Got hit after having this installed and it clearly showed from the back what happened when someone bumped into me at an intersection. I no longer have to worry about it not being caught from the front or back.

We installed this in my father-in-law’s older vehicle and he is really pleased with it. Not only is it a fun item to have, it can make a lot of difference in a ‘he said, she said” car accident.

Camera quality images are excellent. It is compact and works well.

This dashcam system is perfect at any price! We installed it in less than an hour, front and rear coverage. High definition video. Motion sensor provides info for hit and run while parked. Long rear camera cable for our Sprinter van. Nice looking unit. Unbelievable flexibility with video files, easily read license plates and vehicle color, exceptional detail.
Excellent customer service, fast, accurate response.
Got a second one for the wife!
    Highly recommend this unit 5/5.

It took us a long time to get around to installing this, so our review is a few months late. Mechanical problems in the vehicle it was supposed to go in.

    Vehicle of Install: 2016 F150 Supercrew FX4/XLT

Camera comes well packaged with everything you need. Instructions are fairly easy to follow, though honestly I didn’t bother reading them :). The main camera is solid with a very solid mount that has a toggle for a built in suction cup – no need for 3m tape! The suction works very good, just be sure you use some IPA alcohol to clean the window before putting it up. The microUSB power cable is long enough to reach virtually any 12 volt outlet in any vehicle, I ran the cable up into the roofliner, to the passenger side, through the a-pillar (be sure to route BEHIND all airbags) down the inner wire loom, behind the glovebox and up into the center console where I had already pre-drilled a hole for routing cables into auto closing cubby in the F150s. I still had several feet of excess wire.

The rear camera, also solidly built and easy to install – uses 3M tape to mount to the glass, too bad it wasn’t suction too – but they probably do that because most rear windows have defroster lines in them. The USB-C cable for the rear camera is extremely long and also very, very flexible – which is good for auto routing. Routing the cable all the way to the driver side, up to the roofliner, back to the passenger side, through the wire looming to the front of the vehicle, down the apillar and to the camera left me with enough wire left to reach all the way to the back seat again.

Usage is straight forward, all of the options you can ask for – I won’t get into that. It starts up and goes into screen saver mode (screen off) typically before you even start driving, which is good. I see people driving around with their dash cam screens on all the time – such a hazard. Sensitivity seems good, though I haven’t had much chance to really run it through the paces. The emergency button is easy to reach and press when something happens that doesn’t set it off.

What I wish it had: a remote button that could be located closer to the driving position to trigger the recroding and a robust app so that you don’t have to actually touch the camera to do anything.

I like the picture quality and ease of installation. I didn’t put the rear camera in because I didn’t feel I would need it. It is nice to know it’s here if needed.

This was quite easy to install. Hardest part was running the cable under panelling. I have a van. There was plenty of cord to run the rear camera. Even had some left over! I installed this in the middle of winter. There were a couple times the front camera popped off. I don’t think this would be a problem exclusive to this camera but any with a suction mount. We experience quite cold temps. It was during cold temp drops that the camera fell. When the windshield was warmer I never had issues with it falling off.
I haven’t had the experience of needing this camera for an accident *knock on wood* so I can’t comment on the activation by impact. I do have it on constant recording via a memory card. Quality seems really good. Since I seemed to get lucky my first time with a camera I haven’t had to test out another as I can’t see one getting much better than this. I will come back to update if i ever do have any issues.

‘ve been using the dual dashcam for a few days, working really well in my car and it is feature-full.
The cabling is nice and thin, which makes it easy to route into the car, and the setup guide is easy to follow and it is literally a few minute job to set it up. Working fine with my 128GB SD card.

The mount seems to be working well, extremely easy to set up. I would recommend cleaning the windscreen before fitting as it seems to be a little finicky in regards to this. Maybe this could be improved.
Features are fantastic including auto recording lock and displaying your number plate on the screen. Dual view front and rear is really useful too.

All in all very good dashcam!

    Thanks for reading!

Hi everyone. Yes, it happen again, I bought another dashcam. I’m always happy to upgrade
I was looking for combination of front and rear cameras. iZeeker is just what I needed.
Let me start with very user friendly menu, you will not get lost or get confused. Everything is very clear and manual is very helpful. Physical connection and installation is so easy that even a teenager could do it. Power cable is long enough to arrange the way it will suit anyone. I forgot to mention a suction cup, which is a new style cup, you’ll have to twist it to apply it.
I have used it with 32GB microSD card and it worked very good. I will try to upload a video, but sometimes you can’t tell the quality of it due to compression.
Video quality itself is fantastic, watching it on the laptop or TV is not a problem. Files are saved in mp4 format, widely used.
Main function I wanted to test was Parking Mode and I can assure you that it works flawlessly, you can adjust a sensitivity to your liking.
Oh, I forgot to mention that you can actually set a car reg plate to be displayed on the recording, very good for any car insurance claims.
Just to summarise, brilliant piece of tech, no brainer really.

    Update:
After I received the scratched camera, I was contacted by Anni who apologized and sent a brand new one right away (got it in two days).
I was informed it might be a warehouse mistake not a seller one.
Great customer service, fast response and honest service.
    Would 100% recommend their products.

This iZeeker Dual Dash Cam has great video quality and some nice features for the price. It’s easy to install and comes with clear instructions. Installation took me about 30 minutes, most of which was time spent trying to run and conceal the power cable behind my car’s upholstery. This cam fits well into my Mazda 3. The suction cup is good and stays put on the windshield without falling.

The image quality is good. When I reviewed the recorded samples from my driving, the video quality is crisp and clear, especially during the daytime. I can read plates and street signs. The wide-angle helps to capture the picture as fully as possible. The inside camera is also great at capturing the driver as well as the passengers’ faces clearly. This will be a good choice for taxis and Uber.

The parking and motion detection modes work without complaints. An unexpected motion will trigger the camera to record even when the car is off, by using its internal battery. This is an excellent feature that my previous dashcam did not have. So, overall, this is a good quality dual camera at a great price. Full marks from me!

    -Clear video
    -Durable
    -Works great
    -Price

    Cons:
    -A bit bulky

Summary: This dash cam is very good and the display is crystal clear. The only downfall for me was the bulkin of this dash cam. It is very easy to set up and get going and I believe that every car should have one. For the price, I think this is a good starting point for a product like this

    Quick Review:
This is a pretty decent front / rear dash camera package.
Build quality is good, and you get enough cable to both plug the unit in as well as route the rear camera cable. I prefer to hard wire mine but the included 12V plug does have a USB port so you don’t lose the functionality.
Video quality is VERY good, especially from the front camera. The rear is also fairly good. Both cameras suffer in dark conditions like highway driving, but most all others suffer as well. Records audio as well.
The three inch display is big enough to use and see clearly.
It’s easy to install and use which I appreciate.
My only real complaint is the lack of an included micro SD card…they know you need one so why not supply it? I’d even rather pay a few more dollars to have it included.
Overall it works pretty good, and I really don;t have too many complaints here.

The camera is good, the video it provides is very good. While it is only 2.5K, it looks very close to the 4K versions made by iZEEKER. So far, after a number of weeks in use, there haven’t been any glitches.

One notable item, like the other dashcams made by this company, is that the field of view on the front-facing camera is as advertised, 170 degrees which cover a lot of area. The rear-facing camera is listed as having the same FOV, but it seems to be somewhat less when looking at the recordings. Nonetheless, it’s wide enough to provide ample video of what’s going on behind the car.

The screen is big enough to make out most details when watching a recording, but the TF card needs to be inserted into a computer to get the best definition. It’s also bright and easy to view in daylight.
A 32GB to 128GB TF card formatted in FAT32 can be used.

Like all dashcams today, this is loaded with a feature set that’s pretty standard. What’s different is that the company uses an operating system that’s easier to navigate and set up. Everything is done via three buttons mounted on the unit’s right side (as the camera lens is pointed forwards), and this is where the power button is located.

Getting it installed was simple enough. The kit includes everything except a static mounting bracket. Oddly, on their lower-end model, this was included. Here the only option for mounting the forward-facing camera is the suction cup. These are notorious for coming off while driving, whereas a mount that uses a double-sided adhesive stays on till it’s manually removed and even then, it can be tough. Even when the windshield is clean, the suction cup has a limited amount of time before it falls off. I’ve had this happen a number of times and always while driving, which is not a good thing. In order to get around this, I took an extra half hour and modified the mount so I could use a double-sided pad. Again, oddly enough, the lower-end model has a real bracket, and even the higher-end models have this poor suction cup mount as the only option.

The rear-facing camera uses an adhesive pad to keep it stuck to the window. The lens pivots, it’s indented, so it won’t move over time with road vibrations and uses an included USB C to USB C cable. The camera has one USB C port and one micro USB port on its top. The micro is for power, the other (USB C) for the rear camera. The power cable has a right-angle micro connector, which is nice to have as not every installation has a lot of room, so a straight connector can be problematic. The power cable has a cigarette lighter adapter hardwired, and the adapter has an additional USB Type-A port for powering or charging other items at the same time.

Setting everything once installed was simple enough. The manual is written in decent English and is easy to work through.

The only real problem with this camera, like their higher-end offerings, is the lack of a real mounting bracket option and the reason I am taking off one star. It’s just not safe to have the dashcam fall onto the dashboard while driving because the suction cup lost its grip.

Dual Dash Cam is great quality and record both front and cabin footage. The quality of recording was great during daytime. Night time recording was also acceptable but still okay considering the price point. It features loop recording so it will automatically overwrite older footage. Overall, this is decent dash cam for price. The display is amazing. It is 3″ IPS display and it is bright and crystal clear. UI is easy to use and easy to learn.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt is made, designed, and built extremely well! I needed a camera that would engage when it detected movement so I could scope my dog’s intestines after he ate a sock. This bad boy took footage the entire way, even the three hour expelling event that Major Rusty had to endure. Had to scrap the footage as I forgot to add a light source, but it made it through the journey and that’s saying something!

    Fantastic set for the price.
Picture quality is decent, rear camera lens has multiple positions for flexible mounting.
My only gripe is the software. My old camera would enabledisable it’s “Parking Mode” depending on whether it was plugged in.
With this camera I have to dive into the settings every time my car needs to move or park.
Setting the mode switch to a long button press or another shortcut would eliminate my only real complaint.

Overall I am most pleased, and would happily buy again.

Ps: had a question for their support team. they were awesome.

This Dual Dash Camera system is beyond easy to setup with its Suction style mount. It includes a wired 3M (10ft) power cable which you simply connect to an available 12V DDC Auto Power Port on your dash or centre console. (This has NO battery functionality and is meant to be hardwired) It can also be disassembled quickly and easily making this “semi-permanent” device a good choice for a Leased vehicle or in a situation where you may be making use of multiple vehicles. There is no permanent drilling or mounting of any kind required with this. A careful setup plan means you will not have to damage the vehicle or make any alterations to it. The rear facing camera is connected to the main unit via the use of a single cable which provides power along with the video signal. The cable for the rear camera is 6M (18 ft) long. This should be adequate for most family cars but it is probably so short for Pick Up Trucks. I would suggest to try to make an accurate measure of what length of cable you would require in your specific setup in order to figure out of the 18ft length will be enough for your needs.

In actual use, this camera is capable of recording video images with VERY good detail. It records in 1440p HD for the front facing camera and 1080p for the rear facing camera. Both cameras feature 170 degree wide angle fields of view and both cameras make use of industry standard ones with SONY sensors. I am very impressed with the video quality for the most part. Exterior images are good, but I did find that sometimes license plates at a certain distance or under certain light scenarios with Sun glare were a bit tougher to make out. This can be be common with many cameras however as it can be due to many factors. Closer in seems to be fine though and anything close enough to cause an accident will be clearly visible in almost all situations. I made use of 32GB Sandisk SD cards and had no issues with reading and writing. This camera specs state that it can handle up to 128 GB cards, but I feel that 32 is more than adequate in most situations as that can store several hours of video. NOTE: NO actual memory card is included and that you must supply your own.

Overall, I am impressed with this system and feel that it is very well suited to its intended task. I consider this a “Budget” Camera system but that is by no means a negative comment. This camera is easy to setup, easy to use, records excellent quality video in most circumstances including nighttime imagery and at its current listing price of $116.99 is an extremely good value for money in my opinion. Even better is the fact that at the time of writing this, there is a $30 coupon being offered bringing that all the way down to $86.99. At that price I have no issues whatsoever calling this an excellent value. This is small price to pay in relation to the protection it can offer you and your family. This simple and very effective dual camera system can be an important part of covering your Liability. There are certainly other systems out there to compare with on Amazon, but I feel that this one is worth being on your short-list of possible considerations. I am giving this one a solid 5 out 5 rating, because it exceeded any expectations I had for it and at its current listing price, the overall value is very hard to beat.

    Item is as described!!

Very nice imaging, able to record High definitely footage.
The initial setup is straight forward and very easy to operate.

Only down side is the wiring. The wires should be all connected to 1 wire, or a setup that looks more elegant. Since the wires have to be tucked in the roof liner.
It should also have a different power connection. As it only comes with a cigarette lighter plug. Most newer vehicle no longer have them which makes this a confusing setup. I ended splicing the wires.

This brings me to the other point, yes it comes with a usb wire, although it is way too short.

Otherwise, the product is very good and would recommend.

Just expected that the installation will not be as easy.

I didn’t own a dashcam before so I decided to go with the GD500 model just based on the specs and price. So far I am impressed with the design and the video quality of the 2 cameras. Front has a 2k res while back has 1080p full hd capture. Installing is very easy, camera comes with a suction mounting support for front and a sticky tape for the light weight back camera along with a generously long connecting usb-c cable. There is no micro sd card included and I recommend you go with a bigger capacity of 128-256Gb since they are quite cheap and you won’t need to do a lot of micromanaging of stored videos very often. Also for this size the sd card will need to be format separately as fat32. Otherwise the camera interface is very simple, 3 side buttons for menu navigation and a 4th orange one you can use for emergency recording ( or just recording a nice panorama if you suddenly decide to do so ). The emergency recording video is locked in an events folder and won’t be overwritten by the Loop mode recording ( which will start deleting old files once the card is full ). When parked the camera has a G sensor mode that can be activated and which will start recording in case the vehicle vibrates. In case you’d like to have the camera run also when vehicle is parked, the manual recommends buying specific accessories that can connect it to a continuous battery power supply but in my opinion it can easily just be connected to a 10000 or 20000mah phone charging battery pack and avoid all the trouble. Anyway, the camera has a small built in battery that will allow it to record any parked mode unforeseen events.
Overall I think this is a great dashcam, easy to use and install, with an efficient software design, a good quality for the price.

This is a very decent dashcam!
    Set up was reasonably easy.
It provides fairly clear recording, and the button to save a recording is different color and good size, so very easy to identify quickly.
At night, it won’t grab the license plates of other cars – too much glare. During the day, you need to be reasonably close for the license plate to be legible.
It would also potentially help dispute certain tickets – ie if you get pulled over for going through a yellow light, this would give you a proof if you crossed the line when the light was still green. Not sure if it would withstand in all provinces, but definitely worth a shot if you get in such situation.

Short and sweet review: Very good for the money given the inclusion of the rear-camera and all bits needed to mount. Suction is a bit lacking but we’ve just ended up using semi-permanent 3M VHB tape for the mount and unclipping the camera when we need to.

Sony chip offers great raw image quality but the camera at large struggles a bit in high dynamic range situations (twilight, night), though still remains very good, especially at the price point.

Micro-USB is a let-down for us, especially given the port to connect with the rear camera is USB – why not just put another USB-C port in? EDIT – a theory I have here is this is used to differentiate which port should be used for power, and which for the rear-camera. (and USB-C may offer a higher data transfer rate needed to get video from the rear cam)

Caveats aside, given the price and performance, as well as the ease of installation and use, recommended.

I decided to upgrade my dash cam including a rear cam, I picked this one since it is not the cheap looking rear cam and you don’t need to wire it with the car wire. The installation is really easy and simple. The price is also quite reasonable. The Dash cam wasn’t really working when I first installed it, so I contacted the customer service, they responded the next day and it turned out the issue is with my memory card (from previous dash cam), but they still provided me guidance on how to check and properly format on a new card that I purchased after, everything works perfect now. What an excellent customer service.

At the time of review, this dashcam was $90 which I found to be an excellent price. The picture quality is quite good, FOV is nice and wide and I found the menu to be easy to navigate and the is nice and very generously sized.

The hardware buttons are on the side and very well done. They are attractive, functional and makes it so much easier and intuitive.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe iZeeker GD500 Front and Rear Dash Cam has a good build quality in a compact body with the 1440p resolution recording and rear camera being the key features. The front of the dash cam has a carbon fibre look and the 3″ IPS display on the back is very good. It was straightforward to install the front camera with the suction cup mount. I haven’t installed the rear camera yet as I need to determine if I have the skills to run the cable to the trunk lid and whether drilling is required. The rear camera does come with an adhesive mount and the camera can be swiveled to any angle.

Included is a micro-USB to car charger cable and also a USB-C cable to connect the rear camera. What’s interesting is iZeeker’s mid-range dash cam, the GD300 uses a USB-C cable for power. Why this higher-end model still uses micro-USB is a bit confusing to me. You will have to provide your own micro-SD card, and I would recommend getting and endurance type card, which are made for dash cams.

The default setting records footage in 3 minutes increments, and video files are saved in MP4 format with a file size of under 300MB. I didn’t connect the rear camera but since that records in 1080p, my assumption is the file size would be smaller.

The video quality of the GD500 was very good, with good colours, details, sharpness and dynamic range and better than what I’ve experienced with cheaper 1080p dash cams, including models from iZeeker. The GD500 did struggle a bit with difficult lighting and harsh lighting conditions with some blown out highlights and lack of details and added noise in shadows, but again much better then the budget dash cams.

    LIKE
    – Good build quality
    – Easy to install (but installing rear camera might be a challenge)
    – Very nice 3″ display
    – Great video quality, with good sharpness, colours, clarity
    – USB-C connection

    DISLIKE
    – Quality takes a hit in difficult lighting conditions
    – micro-USB charging

Great recording quality, with good clarity, colours and dynamic range

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Users– This Dual Dash Cam is excellent. The front facing camera has 2K resolution (2560×1440) while the rear camera has Full HD resolution (1920×1080). The whole set comes in a really nice looking box and is perfect for a gift.

    – Setting up was easy too. The front/main camera has 2 usb ports: micro-usb and usb-C. The micro-usb plugs into the cigarette lighter. I really like the cigarette plug as it also has an extra usb Type-A port so you can use it to charge your phone also. With other plugs, I have to give up a cigarette port, or have to buy an expansion in order for me to charge my electronics in the car. The usb-C port is used to connect to the rear camera.

    – The usb-c cable provided is thick and long. I really like it. Running the cable from the front to the back was easy too. On my Nissan Rogue, running the cables along the roof still leaves me with about 1m extra cable. So this should have no problem with bigger SUVs or Van. The rear camera has a small double sided tape that can be fixed to the back windshield or roof. The camera can be tilted to accommodate different slanted angles of back windshields.

    – The camera is very simple to operate. It has only 4 buttons. What I love most about this design is that during set-up, the side of the screen will have an icon telling you which button does what. And so you don’t have to fumble finding the up/down, enter, previous menu buttons. Other dash cams, including other Zeeker models have multiple buttons and you have to remember which one does what. This 4 button design is just awesome.

    – Another feature I really like about this camera, and other Zeeker cameras, is the large orange button to indicate manual recording. Let’s say if you witness an accident, a near miss, or would like to save/lock the video, all you have to do is press the large orange button. On other brands, the save button is small and just like any other buttons. I always have trouble looking for the save button when needed. Not anymore.
2K video quality is great. During the day, I can see and read license plates of other cars (when getting close). At night it’s almost impossible due to glare from the car’s headlights. But the quality is still good. On the back camera, while only 1080P, I was surprised by the quality of the videos. It’s much better than my other 1080P dash cam.

    – Overall this camera combo is an excellent package with 2K front and clear FHD back camera. Setting up and operating is easy to do. Definitely recommended. Also remember to get a micro sd card as the memory card is not included.

I wanted for a long time to install this type of event camera in my car, as I am 100% convinced about the great benefits of it, just didn’t have enough info to decide. I got this GD500 as it is reasonably priced, has good resolution, has an excellent night vision image and is equipped with front+rear cameras (usually so many accidents are happening from rear, at night-time…).

I already had a micro SD card, and after installing it I immediately tested both cameras in my room, so that when I installed it in my car, all settings were done and I knew how to use it (actually it is extremely easy to set up and use – all info included in the printed guides). I attach a brief video for more details.

GD500 is not the latest model, however it has everything I really need. Very useful are 2 features: motion detection and G-sensor protection (G-Sensor is an accelerometer that registers values based on the amount of force applied during a car impact. When a pre-set value is reached, this will cause the recorded footage to be protected and moved into a folder that cannot be overwritten by any further footage you record). I simulated myself an emergency situation by pushing the orange button, and 2 separate files were generated and saved in the EVENT folder, one from the front camera, the other from rear. The files include video+audio. Very useful in case of unwanted events…

I like that it can be used for parking monitoring as well, but needs an accessory that is not included. This is going to make me feel safer on the road. Excellent value for the money and I recommend it – and especially taxi companies should equip their feet with such cameras!

I decided to pay a bit more and buy this unit. It seems to be well made. Great picture quality so far. Very easy for my techie son to set up. The mounting suction cup neck is a bit flimsy and may need some more fiddling to keep it from spinning around. I hope the suction cup stays on in our hot summer weather, we will see.

This dash cam not only views the front view but also the inside as it has 2 cameras. The bigger one is connected by suction cup to your windshield while the smaller one adheres to the rear window. It is equipped with motion detector and parking monitor as well as recording for your security. Easy to use buttons. Clear picture taking.

This dash camera set is well made and well designed for daily use. They are not the slimmest or sleekest, or even most hidden dash cams, but they are well made with a good set of lens on the dash camera. The resolution at 1080p is clear and sharp, and most will be content with the footage in both sunny and dark conditions. The Sony sensor is a very common sensor used in dash cams and can provide good clarity overall.

The mount is the weakest point of this camera, as it is not as firm and rigid as I would like. The plastic bits feel cheap and suction power is far from the best I’ve seen. The rear mount is much simpler and is easy to set up, I hid the wires all around the headboard.

I would recommend getting a fast 80 MB/s or faster Microsd card, so this is usually a SanDisk Extreme. I tried using a Lexar basic MicroSD but the footage kept corrupting. I believe this is because the write speeds could not take writing two 1080p footage sources at once.

Overall this is a great simple set for those who want a 1080p front and rear dash camera source, without breaking the bank.

Great set of front and rear dash cameras

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat customer service. Problem solved after parking guard and motion detection turned off. — — — Keep running off while stop-and-go in traffic or waiting for traffic light over 1 minute. I’ve turned off auto screen saver function but it doesn’t help. It can only restart at speed over 40 mph.

Having a dash cam will quickly pay for itself if you’re ever in an accident and you need a witness of events. This dash cam combo covers the front and back, which is ideal. Installation is generally pretty simple in most vehicles, just take your time. You won’t be using it to record production films but the video quality is absolutely good enough to serve its purpose. The mount is a suction cup so if you do get hit, expect this to go flying off your windshield. Other than that, it’s a good product.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersIt’s a dash cam, does what it’s supposed to. Picture quality is great, menu is easy to access, card goes in/out easy. Night vision, well, unless you’re running some military grade NVGs, it’s as only as good as your headlights.
The only complaint is the mount. I like that the camera has to slide to secure it to the mount and the suction cup works well. It’s the adjustment for up/down. Mine is either pointing too high or down just a bit too much. Still see what you’re supposed to, just don’t need to see that much of my hood. The teeth for adjusting could be more fine than what they are. Also, it rotates way too easy. If you are adjusting the power cord along the roof line, you’ll probably rotate the camera. It needs the adjusting teeth to stop that. It doesn’t. Not a deal breaker but still, I’ve had cheap cams with a better adjusting mount.
Still, overall, quality of the cam is great, doesn’t feel “cheap” and appears to be well made. Definitely worth a look and if you can get this on sale, go for it.

I bought it and used it for the past few days, it’s a great camera. The material bag is made of high quality materials. Easy to assemble and install, video quality is excellent. It’s worth it for a camera with a $100 fee. You are looking for a dual camera, I totally recommend you this camera.
