Very low noise so you can go on it in the evening or even in the early morning.
Really enjoying using it, after working out I feel like I have been in the gym.
Dial to change resistance so plenty of options and levels. Large foot rest which is very comfortable, along with the sponge seat. Also like the fact there is a stand for a device so you can have entertainment as you work out. Can be put on side for storage so doesn’t take up loads of room.

As we are basically turned one of our spare bedrooms into a fitness room, this was definitelt the best addition. It arrived well packaged and was very easy to assemble following the steps. Very excited to now have this product as it was aleays my favorite in the gym as it is a great cardio and all round body fat burner. And this is definitely no different to the ones in the gym and probably better then most i have used. Have now been just over a week of usage and still good as first day and with different levels of diffucelty is perfect way to know your progress.
This is my first rowing machine and it has exceeded my expectations. Very smooth/quiet, easy assembly, and smooth glide. Has enough tension adjustments that our entire family can get a work out. and I get a challenging total body workout, plus nice and sturdy space to Place my phone. Great piece of gym equipment for the price. We love it!
