Lodge 43.18 cm / 17 inch Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Round Skillet / Frying Pa
Saute, sear, fry, bake and stir fry to heart’s content
Use & Care:
While the skillet comes pre-seasoned to prevent food from sticking, it works best when sprayed or lightly coated with vegetable oil before use. After cooking, we recommend cleaning with a stiff nylon brush and hot water. Using soap or the dishwasher is not recommended, and harsh detergents should never be used. Towel dry immediately cleaning and apply a light coating of oil to utensil while it is still warm.
Lodge Pre-Seasoned Cast-Iron Skillet
Pre-seasoned skillet is ready-to-use right out of the box
The black patina given to the cookware by the factory seasoning process is, in fact, vegetable oil that has been baked into a piece of cookware that has emerged from an individual sand mould. This coating of oil is a functional application and not a cosmetic application. The cookware is hanging as it rides through the electrostatic sprayer and commercial conveyor ovens at very high temperatures. This allows the oil to penetrate deeply into the pores of the iron which creates an easy release finish. As a result of this process, you may see a blister or bubble of oil at the southern-most point or at the end of the handle of the cookware piece. If visible, it will rub or flake off with your finger, leaving a brown spot. Don’t worry, it’s not rust but a seasoned spot that is brown, indicative of the varnish stage of seasoning. As a matter of fact, this is the colour of home seasoned iron until it has been used several times. The brown spot will turn black with use.

Eco-Responsibility
Lodge is a zero hazardous waste stream foundry. Lodge designed a vegetable oil recycler for the seasoning process to reduce waste and unusable oil is recycled and used as biodiesel generator. Reuse of foundry sand used in the casting process is recycled and unusable sand, works to purify the water of the local streams and planting trees to improve air quality and beautification.
The Clean Water and Air Acts of 1970 led American companies to install new equipment to meet the pollution control laws. Not only did the updates meet the requirements of the Clean Air and Water legislation, by 1976 our automated processes produced as many moulds in an hour as one man’s daily productivity 30 years earlier.
With the switch from antiquated electric furnaces to more efficient induction furnaces, 1991 proved to be a pivotal juncture in the green standards of Lodge Manufacturing Company. The use of magnetic energy to produce heat changed our status from a Large Quantity Generator of Hazardous Waste to a Small Quantity Generator, and we received the 1994 Tennessee Governor’s Award for Excellence in Hazardous Waste Reduction.
100 years & still cooking. ..
Lodge is the oldest family-owned cookware foundry in America. Since 1896, the Lodge family has been casting premium iron cookware at our Tennessee foundry. Starting with raw materials and finishing with our seasoning process, we continue to improve on the highest quality standards that go into every piece we make. As the sole American manufacturer of cast iron cookware, we are proud to carry on the legacy started by founder Joseph Lodge. Lodge doesn’t just make cast iron; we make heirlooms that bring people together for generations.
Two historic events—the introduction of foundry seasoned cast iron cookware and the recent expansion of our foundry—represent dynamic examples of Lodge Manufacturing Company’s century-plus commitment to product innovation and investment in new equipment and technologies.
Seasoned cast iron propelled Lodge from the position of a regional manufacturer to the national stage, with Good Housekeeping presenting a ‘Good Buy’ Award for the product enhancement. Our appearance on the national stage expanded throughout the first decade of the new century, with record sales leading Lodge to the largest expansion in our history.
While we are proud of our recent history, there is a backstory. So travel with us to the small town of South Pittsburg, Tennessee at the end of the 19th Century. Nestled at the base of the Appalachian Mountain’s Cumberland Plateau and on the banks of the Tennessee River, the town was abuzz with new opportunities.
In 1896 Joseph Lodge began a cast iron foundry, named in honour of his minister, Rev. Joseph Hayden Blacklock. Family owned, our origins were humble and our products varied, from stoves, to skillets and kitchen sinks.
As each decade passed, Lodge developed a business model to continually update and improve equipment and foundry practises. Work was labour intensive, with all of our cookware poured and cleaned by hand.
The 1950s saw the installation new moulding machinery, mechanised sand delivery systems, the construction of a gas fired aluminium furnace to cast patterns for the production of sand mould impressions and a machine to clean castings.
When the introduction of new cookware metals and coatings increased competition in the 1960s, Lodge countered with a Disamatic automatic moulding machine. Two years later, Lodge added an electric furnace to operate the Disamatic moulding and pouring system, outpacing the capacity of the coke-fired cupola, at lower cost.
After in the introduction of seasoned cast iron cookware, Lodge broke ground for our foundry expansion. With completion of the first phase in the fall of 2014, the expansion includes a new melt system, an additional pouring/molding line and most importantly—new American jobs!
In more ways than he could have ever imagined, Joseph Lodge would not recognise the business he started over a century ago. Lodge continues to be family owned and we are the sole manufacturer of cast iron cookware in US, producing over 120 different foundry seasoned cast iron items for worldwide gourmet, outdoor and restaurant markets.
More importantly, Lodge Manufacturing Company is universally accepted as the world leader in the cast iron cookware category.

Great quality and fairly priced. Will last for years if taken care of.
excellent product for the price considering a le creuset skillet will cost over 100. This is more than ideal.
Great buy! Enjoy using this Cast Iron pan, puts all the others in the shade.
Everything I’ve expected from the description and other user reviews was what I got.
Amazing quality iron cast skillet that I believe that will last generations. You can literally throw anything there that will be cooked into perfection (due to high heat).
The maintenance is not hard if we are careful cleaning it and seasoning it in each use.
10/10 would buy again.
As cast as cast iron can get. Careful not to wash it in the dishwasher!
What’s not to love about a Lodge pan ? More expensive than most others out there but there’s a reason for that – it’s the best. As all cast iron cooking fans will tell you – seasoning is key and post use cleansing. If you follow the rules you will not be disappointed. This pan will last a lifetime and beyond
Good value not as heavy as Le Cruset but not expected for the price
It’s a Lodge cast iron pan. That’s all there is to know.
They don’t get better than these.
Lovely little pan, but check measurements before buying. I got these wrong and was disappointed by the size. The pan, however is gorgeous, albeit a little smaller than I wanted.
This pan may be small, but it’s very useful, especially as it will go in the oven or under a grill. I’ve used it for browning nuts or spices, halloumi cheese, 2 eggs, meals for one. Retains heat well.
I like the pan, but the one I received has a bit of a wobbly bottom. I wished it lay completely flat.
Love this! Sturdy and strong. Surface is quite rough though (they don’t really sell super smooth surfaced ones anymore). Comes a little preseasoned but was easy to give it a scrub off and reseason properly with flaxseed oil instead of the nasty chemicals. Cooks eggs amazingly now.
Ideal for making small sauces / dips. A lot smaller than you think.
Perfect fried eggs for burgers, english muffins, bagels. Incredibly easy to keep seasoned. Small size may not be great for gas stoves with large gaps in grate, more suited for electric, induction, or barbecue.
High-quality product with super fast shipping. My boyfriend loved it as a gift! I highly recommend it, we use it all the time!
Good service and a quality product, but please read the information. You need to treat cast iron differently to the usual aluminium. Wash in water and treat with vegetable oil after use. If not you will get rust and damage. This has been pre treated ( e.g covered in vegetable oil and baked for 1 hour ).
Well made but very small…..great for small egg or a very small stir fry
Excellent pan. Large so does not fit in my oven but I have several Lodge pans as they are the go to cast iron cookware.
love it!! literally ordered this last night and it was delivered this afternoon and i have made some chocolate scones in it already!! fantastic and so perfect pan!!
It’s a good, heavy cast iron pan.
Do some reading before using if you’re someone who’s been used to non-stick all your lives as there are significant differences to be learned.
Lodge have a strong online & YouTube presence, so you can view tutorials & get advice or information there.
Have used mine in the house & will look forward to getting it into the woods soon.
great product..not suitable for those with problems with hands or arms as it is very heavy but does what it is designed for and well worth the money.
Fantastic product. Hoping to keep it for many many years to come. Just ensure that it is free of moisture and apply some oil after every wash.
I relly like cooking with cast iron pans. They hold the heat well and you can clean anything off them easily with a metal scourer. Great for fried eggs as they do not seem to stick to it. Be aware they are heavy and you need muscles like Popeye if you want to pour with it. Has a handle either end to help move it around though.
Great for morning eggs. Bought for my son who is travelling europe in a van and self catering. Bought all our children up to believe in using cast iron, so its all good.
Now we’re talking, season it In the oven as per instrucs and then after it has cooled down to cold just get it up to just to the point when it is smoking dry fry a steak and take the cast iron pan to the table on something sensible tho and wait for the complements, the seasoning process actually makes it non stick, this one is to go with one from another outlet.
Last year I bought a lodge grill pan and I was so impressed I have purchased this lovely little frying pan. I have expensive aluminium/stainless steel pans but the fry pans just don’t fry an egg for a sandwich properly.
This is a superb pan and with the added benefit of getting a source of iron in my cooking
15″ inch / 38cm is bigger than you think. It wont fit in my(Oven 15″Deep X 19″Wide) the handle just sticks out a little too much.
Plus you’ll need a big burner/ring to heat it, so maybe the 12″inch might be good http://www.Amazon.co.uk/dp/B00006JSUB
But if you know you need the big one, then it’s a great size. They also have a 17″ with no handle to fit in the oven.
Lodge 38.1 cm / 15 inch Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Round Skillet / Frying Pa
A great buy for such a cheap price! These tiny skillets…and they are tiny! Can fit one fries egg perfectly, or a lovely sized portion crumble, brownie or cookie.
It’s made from the best materials and it really shows. It’s heavy for its size which is good! Will last for years and years. Great new addition to the kitchen family :)!
The best pan I have. After about 4 months of using it can’t wish for anything better. Don’t leave it on wet surfaces it will rust!!!!! (Perfect for oven)
I got this slightly reduced because it was a return, I think. Still quite expensive. I wanted to try frying on cast iron and using the same dish for frying and then oven-baking. It’s very good for sausages because the roasted juices stick to the sausage, not the pan, and they end up with a tasty crunchy skin. It’s good for sweet potato chips. You can only get one portion of sweet potato chips on because it’s quite small, but they come out crunchier than on a baking tray. I also tried making aubergine parmagiano baked in the oven, and it didn’t stick at all and the sauce tasted very rich. When I tried to make an omelette it did stick a bit. Is well made and interesting to experiment with.
Does what it says, but don’t be tempted to think the reports of it being small may be exaggerated, they are not! I should have bought the 6.5 one, which would at least have been big enough to fry an egg. But, still find this useful and it performs as advertised.
Excellent product. Strong and good quality. Try it and you’ll never use teflon skillets again. Heat it up first to about at least 200 degrees Celsius before adding oil/lard/beef drippings so it won’t stick. Easy to clean when still warm with hot water and nylon brush. Dry it with paper kitchen towels.
Very small but cute, originally bought as a joke gift but ideal for a single egg
Back in Canada, my mother and grandmother always had cast iron frying pans and I had one too. They last forever and if you keep them well seasoned they are non-stick. Since moving to UK, I have bought one non-stick frying pan after another, none lasting much more than a year until, finally, I had the good sense to buy one of these via Amazon. All that money down the drain for inferior frying pans that, even at the best, were never as good as one of these.
Amazing! I bought two of these for cooking deep pan pizzas for me and my partner, boy do they come delicious! No more using the baking stone as cast iron home made deep pan pizzas are the bomb!
I use a no knead recipe for my pizzas and I put loads of cheese and smoked sausage on top, heat them on the hob for a few mins, transfer into the hot over for 10-12 mins and WOW!
I’ve also fried eggs and pancakes in these and they turn out delicious – I’ve never had a problem with sticking with these pans.
Unbelievably fast delivery, got it within 3 days! Can’t get any cheaper for such a great product at 16 bucks! It’s worth every penny! This is my second Lodge Cast iron pan of the same size, the reason I re-purchased another one is due to the fact that I have relocated temporarily for my internship, and it just shows how great it is to own one of these that I had to get another one!
As these are created through sand molds, the new one I’ve received was slightly better! Every pan may have slightly different finish, my previous one had a tiny volcano in it, but doesn’t have huge impacts, but the new one I received was super smooth, can’t wait to start cooking and seasoning it!
Bought it as a birthday present for someone who’s not big on cooking.
I was convinced that it would lay idle and collect dust but nooo, now all I hear is about how fanstastic and useful it is, just the right size (I thought it would be too small) and her next experiment using her beloved cast iron pan. Should have bought her a pair of slippers instead.
Super heavy, in constant use, planning on throwing old ones out. Have now ordered 5 in difference sizes.
Fantastic, super heavy and will outlive us. Also gives us a bit of iron in our diet rather than buying iron tablets all the time.
As I am getting rid of all non stick and aluninium pans the next question was what is best to use that will not leach metal into the food. It seems most will leach some metal into the food you are cooking and as I cannot put glass on a naked flame the cast iron seemed the best to use.
I am happy with the pan (apart from touching the handle once) I have not cooked a good fried egg yet but there is always hope maybe, after a few more uses. Everything else cooked well and the pan does not seem to burn food as quickly as in a non stick pan, not that I am in a habit of burning food. I will buy a set of these pans as and when I need a new one and I will make make handle covers for them
Not used much but OK. Did the season thing in oven. Did the egg, egg stuck but I did leave it till mostly cooked and it came away. Next egg stuck worse….mmmm
I wanted a smaller frying pan that could be used for omelettes and this is perfect. It can be used on gas and electric but also go straight in the oven, be used on a bbq or even over a camp fire so is a really useful pan. Its well made and cooks cleanly – all in all a great purchase.
Well packed.
Arrived on time.
Easy to unpack.
Best pan I have.
Easy to use.
Easy to clean.
From stove top to oven.
Maybe after a few more uses food will not stick. I’ve read that it will eventually not be a problem. I’m following instructions of wash with warm water (no detergent), dry and oil a little each time.
Why have I only just discovered the power of cast iron cooking? This skillet is fantastic, it makes food taste great and I’m not Cremating everything I try to cook anymore. Cleaning is a doddle too, a quick scrape with the lodge scraper if you’ve got any debris and a quick wipe with kitchen roll and that’s it. I get a little drop of vegetable oil and give it a quick wipe after use as I’m still building up that super seasoning.
Smaller then I had expected. Since I used to have a DeBuyer with the same inner dimensions. Still I love this. Good quality, great price.
Have a 30cm lodge frying pan which is top quality. However, the finish of this smaller pan is not to the same standard and it has a scratchy, rough handle that will have to be sanded down somehow. Disappointing, but still a very good pan.
Exceptional little pan. First use was to make a Spanish omelette and it went without a hitch. No issues with the eggs sticking to the base at all. Truly non-stick. Very pleased.
A good cast iron frying pan, but it was a bit to small for what I wanted it fo
Quite small but got is as a present for my boyfriend and he loves it! Easy to use and good for one person portio
I thought that this was a good solid pan, it is very heavy and the handle gets hot too. It isn’t non stick but that is to be expected. I think that it will last a long time.
This is exactly what I wanted, a small cast iron pan to fry up my eggs. This is nice and weighty and sits nicely on the stove, fill the bottom with oil, heat gently and crack in a couple of eggs, they cook really well. Once you wash the pan, a good tip is to put a drop of oil in the pan and wipe over with some kitchen roll, this will stop any oxidisation.
Excellent quality, hefty pan which I expect to last for a very long time. Be aware that even though this is ‘pre-seasoned’ it will still need some seasoning – the first few times I cooked with it everything would stick like crazy. It has smoothed out now.
First time giving cast iron a go. They’re built like a brick lavatory but the amount of time you have to take to keep it seasoned doesn’t seem worth it.
Superb product but maybe I’m just so much a fan of cast iron as I thought I would be
This pan was bought for a present for my son-in-law at his request. He is pleased with it but has yet to use it as it is for use on the bar-b-q.
Brliants! Love it and very easy to use and clean. I throwed all my teplons pans as they very but for my health and use this cast iron for better cook and the taste much much better in the food. Very good service
I wanted a pan that can be used in the oven as well as on the stove. This fits the bill exactly, what more can I say. I am very satisfied with this product.
Feels like itll still be here when mankind has vanished. Great to use but I’d season them before use and keep well oiled after use.
It will last forever.
The only down side to this is the handle gets very ho
Just right for one egg or small portion of lardons, chopped onions etc and can be used on induction hob. Knew it was going to be small but did make me laugh when I unpacked it – it was almost like a dolls.
he pan is lovely and heavy and will experiment with it to know just how it performs, but I would say the handle seems a little too short, an extra couple of inches would make it easier to handle I feel. but a lovely product so far.
Love Lodge Product, should have checked size more closely, it really is a one-person skille
properly seasoned, this is skillet is just as easy to clean as a non-stick pan. It will last forever properly taken care of. Pre-heat first. Be warned, the handle which could be a bit longer gets hot along with the rest of the skillet. Cast iron, although heavy is the way to go.
Recently I ordered this 15 inch skillet made by Lodge, and I’m really pleased with it and would totally recommend it. I also own two of Lodge’s slightly bigger 17inch skillets as well.
Lodge skillets are beautifully crafted and extremely heavy duty! This one is no exception! It’s very respectable in size, and so is good for a crowd of people, and the cast iron is about 3mm thick! With proper care, it really will last more than a lifetime!
However, some may find this skillet too heavy! (Personally I love the fact that case iron is so heavy). It’s also fairly pricey compared with other cheaper cast iron skillets that are out there, but the quality of Lodge cast iron is so good that I definitely would rather pay the extra money!!
Love this – I already owned the large size. Is great if, like me, you are not scared of using fat in your cooking – personally I think that fat is much better for me than non-stick coatings
This item is now a great piece of kitchenware. My first attempt at frying an egg was a disaster!! it stuck using oil or butter. I stripped off the seasoning gave the pan a good sanding because the pan was on the rough side and re-seasoned. Now my eggs slide around in the pan – when I use butter….
Though pre-seasoned I did my own by using olive oil, baking in oven for 1.5 hrs at 200 degrees. Did this four times.
The pan is now perfectly non stick, tested on eggs and bacon.
The pan has excellent weight to it and is exactly the size I was expecting because I read the product description.
Great skillet a reasonable price – this is a “traditional” piece of kitchen kit, so no coatings etc. Be warned – the handle is integral to the unit and does get HOT when on the hob top (use an oven glove!). Can be used in both hob and oven, so perfect for tarte tatin etc
Excellent value Lodge skillet. Perfect to cook up a meal for two adults.
The skillet matures over use and only gets better the more one uses it.
I am pleased and look forward to many years of use and this being an heirloom within the family.
These 5 stars go to the skillet, not to the cook. I tried 3 times making pizza (recipe: Easy Pan Pizza, by jennycancook.com + pizza sauce from Food Wishes with Chef John) and the results where good enough to see all food going down with satisfaction.
The skillet came well seasoned, is easy to cook, clean and store, hope to make great food with it. The price is OK, delivered to Porto in a few days, highly reccommended
Lovely pan. Is seasoning up well. As previous reviewer said check the size needed. Since the measurement refers to the inside base diameter rather than the outside edge. Bit small means we have less bacon!! The handle gets v hot, i got one of those dinky le cruseut pot handle covers.
Perfect size for a single omelette or a single small fillet of fish, works extremely well on my induction hob. I would say this is a lifetime purchase – I can only see it getting better with time and further seasoning, unlike my old non stick pans (no matter what the price)
What can I say its a lodge! Very pleased with this skillet! Non stick properties are getting better! I love it and am enjoying cooking from stove to oven to stove whichever way I like! Nice construction! Was pretreated but seasoned it anyway!
Yet another great product from lodge! Item came pretreated but I used oil and had no problems with sticking! I have used the item several times over the weeks and have nothing negative to say! The food cooks and is full of flavour! Browning is a breeze! Washing up is a breeze once you accept the use instructions! I have now several cast iron cookware and many other pots have since been thrown into the bin as they are useless compared to cast iron! I enjoy cooking even more as food comes out tasting better!
I like to make pancakes and fried egg on it. I like that I can use it in the oven.
Love this little skillet …pre-seasoned, works just as it should ….those of you who think it is not doing the job after while, you do need to re-season a bit every so often. And never ever use soapy water if you use this little skillet for frying only …
by boiling liquids in it, you leach the non stick (OIL) coating out
Take care of this little gem, and it takes care of you for a life time!
great item. You can cook anything, pop pan in the oven straight from the stove. It takes some time to develop non stickiness though. Considering the price, great buy.
It’s working well. After seasoning, it’s getting to be non-stick, & I’m getting used to the weight, I like the solid feel.
keeps its heat and evenly cooks sausages, eggs, bacon, burgers, chops etc. It can go straight in the oven to finish your food off as it doesnt have a plastic handle.
I have used cast-iron cookware in my kitchen for the past fifty years and my off-spring keep dropping hints that they are prepared to fight over it when, to use their expression, I finally drop off my Perch!
So, to avoid the risk getting ‘pushed of my perch’ before nature takes its course, I have purchased each of my grown-up children their own skillets and etc. Now I can go on enjoying using my own equipment with a clear conscience and they can experience the pleasure of using high-quality cook-ware. And a Cook-book to help them achieve the best results.
All round, great satisfaction. Thank you
This skillet has become one of my heart to heart kitchen items. I do not use it as much as I was expecting, but it’s just perfect for those dishes that you have to use the fire and the hoven.
We expected them to be a little larger (or deeper) but other than that they are great quality Have fun!!
A one egg pan just what I wanted, however it does not work on my induction hob had to use my mini oven.
What a lovely little thing. Im impressed with the quality of the skillet, it is perfectly flat so ideal for my induction hobs, no rocking or spinning. I don’t trust pre seasoning so I gave it a good scrub with hot soapy water and seasoned it myself. So far so good! Im looking forward to a life time of cooking with it
I wonder why cast iron skillet producers don’t machine the bases smooth anymore like the older ones?
Lodge do it again product is well made from good quality materials. I have used it on a gas burner and directly on the bbq. Product handle heats moderately but your able to hold without a cloth.
Durable has taken some bashes and scrapes.
Overall satisfied and would recommend.
This cast iron pan is just what I wanted and at a very good price;
It arrived promptly and in was adequately packed, I am well pleased and love using it. Well done !
A little small, but great for 1 person stir fries. Simply love it. I want a bigger one too.. but a little voice in my head says owning two will be a bit excessive for my little flat!
Delivered in good time. A strong heavy duty pan but smaller than expected. will take more care when ordering the next size
It is the perfect size for one larger portion or two smaller. It is heavy for such small pan but it is such a preasure to cook in it. Perfect at induction or gas hob, also in the oven. Would buy it again!!
a very good pan for cooking a lttle smaller than i thought it was going to be but it does the job that`s all that matters .
A friend purchased this same item before me so I was aware of the kind of product I was buying and it really met my expectations. Its the only skillet I have so far that can do oven as well and that’s a great feature fom me. The material is really good and the cleaning instructions are very easy to follow. My advice for any future buyer of this product is: read the cleaning instructions very carefully or you will ruin the skillet very quickly.
I love this little cast iron skillet, I have been looking one just this size and it is perfect. Great for cooking meals for two or in my case for baking corn bread in!
This skillet is becoming my go-to piece of kitchen equipment. Still not as non-stick as teflon but a few more years of cooking greasy food should do the trick! The handle is a little short for a pan this heavy, but I suppose that if it was much longer, it wouldn’t fit into most ovens. The weight is fine for me, but if you are a tiny person with no grip strength you may find it on the heavy side 🙂
An excellent product,I use the skillet very frequently. It cooks evenly and safes washing up as can be transferred into the oven.Highly recommended.
This is just what I wanted. My daughter-in-law has this range in Canada and so I knew when I bought it what to expect. Curing takes a bit of time to get it non-stick but, hey, it’s worth it. Recommended for Induction Hobs but be warned – it needs an over glove as the handle gets ho
I had been looking for this item for a time and found it on Amazon. It is a great pan and although not quite ‘non-stick’ on arrival it does not take long for it to become so, if you follow recommendations etc.
Its a great little pan and as I cook on gas, find that once heated you just have the heat on such a low flame for good results it saves fuel bill as well!!
What more could I ask! Great Skillet, and a good buy, well for me anyhoo. Very pleased.
Extremely cute pan, excellent quality and the perfect size. This was exactly what I was looking for, to make individual portions for parties and everyday use. So great I’ve ordered more!
I used to have a cast iron frying pan but sadly it got damaged in shipping. I’ve tried all sorts of non-stick pans, including expensive ones, and none of them have measured up. So here I am, back with a cast iron pan and thrilled to bits with this one. It’s pre-seasoned, which saves time, the sides are nice and deep, so you can stir food about without it slopping over the edges and there’s a pouring lip. I hope this pan lasts, as I like it very much.
Another brilliant pan from Lodge. Already have the larger size and have now bought this one as well. Excellent quality, heats up and cooks just great. Think I might buy the square one as well and dump all my non-stick pans!!!!!
This pan is absolutely amazing. I have been looking for a good quality pan that can be used on the hob and in the oven. I have spent a fortune on expensive pans that just don’t live up to their promises. This one does it all!!! It is totally non stick, holds the heat evenly and couldn’t be easier to clean, all you need to do is run under a hot tap and brush with a nylon wash up brush. I couldn’t be happier with it.
