There’s no arguing these spas are great and we really enjoy ours. That said, we had the older model Vegas. We only purchased a new one because the inflatable got filthy when oil off of our decking got on the bottom (through the rubber mats). The new pump though better looking, doesn’t seem as powerful and the filter wants changing every 4/5 hours of use unlike the old pump. So much so, as we still have the old pump we’re considering swapping it over.
Just love this product and so does all the family!
Value for money
Having problems with high pitch whisel when jets are o
Present for my parents. They absolutely love it. Getting the water chemistry right seems to be the biggest issue. Led lights are bright and I think essential to use at night.
Firstly, I’m 6 foot tall, and tubs and pools that are domestic have generally been an issue for me size wise as I can never stretch out in them, or enjoy them very much. The Paris edition of this company is perfect size, I’m able to stretch out well and sitting the water comes to just under my neck line.
The quality of the material is excellent, which has surprised me since the tubs are made in China (I’ll say no more there). The material is strong, well bonded and seamed. The plugs and wiring are nice and strong and seem well built, not this cheap plastic you see today on general electrical.
Installation was easy enough, I did make a couple of mistakes, this was due to the instructions not being clear enough for me but I managed to sort it out. The pipes that protrude through the outer lining need to be lined up perfectly, this was at first difficult for me to do, so do this before you inflate and will with water (my mistake). Its easy enough once you get the hang of it, I have so far moved the pool once or twice and had no issue.
With the pool inflated, it took around an hour to an hour and a half to fill from my kitchen tap using a hosepipe connection converter, I don’t have an external tap. Initially I filled it with cold water and then heated using the pump from 18 degrees to 32, this process took 14 hours. I then after changing the water used the hot tap to fill it again, setting the correct water temp on my boiler, this took around an hour and a half to two hours to fully fill, much quicker and cheaper than heating the water on the pump. I had to use the pump to increase it 2 degrees, this saved a lot of time and electric.
The air jets are absolutely brilliant, they create a proper jacuzzi effect and myself, my wife and my kids love it.
The LED lights that fit underneath are absolutely amazing, just be sure to fit the lighting around the correct way, I found that having each LED facing towards the outside of the tub was the best – and probably the proper way to do it. The lights lit the tub up perfectly, aswell as created a lovely underglow on the under side of the tub. The remote is easy to use with 4 config buttons and a power button, there is no sensor to aim the remote at, it works just like a Bluetooth remote. The pump and the LED lights are powered separately, so you’ll need 2 power sockets to gain full experience.
I also purchased the lay z spa mats to go under the tub, fit perfectly and make it look very nice.
Cover is great, and very insulating, the inflatable ring inside helps to keep the heat in. We lose on average 2-3 degrees per night without heat or filtration. Where I live we have very cold nights, so this is a testament to the insulating properties of the tub.
Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this tub, it’s cheap enough – I paid 450 for it, and a small amount per day to heat it if I want to use it. Phenomenal piece of kit, go get yourselves one.
To all that’s moaning about 2 pin electric plug and it gives a error code as there’s no earth just put a 3 pin plug on and it’s problem solved
We had to Google how to set it up and used YouTube quite a lot. Once it’s up, it’s amazing! It’s good size for 4, you can get 6 at a real push but comfortably 2 or 4. When there’s just us 2, it’s pure luxury. It’s quite load, but you can have it on different settings so you’ll get used to what level works for you. We really like that it has the water jets as these make it feel like a proper hot tub. The main advantage us you can take it down. You’d not be taking it down every weekend, but it’s nice to have some flexibility. It’s a huge hit, so glad we bought it!
I was always unsure about buying a lazy spa and thought they would be poor quality but decided to buy one before buying a moulded one . So glad I bought it, it gets up to 39-40 degrees even in December and January and the bubbles are also powerful, the built in lights create a really nice ambiance.
So glad we chose the square model
Lovely and spacious for 2 people and not too intimate with four. Good strong bubbles
Would recommend placing it on an insulated board and a mat to preserve some heat. Pump is a soft drone so not too annoying unless right outside bedroom window!!
It comes up to temperature quite quickly and holds its temperature when left on
37 38 39 is just lovely
the base is squishy and quite comfy. We have it on all the time and were in it on Xmas day!
Once inflated, surround is very sturdy and good to climb over. The lid might need pumping up occasionally but easy to do.
The Clips need to be done up tightly to avoid water pooling on the lid. This will happen if it’s not on a completely flat surface
All in all , very pleased, great Value for money and it has changed our leisure time for the better. Now we go in every evening instead of watching trashy TV, a perfect wind down before bed.
It’s been a life saviour to me. If ou can affors it, buy it.
Instructions were a bit tricky, but managed to assemble it in the end. Very good value for money, we love it.
How much of my time does it waste, i was supposed to be cutting the grass. Its fab and relaxing, a fab purchase. Make sure you have some chemicals ready as it doesn’t come with any. Not sure it is really ideal for 6 adults, it will hold 6 but 4 is more comfortable. Quality product don’t hesitate if you are thinking of buying.

Me and my family love this spa! I was really impressed with the quality of the spa. Heats up really well, maintains temp and is really comfortable. Only thing I would change is multiple settings on the bubbles, a lower setting would be great. Don’t hesitate and buy one now!
It works brilliantly as a hot tub. There are only 120 jets as stated on the box not the 140 claimed in the advert. The WiFi only works if the spa is placed near to the router which is a problem when put in the garden!
The lid also isn’t the same as the others, the inflatable section isn’t well secured in the lid.
I would recommend though as it is a good size, wouldn’t have more that 4 people in, as it would be cosy for 4.

Love that it was easy to put up. Easy to use although only one jet setting should be a couple. But great for those aches and pains and brilliant for my husbands arthritis
Great product.
Mrs talked me ito getting it.
Didn’t think id use it , but great.
Very relaxing, helps with the ache and pains.
Use it most days.
Easy to manage chemicals.
But you do need to buy chemicals. when you first buy spa you get everything to erect it but no chemicals. Which is a bummer . I thought youd get some just to get you up and running.
Arrived early, easy to set up once we watched a video for lights as instructions hard to understand.
Pros: Quick to set up once even. Pumps up and heats quickly. Dead sturdy. Alexa feature is good, simple to set up with the skill. It’s amazingly comfy and relaxing. Great value for money as it was just under 400 when I bought it.
Cons:
1. Bit of a fiddle to get it even in the liner.
2. The manufacturer made a packaging error and the box states 120 jets on the 2021 model but the product on Amazon and Lay-z-spa website states 140 jets.
Convinced I had the wrong model Took a week and returning 1 used spa, (having had to drain and clean) to Amazon to get to this conclusion from the parent company, BestWay!
We decided to buy an inflatable, plug and play spa to see if we used it enough to consider a hard spa. However, this spa is such good quality and so like a regular spa pool at a hotel goat I don’t think we will bother. It was so easy to assemble, very sturdy and so easy to maintain. The bubbles are very energetic and the 40 degree temperature is very soothing. We absolutely love it!
Value for money, not difficult to get set up and maintain. Once we had the chlorine/pH levels sorted it’s been easy to keep the levels right and have used the tub every day since it was set up.
Easy to set up and use, recommend buying chemical startup kit. Comes with 2 filters so you will need to buy some.
The one supplied on has 120 not 140 “jets”.
We bought one over 3 yrs ago and this year it sprung rips and having tried to repair them it became unrepairable.
We then decided to get the latest version and very pleased with it. We will have to see in 3yrs time whether we have problems.

Love it, good value for money, can probably for three comfortably, but would fit 4 max !!
Only had it a week, but absolutely love it, honestly, it’s the best thing we’ve bought since I was allowed sky sports!
Highly recommended
We bought this after hiring one for the weekend. Wish we had done it years ago. This hot tub is brilliant, took us a few weeks to get the hang of using the chemicals but once we realised that having the ph right was the way to getting the chlorine correct. Make sure you order plenty of the dip sticks to test the water chemicals. We used a lot in the first few weeks. Don’t buy the expensive mats you can get them at DIY places for 1/2 the price.
We would pay a bit extra next time and get one with water jets not just bubbles as they are quieter. We use it everyday and our grandchildren love it. With our holidays being postponed it has brought us a lot of pleasure without leaving the house.
The Paris was a brilliant choice in hot tub.
Easy to assemble using a you tube clip.
Great value for money, very sturdy, nice strong bubbles, and the LED lights look great. We originally set the temperature at 38 degrees which was a bit warm for us, 35 is nice and relaxing. Although they recommend 4/6 people personally I think 6 is two many. 4 adults however is comfortable.
We can only fit 4 adults into spa and that is a tight fit, it is advertised to fit 6.
Very happy with this lay z spar, the LED lights look good at night, I only paid 526. Which went up in price the next day and again the day after.
Love it, the kids love it, we all love it. Brilliant and simple to set up and maintain. The remote operation (via the phone app) makes this a winne
Amazing company. Hot tub delivered within 24hrs. James was very helpful as he could be . Would highly recommend this company for its customer sevices
I’m quite a syndical / critical sole, so for me to give a 5* rating across the board is most unusual!
Really impressed with quality and content of this item- We purchased the Paris tub.
In my opinion worth investing in a good floor base- we went for decking + foam matting, and overhead cover (we went for a haxnicks sunbubble- which also helps keep water warm).
Bubbles and lights are superb. For an inflatable (compared to cost of fixed hot tub that you would pay ten times more this superb value. Only concern as a new purchaser is longevity and spares/repairs, especially pump/heater which to be honest I’ve not looked into yet at still enjoying the novelty of having hot tub!!! Enjoy
The item arrived before the delivery date which was amazingly
Fantastic product we use it daily the only down side was it came with a large plug not uk standard size so we needed to have a new outside socket also the lights are two pin plug with standard uk plug adapter. We have since seen other Paris hot tubs that have standard plug so just make sure you purchase one of those .
The instructions left me confused. I have a physics degree and work in software engineering. The are generic and you have to figure out what applies to yours and what doesn’t. Once you figure it out, it’s great. It can heat up 1.5-2 degrees hour, so to get to 40 degrees can take 15+ hours, so some planning on when you need it hot is required.
The bubbles are ok. Cold air which lowers the water temperature quickly.
In “proper” hot tubs they would be water jets instead and more intense. The bubbles do a reasonable job of relaxing aching muscles.
Very noisy with the bubbles running.
Overall though, I love it.
Be sure to clean the filters regularly, use chlorine tablets and water ph controls.
Also worth getting the foam floor matt, makes it nicer to sit in.
I found the written instructions a little odd to follow so I just watched a couple of YouTube videos that helped alot.
Easy to use & pretty robust, the LED lights are a nice touch.
Instructions are not the greatest but plenty of instructions on YouTube. Excellent temperature for a fairly nippy March. Easy to assemble and great lights in the evening. Lovely to chill out after work with a glass of vino.
Had to set it up in lounge to check we had all the pieces and that it worked but looks great. Cannot wait to use i
Made my winter bearable! There is nothing like hot tubbing in zero with the stars shining. My 6 year old daughter and 36 year old husband love it. My husband is 6’10” and he fits in it fine, it would be cramped with 5+ people in my opinion. We put a mat under the tub, easy to setup and fill, we watched a YouTube video to help us with setup.
It costs us around 30 a month to heat (we keep it at 20C) and use it just over twice a week. It was fine during freezing weather.
Dog is curious and likes to jump on it but it’s well protected so he’s not damaged anything.
Highly recommend especially with the lights.
Great hot tub the additional lights with this model a grea
Love this spa
This is our second one as we loved the first so much
Have been waiting ages for a hot tub and finally managed to get hold of the Lazy Spa. One of many models but extremely happy with the Paris. Great price I purchased at and came within a couple days. Easy to assemble and works great. The additional light strip with this model is really effective at night. Very sturdy and comes with a blow up lid which help keep the hot tub warm.
I was really dubious about getting a Lazy Spa as was convinced it would not be very good and would break soon but my little boy loves hot tubs on holiday so went for it. So far so good. The bubbles are really powerful and it is really warm. Also very comfortable to sit down in.
We love this Hot tub the Paris it’s warm the bubbles and space is brilliant also the added led lights give it the wow factor definitely recommend getting this one . We had a few hiccups when the spa arrived the pump wasn’t working but the company we brought the hot tub off were fantastic they replied to the email I sent late at night very quickly and rang the next morning to talk To my husband to see if they could fix and FaceTimed him however it wasn’t working so the guy from brookhivisuk super quickly sent us a new pump and the courier who dropped it off took the old one super easy , fantastic customer service I must say and would recommend buying off this company .
Such a good hot tub. We love this one as it is of a decent size and easier to get in and out of when compared with others. The lights are a nice touch and keeping the chemical balance right is not difficult.
This is my first Lay z Spa Hot tub, it’s amazing and a must have, very easy to put up and plenty of guidance online how to maintain, the LED lights are a plus so after a hard days work straight in the hot tub So pleased I chose this one as it’s perfec
