I bought this for my 13yr old as he sweats greatly when using his oculus headset. It snapped on very easily, he said it fits his head ok. You can hardly hear the fan when it’s on and it dies stop the steaming up and does keep him cooler. The only problem he said is the nose part tickles his nose a little. But he has a small head and face. So it could be tha

The product looks to be well made. Though it game with a foam padding and not leather. But tbh I prefer the foam. I use this with the official elite head strap and its fine and glasses spacer can also be used too.

The fan blows a nice amount of air onto your for head and face. It’s powerful enough to be felt but not so powerful it affects your eyes.

Fantastic item. Really would not be without this now. When immersed in VR especially in physically active games this powered facial fan truly is a “must have”. Very comfortable and cooling. Sounds noisy when you first put it on but when the games start you can’t hear the fan, or at least I can’t.

Very comfortable and appears well made, adjustable head strap not too tight or loose dpending on head size.
Definetly worth investing in if you are a serious gamer, gives a light blow of air which is very effective and welcome.
Slight noise but nothing annoying, after all a fan does make some noise but this certainly doesn’t interfere with your gaming experience.
No awful fogging or sweaty face when using this, all in all very comfortable and allows better an dlonger gaming expereinces.

Fantastic product removes all fog from lenses with no issues. very comfortable a little fiddly to connect first time. Does exactly what it says probably even better than described with one issue the foam provided with it literally Absorbs all sweat it comes in contact with like it says in description which makes using it for prolonged time not possible. If you need to take headset off during use putting it back on does not feel at all good and gets very cringe fast as there is no way to wipe it dry you have no option but to put it back on if you want to continue using which feels very Unhygienic to use. If the foam face cover was of different material this would have 10 out of 10 but to use this you have to pay a lot of money to buy it then spend another 20 or more on a different material face cover which I think is Unacceptable.

This cooling fan face cover is ideal for when I use fitness apps on my virtual reality set. It does what it’s supposed to and is relatively easy to use.

The only drawback is that it does seem a bit overpriced at the current price of just under 49, given its plastic build, but I would still recommend.

This product is much needed it works for the Oculus/Meta Quest 2 and it fit and feels great cause it does get warm and steamy in the vr but with this add on it has a sweat band around it and has 2 cooling settings either constantly flows cool air around or you can have it in 5 second bursts it is a deffinate must have and makes playing games for longer way more comfortable to me this is worth the money and such a great product so I do highly recommend gamers will love

I kinda feel that the Quest 2 really shines with the addition of this accessory.

It’s lightweight, well designed, easy to assemble and recharge. So comfortable that Very quickly you are immersed in a game not knowing that you are wearing this .

Surely it doesn’t work as well as air con, but it does prevent fogging up which is great during the game. Drastically improved my experience when using the Oculus headset.

Overall It increases the comfort, a must with the Oculus Quest 2. I love this product, a bit pricey but essential to the VR experience.

KKCOBVR K2 Cooling Fan Face Cover with Sweat Proof Material Interface Pad for Oculus/Meta Quest 2 Accessories, Relieve Lens Fogging and Replace Quest 2 facial Cover Cushion is currently at the price of 44.09 (/with an extra 10% off voucher) including next day quick delivery and 30 day free returns if anything goes wrong with the product.
Its a really great addition to your Oculus/Meta Quest 2 especially during the warmer weather season to make sure that your face does not get all sweaty and uncomfortable during your game time – I personally use it even now, as I find it comfortable to be able to switch when I feel just a little bit too hot.
The attachment is made of good quality sturdy plastic – yet lightweight, that clicks on the headset with no issues. The session padding is very comfortable on your face and the edges are smooth so they don’t dig into your face.
Yes it is a bit pricey but I do think it is worth it and I would recommend this choice.

Good addition to your oculus on for warmer days

I ordered this for my grandson who is hardly ever off of his Oculus, lol. I originally thought that this was to give wind effects during game play but I was wrong, maybe one day some of our other senses will be incorporated in to VR gaming for the home.
That said and even though I can’t VR myself racing around Silverstone feeling the wind blowing through my few remaining strands of hair, lol, this device is surprisingly good in all other ways.
On opening, this mask is nicely made with clean lines and no burrs or other nasties. The design fits around the Oculus VR set perfectly and feels comfortable to wear, at least no less comfortable than having a video screen strapped to my head, haha.
My grandson had, in the past needed to keep stopping his gameplay part way through as he would become quite sweaty and uncomfortable with itching around his face and forehead. After I gave him this unit and we had fitted it to the headset, he then tried playing a game once more and after thirty minutes I had to stop him and ask him how well he thought the cooling unit was working, usually he would have stopped by then due to the aforementioned discomfort. Looking at his face and hairline after removing the head gear he looked completely dry and he told me that not only did this unit keep him cool and more comfortable but it also seemed to help with the image quality which could be due to the anti fogging ability.
This device seemed quite expensive to me for what is essentially a facial cooler but considering the price of the Oculus and how much better gaming feels with this attached I now believe that it is worth the cost and is a recommended addition.
I haven’t tried it properly myself as it would mean altering the straps and adjusters but my grandson absolutely loves it and now pretty much keeps it fitted, as for me I will wait for my Silverstone experience, Lol.
    Great quality and works well.

I thought this would be a gimmick, something that would just make a noise and do nothing more. I thought it would be heavy and make the Quest 2 uncomfortable.

I was wrong with all of it. This thing clips onto the front of the Quest 2 with a perfect fit, it’s comfortable on the nose and I use prescription lenses, that wasn’t a problem either.

The fan is pretty quiet, with the whole unit on it really cools the face nicely. It’s a soft breeze, and for longer Quest 2 plays, it ended up being wonderful.

Highly recommend this, it really does what it says!

This is a brilliant accessory for my quest 2!
Really simple and easy to click in, you just remove the outer layer that comes with. And click this one into place.
The fan mainly focuses on the forehead area, and the noise is low, you can hear it but you soon get used to it. There’s 2 fan settings the 1st one is a continuous flow the seconds is in 5 second bursts.
It’s a great accessory but very expensive.

This is a fairly complex piece of tech for something that delivers such a small benefit. It’s essentially an add-on to the Oculus face mask with a small concealed fan, so that when you are getting a bit sweaty playing games it cools you down, very slightly, and stops the lenses fogging up. In exchange, of course, you are carrying a little extra weight on the mask, and of course you have the constant noise of the small fan going.

Whilst fogging might be an issue, a 60 quid battery powered mask seems like a huge overkill to me: However, it does definitely work, so I guess if you really need that, and you don’t mind the weight and the fan noise, it doe do what it says on the tin.

This is a device made to help keep your face cool when using an oculus VR headset.
It is virtually the same colour as the headset and doesn’t look out of place when fitted.
When I got my oculus the biggest problem was my glasses fogging up when playing beat sabre.
So I got a pair of the rubber red and blue rings and an extender to give a bigger gap between my glasses and the lens, which improved, but did not cure the problem.
When this came along I thought it could be a good solution.
I have a couple of after market larger head-straps which I like a lot, however one of them has a second padded piece that goes on your forehead as well as behind, this style of headstrap is incompatible with this device, the ones that just go behind your head are fine.
This has given me enough extra room and when combined with the moving air keeps the fogging to a minimum.
I think the extra weight isn’t that noticeable when a better headstrap is used and the fan noise isn’t an issue because I tend to use my oculus at the higher volumes anyway.
I love my oculus already and anything that makes it even more useable will get a thumbs up from me!

When opening this I can see its well made.

It fitted and clip in easily with my quest 2.
There is a button to turn the fan on which was really simple and straightforward.

There is a chargable battery which is charged by USB.

It’s surprising good and keep my face cool.
This works really well and I’d definitely miss this equipment now if I didn’t have it.

I think the price is reasonable.

This Oculus Quest Accessory has completely changed my experience using the Oculus Quest 2.

It was very easy to install and came with some charge so I was up and running within minutes. The only issue I have had with installation is when taking off the pad for cleaning, it takes a bit of getting used to in order to be able to line up the velcro when putting it back on.

It feels to be made of high quality plastic and overall feels like very good quality.

The fan is great for using the oculus for long hours as previously I would get very hot and sweaty after using for a while and this completely eliminates this, the sweat absorbent pads also greatly help to remove sweat from your face making the experience much more enjoyable.

It also has a flexible rubber piece over the nose hole which completely blocks any light from being able to enter. This makes using the quest much more immersive.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has an Oculus Quest 2 as it makes the experience much better in many ways.

Makes Using the Oculus Much More Enjoyable

No more misting up, it fits very snugly, I found it difficult to to clip on but that might just be me but holds well ounce fitted, I didn’t realise it has its own built in battery so you just charge it up with cable supplied, it has very little weight so you don’t notice when using, when turned on you can feel it on your face and it does indeed keep your glasses and oculus from misting up, while playing games or anything that has sound you don’t notice the fan noise and for viewing things I would think you wouldn’t need it on anyway so it works well, nicely made unit and well priced, very pleased with it.

    No more misting up.

well ive tried many alternative face covers for the quest 2 but this one is king of them all, its easy to fit very comfortable and best of all has a mini fan built in which help with getting rid of the fog that build up on the lenses during play. if you need a start this is the one to get.

I normally have trouble fitting my specs into the normal facemask. I did however manage to gently squeeze my specs into this one as the padding round the face is very soft. I play the table tennis game and normally start to sweat around the face after I have played for a while. The small almost noiseless fan kept a small amount of air circulating within the mask and this air was enough to stop the sweating. Nothing will stop the contact area between the mask and my skin getting damp. I think this mask improves the enjoyment I get when using the oculus.

If you’re a keen and long user of the oculus quest system, you know how sweaty it makes you face, especially when you gets going. The system fits on your face like a mask and basically is rechargeable between use. The oculus quest fits perfectly on the surround and it gives a great airflow which doesn’t affect the eyes but cools you right down perfectly. I’m really pleased with it overall. Cushioned on the face and adjustable to fit. Easy to clean between use.

The face cover clipped in well to my Quest 2. The standard cover came away with a gentle pull, and this one fitted in perfectly. The cover has a fan with a inbuilt battery pack which can be charged by the USB port on the oculus headset, or a USB mains charger. To enable the fan you push the power button on the fan, and it has 2 modes, selectable by pushing the button again. The first mode turns on the fan for 5 second bursts to save battery, the second mode keeps the fan on separately. The face cover fit my face really well, and the fan kept my face cool and prevented the display from steaming up.

    Kept my face cool

I’ve never really suffered that much with fogging up, but for those times that I do, this should clear it.

I do work up a bit of a sweat though when using fitness apps and I was keen to try this out, to see if it would help any.

I can tell you it does, to an extent, keep a constant cool breeze going and does give some relief from heat build up and sweat related fogging, I made the mistake of plugging the lead into the quest as I thought it would keep the internal battery charged, which it may do, but there’s sufficient charge to keep you going for a long while. The padding detaches, but it would have been nice if it came with some silicone covers for high cardio workouts.

On the negative side of things, the fan noise is noticeable, not at first, say the first 30 seconds or so, but then it sounds like a little electric razor going. Then there’s the weight, a good 20 grams heavier than a regular visor and if you are using this, you’re going to need something more substantial than the standard head strap, I used a halo type head set and I still felt that it was front heavy.

Fitting it to the quest was straight forward and instructions, although appreciated, were not needed.
It’s a well-made product and does keep your eyes and face refreshed, but for me, the added weight and clutter on my head is just not worth it, however, if you’re desperate for a solution to fogging or just want to feel the wind on your face then, perhaps this is for you.

    3.5 out of 5.

    Anti-fogging visor.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersWhen i use my VR headset, They always steam up and this put me off using it for a while as i could not see the screen and got fed up with using wipes on the lenses more frequently than i should have. This was a perfect solution to getting rid of the temporary wipes and finally dealing with this issue permanently.

The fan clicks into the set naturally without any issues, And the fans keep my face nice and cool for long periods of time. My only gripe is that it lasts 5-7 hours before it needs a recharge, But that’s not really an issue as i don’t play for 7 hours at a time. It has definitely revolutionized the way i play VR now. Thumbs up from me.

I hope this review has been helpful.

This is a surprisingly comfortable ventilated face covering for the Oculus Quest 2. I was initially worried that comfort would be sacrificed for functionality, but that isn’t the case. This fits naturally to your face, even if you have a big head.

The face pads are really comfortable. The fan itself is also conveniently mounted so that it doesn’t obscure your view when wearing it.

I sweat terribly with the Oculus Quest 2 on my face, if I’m jumping around. This definitely seems to improve things and prevents fogging on the lenses.

I like that this also feels like it holds the headset steadier on your head too, thanks to the larger face area.

    I can definitely recommend this.

For someone who plays intense VR games such as boxing, my face inevitable gets sweaty. Although this doesn’t provide a forceful flow of cold air, it provides atleast some airflow & helps mitigate the heat that can build up inside the headset. The fan provides a gentle flow of air, similar strength to a small handheld fan.

It’s easy to assemble & is easily rechargeable. It’s not loud & couldn’t hear it when playing. Again, it’s not going to provide air con levels of cooling but it’s better than nothing. Is it worth anytging more then 20 is another question and I would personally say no. It’s a lot easier to play, cool off for a few minutes and go back in. If this would be around 20, I would definitely recommend it given the small benefit it brings.

I was skeptical about ordering this since there were no reviews yet when I ordered it. I couldn’t find much information about it online either, which made me more leery about ordering it. Having said that, I’m glad I did. It’s very comfortable to wear and keeps any light from peeking in around the nose. The fan works great too. It’s a gentle breeze on your forehead and quiet enough to not be distracting. It also keeps my lenses from fogging up when I play Thrill of the Fight. I highly recommend this!

After a little bit of fiddling around, i managed to get it fitted onto the front of my oculus quest 2 headset. I think my slight trouble was due more to the accessories that i have already on my headset than the fan addition itself.

Once on, it definitely works well at keeping your face cool. The face gasket has more padding than the default one that came with the headset and as such is certainly more comfortable.

The air flow tends to target the bridge of my nose which is soothing but over time becomes a bit uncomfortable. It is however easy to switch off and the settings can be changed such that it is more of an intermittent air flow than constant.
