Just the most beautiful Barbie-sized dollhouse you can find for a bargain price! Tasteful decor, unique features, and sturdy furniture pieces. And super easy to build; if you’ve every built Swedish flat-pack furniture, you’ll know how long it takes to sort out their parts and hardware. With KidKraft, all of their parts came labelled and the hardware in a flat-pack builder’s advent calendar (nevermind the actual dollhouse, I included a photo of the organised hardware!). Mommy (and the kids) can’t wait to play with this one, 100% recommended.
I was looking for a good doll house for daughters 3rd birthday. After a long search I got this and it’s is so much better what I expected. All the barbie dolls fit well. A barbie dream hose tends to be expensive and made of plastic. This is less than half the price, wood and great furniture. We could not be happier as its such a great product for the price.

I enjoyed making it. (I love building flat pack). The screw heads match the wall it goes into. The instructions are so easy to follow. Only thing that took awhile was I stupidly couldn’t tell which way the back of the wall plastic things went in but I don’t think that deserves taking a star off. As it’s fantastic. Furniture mostly wooden. And it’s same height as my daughters who are almost 8. So it’s pretty substantial size. And made for barbies. Only wish I had one when I was little.

Una bella casa delle bambole dove la bambina si diverte a giocare.. per montare ci vuole un po di tempo anche se le istruzioni sono buone ma non ottime. perch quando si monta non c’ scritto il verso come mettere il pezzo, infatti una volta ho sbagliato ad unire un pezzo che andava messo dal lato opposto. e alcune viti si spannono ed un po difficile da uscire. si deve montare con cautela perch si pu rompere un po il legno. per il resto la casa bellissima e la bimba ci gioca tutti i giorni..

Ho comprato questa casa delle bambole per mia nipotina e non solo lei felicissima ma sono anche io molto soddisfatto di come la casa si abbina al resto della casa. Non tanto per i colori che sono anche abbastanza sgargianti ma piuttosto per la qualit del materiale. Vero, il prezzo non dei pi abbordabili ma la qualit assolutamente assicurata. Non ci sono molte case delle bambole cos curate nei dettagli e in legno. Da ricordare che il peso la grandezza sono considerevoli.

La casa delle bambole spettacolare…….oltre ad essere solidissima fatta veramente bene, c’ tutto l’ occorente per poter trascorrere interi pomeriggi a giocare con le bambole…inoltre il wc dotato di un dispositivo sonoro che simula lo sciaccquone, la lampada della cucina si accende, il frigo idem e il pianoforte suona, veramente fantastica
Cassetta acquistata per una bambina di 9 anni che ne rimasta entusiasta. La casetta sembra solida una volta montata ma per farlo necessaria molta accuratezza: i ripiani di legno sono sottili e le viti per ancorare un piano all’altro sono piuttosto lunghe. Altro lato negativo che dopo appena un giorno ho notato una tendenza allo scollamento del rivestimento lungo gli spigoli (vedi foto), provveder a tamponare il problema. Detto questo, per, c’ da dire che la casa davvero bella e, come detto all’inizio, ha un aspetto davvero solido, vedremo nel tempo.

Worth every single penny! Absolutely thrilled with this dollshouse. The instructions were foolproof meaning they were as simple as ikea furniture The screws were colour coded to match the areas of the house which I was really happy to see. The furniture was fantastic, the fridge lighting up when you open the doors and the lamp light and toilet flush just added to our joy.

Flat pack and instructions are not exactly clear but not so hard to figure out if you’re a visual thinker although it did take a good few hours to build! Nonetheless, an awesome dollhouse!

My daughter loves this house. Its colourful and sturdy and was in perfect condition when it arrived. It took an experienced flat pack builder 3 hours plus to build it , its not easy but worth it. Its very large and would not suit a small bedroom. The lift is a little stiff to move but nothing a touch or grease wouldn’t fix. The little light, musical piano and toilet sounds are fun. There’s lots of furniture included which is good you don’t need much to top its up to doll heaven! We will add some lights and a wardrobe to ours this Xmas. We have had ours for two months and can’t be happier with it .

We bought it on offer at 108.00 but it’s well and truly worth the actual price. Better than any actual Barbie dream house.

Meine Tochter ist sehr froh ber dieses Puppenhaus. Sie fragt schon lnger nach sowas und ich hab mich jetzt berwunden es ihr zu schenken. Es ist sehr stabil, der Aufbau ist sehr einfach, anhand der mitgelieferten Anleitung konnten wir es sehr schnell aufbauen.
Le montage est assez long mais le bonheur dans les yeux de ma fille au fur et mesure de la construction nous a fait oublier ce point.

L’unica pecca sono state le gambe del pianoforte mancanti nella confezione. Il venditore non spediva solo quel pezzo mancante ma avrebbe ripreso tutta la casa per la sostituzione…purtroppo ce ne siamo accorti alla fine del montaggio (vedo nei commenti che successo spesso purtroppo).
Eso si, el montaje resulta algo complicado…

Ogni vite suddivisa per comparti quindi facile da collocare i mobili sono rifiniti bene e funzionano veramente…. Wow, what a choice! It was really difficult to settle on one of KidKraft house. I ended up choosing this one, mainly due to the excellent price but I also loved the old-style ‘greenhouse’ elements (reminded me of Kew Gardens!). On comparing reviews for other KidKraft houses, I noted that the rooms in this house were a good height and not as pokey as some reviewers noted in other houses, which was important – my daughter is five and I think she’d get annoyed if it’s difficult to position or play with her dolls.
On to the building – it’s not my first flat pack rodeo. The instructions were excellent. I’ve built another, smaller wooden dolls house before (the LOL house) which was a nightmare! It helped that since then, I’ve invested in a cheap, electric screwdriver which saved my little hands a lot of work this time around with the KidKraft dolls house.
My only gripe is that getting the backboards onto the clips was an absolute nightmare, but I don’t think it’s worth knocking stars off for that.
The house is huge so do make sure you have the room but, the accessories are brilliant (just right for my young daughter) and she loves the little added features like flushing toilet, light in refrigerator and especially loves the musical piano. Hours of play, room for extra furniture if you want to … I can foresee years of play with this. I hope so anyway, it’s taking up a big chunk of room in the living room!

elatively easy to assemble for two people, the film on panels and edges is really thin and easily scratches, than peels off… maybe a decent laminated film will help this thing to last longer.
on the positive side – furniture peaces are all great – (they are plastic and spongy) making lots of sounds and lighting up when touched.

Le istruzioni dono un p pessime e a mio avviso consigliano male il montaggio… Consiglio di nn montare x ultimo gli sfondi.
La consegna ha fatto veramente piet… Faremo reclamo chiedendo i soldi indietro x la consegna veloce dato k abbiamo pagato x averla entro luned 23 dicembre e l’abbiamo ricevuta luned 30 dicembre.
Per il resto il prodotto vale davvero molto…. Senza parlare della gioia immensa k abbiamo visto negli occhi di nostra figlia quando l’ha vista.

Achat pour ma fille de 7ans elle est ravie!! C’est 1 trs belle maison trs large mais peu profonde donc pas si envahissante que a si vous avez suffisament d’espace pour la ranger contre 1 mur. Montage long mais en suivant bien les tapes aucun souci, les ttes de vis ont mme t peintes dans la teinte des murs. J’enlve cependant 1 toile pour la solidit car si vous visser 1 peu trop fort, le bois a tendance s’carter, donc privilgier le tournevis manuel..
J’ai eu un peu peur car aucun commentaire lors de ma commande mais je la trouvais vraiment belle sur les images j’ai donc pris le risque de commander cette maison pour le Nol de ma fille de 4ans. Pour le montage comptez 1h minimum, la notice est trs clair, aucun manquant RAS. Trs bonne qualit semble solide et dcor avec got.
Ma fille est ravis la maison est vraiment magnifique et est adapt pour des poupe de 30cm (des barbies par ex).
Faites juste attention au prix d’achat car je vois qu’il change trs souvent, je les eu 89,50
Mi hija alucin con la casa, es hermosa, moderna y actual. Algunos elementos del mobiliario tiene sonido y luces y te sorprenden lo lindo que puede ser para jugar. El manual de instalacin vino incompleto, pero lo descargue de internet.
Mi piaciuto molto il fatto che c’ un App animata che ti indica come montarla oltre ad avere il classico manuale di montaggio cartaceo ed anche il pacco delle viti per il montaggio che sono numerate e separate come se fosse un blister cos sai subito quale vite serve invece di averle tutte insieme in un sacchetto. Bello anche luci e suoni di alcuni oggetti, super soddisfatto.

Pero como todo, perfecto al 100% no es, pero lo bueno tapa lo malo.
LO MALO:
– Las instrucciones, aunque vienen bien, podran ser ms claras porque el montaje que, en funcin de manitas que seas y si tienes ayuda puedes ir de las 4 horas (muy hbil) a las 10h (patoso). Eso si, si no eres hbil mejor tener ayuda para montarlo y hacerlo seguro y despacio porque hay que tener en cuenta que hablamos de madera de pino y no se puede estar apretando y aflojando tornillos porque esta madera es blanda y se estropea si metemos y sacamos tornillos varias veces.
– Aunque tiene muchos detalles, los cantos que se ven por fuera en madera podan haber ido pintados. Adems, aunque va lijado, no es difcil que se astille y se claven alguna astilla los nios.
– La caja en la que viene la vi algo endeble. Hablamos de mucho peso y volumen y podra yr mejor empaquetado de lo que va.
– Se podra aclarar mejor el montaje si en las instrucciones se viese el dibujo donde va o llevasen las piezas un sistema de pegatinas que aclarasen ms.
El ascensor poda haber subido hasta la buhardilla o la escalera de caracol. Ya me pregunt mi hija como suba la mueca arriba y me tuve que inventar un acceso imaginario.
– Si el precio sube de 180 con todo lo veo excesivo.
LO BUENO:
-Queda IMPRESIONANTE una vez montada. Muy bonita.
– Las habitaciones son grandes, lo que la hace ms cmoda para jugar. Si hubiesen dividido para sacar ms habitaciones la haran ms incomoda.
– Gran numero de accesorios muy bien detallados. La lmpara con luz y el piano con msica le encantan
– El que los accesorios no vayan fijos a una zona hace que sea muy flexible jugar con ellos y desarrollan la imaginacin al jugar con ellos.
– Es el primer accesorio de montaje (incluyo muebles) donde todos los tornillos vienen plastificados en una lamina A4 con el nombre de cada uno, lo que facilita mucho en el montaje.
– Una vez montada te olvidas de lo costoso que ha sido su montaje, pero repito, asegurarse de que van bien las piezas antes de atornillar.
– Trae un sistema de anclaje con un tornillo a la pared para evitar cadas.
– Por 125 que la pille no veo mejores opciones.

Took a while to build but brilliant dolls house. Fits all daughters Barbie size dolls. Furniture good playable quality. All round good house with everything a little girl could need.

That’s a cute and functional BIG dollhouse! I’m trying to write now a decent review for you but let me apologize for my English just in case some lines doesn’t make sense. I’m originally from Germany but will try my best.
My 4 1/2 years old daughter getting really creative while playing with this dollhouse. For example arranging the bathroom into the living room or the kitchen to the bed room, there are so many ways to get constructive 😀 Even her Barbie’s fit in there just perfect. Also the beach car which is available at any Barbie car dealer has enough space in the attached garage ;> The piano plays one short melody (about 3 sec.) by pressing the key section. It sounds like a mix out of an old Wurlitzer and Synthesizer. The sound is acceptable. The one floor lamp really lights up and switches off automatically after some seconds. Though the elevator is going a bit tight up and down but I could help loosen it by pushing it up and down really fast several times, now it works smoother.
The quality of the house is good. I would give it an 8 on a scale from 1-10. I had to fix some minor things. Some parts came with a sort of glued on layer which provide the textures/colors, so some edges peal up a little. But some super crazy glue can fix that. No problem.
Also on the hinges to the garage doors were some screws missing and when I assembled the elevator, the wood were kind of breaking off while putting the screws in because the Plexiglas is under some serious tension. I recommend bending it first really good before assembling the elevator, maybe with help of warming it up with a hair dryer (but honestly I don’t know if this really would make a difference, I’m not a Plexiglas expert). I was a bit disappointment at first that this happened BUT no problem, all you have to do is writing a short email to the support and they reacted right away very friendly and send a replacement for the missing/broken parts immediately! Excellent!
One last thing I want to mention, maybe it helps you to save some time. I did a little mistake in the beginning when assembling the house. Maybe I didn’t read the introduction carefully enough or I just was too excited to put it together but whatever, there are some screws in the set with the same number and size but different colors on the head for the different levels on the house. I notice it too late, so I had to fix it in the end to match the right screw colors with the colors of the house. Maybe this problem could be simply bypassed by the manufacturer by calling them (for example) “8a, 8b, 8c, etc…”
I think this was a good little investment, I’m sure my daughter will have fun with this dollhouse for a long time, I’m guessing till she 9 or 10 and I wish all her toys would/could last that long.

This doll house is extremely sturdy. I have caught both of my kids climbing on it and there has been no sign of damage. Not that I condone climbing on this, but it’s not the plastic Barbie’s dream house that might just collapse.
It does come with the hardware to anchor it to the wall.
One disappointment though, is the placement of the pool area. My daughter has to stand on the “patio” to be able to reach into the top bedroom. It’s not a huge deal as it seems pretty sturdy, but I do wish the patio area was a bit shorter in length so that it didn’t take up 75% of the front of the house. You can move it though. It does not attach to the main dollhouse. But it’s still a huge. In my picture, you can see it off to the side.
A few helpful tips for assembly:
-Have some LR44 batteries on hand along with a tiny size screwdriver. Both the toilet and piano came with dead batteries. I think each item takes 3, so you would need 9 total for all of the items (there’s also a light that lights up). I could be mistaken though and it could just be 2 but I’m fairly sure it’s 3.
-Spend the time organizing your parts before starting to put it together. Unwrap ALL of the furniture. There are pieces you need to assemble with hidden in other pieces! Also, be careful while unwrapping. There is one small, silver plastic piece that could easily be lost and then make it impossible to attach the stairs for the deck. Arrange the house pieces in numerical order. It will save you some sanity.
If you take about 20 minutes to prepare to assemble, you’ll be better off.
-Have some vaseline and q-tips handy. Use it to grease up the inside of the track for the elevator. It will make a world of difference!
-Use a drill or electric screwdriver. Go buy a cheap one if you don’t have one. You really don’t want to put this together without one. Electric screwdrivers are pretty cheap and worth it in this instance!
-Look at the screws prior to assembly to get an idea of what you have. The instructions will just say to use screw “A” but it won’t mention that screw A comes in pink, tan, grey, and green. As well as every single other screw. We have a few that aren’t where they are supposed to be but not many. If you just notice that different sections of screws are still all the same, you won’t make the same mistake….hopefully. It’s not the end of the world if you do.
I know there were a few times that the instructions weren’t very clear. Don’t be in a rush. Take your time and look at the pieces it’s referring too. If it seems confusing, just think about the room it’s trying to make and match things up.
We put this together on Christmas eve and it took about 3.5 hours. We had nowhere to store it before so we had to assemble in one night.
Now for the drawbacks. Thankfully I received the dollhouse a few weeks before the holiday because NINE of the pieces were damaged and one was missing. Seven of the pieces had major flaws in the printed stickers. It looked like they had been stacked together before completely dry or at least got moist and the printing was pulled off. One chair was broken and the sofa had big paint drips on it. KidKraft makes it very easy to order replacement parts and despite the fact I ordered 10 pieces they sent them all, individually packaged, without as much as a questioning email. The replacement sofa looked even worse than the original with touch up paint on it that was several shades off from the rest in several places. I didn’t have time for another reorder so they have two messed up sofas which they don’t even notice.
It took me four hours of actual working time to assemble the house by myself. The directions were very simple, the parts were clearly marked and the hardware was nicely packaged. The only assembly snag came when putting the clear plexiglass panels on the balcony. The panels were 1/4″ too tall to fit so my husband cut them down and then it was fine. Another problem is the stickers used to mark the pieces do not easily come off, this is a big problem when they are on printed pieces. I used some of the damaged pieces to try different products to remove them but all damaged the print. Scrapping also damages the print so many of my pieces still have sticker pieces and residue until I figure something out. The third floor is a little saggy and may need to be braced in the middle after more play. The fourth floor print doesn’t line up perfectly, about 1/2″ of the print from the ceiling of the third floor is visible at the floor line of the fourth floor. The elevator is very stiff to operate but I think a very small amount of oil will help.
Despite these problems and annoyances I think most little girls would love this house and parents will be happy to have a sturdy “wood” house for the Barbies rather than the plastic pieces of junk that tips and breaks.
