make sure to hold down the fans or any moving parts on your computer equipment as it will spin them out of control with the gust of air.

Got rid of most of the thick chunks of dust no problem. Used it to clean out an old laptop and the thermal performance improved by 10c – amazing result.

  47. Anonymous says:

If considering buying this product all you really need to know is it’s extremely efficient and a very strong build the cord is long enough for most jobs too. It makes some noise so be aware of that, I take my computer out in the garden with the blower on an extension cable. If you have not thoroughly cleaned your computer for some time it’s going to blow lots of dust everywhere and I mean lots! hence why I do mine outdoors plus I have cats. Cleaning the computer thereafter is not too bad on dust I do mine every 7 to 10 days the dust is not half of bad then…. I’ve used it to clean a laptop too, speakers cleaning out my camera kit case and blowing the filter clean on the vacuum cleaner (that saved money)… For the price its a very good buy and will pay for itself quickly because you will find lots of little jobs for it… If you consider the price of a can of compressed air, which blows wet air as opposed to this blower which blows dry air, the added benefit being it will not corrode any computer parts in the long term unlike a can of compressed air. Also, a squeaky clean computer will help performance!

It’s good to see something made in Britain being so well built and efficient….

I thought I would test it out on my pc, which I thought wasn’t too dirty. This machine showed me I was wrong to think it wasn’t too dirty. It cleared all the dust from inside the pc without a problem. Once I restarted the pc it does seem to be making less noise from the fans. I was reluctant to spend this much on something to clean my pc, but now I have the piece of mind that I can clean my pc regularly.

That’s right! This air duster is SO GOOD I air dusted myself a wife!

The duster works really well, more powerful that I expected and very easy to use. Use it in short bursts and you won’t have a problem with it getting hot. Seriously, this is a really good duster, one that will pay for itself in no time.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersReally impressed with this and it will pay for itself compared to buying aerosol cans. Better for the environment too if that interests you.

It’s 500w so is really powerful, i managed to blow all of the paperwork in my office off of my desk when trying it for the first time.

Lots of attachments and a spare filter is included in the box. It also has a long braided cable similar to an iron so no complaints on build quality.

This is not quiet and sounds like a vacuum cleaner but as it isn’t run for long I don’t think this is an issue. In fact it is so powerful that I needed to hold my pc fans still with a pencil otherwise they would start to spin at a ludicrous speed which I think will damage the fans.

So far I’ve cleaned two gaming pcs, a work laptop, two PS4’s and an hp microserver, all are running much quieter now.

I’ve added a video that captures the noise and pushing power of this great little tool.

    Really impressed

My PC was reaching temperatures I wasn’t pleased with – 80C and upwards. I tried tins of compressed air, which lasted all of 5 minutes. I then looked at expensive cooling solutions before buying this bad boy. 10 minutes with this had my PC completely dust free and is way more efficient than a can of compressed air.

It’s very powerful, but not to the point of blowing your components off your machine. Loaded up some games that were giving me high temps….and I was so pleased. Very pleased! Temps were now 20-30c lower. This just goes to show that you might think you’ve done all you can with a can of air. You’ve not!

I have just picked my my air blower, and was amazed how powerful it is!
The price is sensible ,for what this unit can offer, its got a great solid build and feels of great quality throughout

Decent length of braided power cord.A good set of tools, quite ergonomic (being a left handed person). Really powerfully blast of air,ha,ha

Having used canned air before, my hands were really cold even with gloves on,or the compressed,, air spat moisture out,not good for electronics
I will use this on my PC of course, but also my typing wireless keyboard,my music keyboards and any any places I can reach with conventional dusters etc.So it will be a valuable asset to my cleaning tools

People mention that it does get warm. Yes but of course, its designed to be treated like a can of air, that is to say short busts only.
The air buster has a momentary switch, designed just for this purpose. Like my Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner

After looking around for decent a air can cleaner for my pc, I stumbled upon this.

    Pro’s:
*The product is easy to use.
*The product has couple different attachments.
*It is light and easy to carry.
    *Powerful enough for the job.
    *Was packaged well.

    Cons:
*Cable length is a little small.
*The product gets hot quickly and so your have wait for it to cool down.

Other then that it’s a decent product.
I recommend over the canned air products.

For those wondering my PC turned on perfectly fine after cleaning.

I was fed up of buying canned air to clean out my PC. We all know how it goes, it works but never has enough pressure to do a proper job and you have to stop when the can gets too cold! This thing is far far better, it only took a few minutes to get several months worth of dust out of my system and comes with different attachments so you can brush or focus on a smaller area. Only thing I will say if you decide to get one is pay attention to the filter on the base of the appliance as it gets covered in dust quickly and will impact the performance of you don’t keep it clean!

  58. JorgeGarling says:

     United Kingdom

    Pros

    – Amazingly strong blower: removed huge amounts of dust from all corners of my computer.
    – So strong in fact when you hold down the “on” switch the torque causes the blower to push to one side.
    – Good selection of attachments although I tend to use only one (the concentrating nozzle).

    Cons

    – Cable rigidity is a pain: overly strong makes it a pain to fold and unfold. Even my 2400W iron has a more flexible cable.
    – Price could be better for such a simple blower.

    Summary

I have used this blower to clean my PC extremely well and have even used it twice to deep-clean my flat! Basically, wherever I cannot get the vacuum cleaner head to go (behind furniture, across my book shelves, behind pots of plants, etc.) I use this blower to blast out the dust from these hard-to-reach places, then simply hoover up the clumps of dust!

    Highly recommend.

I took the plunge after seeing a few reviews and so far its great. I tend to go through about 12 cans of compressed air a year and although I can still buy them more and more places will not post them to Northern Ireland (and now with brexit its worse) its certainly more powerful that I thought and I need to watch I don’t blow components off the bench when using it. So far so good.

A friend recommended this to me so that I didn’t have to buy canned air every time I cleaned my PC. I wasn’t prepared for the amount of dust in that computer case, nor was I prepared for it to go flying everywhere when I used this for the first time. It’s very powerful and my PC looks great, all without risking any damage to the parts inside. I would very much recommend this as a way of saving money, and the environment too!

A fantastic piece of kit. Powerful? I could almost blow the leaves off my neighbour’s driveway from my armchair. I couldn’t imagine ever putting up with a feeble little can of air ever again after using this beauty. I’d recommend it to anyone and everyone. A must have tool for anyone who has a computer – and I’m sure I could find a few hundred other jobs it would come in handy for too. Just make sure you use it in a well ventilated area (or you’ll be dusting for hours afterwards) and keep all private and/or important paperwork etc well away from it unless you want to share your most personal papers with the neighbours. It blows hard …and I mean hard.

After using this I can’t imagine ever going back to the cans on compressed air. Completely worth the money considering how much you’d be spending on air cans. I’d 100% recommend this to my friends and anyone who wants to keep their PC clean and tidy. Easy and fun to use. Although, it does heat up quickly but that’s to be expected with the power it has. Short bursts are the best way I found to use this.

I decided to splash out on this blower to clean my pc, as more tins of air which seldom last long. You need to use it in pulses as it heats up quick, but it has a lot of power – way more than a tin – and blew the type of dust out of my pc that I would have previously had to take it apart to deal with, particularly around the CPU fan.

Saves you money in the long run. Highly recommend.

Cans of air. They’re terrible, if you’ve used one for more than a minute, you know this. If you own a lovely PC, the least you can do for it is clean it properly. What is normally a laborious task is made fast and easy by this product, and oh boy does it do a great job of it.
Is it on the pricey side? For sure, but would I have spent that money on compressed air in the long run? Yes, and now I don’t need to ever look at one again.

I brought a new PC last April and had realised I haven’t cleaned the inside of the computer since I’d had it which is rather unforgiveable. The fans seemed to be working overtime and I’d got a message about the PC being to hot when I logged in. Brought one of these to get rid of the dust (which did not seem to bad from first appearance) Blimey how wrong I was, turned it on and blew around the inside of my PC to find clouds of dust being blown out with quite some force. Turned on the PC after I’d used it and it was the quietest it had been since getting it last year. Highly recommend for computer cleaning.

Literally, picture a leaf blower, but smaller. The price may be a little high but I think it was worth it. It is POWERFUL. I bought it to clean my desktop PC and the amount of dust flying off was comical. For a comparison, this has a higher wattage than the psu on my pc. People worry about static buildup for cleaning their PCs, right? The manufactuer says they use anti-static materials for the nozzle, or some waffle along those line, true or not, you’re not going to be anywhere near your computer for a static charge to jump. Do be careful when cleaning the fans. This will cause them to spin far beyond what they normally would, so watch out so you don’t break them.

Great product! Using this and seeing huge fluffy balls of dust come out made me realise how much my cans were missing. Product could be better if air wasn’t coming out the side of it, because it isn’t as powerful in small spaces. But it’s defo worth the purchase, I’ve got a clean PC now! Parents: buy one of these if your kid uses a computer, absolute life saver in making it run faster, overheat less and ultimately last longer!!

I bought this primarily as I didn’t like the idea of buying compressed air cans. After all who wants to spend money on air?

Decided to get a plug in model above the USB charged models that are out there as I reasoned that it would be more powerful and I couldn’t think of a time I would need a wireless model.

The product itself seems pretty solid and has a strong, long power cord that doesn’t look like it would bend or break easily. It comes with a few attachments but I suspect that you’re only ever going to use the one which gives most pressure, but build quality appears solid after a few weeks use.

Power wise its fine for what it is… its by no means an industrial strength leaf blower but I cant imagine you would need much more power for electronics and other indoor applications. It cleaned out my PC great, it also worked fantastically to clean up my Lego that had been gathering dust on the self. I even took it to the back and underneath the fridge and endured the subsequent dust balls! A great lazy man approach to cleaning under and behind things if you cant move them.

Use wise you do have to hold the button down but I suspect that is a safety thing as the unit does get quite hot after prolonged use. Its obviously designed to be used in short bursts which is fine.

All in all it kind of seems like its one of those gadgets that you never knew you needed, recommended.

My PC went “Bang” and the repair shop told me it was due to dust build up inside. They repaired it for me and i asked them how often it needed cleaning internally, thinking to set up a maintenance programme. They recommended this product and said they use it all the time and have found it ideal for internal dust clearance from electricals. This product is half the price of what they would charge, so to me, this is a good investment. I can learn to do the job myself.
So “Thank you Jack (at the IT Shack) and thank you for such a fast delivery
But so far, apart from deboxing it and testing it i have not used i

We live in an old Victorian house with radiator heating in each room. I used the duster for the first time this weekend on them and was amazed (and grossed out!) by all the dust bunnies (more like monsters) that came flying out of them. (Tried vacuuming then before with no luck). Totally worth buying to do this job alone. We also used it on built Lego sets our son has displayed (made them all shiny again, dusting with a regular cloth or duster just didn’t get into the little spots enough).
We also used it on our keyboards. Just great. Does heat up as mentioned, but only after a little while, and you really don’t use it for a super long period for it to be an issue.
    Definitely recommend.

Just Wow. A must have item if you are an avid pc enthusiast or just wants to clean and blow out dust from electronics or other stuff.

YES. It is pricey. But for real it is worth every penny.

Before I used to spend 15-20 to buy compressed air packs. And that will only last me not long at all. And I want more and more of it.

So I decided to op and buy this electronic air duster. And boy this thing is just hot damn.

The air it pushes out is very strong. Even more with the 3 nozzles it comes with.

That thick dust stuck on your 120mm 140mm pc fans? Easily blown out. No need to even wipe with wipes. A canned compressed air can do it too but like one can per fan lol and its a waste.

    Suggestions:

Best used outside when its dry and not so cold or cold. The cool air helps the unit stay cool. So you can turn it on quite a bit and its all okay.

But when possible, short burst is the best.

Also, AVOID using the unit close to the motherboard. The air is strong enough to rip some components on the motherboard.

Best to gauge the strength of the air using your hand. And aim at a distance to your motherboard where you feel the pressure is okay.

Highly recommended. And this is as good as the other well known airduster that cost 40 more.

    Just wow.

Again as I said, the only thing you need to watch out is the distance of the nozzle when cleaning the motherboard.

Gauge the pressure using your hand. Aim at your hand and slowly pull away the airduster until you feel the adequate pressure/distance to use on the motherboard cleaning. Do not ever aim the airduster’s nozzle point blank on delicate parts like on your motherboard. Cause it will rip components off!

For everything else you can clean as you will.

Purchased to clean a PC that was overheating and full of dust.

Arrived same day (thanks Amazon) but note that this does come in packaging that reveals what’s inside.

Really simple and easy to use. 3 nozzles included for different pressures, they attached by sliding onto the end and twisting to “lock” into place, no buttons to release, just twist and pull off to remove. Plug into the socket and press & hold the power switch to activate.

Strong stream of continuous air, very effective at cleaning the PC including hard to reach areas and stubborn dust. Be careful not to hold too close though as this could quite easily dislodge some connections if you are not careful and keep a vacuum close by as it will be snowing dust before you know it.

Not quite sure whether it’s worth the price of nearly 50 but considering the price of cans of compressed air and the residue they tend to leave behind and the impact to the environment, I’d say I’m happy with my purchase at that price.

Overall, a really effective way of cleaning a dusty PC without the worry of static ruining anything.

I want to start by saying that if you have reservations about the quality of this product in relation to the price, I can wholeheartedly say it is bloody worth the 50 price tag. I was nervous at first, dropping that amount of cash BUT it came tonight, and what used to take me hours of wiping, dusting, and awkwardly holding a can of compressed air hoping to christ the refrigerant doesn’t accidentally come out, turned into a quick 30 seconds, open the tower, let her rip, boom done close it up.

pros: cleans quick, never runs out, bloody brilliant

Con: only con i found was that the explosion of dust is now all over my office.

This is the first review I’ve ever posted on Amazon.

Recently the fans in my and my partners laptops started being noisy. I used compressed can air dusters to clean the fans. Problem is I used two can’s, each can only lasted about 1 minute and after about 20 seconds the pressure had gone. These cans also became very cold and watery – I’ve found out that air duster cans can be invertible and non-invertible, i.e. non-invertible cans don’t work unless they used virtually upright.

I then started looking for more air duster cans as I found that I’d used all the ones I had. I like to try and get the best value so I did searches on many different sites for air dusters, read review/ratings. I found out about invertible and non-invertible cans – my thoughts were ‘I didn’t know it was so complicated – all I want is something which blows dust out of my laptops, pcs, routers, AV amps, consoles etc’,

What I found is that decent air duster cans weren’t cheap – all seemed to be 6+, 2 cans were over 10. I then thought ‘why am I buying cans which always last less than a couple of minutes where the pressure goes well before the can is used up.’. I then started looking to see if there were any alternatives.

I then came across the DataVac Computer Cleaner – I read the reviews and rating – the problem was it was expensive and the second problem was it was made in the USA. I’m also a bet sceptical about rating/reviews on US sites. OK – what other alternatives.

I then came across this product and it’s bigger brothers, the “IT Dusters CompuCleaner Original” & ‘IT Dusters CompuCleaner Xpert’. I read the reviews and rating, watched videos. The original one seemed just as good as the Xpert. I made my mind up – I bought the ‘IT Dusters CompuCleaner Original’.

I now have the IT Dusters ‘CompuCleaner Original’.

Wow – it really works! Pure, high pressure blowing power which doesn’t run out after a couple of minutes. I used it to cleanout my laptop fans again and keyboard – the CompuCleaner did a much better job than any air duster can I’ve ever used – it blew so much more dust out. Downsides – it’s as noisy as a vacuum cleaner and a bit bigger than I’d thought it would be – it’s like the size of a dustbuster.

I’m very happy with the CompuCleaner – now why did I waste so much money with air duster cans?

I bought this air compressor to clean my PC with after deciding constantly spending ~10-15 on compressed air canisters was not cost effective. This product is really good, well worth the money and hopefully will last me a lot longer than the air cans. However, it did seem to heat up after a few minutes of use and I had to take multiple breaks throughout the cleaning process to allow it to cool down. Still didn’t take me long though, my PC was pulled apart, cleaned and put back together again within half an hour and this device couldn’t have done a better job! Would recommend!

This will save you money in the long run, especially as I see the compressed air going up in price. It is powerful and therefore effective at blowing dust out. Would have been nice for a couple more nozzle attachments though, like one with a smaller hole. Overall though this is a must buy. No more compressed air for me.

I was sick of air cans spraying liquid all over my pc and the ever rising price of them, so I took a chance with this. I had seen some good reviews for it and after using it myself, they are pretty acurate. It’s very powerfull and it’s surprising how much dust it displaces. I would recomend using it in an open space and have something to suck the dust up afterwards because it only blows it out of your PC doesnt suck it up, common sense I know but the first time I used it, it didn’t cross my mind and dust went everywhere. Also hold onto your fans when blowing near them as forced rotation can damage bearings inside the fans. All in all a great purchase I would reccomend this to anyone that doesn’t want to use Air cans anymore. A little on the expensive side but it feels well made and looks like it will last.

On the one hand, I thought this item rather expensive. On the other, I find myself wondering how I ever managed without it.

Although I purchased with intended use of clearing dust from computer, innards and keyboards, have not yet got around to so doing. Nevertheless, I seem to use it every day: clearing dust from fan heaters unused over Summer months now season turning cold, blowing away sanding dust between painting coats (even powerful vacuum cleaner never completely shifts the stuff) etc etc.

It has really proven to be very useful indeed.

I was very wary of spending so much on what looked like a small fan with a nozzle on the end, but I am so glad I decided to go for it. It’s powerful (more so than a disposable air-duster, I’d wager), doesn’t run out and can be held at any angle.

Like other reviews have pointed out, it IS quite noisy, but it’s not terrible and given the upsides I can’t say I mind much at all.

I had a few sticky keys on my 2017 MacBook Pro and had a feeling the cause was dirt or dust. I bought this air blower with the aim of clearing whatever was in there. Have say I’m * blown away! *. I used the smallest attachment and gave it a good blast, holding the blower a few centimetres from the keys and presto, sticky keys no more. I know it’s a bit pricey but compared to getting my Mac repaired and then being without it for two weeks, it’s a bargain. Definitely recommended.

I bought it to use on my standing fan and it works a dream. Better and faster than constantly taking the fan apart, wiping the dust off the parts and then reassembling it. It also works a dream on my keyboard and other electronics that collect dust.
It does get a bit warm after using it for a few minutes but I don’t use it for too long at a time so I leave it to cool off and it’s fine.
Shame it is not cordless for cleaning the car, but then it would be way more expensive and this is good value for what it is.
