This was a present for my grandson. He assembled it in half an hour and found it very comfortable to use. It folds up very easily to store in his room
It’s a nice bench, well padded, easy to use, a sturdy feel and easy to fold for storage. The only issue is, when in the flat position, it feels high and shorter users might struggle to get their feet on the floor when using it.
This a is a good, sturdy bench to train on, it said two man job but I was able to put it together myself, only thing to be weary of is to make sure you don’t tighten the bolts in too much or it will be difficult to adjust the bench, but top job none the less

Quick and easy assembly. Sturdy and robust. Dumbell rack is a little small to accommodate larger diameter handles, but that’s not a major issue for my wife who thi ks it’s a great bit of kit. The resistance bands that come with it are a little easy to pull and you will likely want to upgrade them to a “heavier” band with greater resistance as we have done.
Overall a very good purchase.
Assembly was simple. Some parts like the seat can be slightly shaky and seem loose but they are nonetheless secure and stable. Folding and changing positions can be a hassle especially mid-workout because if you change the position while it is standing it is unlocked and can possibly slam on to the ground, a risk of injury.
Does the job. Got this during lockdown since I can’t go to the gym. It’s feels study, if a little wobbly, but never feel it will give way under me (read the weight limit).
This was easy to put together and is easy to fold away (just need to put a bit of my weight on the bottom to get the last pin in).
I have a few wee gripes with this: 1 – it doesn’t go to 90 position but that’s my fault for assuming it would. 2 – the incline position feels a little too raised/larger angle than how I’d have it in the gym. 3 – the bench itself is a little high. I’m 6’1″ and find when it is in the position for a regular bench press, I have my feet on a tip toe position. You can get around this by having weights under your feet (or anything to raise them). 4 – the ‘resistance’ bands are pointless. They offer vey little resistance. Not too much of an issue for me as I didn’t buy the bench for tha
Once assembled (I strongly recommend watching the associated YouTube video but also read the instructions), the bench is very good; comfortable, sturdy, and flexible.
My only gripe is that it takes just enough time to re-adjust to different positions that you likely leave it in the most common position, which is a real shame as it’s a very capable bench.
This is a fantastic value product, which can replace a gym membership entirely.
If you are up for a bit of DIY, the assembly brings about great satisfaction. As for the bench itself, it is extremely versatile in it’s positions and the functionality of the cords.
It is an extremely lightweight bench, so would recommend putting weight on the bench if using the cords.

Comfortable to use and very sturdy. Great value for money against other weight benches. I found this very straight forward to assemble too.
It is a bit fiddly to adjust to the different positions and take a bit of working out to get used to changing to the position you want, I have found some of the more expensive benches like the ones used in gyms to be much easier and quicker to adjust but this one works great for at home especially for the price.
The weight rack seams like a great feature but in reality you don’t use it much as you can’t have dumbbells on it while adjusting positions.

This product is a great but very easy to use and to fold up – Very study product and would buy even if the price wasn’t so low but for the price this is a steal and would recommend for anyone wanting to work out at home don’t think you will find a product as good anywhere near this budge
It would help if the holes were colour coded to assist in setting the bench to different positions
REMEMBER – you need to have the weight of the bench in your grip when you take the pin out (it does collapse with a bang)
This bench is tall for those who are under 5’6″, but it is comfortable, a sensible weight, folds very well for storage and quite stable. The build in dumbbell rack is a handy touch. Very easy to build though id recommend a good adjustable spanner as the supplied tools are a very sloppy fit and you could damage the bolt heads with them.
Adjustment is not too fiddly, but a bit awkward as you need to take the weight off each leg while adjusting it and get the pin in at the right angle – not something you can do while sat on the bench for example.
It has a range of positions, but they are all quite inclined, if you want a more upright seating position you might want to look at the more recent version of the bench.
One advantage it has over the newer version though is that it easily folds down flat for storage.
Finally, on my bench, the holes in the foot brace were not alligned with the holes in the frame, so the pin to hold that up doesn’t go through. You can also see that the finish on that part is not so good as the coating has gone a bit blobby, but that was the only piece that was not finished well in the kit. However the suppliers were very helpful in addressing this issue and quickly managed to sort things out for me.
All in all, almost great. If you are more lucky than me and get one where all the bits fit, and you are happy with the positions it offers it’s a fine bit of kit.
It has a strong build and is comfortable. folds flat easy and can be put on a sofa of flat against a wall without taking much space.
The bad: I have seen on other reviews mentioning it is not easy to adjust which I agree. The big difference with this bench is that the legs move along with the back and can take a bit of time for your head to get used to. Sometimes it appears the pin sizes expand and contract, one min it slides easily intp place, the next it doesnt. It’s because there is no give in the hole that the pins slide into; the pin and hole are near enuogh the exact same diameter. If you do a lot of HIIT workouts then avoid this bench but if you do usual weight sets then it’s not a problem.
I have decided to keep it because of the way it folds which is very conveniant for my room.

The longest rod (for the seat part of the bench) is broken at the end and doesnt look like it should. I was hoping the seller could just send out another one of those rods. Thank you!
I’ve been using this machine for around a week now. It was fairly easy to handle, assemble and move around. The pins are moveable but a little grease or oil may help them if you change the position regularly. The kit includes all the necessary tools needed to assemble this but an extra helpinh hand may be worthwhile. The quality is robust and it does seem like it will hold up well. It’s not bad considering I couldn’t afford the ones from big stores for double the price. I will update the review later if I manage to stick to my workout routine.
I like that it’s was easy to set up and it’s really comfortable use for mens and women’s. Take not many place and easy to hide. I can recommend worth to buy.
Had ordered this item half expecting problems from other reviews, however the bench is sturdy, stable and (relatively) easy to assemble and adjust.
Having weight trained for years and weighing just over 100kgs, this is the first home use bench that I’ve felt stable on (even when adding 50-70kgs of weights and using at different angles: incline bench, dips, bent-over rows, hip thrusters).
While setup can be quick laborious (would recommend two people here), contrary to other reviews, adjusting the bench is relatively straightforward. If assembled properly, removing and inserting the pins is relatively quick (provided the bench is assembled tightly) and for the more difficult angles (steep incline), a simple wiggle when adjusting will solve any issue.
Overall, great bench at a good price.
Purchased this bench over two weeks ago.Seller provided great service so I got my order within two days.I was a bit skeptical as you not supposed to get decent bench for this money, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised as the quality of bench is decent and solid.quite easy to assemble and pleasure to use, Has few different positions which very easy to change.And finally but very important to me that it can fold completely flat and after training just slide it under the bed and it doesn’t take any space.Great purchase, very happy customer.Would definitely recommend

Its easy to assemble and perfectly fits under bed. Comfortable seat and back support ( woman 60kg and man 100kg) Fully functional bench for different exercises and good size for flat (doesn’t take a lot space)
Solid and well manufactured, the material and padding is well put together. Im 6ft 3 and weigh 90kg, I find it adequate for what I wanted and i’m glad with the purchase.
The only downsides for me are that the backrest does not adjust into a fully upright position, it is slightly angled, and the bolts for adjusting can sometimes br slightly annoying to align.
I would recommend it though to anyone looking for a bench at a reasonable price.
Assembling the bench took a while, and it can be confusing to get the correct bolts in the right places, but with patience it was ok. I found a couple of the removable bolts to adjust the position of the bench a bit hard to get through but once they went in once, subsequent attempts were much easier. I’ve used it a few times now and it is perfect.
This is amazing bench for the money, the feet do not slip at all. For the money the quality is amazing. This bench can be used sitting up or lying down. If you are looking for a workout bench this is well worth the money.
Very practical bench, easy can hold me (77kg) plus pair of 50kg dumbbells.

Perfect for home use exercise routines and doesn’t occupy too much space
I have been using this bench for about 5 months now. I am a beginner and this was my first use with a workout bench so keep that in mind. The construction was quite easy, and actually I was impressed by how well organised the hardware was; the individual nuts, bolts and other pieces of hardware were methodically packaged and labelled so as for easy assembly. Once assembled, the bench feels very sturdy. It doesn’t feel like it would ever give up on you, I have always felt safe while using it.
It’s very easy to fold and unfold; you simply pull the metal bolts out and adjust the bench to the desired angle, then reinsert them into the locking holes. Readjusting the bench to different angles is very easy, it takes me about 30 seconds to go from flat bench pressing to incline bench pressing. I’ve done a variety of exercises on the bench, and so far I haven’t had any issues except with flat bench pressing.
The one caveat I have is that the bench is slightly too tall- and I’m average male height. I’m unable to place my heels on the ground when bench pressing, but this can be worked around by putting wood under your feet.
Overall I’m very happy with this bench. I love how it looks, it feels comfortable too. The PU leather seems to be holding up nicely, and it’s easily wipe cleaned. It’s the perfect bench for working out especially if you’re short on space. The dumbbell rack is great too. I’ve done pullovers on the bench and put a dumbbell on the rack as counterbalance.
Hello, the product was / is great however the pins are too tight for the holes making the adjustments of the bench too difficult. smaller pins would help.
The bench has been a useful edition to my home gym kit. It can be set in a variety of positions which after a little practice become easier to set up. It took me about an hour to assemble the bench initially.
There’s a lot to assemble. When adjusting the positions it’s very stiff getting the bolt in and out. Folds away well
Bought this as a birthday present for my husband as he is trying to build his own gym at home since we aren’t allowed to go to the gym due to covid. He really loves it. It’s not too big and can be stored away easily. It allows for many positions and can be used for different exercises / stretches. It also has storage for your weights at the back which is super convenient and professional looking. Overall I’m happy with it and would recommend for those who want to exercise at home due to the current circumstances.
The first thing’d say is you need a good spanner and socket set for assembly, the spanners provided are cheap and close to useless. Once I’d dug out the correct ring spanner and socket set it was much easier.
Once built adjusting it is a bit of a faff and its a little bit rickety, but fully functional. I suppose I’ll get used to the adjustments.
If you want gym, quality benches you’ll have to pay a lot more than this but as its for home use it been fine so far.
I bought this for my son ,ready for the new lockdown. We put it together in about 25 min . Was really easy to put together . It has good reviews ,and I can see why . It folds up like an ironing board. Its a good product. Perfect for home use.
I work away from home a lot, so wanted a folding bench I could put in my car without taking up too much room. This does the job.
I wouldn’t rely on this bench as a daily use bench in a properly kitted home gym. The position adjustment is a pain in the backside, and the range of positions is quite limited.
It was pretty easy to assemble, however the tools supplied for doing this were pretty sub-par, and you’d be better using proper tools.
Delivery was fast and the product was well packaged.
Setup was a doddle with the help of my wife to hold a few bits in place.
Once fully built it feels solid and sturdy when using it.
My wife likes the resistance bands that it comes with and they definitely work for giving you a good stretch for warm up and down.
I also like the fact that you can add your dumbells in the carry rack at the back, nice addition. You can have the seat at different angles and even flat so you can have lots of different workouts with this bench and work lots 9f different muscle groups.
All in all I am very happy with this bench.
Its good quality, easy to assemble, has good options and looks great. Now I just have to finish my garage gym so its ready to use.
All of the above reasons mean I have to give this bench 5 stars.
I’m a regular gym goer so let me get straight to it.
Bad things:
-There is no setting for the backrest to go ‘near’ upright – so shoulder pressing is impossible – it’s more of an incline bench press. This is the worst thing about the bench.
– It’s quite a bad design to be honest – to adjust the bench you have to keep adjusting BOTH legs, not the back rest. Never seen this type of design before.
– To make adjustments to the bench you have to pull out TWO steel pins and reinsert which is VERY tight and just a nightmare. The plastic ball handle snapped off my pin so its razer sharp now.
– The bench is really high up. I’m 6’1 and my feet just about touch the ground when I’m benching or incline benching.
Good things:
– Setting the bench up was straight forward
– Bench is very sturdy
Overall it’s a bad design. Best to buy another design where the backrest is fully adjustable – not the legs! It’s clearly a Chinese import with little thought to design.
This bench was amazing!
During lockdown when there was no access to a gym I saw this on Amazon and bought it. There are cheaper options available, however, this was well worth the investment. It has various ways of usage especially due to the many adjustable ways in which to utilise this bench.
It also comes with a dumbbell rack which was very helpful in keeping my home gym tidy as well as maximising the amount of space to exercise in.
Alongside this, there are exercise bands that come with the bench as well that can be used in multiple ways to exercise nearly all key areas of the body.
This is an exceptionally great product and 10/10. Would recommend.
This weight bench is really good quality! Its comfortable even when using heavy weights. I like the fact it can be folded in so many different ways which is great when I can’t get to the gym cause I don’t have to leave out as many exercises as on many weight benches with limited functions. My only slight issue was figuring out how to move the bench between positions which took me a little while but now I’ve done that it’s perfect!
Bought this product for my home gym due to corona lockdown and not wanting to go to public gyms, this bench is great value for its price and is a lovely addition to my home gym, fairly easy to build and great sturdiness.

I bought this bench as me and my partner have been unable to go to the gym since the covid outbreak. The package wasn’t too big to carry, which is great as we live in a top floor flat! Although I didn’t put it together, my partner said it was really easy to assemble and we’ve loved being able to do more of a variety when it comes to our home workouts. The bench also feels very sturdy.
The box the item came in was damaged. Three screws were missing as were many washers and a wheel that attaches to the end of the bottom part for mobility. Luckily I had spare screws and washers. If I didn’t the bench could not be made. Warning to anyone who is buying second hand, parts may be missing, mine assembled fine but only after I replaced the parts. I would have been very dissatisfied if I did not have the parts at home. Be careful if buying second hand. Otherwise bench is fine
Surprisingly sturdy. Very comfortable. Would have liked the back to be able to be moved to 90 degrees. Definitely the best value for this price range.
This is an excellent piece of kit for the money. I found it straightforward to assemble – the instructions are good if you follow them carefully and methodically. In use it’s reasonably easy to set up (from its flat storage position) and to switch between its different configurations, but it is quite heavy so again, do this with care. The result is a sturdy and versatile bench which I feel very confident about using, with weights, over a wide range of exercises. At the price, it looks to have been well-designed and well-made. I’m delighted with this purchase.
After being scammed for a similar item from overseas (paid via PayPal too!) and losing a fair bit of money, I made this purchase and wish I had done so sooner. Great product, does the job, love the many positions it can be adjusted to and more than everything else, great to get more than your moneys worth! Thanks guys!

Good product. Quite easy to assemble. Would recommend 2 people assembly for some parts. Easy to adjust and fold away. Practical for small spaces.
Real comfy cusion pads. Multiple adjustable positions. Support a very heavy person like myself. Great for a home gym over all. Been using it for the past couple days and so far it’s been treating me nicely. Could be folded up and put away easily. Nothing sharp like the other one i had that kept scratching me.
Nice bench its sturdy enough for home use. The pins are a bit of a pain locating the holes. But they are secure and I have confidence its not going to collapse. Can’t understand why the top head piece is separate as is bolted flush anyway. If the head wasn’t oval in shape it could have bean used as a quick preacher curl. But all in all good value.

Great value for money , well made piece of equipment , you could spend more money but why ??? this has everything you need and folds flat which is brilliant for storage , I personally do not use the resistance bands included and even if you do not like the pair in the set you could always fit your own . Had to cancel my gym due and was not sure about this purchase. Took the chance and I am quite happy with it indeed. Space is an issue for me and this fits so well in my storage when I fold it. I can orient it in multiple ways and I am actually doing more with this. Sturdy frame, good top leather like seating, nice elastic robes, all round good. Recommend it.
