My partner does landscape gardening but not all the customers want music playing but he feels really motivated when he’s listening these are perfect as discrete they are wireless for up to 10m and they have noise cancelling. They offer a 15-minute rapid charge which gives one hour of battery life. There is three sizes of silicone age as provided for the perfect Fit. These are waterproof sweatproof and dustproof they have an app to adjust the sound to everyone’s taste they’re really easy to operate and if anyone Rings him he can answer a hands-free the case is light and small all and the design is lovely and solid. Really pleased with these headphones in the quality they provide
This is my first experience of a Jabra product and it certainly won’t be my last.
The price is very EEK when you see it however, after usage i found the price justifiable and reasonable.
Firstly they are very lightweight and small, but luckily come in a sleek storage case.
Below i have listed the pro’s and con’s for me :
** Pro’s **
* Lightweight
* Really good sound quality overall
* Bass (which i liked and didnt expect)
* Supports USB C charging
* Comfortable fit
**Pro’s**
* I did have the odd connectivity issue however all seems fine now
* Expensive – Over my personal budget but a great product
Overall i was impressed by the performance of these. If you can afford these i would definitely recommend as they are great quality and the sound quality cannot be faulted, especially for calls (which i have been using it for most) but even music on spotify sounds great.
Packaging and first impressions of these earbuds is excellent. I have used these daily since I took them out of the box and I can’t fault them.
Once fully charged they last quite a few hours before needing charging again.
They are easy to connect to my phone. The sound is excellent.
The active noise cancellation is another excellent pro. Alongside the hear through feature I can honestly say this is my favourite earbuds to date.
I use it while out walking and doing housework and can’t fault them at all.
Having tried and owned a number of modern wireless headphones both on and in ear, including a few Jabra products, I can confidently say these really nail their price point, and Jabra is fast becoming a serous competitor in this space.
Unboxing is a great experience and right away you can feel the design effort that’s gone into this product. They have the same beautiful sculpted and functional look and feel of the excellent range topping 85t, but in a smaller form factor, which is also smaller than a lot of the competition.
Their smaller size does come with tradeoffs vs the more premium 85t in that besides a few premium bell and whistle features, the drivers are significantly smaller, but having a reduced footprint means this is well integrated to the design, plus they are more discreet when worn. In use, I found they do not have exactly the same power and punch of their big brother, but they are certainly not far behind, and compared to other headphones at this price point they are absolutely competitive. The sound is definitely premium quality, once again making the jump from wired to wireless practically seamless.
I haven’t been able to run down the batteries in these so far as I haven’t been doing a lot of travelling, but so far they haven’t come close to being drained as the case is usually fully charged.
Overall, these are a great product and I would recommend them highly.
Great sound quality but Bluetooth range could be better. First pair I bought in May 2020 was very good but I lost it. The second pair I bought in January sometimes will not turn off and disconnect when placed inside the case. Probably the charging pins will not touch the connection on the earbuds. They have been replaced by amazon at no extra cost. Now the third pair seems to work as supposed.
In general this is a good product there is just a few connection issues sometimes
Possibly the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I take my Earpods wherever I go and they’ve encouraged me to get running more. I use them for every phone call that I know will last a while and even use them in the office when I want to really focus in. Sound quality is impeccable.
Sound is great, battery life great – I’ve not yet managed to wear out the battery. I wear them cycling everyday and they have a great hear through feature whereby you camn hear what’s going on around you whilst still wearing them. This can be a bit annoying when it’s windy, as it accentuates wind noise. The only other issue I’ve had is that sometimes they become loose in my right ear only. Possibly with sweat or whatever, infact it came out once whilst I was going along. But i found it and it still worked! This is the one time that it happened though.
Otherwise I’m really pleased with them
Returned some Sony WF-1000XM3 and went for these Jabra earbuds and after 2 months use can share some observations with you.
I use these mainly for work, connected to my laptop in a shared family office so comments reflect this.
Pros: comfortable to wear for long periods; easy to set up; sound is good; Bluetooth connection works 99.9% of time, not a prisoner to desk so can walk and talk; battery life good; blocks external sounds reasonably well (better than Sony)
Cons: noise cancelling is poor compared to Sony but good enough to work; microphones pick up my wife talking in her business calls when in same room making it almost impossible for people to hear me (similar problem with Sony earbuds); can only connect with one device at a time, need to reset between devices.
On balance: better than Sony as far more comfortable to wear; suffers same problem as Sony for picking up other people speaking nearby; but you know what, I quite like them all the same!
To date I have only ever owned in line headphones that attach to your phone through the headphone adapter. I was so delighted to order this set of Jabra Elite Active 75t Earbuds as they are from such a well known and respected brand. Included in the box are the earbuds in their own changeable case, spare earphone adapters and a USB C charging cable. For first use I made sure to properly charge the buds up fully, then all I had to do was download the Jabra app to my android phone, connect the earbuds through Bluetooth and then play my favourite music on my phone.
The buds are extremely comfortable to wear and you can make sound adjustments etc directly through the earbuds by tapping them. The music quality is absolutely excellent and the noise cancellation is amazing for me as I have never tried such a thing before. I can also take calls through the buds from my mobile phone and use Amazon Alexa or Siri through Google. I like the fact that they are waterproof for when I can go back to the gym as I perspire a lot when working out! These buds can last for up to 24 hours play with one full charge with the buds in the charging case. Putting the buds into the case is a breeze because there is a magnetic connection so I know that I have them correctly placed in the case. These earbuds are a real game changer for me as I love to listen to music whilst I work and now I am not tethered to my phone via a headphone cable. Highly recommend this set of Earbuds.
The earbuds box arrived on time ,without any defects. In general this product has a good quality, the sound is clear and it blocks other sounds that arrived from outside. You can calm listen music or watch a movie. But it has some disadvantages for example: when I run they can jump out of my ears and after getting dirty you can not use it. Another downside is that when you run the sound always stops and I can not explain that because when I walk it works perfectly, also the price I think is too high but this is only my opinio
Great quality, easy to use, comfortable to wear and the battery live is great. Superb produc
Suppose you need fantastic sound quality! And don’t like to wear big headphones on the head. I am happy to recommend these earbuds! Worth extra money.
These are very lightweight and small, but the bass and treble are powerful, and I like the fact that I can customize my equalizer in Sound+ App. The design is perfect and easy to put in ears and doesn’t hurt my ears. What I do is I put the earbuds in my ears and slightly turn the earbuds, and it gives me a more secure fit to my ear, I never dropped the earbuds by wearing this way.
Another useful feature I like is I can connect the earbuds with two devices at the same time. So I can enjoy TV in high volume at night without disturbing anyone in the house and keeping the connection with my phone.
The Sound+ App has the main feature called ” Moments”.It has three modes ( My Moment, Commute and Focus) and you can individually customize the settings for Active Noise Cancellation, Hear Through or Off they work perfectly fine for me ( Please see the Images ).
Compared to my son’s Apple Airpods pro. These have powerful sound quality. I have also reached the sound quality with Jabra Elite 85t; It seems 85t has slightly batter sound quality.
Overall, excellent build quality, lightweight, incredible battery life, excellent sound quality, and perfect for my voice meditation and daily use.
I’ve had many different sets of Jabras from headphones to earbuds and these are my favourites. Sound quality is excellent, hear through works really well whatever you’re doing. I can easily have them in for long periods. Noise cancellation isn’t great but I don’t use it anyway. The Jabra app let you set them up how you’d like, along with having background noise to block everything out and relax or whatever.
I use them daily and the battery has been great, buds last a couple hours and recharge within 30 mins. About 3 charges for the case. Great set of buds.
I tried to use these for an extended period of time before writing my review so as to be as comprehensive as possible. In short though, I have never been as satisfied with a pair of earbuds as I am with these ones. I tried several brands in the past year, I would say around 7-8 earbuds, some were cheap and other were actually high end, but none of them competes with these Jabra Elite Active 75t variants.
Sound quality is good enough to go beyond the actual environment you’re in. these are one of the earbuds that make you forget about yourself. Since the lockdown I stopped using transport services but I am sure these earbuds would make me not even notice the noise and movement inside public transport places and vehicles thanks to its amazing noise cancellation and incredible sound quality which is simply distortion-free, bass-rich, and easily manipulated to meet personal needs.
Connecting these is so simple, and unlike my previous earbuds (which had incredible sound as well but poor connection and difficult pairing) these ones pair easily, don’t disconnect amidst listening, and don’t lose connection randomly. That’s the most important thing in my view as for me most earbuds these days come with decent sound quality, so the deal breaker feature is nowadays is reliability through continuous distortion free connection, high range, easy pairing, and a dedicated app. These earbuds check all the boxes, and excel at each of the aforementioned features.
I highly recommend them. Is the price justified, yes it is. Are they worth it? Yes they are. Do they meet the description by Jabra in terms of performance, battery, and app-support? Yes they do.
I’ve had these for 9 months now. I’ve worn them every day during my runs. They’ve never let me down, rain or shine. Nice snug fit, reasonably logical button push sequence (that can be customised), and most importantly they stand up to some pretty sweaty sessions. Having been through loads of jays these are so much better.
I would never change these jabra elite active 75t to something elese, they are absolutely the best i ever had. I had sony, bose, samsung, but these jabras is knocking off all of those competitors.
Super comfy.
Super sound.
Super small.
Super battery life.
Well i decided on these over the airpods pro and think i am more than happy with my choice. Great sound quality and the addition of the noise cancelling was great. Good build quality, great fit and they always stay in place even during intense workouts. The wireless charging is an added bonus. Plus the price i got it on sale was far cheaper than the airpods pro. The app is great also. Only gripe is you cant use both bud separately just one. Overall gread pair of headphones with great sound.
I really like these wireless earbuds. The battery life is great and they’re comfortable.
This is a review from your average Joe.
I do not consider myself an audiophile nor am I new to a pair of good-sounding earphones (wired or otherwise) but must say: the 75Ts are probably THE best piece of technology I’ve ever come across.
Sound quality is absolutely incredible. The mobile app is intuitive and very well designed. In-box instructions are easy to follow – firmware update was complete within 15mins with no problems.
I’ve owned a number of various (mid/high range) wired earphones and IEMs for the past 10years, never did I experience music like I did with the 75Ts.
Currently listening to “Bolro M.81” by London Symphony Orchestra while writing this and I feel like I’m at a concert in Royal Albert Hall. I’m so immersed that I don’t want this feeling to end!
Don’t be put be off by reviews stressing “too much bass” or “bass is overwhelming”. Yes, I agree; they deliver a good quality bass but it’s controlled via the app – overall sound quality of these earbuds is astonishing!
They are light, easy to wear and unbelievable comfortable. Had them on for 2hrs without feeling any discomfort or irritation. Only used up about 10% battery so far which is insane.
ANC of these earbuds is out of this world: not sure if it’s the tech or the ear-seal. Or maybe both.
I think they are rather underpriced for the amount of research it must have taken to develop a technology to deliver such powerful sound.
I think Jabra are the best brand out there for headphones and sound quality. Where they really shine in comparison to their competitors is the noise-cancelling – it’s super effective and these are no different. To be honest, I think these are exceptional for many reasons.
Sound quality is impressive as expected
——————
The bass is deep and penetrating but not too much that it overpowers other tones and the higher notes are crisp. The whole experience is very immersive, you feel like you’re in the centre of a concert with sound coming at you from all directions. It maintains good quality at different volumes, and they can go very very loud.
The fit is comfortable and secure
——————
Fit is really important for me with wireless headphones. If they feel like they’re going to fall out I won’t use them, especially at this price as you don’t want to lose them whilst jogging! I had to swap the rubber ear donuts (they provide two spare sizes) with the smaller ones provided to fit in my ears better, and with these they are snug and comfy. I also have my daith pierced and the earphone fits perfectly even with my hoop in, and the bulky body sits in the crevice of the ear with no fear of movement.
The controls are simple and easy
——————
Firstly, the controls are physical clicks and not touch, which I prefer as with touch you don’t get enough haptic feedback.
I like the fact they have split functionality over the two earphones, so holding down on the left earphone turns volume down, and vice versa on the right. With various numbers of pushes, you can turn ANC on/off, change volume, go forwards/backwards, or use the voice assistant.
Super clear and seamless hands free
——————
As mentioned above, the controls are well thought out. With pushes on the left or right earphone you can answer or hang up calls, change volume, mute yourself, or turn on/off sidetone. The microphone is crisp and clear, and you can hear voices perfectly. My partner was impressed on the other end of the call.
Noise cancellation is next-level
——————
With ANC on I am totally unaware of the world. I can’t hear anything with it switched on – I’m sat here with the headphones on and the TV is on and I can’t hear a thing! And when changing to hear-through I can hear enough to feel safe wearing these on walks/roads (with the volume on quiet obviously) and having that needed awareness.
The Sound+ app is definitely worth getting
——————
I got the Jabra Sound+ app not expecting much but wanted to test it, but actually it is totally worth it. It has some key features:
* You can customise the ANC between left and right so that you get the most out of it depending on your ears
* You can track the battery life for the headphones and the charging case.
* You can personalise your sound profile based on your gender, age and it runs you through a makeshift hearing test by playing bleeps in each ear
* There’s access to different masking sounds (great for me as I have tinnitus) and general nature sounds
* You benefit from the concept of “moments”; for example in “focus” I have ANC on with less bass, and for “commute” I have hear-through on
I’m really impressed and have been using the app loads, especially for turning on the “speech” preset for podcasts.
Extra pros:
——————
* You can use the headphones independently of one another
* Look good on, the Jabra logo is clear and snazzy and the materials strong and stylish
* Fully waterproof and sweatproof – I’ve had no issues with sweat at all with these, even in the horrible muggy weather
* Both headphones and charging case feel super durable
* Headphones charge quickly, and the little charging pod magnets are strong, with the case maintaining a good charge on the go
* Easy to pair with phone (Huawei P20 Pro)
The only con:
——————
* I’ve had it a few times where the connection has glitched out slightly. This has only happened when I’ve been using my phone whilst playing music, so whether it’s just my phone’s CPU struggling and not to do with the BT connectivity I’m not 100% sure
So all in all, I’m loving these headphones. I think they are the best I’ve ever owned. You would expect this for the price, but given that they provide the app for those extra personal touches as a bonus to me helps justify the cost. It shows the company really care about sound quality and understand the human auditory system.
These headphones will cater for many different scenarios for years to come, from dog walks where you need awareness to the workplace when you just want to block the world out. Highly recommended for a variety of audiences, especially those skeptical of wireless headphone comfort, as I could sleep with these on happily.
First impressions of these were good, they look really slick and come with a handy charging/ carry case.
My hubby and I are super fussy about earphones, him more so than me because he mixes music for a living. The most important thing to us about earphones is the sound and these definitely hit the mark with that – my husband went as far as saying these are “fantastic sound wise”which is unheard of for him! He said they’re great for listening to music as they have a rich sub that is surprisingly clear, a high end that’s sweet but isn’t hyped and mid’s that are focused and truthful. They are also great for watching videos and making phone calls too as they’re very crisp and clear.
I asked my husband what he thought of the noise cancelling and he said it’s was ok but wouldn’t say it’s the best or worst he’s experienced. He did say it definitely does something and helps remove a fair bit of the outside noise. I think he’s comparing the noise cancelling to better ones he’s heard on overhead headphones though so I’m not sure it’s fair to compare the two!
You can also do the complete opposite with these and use the “through microphone” setting which is really good. It allows the outside noise to be heard so you can be aware of your surroundings and have conversations etc while your music is playing. Neither of us have ever had that option on previous ones and I think it’s going to be really handy to have when walking the dog so I can still hear the traffic which is a great safety feature.
Another thing I love about them is how well they fit in my ears, they’re really comfortable even when you wear them for long periods of time and I’ve still not experienced them coming loose at all which is a first for me with this type of earphone.
The app that goes with them is also impressive as you can really tailor your experience with them. You can set the noise cancelling to what best suits you and assign what you’d like the tap buttons to do on each earphone which works really well. You can also change the EQ if you want to and create presets for different settings for different activities.
Finally, the battery life on these is fantastic, I literally charged them when I first opened them and as I’m always replacing them back in the case, I’ve only had to charge it off of the mains once in 3 weeks.
All in all I’m really impressed with these earphones, considering everything they do for the price I’d definitely recommend them!
But I did find that changing the volume up and down was less intuitive than on the previous version and it is going to take me a while to get used to. I still do not dare to wear these in the shower as that is what I think broke my previous pair!
If you’re looking for a pair of true wireless earbuds that are great for exercise and everyday use, you need not look further. I have been a Jabra fan for several years but have always been a fan of over ear headphones. I bought these after months of reviews and deliberation and I am not disappointed. Never even felt like falling out during a run. Great bass and punchy (lacking on the subtlety and mids but great for exercise). Small carry case and water resistant (I only care about sweat and rain during exercise). With the added firmware update for ANC (which works well but not as well as their over ear Elite 85H) I cannot recommend them enough.
They are great for the price, they fit better than airpods pro and sound better too. While airpods do a better job with noise cancellation, these are better overall.
I received the black titanium earbuds that come with a charging case, a USB charging cable and 3 sets of silicon eargels to ensure a good fit. Good fit is essential to these earbuds in order to ensure an excellent noise cancelling function.
The first thing to say is that these are indeed a very comfortable fit and they are waterproof and sweat proof, too with an 1P57 rating. Using the Jabra+ MySound and MyControls features allows you to customise your sound based on your own hearing and to programme the buttons to your specific needs. A series of noise tests help you to adjust the sound as required. Registration for the 2 year guarantee is also achieved through the app. The sound is impressive across the range and the tonal range is very strong with good bass sounds and resonance on both the high and low notes. Bluetooth connection is easy and the earphones keep you connected while taking calls and playing music. The controls are easy to use and very responsive and you can easily toggle between the ANC (noise cancellation) and HearThrough via the earbud button. HearThrough enables you to hear your surroundings without needing to remove the earbuds from your ears. You can also adjust how much ambient sound can be heard by adjusting the slider in the Sound+ app.
While you do get 24 hours use through using the compact charging case, a single use of the earbuds lasted around 3.5-4 hours for me after which I needed to recharge them, so not so good for long haul journeys.
Overall I am impressed with the comfort of the fit, the ease of use when using the earbud buttons and the quality of the sound and noise cancellation does work well. Recommended.
I love headphones/earphones and have had quite a few prior to getting these, Jabra earbuds, to compare it to.
First off the styling is gorgeous. They look stylish and cool with their angular shape. It offers something for those who want something a little different than the standard round earbuds. However, it quickly becomes apparent that it is all style and little functionality, as I shall report in a moment. There are buttons on both earbuds to assist in the earbuds functions. One button offers “hear-through” mode, which is a fantastic addition. Essentially adding an overlay of noise coming from a small microphone, so you can hear yourself talk and those near you. I love this, as I am someone who listens to music far too loudly and get caught out by suddenly needing to answer a question I have missed.
The other function includes “Stop and Play” as well as “power on/off”.
Now, whilst I love the “Hear Through” option, I am getting annoyed at how the buttons and the shape of the ear bud lead me to accidentally press the button every time I have to adjust the earbud!
Every time! The buttons are way to easy to press considering you have to push the earbud into the ear, considering I have large fingers, it’s a constant nuisance to be turning “Hear Through” on and off.
Not to mention having it on, drains the battery considerably. I barely got a few hours of listening time before the headphones ran out of power.
Something positive to say is how good the sound quality is. It really is a better quality than most other earbuds I have tried. So for those people that love to hear the subtle notes and hidden undertones to a song, I recommend these.
Unfortunately, back to a negative, they keep falling out….. in both mine and my partners ears.
I just can’t find a perfect size for the cone end (eargels) part to fit into my ear. Which means I have to be a statue whilst using them.
So overall, terrific sound quality from a stylish headphone that probably would do better by being a more standard shape to stay secure and is in need of a better battery life.
The Jabra Elite Active 75t are one of the most comfortable earbuds I’ve tried on for a while now.
The outer casing is made out of plastic but from afar it looks like it has a titanium finish which gives off a more posh looking feel.
The plastic doesn’t actually make it feel cheap it’s very made and the plastic makes the earbuds light and comfortable.
I’ve been using the Active 75t’s daily and come rain or shine, it sits comfortably without wearing fatigue and because of its IP57 rating, you can be reassured that sweat and rain will not damage these earbuds.
The Active 75t comes with all the latest tech such as Bluetooth 5.0, USB C charger and one-touch voice assistant (you can choose Alexa, Google or Siri) via the free App.
There you can control the equaliser and some basic functions.
The sound quality on these Active 75t’s are also very good, the audio sound quality is crisp and clear and it will handle most genres without much fuss.
What excels with the Active 75t is the call clarity, the built-in 4 microphones help to pick up the nuances of your voice and sends it across with full clarity. But I found this to be a double-edged sword. If you are in a busy high street the Jabra will pick up all the surrounding noise and this can be irritating for the receiver. If however, you are in a quieter room then the receiver will enjoy the clear and concise sound that it will produce.
Lastly the battery life; on one single charge, the quoted figure was 7.5 hours playtime.
I found that like most earbuds the playtime was dependent on the loudness of volume. if however, you find that you’re running out of juice then a 15 minutes charge will give you about an hour playtime.
The case itself is a mobile battery that offers a few recharges. In theory, there is a maximum of 28 hours playtime but in fact, you will get about 7 hours in one sitting before it needs to be recharged.
All in all, these Active 75t’s are very good sounding earbuds that you can wear all day
Sound is good, connection is good, controls are pretty good, and I love the small size. But they just aren’t as secure as I’d like. Especially when I’m running, I feel like I have to keep adjusting them every few minutes. And with a lot of those adjustments, I end up accidentally hitting a button. Frustrating, because they are so close to being exactly what I wanted.
I did an experiment where I bought a set of true wireless headphones for about 40 and bought these Jabra ear buds to see if price really makes a difference! I can honestly tell you that there is a huge difference in terms of sound clarity and call making and noise cancellation which you can turn on and off (Hear through on/off).
The Jabra headsets have amazing sound and call quality & performance! The sound can be personally adjusted and tailored to your own hearing through the Jabra app! The same can also be done for a personalised noise cancellation experience! The app is amazing, the headphones and mic are amazing & to top it all off the packaging is extremely well presented! I am totally satisfied with this purchase! 😀
The biggest difference for me is the quality of calls when I talk through the mic! the cheaper set were not good at all regarding this issue where the sound of my voice is not clear and muffled! (even though music playing was very good with the cheaper set)! With the Jabra headset the sound of my voice is super clear and sounds just as good as the mic on my iPhone 12 – the in call mics are so good no one will ever know that I’m using a headset!
I am extremely happy with my Jabra earphones, it was easy to set up and I enjoy using them. The app is easy to use and to customise the button settings, I like that you can select up to 3 settings for each of the buds. I think Hearthrough mode is really helpful when going shopping or talking to people, which lets you use the earbuds and hear people and surroundings. The battery life is impressive too, you can see the percentage of the case and earbuds on the app. My usage is medium (1-3 hours per day every other day) and in 3 weeks time of using them I only had to charge them once. It connects automatically when you put them in and plays music immediately, which is nice. Overall, I enjoy using them and I am happy with my choice and I would definitely recommend when looking for a good quality wireless earphones.
Super sound. Easy to disconnect calls when trying to adjust volume though.
I like them and the hear through is a nice little feature, however they don’t fit in securely enough when say, your eating and tend to try fall out.
The volume isn’t the best so I sometimes use an app volume booster when I need the extra punch.
The App for these is ok and gives you a few options.
Overall not to bad and has a nice feature for safer walking in areas with traffic
I love these headphones! I have never used wireless noise cancelling headphones before and now I wish I had much sooner! These are so comfortable and work brilliantly. The app is useful and the headphones themselves are easy to use with all functions easy to remember on the headphone buttons. I find the sound quality to be really good and I have had no problems taking calls at all – everyone can hear me really well. The ‘find my Jabra’ location has been a bit temperamental; but seems to be working again now. I have found the battery life to be fantastic and I love the design including the charging case. I never leave the house without them now and if my phone rings, the first thing I do is pop the earbuds in. I also love that you can have more than one device connected (I have my person and work phone). The only issue I have had which I cannot resolve is although they connect to me laptop, Microsoft Teams does not seem to work with them (does on the mobile) and I have tried all the troubleshooting I could find.
These are superb – I bough them on a deal (so GBP 130) & they are the best ear buds I have ever tried (I had the Sony MF1000’s).
Since firmware update they are even better with ANC added.
App is easy to use & gives you a lot of options.
They fit really snuggly, no issues and do not fall out.
Sound quality is brilliant, tonnes of Bass & Treble (the App EQ can adjust this as well).
Fantastic call quality.
A +++++
I’ve used cheaper ear buds in the past and thought they were great until I tried these.
The sound quality on them is great and feel so comfortable in the ear. I use them every day for either walking the dog, running or going to the gym.
The noise cancellation is great ever when just in the ear without any music playing and they also have a “hear through” mode so at the press of a button let’s outside nose on so you can talk to people with out taking the ear buds out.
I would highly recommend.
Well, my hubby is jelly-bobs and has stolen them twice! When i call him, out and about, he says how lovely and clear the call is, better than my acutal phone, so a win for Jabra there. I left my phone in my pocket enabling me to keep my hands warm! I’ve connected them to my phone and tablet. It can be a little difficult getting sound from the right device, but it’s really worth it because the sound is fab. I’ve moved a way from the device and the sound can be pretty good. Go to far, and it starts dropping out. Sometimes drops out at other odd times. Maybe because of 2 devices. It can be useful to stop the Bluetooth on the one you are not using. Battery life was great, I was impressed. I had to try in the smaller earbuds and they were perfect for me. How lovely to have a choice of sizes too. A small point but very helpful. I really think these headphones helped me enjoy music out and about and movies on my tablet a lot more. Get some! Was over the moon with the noise cancelling update. Talk about sitting blissfully unaware of my neighbors noise!
I used it for listening music when running. They are very stable.sound quality is awesome. When i bought thwm they didn’t have noise cancelling. After latest software update they have .which is perfect.they are not so light, but bot heavy. Just perfect. Bass is good.baterry life is around 9 hours.with continously play.
I received these headphones to give an unbiased review. These headphones arrived well packaged and after sliding open various tabs finally revealed the buds and case. The buds have a number of different sized caps to enable a good fit. Once buds charged and case charged, pairing to an iPhone X was easy after installing the app. The app ran a simple hearing test similar to one I received at hospital recently tapping when you could hear the different sound pitches for both ears. Not sure how this impacted on the headphone settings but seemed very professional. Fitting the buds was easy and the fit was much better than others I have tried as a slight twist is needed in order for the bud and main case of unit to fit the ear. The app itself allows the user to alter settings on the bud and features and this is useful for getting the operations you want from each bud and clicking on them.
So once charged how was the sound?
Compared to other similar brands these have a good bass and treble and sound is clear both for music and spoken voice. They do lack a little bass compared to some I have used and also the volume limit is slightly lower than others I have used which if you like blasting out your tunes may leave you a little disappointed.
Charging the buds and case is easy and the charge time is better than many competitors as is the number of recharges from the case and length of use on one charge.
The headphones themselves fit well and didn’t fall out when running or cycling like others I have used have and also the lightweight comfort fit also means you don’t really feel them after a few minutes of wearing them.
The noise cancelling feature is pretty good but still can’t beat over the ear design headphones as you can still hear sounds through them.
The cost of the headphones is similar to other quality brands out there but slightly disappointing is the release of the next model already 85t which would give some concern what is new in this model or lacks from the 75t that merited the new model.
All in all would I buy these over other brands? Possibly it certainly isn’t a definite yes or a definite no and I think a longer tone to test for battery longevity etc would make me more decided having had some other brands batteries fail after a few months of regular use.
Fantastic bit of kit. The build quality on all of the components is excellent, even on the packaging!
I was concerned at spending this much on a set of headphones as despite wearing headphones a lot, I’ve never spent more than 20.00 on a set, but I’m happy to say there is no buyers remorse with these.
Took a little time to find a comfortable set up, but I realise that more to do with my damaged cartilage than the headphones. I was concerned that they looked like they might be quite heavy in the ear but I have been pleasantly surprised that once you find a good fit you do forget they are there and I wear mine for several hours a day.
I’m not an audiophile but the sound quality sounds excellent on these with a nice deep clear sound although there may be some slight hissing/distortion in the left earbud I’m not sure if this is the earbud itself or the information it’s receiving.
Active noise cancellation – I thought these had it and whilst I wasn’t overly impressed I thought it was quite good….. Then the buds received an update via the app, an active noise cancelling addition – OMG, what a difference that makes, absolutely fantastic and I certainly wouldn’t be without them now. I can hear my sounds clearer and at a lower volume whilst blocking out the outside world. It’s a fantastic update.
Batteries last very well, I can happily get all day out of the earbuds with between 8 – 14 hrs usage and the case seems to hold almost enough charge for the week requiring a top-up every 3 – 5 days, so fantastic usage overall.
I’ve been using wireless in ear buds since the Bragi Dash came out in 2017, and in that time I’ve also owned and used Apple AirPods and more recently Samsung Buds+. I have to say that the Jabra Elite Active 75t are an essential purchase – they are the perfect realisation of the vision of having a no compromise fully functional pair of headphones you can use everyday, for everything you could want to use them for. The amount of tech packed in to these tiny buds is insane, particularly now the latest app update has also added noise cancellation too. They sound great when listening to music, the audio quality when on conference calls is spot on, in fact most people won’t ever realise you’re using them and not your phone, and they keep exactly where they should be if you’re more active and doing sports. I would honestly say that these are an essential purchase now, I can’t think of any reason why you wouldn’t want these in your life or would ever regret buying them. Superb.
I am pleasantly surprised by these headphones. Firstly, they are tiny which is great aesthetically but don’t be fooled by their size. These headphones really pack a punch! The sound quality is superb. At first it was fiddly trying to fit them into my ears, but this got easier the more I did it. They also come with different sized buds in case the default ones do not fit. I am still getting used to all the controls which you can activate by pressing the left/right ear buttons one or more times. Conveniently, there is an app from which you can easily manage the controls too. To test these truly I took them for an intense leg session at the gym. The box for them is small and fits in your pockets and also has a USB slot to easily recharge. What can I say expect that they did not disappoint. They did not fall out even once. I particularly like the hear-through feature which allows you to listen into your environment which is handy when needing to speak to somebody without having to remove the headphones. So to conclude, these are fantastic headphones that tick the boxes for both looks and functionality. The price is quite high but you will not be disappointed.
Having previously been using another brand of earbuds which are aimed at sports enthusiasts, I have to say the sound quality of these earbuds are far superior To other market leaders. The noise cancelling and quality sound combined create a fully immersive experience which is the best I’ve ever experienced. I do feel an additional wing tip would help to fully secure the earbuds when sweat compromises the fit. Even if this was a removable option, I do feel it would add another level of security. I recently used these on a flight as an alternative to my over head headphones. I hadn’t even realised I couldn’t hear the crying baby just 2 rows behind. The set up with the app is very user friendly and very easy to follow. The sound test ensures a efficient set up which can be customised. The earbuds charge so quickly which is very refreshing from my previous earbuds, and due to the magnet positioning, doesn’t have the errors I have found with previous cases. The overall look and feel is sophisticated and sleek and you can really feel the quality in the case.
Live these have used them on the street running in the gym even in the garden . Never drop out always stay in my ea
I’ve been using the Jabra Elite Active 75t’s now for a couple of weeks now and am very impressed.
The earbuds are very comfortable with a snug fit, and there has been no fear of them coming loose or falling out during my runs. Audio quality is decent – it initially seemed as if the volume was too low until I realised that there is a separate volume controller for the earbuds themselves (controlled by holding down the L or R button) in addition to the volume settings from the connected device (phone/laptop).
Microphone quality appears to be good, according to people I have spoken to while using the Jabras. I was initially sceptical of the HearThrough and dual connection features but have found myself using them every day. The “dual pairing” is particularly useful for switching between music and calls on my phone/laptop during working hours while the HearThrough is a nice addition for listening to announcements in stations (although the auto-pause/resume feature means it is as easy to remove an earbud!).
Battery life is good, I tend to get most of the day from them and charging is very fast so I don’t see that becoming an issue. The charging case is small and sleek, easy to carry around and it’s a bonus that there are (obviously!) no wires to get tangled up in pockets.
This is my first time trying Jabra, but not my first time with wireless earbuds. The Jabra Elite Active 75t’s are certainly a step up from my past experience and I expect they will be my primary earphones for the foreseeable future!
These are a great alternative to the bone conduction headphones I used for running – the hear through function is great as it amplifies the sounds of passing cars – however this is providing you don’t have the volume set too high. General sound quality is great although could do with being able to turn up the volume another notch.
Being able to take calls on this is also a good feature – I was stuck in a hire car for a week without Bluetooth but these worked brilliantly as a hands free – calls were clear and google maps voice guidance also worked well. I like the ability to program the buttons on the headphones – you can choose how each button reacts be it a single, double or treble press. This is particularly good when running as there is just one big button on each headphone and easy to press. The charging case is great – the buds are magnetic so pop in and charge very quickly.
The noise cancelling addition on the recent software update was slightly disappointing as it’s not as effective as I expected but it’s definitely something and nice to get the update.
I have recently been given a Jabra headset for work, so was intrigued to see how these compared to a full set of cans & microphone system. Initially I had issues getting them to sit in my ears as I have fairly small ear canals. Once I worked out how to seat them, they have been rock solid in the ears and not felt like falling out. The app gives a lot of choice on the music levels – it was the 80s again with a graphic equaliser! Once I worked out how best to play music and podcasts for my ears, I saved the profiles. I thought the app was going to be a gimmick but has been useful. The sound quality is very good. Not had any issues with Bluetooth drop out, so it is a nice way to listen on the move. The HearThrough isn’t to my tastes, I feel it’s too much of a compromise. If I want to hear the world, I’ll wear bone conductors. The noise cancelling is excellent, and was very effective on a bus journey when some kids were blaring rap from a portable speaker – nothing got through to me. Battery life is very good, and the app giving you real percentages is far better than the usual sudden red light or warning voice. Enjoying using them, they are a good piece of kit. Tested the call quality by wearing for a work call linked to laptop. Didn’t mention what I was doing, but asked the guys (my team) if there was any echo / distortion at the end of the call. All said it was the same as normal – so using a wired headset or just the laptop microphone & speakers. Decent piece of kit, and I am a long term user of headphones of all brands & price points (30+ years!). I will still use other headphones for certain things, but these are well worth the investment for their usage profile.
First impressions:
Unboxing: The packaging looked really sophisticated, exactly what you’d expect from a product costing what this one does. The contents were also neatly displayed inside.
Aesthetics: WOW!! What a beautiful colour (I opted for the mint green set) and these look very stylish. I also love the shape of them and they don’t look very bulky compared to other earbud brands.
Connectivity: It took a while to set the earbuds up and get connected to my phone but it was actually very easy to do once I had figured out what I was supposed to be doing. I’m not a huge fan of reading instructions as I’ve no patience and tend to want to get stuck straight in to using a new product.
In ear fit: The standard medium size ear gel was uncomfortable — I actually felt pressure inside my ears. I changed to smaller ear gel size and these fitted like a dream, so comfortable and they stayed in when I moved around. I’ve always though I hated earphones with the ear gels as they never stay in or feel uncomfortable. Turns out I’ve just got tiny ears!
Sound: One word: incredible! They were very clear and even when hear-through was switched on it was still difficult to hear any background noise. And that was without the volume up as loud as it can go. I used the earbuds walking along the river front on a windy day and my music was crystal clear. I also used them in the same area, in the same conditions, on a phone call and both myself and the caller were easy to hear and loud enough.
Usage: They are very easy to use and I love how I just need to tap, double tap or hold down the buttons to get the earbuds to do something. With my last pair of (wired) earbuds I had to keep taking my phone out to switch songs and change the volume, which was very inconvenient. I can now do this by the touch of a button.
App: The Sound+ app is so easy to use and I really like how I could adjust the sound settings of the buds and create my own sound profile.
After a few weeks use:
I’m still absolutely in love with these — I use them regularly: at the gym, out for walks along the beach and at work when I need to drown out background noise. I’ve recommended them to my friends and family as I am that delighted with them. One of the best purchases I’ve made. I’ve just downloaded the ANC update but have still yet to try it out, although based on just using hear-through I’m not sure I’ll actually need it!
I’ll happily admit to being sceptical when the packaging arrived, and I took my first look at these earbuds. How could something so small have so much performance? Safe to say that once I had taken the time to fit the correct earbuds and set the buds up using the Jabra app, my initial scepticism was blown out of the water. I use these headphones for a variety of purposes. But whether I am out for a run, riding my bike, sitting in the office or commuting – the performance of this product is flawless. I even managed to take a call whilst out running – and found the call quality to be exceptional. I also have to comment on the sound cancelling feature. If you need to shut out the outside noise and focus on the task at hand – I dont think you will find a better product out there in the current market. The custom sound options are a nice touch to make sure you get the best sound setups for the type of audio you are listening to. All aspects of the quality are flawless – be that high base bangers, or soft acoustic or spoken word productions. Colour me a believer. My only concern is how Jabra are ever going to top this fantastic piece of craftsmanship and engineering!?
I’ve had earbuds in the past and they have never quite lived up to my expectations, uncomfortable or always falling out. I am so impressed with these that I have no hesitation in writing a testimonial about them.
The first thing that struck me is how well packaged they were and the actual case that holds them is nothing short of excellent. When you remove them from the case they turn on and pair with each other, pairing them with my phone was really easy as well. When you put them back in the case it charges them, quick charge as well.
There is an app called Jabra Sound+, it makes setting them up really easy, there is also some really cool touches like listen through, in essence turns the noise cancelling off, excellent for walking the dog because I can hear cars or cyclists. It also has a find my headphone function, it will tell you where the app lost contact with the earbud, an excellent idea. It’s good to have actual buttons to press on the side of them as well, I’ve never managed to get on with the type that you just touch.
The sound is great from these, deep base which I wasn’t expecting to be honest. I found the initial fit a little uncomfortable but as soon as I switched the ear pieces that problem was solved, very very comfortable now and have never shown any sign of falling out!!
All in all these headphones are a really good buy, I’m so happy I’ve got a pair!!
I’ve never really got on with in ear headphones but these tick all the right boxes. Using the small size buds ensured a nice snug fit.
Setup is a breeze with the app. After installing the app you’re guided through several personalisation screens which adapt the buds to your personal hearing. It reminded me of going through a hearing test, tapping the button whenever you heard a sound. A few minutes later and there you have it, your own personalised settings.
Also in the app are a variety of tweaks you can make to the sound performance. I have to say I’ve stuck with the bass setting. Speaking of bass, it’s amazing! Deep, deep bass with no distortion crisp highs and mellow midtones. A real joy to the ears.
I’ve also just installed the free over the air update for active noise cancellation (ANC). Again after a but of personalised setup it further enhances the overall experience. These really are the bees knees! Go on, buy a pair, you won’t be disappointed!
I have been using the Jabra Elite 75t Active ear buds daily for just over two weeks and I really like them! To try and give a balanced review I have listed the pros and cons of these buds below…
Pros:
*Compact and unobtrusive shape so they do not draw too much negative attention.
*These ear buds have a fantastic and comfortable fit that help them to stay in place securely for long periods of time, no matter what activity you may be doing.
*The sound quality is good overall.
*The app is good (on android).
*Active noise cancelling works really well, blocking out the majority of noise when it isn’t wanted.
*Water and dust resistant, with a 2 year guarantee for peace of mind.
Cons:
*’Pass through’ mode does let you hear your surroundings, however voices rarely come through loud enough meaning that a bud would have to be taken out or music paused to join in with a conversation.
*Can be a bit too ‘Bassy’ in certain songs (don’t judge, but for example The Greatest Showman soundtrack is awful in these earphones lol). In other songs the Bass is ok, so just something to be aware of.
*A bit pricey :/
Overall these ear buds are a great buy if you are looking for earphones with an overall good sound quality, 2 year warranty and the peace of mind that comes with water resistance and secure fit.
I was debating whether to purchase the 75t or 75t active ear buds however as I am an sporty person my choice landed on the active version. The selection of colours is quite wide – starting from dark neutrals to even pastel green shades. I have boughtthe navy colour. The ear buds are extremely well packaged. There are two outer boxes and inside, the ear buds sit securely in their little charging case. As soon as received, I put the buds on charge and followed the instructions on quick start guide and dowloaded the app. I have charged them a bit longer but according to Jabra, 15 minutes charge will power them enough to operate for an hour. The buds switch on automaticaly as soon as they are taken out of the case and off when they are put back. Alternatively they can be switched on/off manually. More detailed instruction can be found online. Pairing with my phone was extremely easy and quick, withing seconds the device was operating. The gels that the buds had originally on were not the right fit for my ears but three other sizes were supplied so I went for the smallest ones. For the first few days I have tried them at home with the noise cancelling function which is great when you only want to concentrate on what you are listening to. The sound quality is really good – when listening to audiobooks, I can clearly hear the narrator and all the words. I have been using the ear buds to have conference calls with the employer and while I was a bit sceptical at first, soon proved myself wrong. The colleagues could hear me perfectly clear and I could hesr them. When I was walking around the house and had no problem with the fit however some problems started when I took buds for my daily running. During fast walk or running/jumping, the left ear bud kept falling out. I have tried all the other gel buds sizes but unfortunately they did not fit. I am trying to give these a second chance and I constantly trying other gels and different positioning in the ear. On the more positive note – the hear through mode os brilliant. I would switch it on when I was approaching a junction or people, although I prefer the noise cancelling option. I also love that you can change the sound, volume etc by just touching the earbuds accordingly. Overall these are great earbuds, probably the best I have tried so far, just a bit unfortunate that they do not seem to fit my ears as the should. I would still highly recommend to others.
Have been using these a while now and I have found these really lightweight and very comfortable. They fit nicely and stay put even whilst exercising, which is why I wanted them, also ideal when milling about the house, so not to irritate others with loud rock music. Comes with different size buds, so should fit most ear sizes. One criticism, is the left or right ear marker is hard to see, think it should stand out more, difficult to see in poor light. But impressed with the design and sound, once you get the hang of using them, they are great. Robust and quality. Love the charging case! Which is compact and adds about 20 hours of portable wireless charging to the 7.5 hours you get with the ear buds.
Until i purchased the Jabra Elite 75t Active headphones, i had owned several sets of wireless headphones, but none that cost more than about 30-40. Why? because i thought the cheaper ones would be ‘good enough’ and pretty similar to a more expensive set.
Now, i realise i was so very wrong.
From the moment i first put these headphones on i was blown away by the clarity of the sound. A deep bass that is crystal clear and not overpowering, vocals that do a great job of putting through the emotion of the song and treble which is balanced perfectly with everything else. After just 1 hour of listening to music through these i turned to my wife and told her these had completely changed how I enjoy music, and very much for the better.
I just dont think i was aware headphones could make music sound this good. And this is all before i had used the app, which is a great piece of software that customises your listening experience further. It has a function which seems to train it to you ears, based on your level of hearing. This seemed nifty, but to be honest i dont know if this had any effect at all. Nice idea though!
Using these headphones in the gym during jogging, sprints and for weightlifting, i had no problems at all with their fit and they have never felt like they were going to fall out. This is the first set of headphones that i have been able to say this about, although previous bluetooth ones i have had have a wired connection between the 2 earphones which adds a bit of weight (these Jabras do not, and they are very light) Quality for conference calls is good too, with the feedback being that the my voice comes through clearly The charging case is a small little thing that looks pretty neat and the headphones click in place (magnetically) and pull out easily. Small enough to carry in yoru pocket if you have the need to as well the only slightly annoying/quirky thing is the button setup for forward track, pause, hearthrough etc isnt always that intuitive. Apparently you can customise all this via the app but i havent tried that yet. Overall, a truly excellent set of earphones that deliver an exceptional audio experience

These earbuds are robust in compact and the feel of the rubberised case and buds make it a robust product. The charging case is neat and compact and give feel of an expensive good quality product. The downside for me is that the shortcuts will take time to memorise. The buds are very sensitive to touch, but I daresay when I’ve used them for longer I will get accustomed to them. The sound quality is excellent and the ability to customise the sounds is good. I thought the outside noise would have been better. I find that I have to turn the volume up to block the noise out. I am loving these buds. Yes, they might not be in everyone’s price range, but for the money I’m not going to complain. They are by far the best that I have used. I haven’t had them long enough to test the battery life which is 7.5 hours, but I will be looking at this. Overall first impressions – an excellent product, well made, but the price is not for those on a budget. It is s nearly 1 week since I first started using the Jabra Elite Active75. I’m using them approximately 5 hours a day. Now that I have found the most comfortable position in the ears, they no longer fall out. The sound is truly stunning and they are easy to use. The quality of the buds are second to none, even when they fell out, they are robust enough not to damage. I would certainly recommend these to friends and relatives. This is the first time I have worn wireless ear buds, as I have been hesitant to use them. There’s no going back now
I have always struggled finding comfortable in-ear headphones, and ones that stay put when I’m doing any sort of sport or fitness activity. These have proved themselves well.
On first impressions I was surprised by the size of them, they looked quite big so thought they would be uncomfortable and wouldn’t fit well, but I was wrong. I have found them more comfortable than my in-ear sports earphones that have the band that wraps around the back of the head. They were surprisingly easy to use, they synced with my phone through Bluetooth first time and have continued to connect well each time I have used them.
They arrived almost fully charged, and the battery life is proving very good so far. When using them they stay put well, even whilst I am running.
I do a lot of home workouts (online through my phone) and have found the hear-through feature excellent for blocking out external noise when switched-off, allowing me to concentrate on the instructions, but also when switched on allowing me to hear the TV (or my husband talking to me) at the same time.
Overall I am very pleased!
Amazing! I really am delighted with these. Sound quality is great. “Hear through” option is brilliant for safety when running on road as you can hear traffic but when you switch hear through off the background noise disappears.
Fit is excellent with three bud sizes. Ran a marathon in the rain wearing mine and didn’t have to adjust the once, they just don’t slip or move.
Lots of music controls on the earbuds. App easy to use too. Charge is brilliant, they play for hours and the charging case is fab. Also neat little additions like how the buds magnetise to each other in your hand minimising risk of dropping one, magnetise to the case making them super easy to put in, and how if you pull one plug out your music automatically pauses. Not sure if the latter is possible to override – I used to run with only one earbud in so I could hear traffic, which might not be possible with this feature, but isn’t necessary anyway thanks to the brilliant hear through.
Brilliant quality ears at a really reasonable price.
Oh my god!!! I am in love!! These are the best earphones ever! I’m finally able to concentrate on my work, without having to listen to some of the people I work with drone on all day! With my Jabra Elite 75t, I can get in the zone and get those reports out. Comfy to wear, the battery lasts most of the working day, super easy to charge, they fit in their little carry box with magnets, meaning they won’t just fall out. Easy to control your music by tapping the buttons on the earpieces, they pair with my phone in seconds. So grateful to be able to test these, they’re definitely not going back! They come with three pairs of inner ear buds so you can get the best fit for your ears. Not sure what else to say about these fabulous little bits of tech….but fair to say I’m in love!!
These little buds genuinely blew away my expectations, I’ve had a few pairs of headphones and earphones and I tend to lean towards the bigger over hear type as they have good power and noise cancelling but these little guys have changed my tune.
Fit and finish of these buds is a big win, the charging case is sleek, compact and high quality, soft touch feel, magnetic lid, neat little LED indicators and USB type C charging. YES. The buds themselves are tiny, they fit in my ears perfectly with the fitted medium tips but small and larger are included, they are very flush with the side of my head and super secure. Sound and features are the gold flaked super sweet cherry on top of this package, once connected battery level of left, right and case are shown and there are a wealth of settings and customization to delve into.
A quick hearing test tunes the buds to your available range, three customisation profiles with EQ are at your disposal and you can completely reprogram the left and right buttons to do whatever you want on single, double and triple presses. Hearthrough is tunable and can stop music if you wish and removal of one bud can pause your music too, they have thought of almost everything.
In terms of noise isolation, these things being inside your gourd block a lot of ambient noise, but Jabra have announced they are bringing active noise cancellation October 2020 with a free firmware upgrade, heros. Battery life it pegged at 7.5 hours on the buds and up to 28 with the case, it charges quickly and honestly I’ve never had them run out as 7.5 is a lot of time for one sitting without at least a few moments in the case. ANC is said to bring it down by 30%.
These small, light and awesome sounding buds have surprised me at every turn and they are now my daily driver for all activities, I can do the food shopping in Aldi, not hear another soul and listen to my music until I get to the till and turn on pass through. Can’t recommend these enough.
Haven’t tried noise cancellation in a real situation yet but they are very good sound
I’ve been using it daily for the past 2 weeks and the noise isolation from the earbuds is awesome. When you switch on hearThrough feature you realized how much sound it blocks out. I have used them for work and personal calls, jogging and listeningto media and they perform brilliantly. The battery life is incredible! I plugged the charger into my case omky once so far and they’ve still got plenty of juice left. The music is clear with good base, the app Sound+ is well designed and easy to navigate. The button on the earbuds is easy to press, double click the right will activate voice control, single press the left will turn on and off hear through and single press the right will start and stop media. Voice control allows you to speak to your phone assistant through the earbuds, which is really handy when you need information but you want to do it hands free. Over all I would recommend these truly wireless earbuds to anyone looking for a brilliant experience, good sound and high quality.
Tried the powerbeats pro’s and returned them. Issues with charging and cutting out when running. Just a really bad experience.
Decided to give these a go after some really positive reviews and wish I’d have got these first.
Always been worried about the in-ear type earphones falling out when running, which is why I went for the hook type powerbeats pros first, but these fit snuggly and stay secure. I’ve done some full on hour long sweaty HiiT sessions and they stay secure.
They don’t have active noise cancellation (YET) but the buds fit so snuggly that it cuts out most external noise anyway. These have a really useful passthrough feature where you can decide how much external noise is fed through to you from the external mic’s. Great for in the gym when I want to shut everything out and just train and then if I’m running outside on the road and what to have some surrounding noise let in you can do that also.
Sound quality is great, again much better than the powerbeat pro’s for me, again mainly because of the snugg fit. You can also adjust the sound with a graphic equaliser in the app to get it how you like it. It also does a sound test to tune the sound to your individual hearing.
Had no issues with battery life from the buds or charging and no issues with any bluetooth connectivity even when on treadmills where some have reported interference from the motors etc.
Cannot recommend these highly enough.
I’m not an audiophile but think that sound quality is great – tailored to me by the MySound function in the app.
I chose these particularly because they can connect to 2 devices at once. As I’m working from home due to COVID, I have them connected to my work iPhone 8 and my personal Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite with no problem.
Only slight fault is that the Sound+ doesn’t;t update the charge on the earpieces as it goes down – only if you put them back in the case and take them out again – so you are not sure how much charge is lef
Delivered fast and does provide the quality promised. Brilliant pods for calls and music!
I have been using these earbuds for 6 months and am now editing my review because ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) was added via a software update by Jabra shortly after I bought them. If you’re considering buying a pair now, I understand it’s already incorporated. In my original review I was less than enthusiastic about the noise cancellation, but it is now most effective. The rest of my review remains unchanged: These earbuds are surprisingly comfortable to wear for long periods plus the quality of audio they create is astonishingly good. There’s more than enough powerful low bass to keep this bass guitarist happy. That’s more than I can say for the rather more expensive Shure 535s that these Jabra Elite 75s now replace. What’s more the overall audio balance from top end through middle to bass is awesomely accurate and revealing. Can’t say I’ve ever heard Anthony Jackson’s bass guitar on The O’Jays ‘For The Love Of Money’ sounding so detailed and powerful. Same goes for the top end clarity of the breathy guitars, keys and trumpet on David Sylvian’s ‘Nostalgia’ from his ‘Brilliant Trees’ album. Then there is the sheer quality of Gregory Porter’s voice on ‘Revival’ and ‘Concorde’ that I’m listening to right now from his latest album ‘All Rise’. Do I like these Jabra Elite 75t Earbud’s? You bet!
Noise canceling things doesn’t really work. I can still hear background voice.
Very, very pleased with this product. The sound and build quality far exceed my previous premium brand set. The noice cancellation and hear through is amazing and I have never had an issue with battery life.
Buy them immediately!
I spent a lot of time weighing up different sports headphones and can safely say this was a great choice!
Woooowwww! I love it soooo much! Everything is perfect! I am actually just get it, but I am so excited! Comfortable and the sound brilliant! The style perfect, I simply just love it so so much! Jabra, thanks, well done guys!
Echte Kaufempfehlung.
After my 65t’s died (full refund from Amazon) I needed a replacement.
The headphones were bought as a gift for my 16yr old son.
He said they fit and sound better than the 65t.
I could have got these much cheaper on ebay but that would have no warranty. So after having a pair that died on me after 14 months it makes sense to pay and get legit warranty.
5 stars.
Update 29 Jan 2021:
The 75T’s developed a fault and the left ear emitted a strange hiss and humming sound.
My son had used these a few times per week. Amazon offered me a refund or a new pair. I gladly had another paid as my son said there were pretty darn good.
Thank you Amazon!
Update dec 1st 2021.
The second pair have died and amazon have stepped in.
My son loves these but this is the second pair to go belly up.
Thank god i bought them on Amazon.
I brought the 75t Ear Buds to replace a Plantronics Legend which failed in the same way 3 other units I had failed; rubber round ear split. I found the the 75t’s build quality, functionality and controls are excellent and battery life is very good. Sound quality is OK and noise cancelling is not bad considering it is only passive. However, I did experience a couple of problems . There were brief dropouts of audio. The biggest problem was the units would drop out of my ears without much notice no matter how I forced them into my ears; so you have to be very careful with them and reseat them occasionally.
Perfect earbuds. Great sound easy push controls on earbuds and they stay in my ear when I’m out running. It’s taken me a few different types to find ones that do stay in!
I have been looking for a decent pair of wireless head phones that tick all the boxes. I believe I have finally found one. I have had the Jabra Elite 75t for a few months now and have fallen in love with them.
I had no problems with the headphones fitting into my ears. Not only are they comfortably, they stay in even during exercising which is a must for me.
Another must is off course the sound quality, which is lovely. The cherry on the top is that this can be adjusted easily to your preference using the Jabra app. Personally I like my music to have a lot of bass and I wasn’t disappointed.
The headphones were very easy to set up using the app and connected to the phone easily. The app enables you to change features on the headset with ease. Eg. The function of the buttons.
My only negative is that I have experienced problems with the app connecting to my headphones. Thankfully this has not been consistent and has not impaired my image of the headphones.
Overall I am extremely happy with the Jabra. The 7 hours of battery life is the cherry on the top for me. These are definitely worth the money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these.
I can’t use the normal in ear ones as hey don’t sit properly in my ears and keep falling out, so I’ve been stuck with headphones. I received my Jabra Elite 75t Earbuds yesterday.
The initial impressions were very positive, they look well built and durable. The Titanium Black looks cool and sleek. The charging case is a good size and feels sturdy. I downloaded the Jabra Sound + app onto my phone and went through the setup. It was a simple process with clear instructions to follow. The app quickly recognised that there was a Firmware update for the Earbuds, the app downloaded and installed the update within 10 minutes. Having a play around in the app I found it easy to use and setting up the sound preferences were quick and easy. The earbuds fit comfortably in the ear and it doesn’t feel like they’ll fall out like the usual earphones I tried using previously. I’ve made a few phone calls and the sound quality is very good with both being able to hear each other clearly.
As an early adopter of lower end true wireless earbuds mostly for podcast listening, these give a different experience.
Whilst the concept of passive noise cancelling reads as the fairly unimpressive default which brands now advertise their non-active cancelling models (of which I have no experience), these do seem to be genuinely well engineered. They certainly manage to exclude noise better than cheaper sets.
The HearThrough option does exactly what it’s supposed to, although I did notice it picked up the wind a bit, so it might not be as useful for hearing surroundings in higher wind.
The sound is solid, with individual instruments being easy to pick out. Cheaper sets can be muddier, though I don’t think they’re as bad as their low price tags suggest they should be. Bass is effective as long as the buds have a good seal, which is normal enough from what I’ve read and experienced.
My partner who used them before me experienced connection drop-out issues between the two buds, and although I didn’t, this comes up enough that it’d be hard to rule it out as a possible problem when considering these. I’m not sure what about my usage avoids this.
Overall, a definite step up from what i’m used to!
I’ve got three kids, all under the age of five. Many a time I’d have a phone call from the nursery for one of the toddlers or from the doctor’s for an appointment or from family. I would have to take the call, while cooking, while taking care of the newborn, while answering the door if someone knocked. Only a mother would know how difficult that can be. Many a time the wired hands free I was using earlier would snag somewhere, something would fall down and break, sometimes the little one would pull on it. Arrgh! These Jabra 75t Active headphones are simply the best. I can leave them on all day, and despite the moisture in the kitchen when cooking and boiling happens, it works just fine. I also use the Jabra Active 75t Elite for work outs (when I get the time!). Superb fit, great voice clarity and I can use the Hear through functionality to keep an ear out for the baby crying. Five stars!
I’ve tried MANY totally wireless earbuds over the last few years and these very possibly have the best sound quality of any I’ve used. The amount of base you can get from these little things is really quite impressive!
They’re very comfortable, being relatively small, although I did have the left bud fall out, I think I have a strangely large left ear and other sometimes get lose in my left ear.
I love the sound pass through, so handy for when you need to listen to announcements, or pop into a shop. No need to remove the buds.
I also love that you can alter the controls. I’m not sure any others let you do this, left and right buds separately, one tap, two taps and three taps. My only preference would have been to allow us to alter what changes volume too (holding down each bud)
All in all, possibly the best totally wireless buds you’ll find right now.
Headphones fit very well in ear without any sensation that they will fall out on movement- didn’t use them for sports so can’t comment on that. The hearthrough option was really surprising, having it deactivated doesn’t eliminate all surrounding noise you can still hear things but they seem like they are very far away, compared to my other headphones where I could hear people’s conversations more clearly than my music this was a great improvement. When you do have the hearthrough activated it’s like you don’t even have the headphones on the surrounding noise comes through very clearly. After using them for a couple of weeks I noticed that the left headphone can deactivate its easily fixed by putting it back in the case and removing it, but is annoying when you’re on the go. The app is great to adjust the sound quality, it initially does a test to see how well you can hear certain frequencies and then gives you a personalised sound profile which I found was great. The battery life can be a little off putting but I have only been charging them once a week and use them for daily commute. If you switch from listening to music to making a call the sound level drops so I always had to turn it up which is a little annoying but also easily managed. They are a bit temperamental going back in the case you can’t just drop them in, you have to put them in the exact angle otherwise they won’t go in- not ideal in the dark.
On first impressions when the headphones arrived, I thought ‘WOW’ these look super sleek and trendy. Upon opening the packaging and unboxing them, it met my expectations in terms of aesthetics. In hindsight I wish I hadn’t been boring and gone for the standard black ones as the coloured versions are beaut! They were super easy to set up and I absolutely love the feature on the app where it conducts a test on your hearing to provide you with a personalised profile that will best match your individual needs. The app is user friendly and gives you tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your headphones. The sound quality is great and they look snazzy when in your ears. I was not impressed with the hear through feature due to it being very sensitive to wind and therefore ruining your listening experience, although it does what it says on the tin and allows you to hear your surroundings. Although they are not noise cancelling, I have found they block out all noise for the most part which is good enough for me! Connecting the headphones to my laptop has proven temperamental at times however the fact that it has dual connection functionality (can be connected to 2 devices at a time) is pretty awesome! I haven’t had a chance to test them in a working out environment yet but I have ran for quite a few trains when running late and they haven’t fallen out so that’s a good sign! They’re comfortable to wear unless for a very long period of time and came 3 different sizes for you to find the best one for you! The battery life is amazing and I have only had to recharge the case once despite using them daily for over a week! The magnetic case is also a nice touch! The case is sleek and compact making it a perfect size for pockets or your bag. With regard to the buttons, for the most part it is great once you get use to what each one is e.g. press the right earbud once to pause your music. This can also be personalised to how you want it to be. It is a shame that only the right earbud works as a standalone earbud so you cannot use the left one by itself and changing the volume can be annoying as you have to hold and press the button which can result in it digging into your ear. I saw another insider suggested having a touch button instead which I think is a great idea! I would recommend these to friends and family based on the quality you get as I think they are definitely worth the price tag and are a smart pair of headphones that covers all your needs!
These Jabra active 75t wireless Bluetooth earbuds are lightweight and very comfortable. They fit nicely inside my ear. I absolutely love the mini portable charging dock: I can charge the ear buds anytime and anywhere. The case and ear buds are of premium quality and have a luxurious look and feel to them (matt finish).
The Jabra + app works seamlessly with the earbuds and has some fantastic features with the ability to customise and personalise the way you use them. The my sound feature encouraged me to complete a hearing test so it could adjust the sound to my hearing. Some other stand out features include moments which are pre-defined configuration settings to suit different moments of the day. I can program the sound in a way that adapts to my activities such as when I’m out running, cycling or at work etc. You can really fine tune the Audio using the equaliser. I’m immersed in my music and when watching videos.
The hear through mode is an interesting feature; I use it for when I’m out cycling and at home when the wife and kids are trying to get my attention. It’s great because it allows me to listen to my music and still hear my surroundings. I’m really impressed by the sound quality. You get a nice full sound with excellent bass delivery. They can get very loud too. I have the option to customise the treble, mid-range and bass to suit my personal preference. Battery life is fantastic. The charging dock just keeps the earbuds topped up. I love that you can see how much battery life is left on the earbuds and dock from the app. I hardly ever put the dock to charge, it just keeps going.
Overall, they are an incredible set of earbuds. They adapt so well to my lifestyle. I don’t experience any kind of fatigue or discomfort whatsoever. They stay firmly put when I’m out running, cycling and even doing hit workout. The earbuds are extremely durable. I can go anywhere and do anything by the fact that they are waterproof and sweat proof, giving me total peace of mind. Handsfree calling is a great experience; it’s amazing how it has 4 built-in microphones – it makes such a difference! The earbuds are also Amazon Alexa, Siri and Google voice assistant enabled which is pretty cool. Comfort and fit can vary from person to person.
Nothing to dislike at all amazing sound quality, and if you like bass then these are the earphones to get I scoured the web for videos and reviews and these came top all round
Los auriculares se encajan en la oreja haciendo un giro, como si te los metieras a rosca. S, justo as.
I’m very particular about my music and sound quality so researched earbuds heavilly before I purchased. It was a close call between these and the Bose. I went for these eventhough i have an amazing Bose Bluetooth speaker and this is my brand. The reviews on these said they stay in the ear canal better than than the opposition and eventhough I’d never heard of this brand i punted and purchased. The packaging is smart and when you get them out they look robust and well build. Pairing them is easy and when you turn them on…….The sound is mint! You hear parts of songs that you have missed for years! Its so clear with adjustable audio levels and a very comfortable fit. They come with variable fitting rubbers to work with your ears. You can adjust the commands with each ear buds ie; calls, muting pausing etc. One tap using the hearthrough function is superb where it amplifies the outside sound whilst still playing the music without taking them out. They are magnetic so go back into the case snuggly which is smart and charges them up when not in use and the battery life is superb. Not being too dramatic but these will change your life! I use them whilst walking the dog as they are showerproof. To wrap it up eventhough they are expensive I think they are well worth the money and eventhough i look for areas of improvement in any tech these are just quality. One of the best things I’ve bought and am very happy with build, function and sound quality. Buy these things and enjoy!!
Who spends 190 on earphones?
Well, me, apparently. I don’t really know how it happened but one second I was looking for a lost earbud tip for my trusty Creative Outlier Ones, and the next I was moving some money around to pay for these things. They arrived next day, before I’d really had a second to think about it.
I was fully prepared to regret my decision, expecting them to be a barely-better upgrade to the Creatives. But they’re not – I’m actually in love.
It’s hard to predict what items in your life can spark joy, but these Jabras really do.
I’m no audiophile, but I have to say they sound magnificent. The tones sound rich and can be manipulated further with an EQ accessible on a smartphone app. I’ve genuinely started listening to different kinds of music (e.g. orchestral) because the music just feels so enriched.
But you’d expect them to sound good, wouldn’t you, for the price? However, beyond sound, they simply do so many things which make my life very slightly, but very tangibly, better.
They have a passthrough audio system, so the microphone can relay the sounds of the world into the signal you are hearing. This sounds stupid (‘can’t you just take them off?’) but it’s not. If I’m doing the washing up and my wife shouts from the other room, I can hear her and respond. More importantly, I can switch them on while running and so can hear cars coming before I cross the road. Effectively, with these earphones you can decide how much of the world to let in, on a sliding scale again accessible via the companion app. The feeling is quite profound.
Other things are perhaps replicated by other earpod systems, but which are new and transformative for me. On long runs, they don’t run out of charge, because they live in a charging case, and so always start out fully charged. Fully charged charged means 9 hours, so being an ordinary runner who never runs anywhere near that long, this annoying issue in my life is now gone. Problem solved, thank you Jabra.
They’re also totally waterproof. I like listening to podcasts in the shower, and have a nice waterproof speaker in there which works great. But when I’m travelling and want to pack light, I don’t want to bring a speaker. So there we go – another admittedly small problem solved, but a problem solved nonetheless. Obviously, wearing them in the rain is another thing that’s now a non-issue.
The form factor is just lovely, and especially the case, which isn’t giant like some earphone cases, and attracts the earphones with a satisfying magnet then snaps shut with an even-more-satisfying clunk. I have some big over-ear headphones but I can see these will be replacing them for most activities; they’re just so easy to throw in a bag, or even just keep in a pocket. My headphones have noise cancelling and these things sadly do not, but they fit so nicely in the ear (see below) that they isolate noise brilliantly anyway – perhaps almost as well.
As I was saying, they fit in the ear both comfortably and somehow, at the same time, firmly. They simply don’t fall out, even in the middle of a sweaty mid-run sprint interval. You just don’t have to think about it.
As I said before, it’s hard to tell which items in your life spark joy. I bought a Kindle Oasis on a similar whim and just can’t get on with it; can’t shake the idea that it’s over-engineered to be the most expensive Kindle, rather than the best. However, the Jabra’s pass this test with flying colours. I heartily recommend them.
I mainly bought these earbuds for phone calling and videoconferences – preferring something more discrete and portable, than a full set of noise-cancelling ‘cans’.
These buds worked perfectly out of the box. Pairing immediately with laptops, phones and other devices. The manual seems to suggest that they can pair with up to 8 devices, I haven’t tried that many, but I certainly have no problems switching readily between the 2-3 that I use regularly. The Bluetooth connection appears to be very robust, I’m able to walk around my house quite easily and still maintain a strong link with my stationary computer.
Although I’m no audiophile, sound quality for music is excellent and on calls, the speakers and microphones do a great job of filtering out background noise and letting me be heard. Battery life is way more than long enough and the superfast charging of the case, with its secondary battery, makes concerns over power non-existent.
My only real complaint is that despite playing with different sized ear fitments, I still find the buds uncomfortable during extended sessions and it is often a relief to remove them at the end of a long call. Perhaps, this is personal, perhaps this is an inevitable consequence of having a piece of plastic inserted in your ear canal too long but if possible, you should test these out before commiting to what is a rather expensive ‘gadget’.
I’m very happy with this product, sound quality is great and passive noise cancellation works well with no annoying side effects in the ear. Microphone quality is great indoors, not so great outdoors, specially with wind.
The left ear bud disconnection was really annoying but has finally been fixed on the last firmware upgrade, it hasn’t happened for weeks now so I’m assuming it’s permanently fixed.
I had the Jaybird Vistas and had lots of problems with them falling out and being uncomfortable. I switched to these and I m much happier now.
Comfort and fit is good in my ears. Not perfect but good. Sounds is excellent – really impressive. Hear through really handy. App is good. Controls are good but not perfect and i like new firmware upgrade which gives more flexibility with this.
I have had small issue with left ear turning off a few times. It could be I pressed left controls wrongly but it was resolved by returning to the case to turn off and on. I have a feeling this is a glitch though but I cant be sure yet its too soon.
These headphones blew me out of the water, the sound is AMAZING , at the moment I have been using a pair of overhead Bose Quiet Comfort 35 which have been excellent, also a pair of Bang & Olfsun in ear which are just average for the cost. These Jabra Elite Active 75t are outstanding they pick up every note so clearly ,example Muse Hysteria, an excellent song, sounds absolutely outstanding and crystal clear, I thought it sounded excellent on my Bose headphones but the Jabra blew me away. also the features are so easy to to master and a welcome feature. All in all the the BEST headphones I have ever purchased and I have tried and tested around 60 pairs over my 45 years of listening to music. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5* ALLROUND
I had a lot of earbuds including the powerbeats but the jabbra are by far much superior.
Great clear sound , fits better in ear and dnt fall out after a 5km run .
So pleased I sent bought these in replacement to the melomanias I had to send back. These are so much better. Fit perfectly in my ears and don’t move at all. The sound quality is genuinely brilliant. I’ve had no issues with connectivity whatsoever. Paid 60 more for these than the melomanias but extremely pleased in comparison. Extremely loud and great bass. If anyone is considering these vs melamania by Cambridge audio. From experience, These win easily. Not having Noise cancelling is not great but they do a pretty good job anyway once they are in the ears. Pass through works well enough. Room for improvement I would say. You hear more high pitch noise than low pitch. But still handy. No wireless earbuds on the market are perfect yet but these are the best I’ve come across so far. Hopefully they look at improving hear through and noise cancelling in future releases but these are very small cons. They genuinely work well and do a fantastic job. Button controls are spot on. Easy to use.
Fantastic sound quality, naturally emphasis bass and has quite muted mid-range but onse set up in the EQ, they’re absolutely fantastic.
Did a lot of research with these and they havent let me down.
Compared to the competition these are the best sounding & priced ear pods with a bonus of water proof .
These earphones are fab am so glad I chose to try them, I have funny shaped ears and over the years I’ve tried so many and come to the conclusion they’re not for me, I thought I’d give these a try as I really wanted to find some I could wear, with the different size ear pieces I’ve managed to keep these in by using different ones on each ! Now to the actual product, I love how compact the case is and it charges really well, the sound is amazing and am able to connect instantly and quickly, I’m just getting used to all the functions of this clever little product, had them for a week and so far so good, will update after using them a bit longer, anybody who’s had problems with earphones need to try these.
So far my review is only on fit and look of the earbuds. They are a gift to my husband after the leading make had a manufacturing flaw. So after a refund i bought jabra instead. They fit my ear perfectly. I will edit this review after my moroccan husband gets them (hes stuck in morocco unable to return because flights are stopped with the virus). But they look great
Fit great. All the same features as his other ones. From what he sees he is delighted
Amazing earbuds. Perfect fit. Sound quality is great and call quality is in a league of its own clearest call quality ive ever had on earbuds ( and ive had the sony 1000-xm3 nad b&o e8 2.0) even when outdoors on the street. Compact small chrging case that easily fits into my pocket. Battery life is also great. The app allows a secent amoint of customisation especially the hear through feature which is very useful.
If i have one complaint its that i have experienced numerous stops and drops in the bluetooth connectivity. It is very annoying as i have to disconnect and reconnect the earbuds. Happened quite a dew times now. I hope its something thay can fix in a firmware update via the app.
