Luigi’s Sink and Drain Plunger for Bathrooms, Kitchens, Sinks, Baths and Showers. Small and Powerful, Commercial Style ‘Plumbers Plunger’ with Large Bellows

3 blue plunger and 1 is being used by a woman2 plungers blue colora plunger being useda solo image of the small blue plunger

LOOKS WEIRD BUT IT WORKS

This unique plunger uses water instead of air to blast away blockages. The accordion design creates powerful pressure with every thrust and a strong vacuum with every pull for 8x more force than a typical plunger.

BLASTS BEYOND THE U-BEND

Unlike traditional plungers, ours features a soft, flexible bellow that fits over all drains to dislodge debris beyond the U-bend of sink lines or blockages wedged deeply within waste lines.

REUSABLE, COST EFFECTIVE

This plunger is not only easy to use but can be used again and again thus making for a cost-effective option. Skip the call to the plumber, opt for our DIY solution, and get the job done at a fraction of the cost.

CLEAN WITHOUT TOUCHING

To clean without touching the plunger, simply spray with a cleaning agent and rinse with clean water to clear the chamber of residue. The small size of this plunger allows for compact, sanitary storage.

Can’t believe how good this little item is , far more effective than the old wooden handled ones with the black rubber sucker , ( the type they used when they made the first Daleks on Dr WHO ) .

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI dont know who Luigi is, but he has saved my marriage. Wife constantly moaning that bathroom sink is blocked (ironic that it pulled up her hair that was blocking the way). After trying my existing plunger, vinegar and baking soda, tools, various drain unblockers…..this has cleared the blockage and saved my ears from a constant whinge.

Top tip, conver the overflow to get a stronger suckage and soon enough it will unblock.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’d had a persistent issue with my kitchen sink overflowing very easily making running my washing machine a nightmare. I’d had two different plumbers over to take a look and the best they could do is fix it temporarily before it occured again.

After a fair amount of strenuous plumbing with this, covering up the overflow hole with duct tape, running water and just plunging the hell out of the sink, within half an hour or so I’d cleared the blockage and my sink was draining as normal again. Cannot reccomend this enough. For the paltry price, it’s a bargain and incredibly effective, even if you do have to put in a bit of elbow grease to fix the issue.

Much hyped but not expensive so bought one to see. Really does work on regular blockages and for the money, hard to see how you could do better.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI read both positive and negative reviews of this plunger and after ordering and using it for my bathroom sink, several of the ” best ” drain unblockers did one thing – nothing while this plunger after 6 plunges gave me a sink i could finally run the tap in and it drained perfectly.

    1) It is flimsy thats for sure.

    2) Do not use the force like you would with a traditional plunger, it does not take a lot of pressure for it to work, i think lot of peeps probs who broke them put way too much force on the plunger.

    3) Hope this helps.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersWe’ve been having an issue with our ensuite shower not draining. It’s so bad that last week I was in the shower for 10 minutes and inadvertently flooded the house (wiped out the electrics as I went too!)

Tried a few chemicals down there and they would improve it slightly but within a few days it would be clogged again.

Tried this, only took two pumps and the monster that came up to greet me resulted in my blood curdling scream waking up half the street. I did not expect it to be that good….. nor did I expect it to be that bad

This is single handedly the best and most frightening thing that has happen to me in 2023.

    I would definitely recommend.

Works better than the traditional style plungers. Except this one being platic instead of rubber it tends to slip. Also, a word of advice – cover up the overflow inlet or drain gunk is going to blast out of it all over you.

Somehow I managed to drop the fish tank gravel in the bath whilst cleaning them, gathered as much as I could but a LOT went down the drain, clogged up and not draining I ordered this hoping it may help but not holding out much hope. Arrived and I went straight to work couple of pumps and the stones shot out, clear drain!

Note to self: Do not wash gravel in the bath.

It is a basic go-to piece of kit every household needs to cope with inevitable everyday sink and drain blockages. Hair and/or soap blockage – no problem, this will do the job. Easy to clean. Not as easy to answer. It is not just a wipe clean and re-use job to get all the gunge fron the inside and outside of the plunger. It might need a bit of soaking and disinfecting to restore it to pristine condition for re-use or stink free storage, ready to go again.
It seems to be fairly durable, but I cannot swear as to how long the silicone rubber skirt will stand up under energetic usage – if it splits or cracks at any time, then its bye-bye to its effectiveness. Suction power is good, far better than I expected
Overall, happy with the purchase so far, much cheaper than calling a plumber!

It Works! Simple, effective, easy to use & no harmful chemicals going down the (shower) waste outlet; also easy to clean off after use – just rinse it, inside & out with the shower hand-set, prop up to air-dry then put it away – out of sight as it’s not the most aesthetically pleasing object to have on display; but IT WORKS! Well done, Luigi. Cheers, Arthur B

Bought this as our traditional plunger gave out. This looked a bit gimmicky, but it’s brilliant. Many times more powerful than the old, traditional plunger. Doddle to use, makes a tight seal. Clogs don’t stand a chance. Really good piece of kit. Unfortunately, everything in the house now flowing smoothly, so it’ll be a while until I need to use it again. 🙁

The plunger worked superbly. Make sure that your system is 100% airtight (ie if you have 2 sinks make sure the other one is sealed and don’t forget the overflow holes on top of the sinks) for a quick result.

Diameter may be a little large for some very small basin wastes. Still works, just a bit more pressure needed to keep the seal if a very small basin has a curved base. First rate plunger though! No more blocked waste pipes.

It unblocked the sink plug hole in a few minutes. Standard plastic moulded plunger with bellows – cleared blockage and water no longer builds up in sink – runs straight down plug hole. 9.99 from Amazon – should be half the price – for what it is. You can probably pick up something similar at a bargain shop for less. Easily cleaned in hot soapy water followed by beach or disinfectant and left to air dry. Ball on top of handle may be useful for people with stiff or weak hands.

    It works

We’d used all sorts of chemical cleansers etc to clear our kitchen sink but nothing had worked. I bought this but wasn’t convinced – I was wring! After reading the reviews, I filled the sink with a bit of water& popped this over the plug. Couple of plunges & the sink drained straight away. I would definitely recommend this little miracle worker!

  42. Anonymous says:

Other reviews commented that a few plunges with this bad boy was able to remove their blockages, but that wasn’t the case for me…

I had a drain that had a lot of gunk below the plug-hole. I could see it there, but no chemicals worked in getting rid of it. I thought this would do the trick, but after a few plunges, there blockage was still there. Perhaps that’s because the drain wasn’t completely blocked – there was a tiny hole through which water would drain.

I then threw some ‘muscular’ sink unblocker down, and during the hot water rinse, I did some plunging, but the gunk was still there.

After a poke with a skewer to release the gunk a little, a couple of plunges got rid of all the gunk.

So I’m not sure if it was the sink unblocker or the skewer, or a combination of all three, but this sink had never been unblocked before; however, after buying this product, I can see to the bottom of the U-bend.

As a result, this still gets 5 stars, as it helped me do what I couldn’t do before.

After reading a review of another plunger in which was suggested that this Luigi is better I took the plunge :], so the volume of air/water in this thing is much greater and after 2 go’s, me and the sink, draining board was covered in muck, dam effective, sink drains great now.

Purchased this plunger as I live in a flat and the drains block and back up quite bad and regularly ever since I moved in. The council hardly do anything about it and when they do sen some on it unblocks for a while then blocks back up. Decided to get this instead of always calling up. Worked a treat. No blockages for now and has been clear for a month! RECOMMEND!

Like a few others I ordered this as a last resort for a blocked kitchen sink. I had tried commercial liquid agents, and vinegar and baking soda. I’d removed all the U bends and cleaned them out, and spent 2-3 hours with a flexi rod trying move the blockage. I was on the point of giving up and calling a plumber when I thought I’d order this and give it one last try. Literally plunged twice and the blockage shifted! Maybe my 2-3 hours with a flexi-rod had helped? Also you have to create a closed system for this to work – my system had 2 openings, both of which I sealed/blocked first using whatever I had to hand! I’ve added some photos. Once I’d done this, this plunger worked a treat. I have their version of a toilet plunger too, and likewise that was really effective. Would definitely recommend!

    Surprised how well this worked!

Having struggled with slow-draining bathwater for literally years, trying to use cheap plungers that hurt your hands and never seemed to actually DO anything, finally along comes this and, after just the first try, the water’s going down straightaway without backing up as I shower. Trust me, this product works. It’s put an end to years of frustration and standing-in-5cms-of-water-in-the-shower misery. Highly recommend. Also super easy to use and doesn’t hurt your hand or require much force, if your manual dexterity or strength is an issue for you.

Annoyingly didn’t come with specific instructions to get best from it. Label around the collar had a web address that directed you to a fake website. But this seems to be a copy of a branded version, so looked at that for usage.

I was surprised that the recommended way to use this is to push down slowly then pull back quickly to create suction. I was expecting to use it to try to pump more water down the pipe. However the recommendation really worked well. The sink was working well again very quickly and with little effort.

One point to note is that you need to cover the overflow in the sink otherwise you just stuck air back from there.

You get what you pay for, has a lot more suction powers usual plunger. Filled up slow moving basin with enough water to cover mouth of plunger 1/4 way up and gave it a few good rapid bursts and out came some gunk my kids has thrown down there, if your liquid sink blocker hasn’t worked there something usually metalic, hard plastic other tough material that hasn’t dissolved in the corrosive solution, give this a go and you might just get it out.. or push it through, mines came back up, don’t forget to block the overflow hole in basin for best results. Highly recommend.

Bought this as the kitchen sink was draining slowly as was the bathroom sink and the bath (overhead shower). While I had sorted out the bath previously by getting old hair out (ugh ugh ugh) and now use a drain protector, I think various things like soap, conditioner and so on slow it down. I am reluctant to use the chemical drain cleaners because they all seem so vicious.
Several plunges later, all three drains work perfectly. I did notice the contents of the drains slightly blocking the outside drains so I know something had needed to be removed! Also be prepared for a temporary smell from the drains. It’s a good tip about blocking the overflow as well.

I was a bit skeptical but thought it was worth a try as our shower has been blocked on and off for ages. It’s AMAZING! Couldn’t be simpler and with the first plunge you feel the suction and up came a clod of the offending crap and it’s been great ever since. I have had trouble with my shower being slow to drain for sometime. My previous plunger made some difference, but the shower soon became slow to drain again.
Having previously bought the Luigi toilet unblocker and found that to be extremely effective I thought I’d try their sink and shower plunger.
The shower tray had nearly filled right up today, but 3 or 4 pumps with the Luigi plunger completely cured the problem. Judging by what came back into the shower tray initially it unblocked stuff that had been clogging it up for years but that soon drained and the shower now drains perfectly.
I thoroughly recommend this product – and their toilet unblocker – so much cheaper than calling in a plumber!

Ah the kitchen sink drain problem, the dreaded smelly slow drain which my wife claims she has nothing to do with, even though she keeps throwing all kinds of food rubbish there “accidentally”. The baking soda vinegar worked a little, I.e. improved the smell but didn’t help the drainage.

I saw this and bought this to have a go. Much cheaper than getting a plumber in. Plunged initially and all the water started coming out from the overflow with some smelly weird rubbish. It was horrible smelling stuff and blackish in colour. Anyway realised that while this is helpful, it is not doing the suction it needs to do. Once water coming out of the overflow became clear, I shoved in a cloth to completely block it and started plunging. After about 20-30 plunges, the water drains a lot better.

I repeat the process every 2-3 months and it keeps the drain going. I also repeat the baking soda vinegar thing at the same time. It still occasionally smells a bit but generally speaking, this works like a treat. Can highly recommend.

On the instruction tag attached to the plunger I was surprised to read that a ‘suction’ action was recommended rather than a ‘plunging’ action. I duly followed instructions and pressed down the plunger over the drain hole in a dry sink, then rapidly pulled up on the handle. The result was a large amount of ‘gunk’ was deposited into the basin which I was able to mop up and dispose of in the waste bin. I repeated this procedure several times. Result : very free flowing waste pipes and as an added bonus, the sluggish press down to close, press again to open drain plug suddenly has a new lease of life – works perfectly again.

Never thought that I would find myself writing a review on a sink plunger, but this one deserves a mention! I have spent many years fighting with sinks etc, trying to unblock them. I bought this, and was only half way towards the sink when it gave up the ghost and emptied. Well, maybe not, but the suction power is phenomenal! A couple of plunges and the job is done. I swear, at one point the Loch Ness monster popped it’s head out of the sink and said, ‘What happened there then?’ Well, once again, maybe not, but well worth the klebies. Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI swapped my shower tray 4 years ago with new pipe work and have been struggling recently with slow drainage and some blockages over the last few months or so. I have tried a rubber sink plunger, and enough chemicals that Saddam Hussain would be envious of and Tony Blair would be threating war over. Nothing seemed to work. After reading the reviews and thought that given the cost which is about the same as a small bottle of WMD / or unblocker, there was little to loose. As you can see I even left the label on as I was not expecting it to work.

I removed the drain top, hair trap and removable dip tube prior to using Luigi’s plunger. Filled the shower tray with clean water and stopped any water escaping by covering the hole with the plunger. I then allowed some water escape so that the plunger had something other than air to work with.
After only a few ups and down pumpings that even John Holmes and Ron Jeremy would be proud of, and causing enough suction to worry a Dyson Vac it has pulled the blockage back all the way through the trap, A huge clump of clean hair, not even damaged by chemical Ali !

WOW oh WOW. Why did I not save all the money wated on chemicals and buy this first off.

Highly recommended, it even reduces your chemical footprint.

Forget the rest - This its the best ! The greatest plunger in the world.

I had a sudden blockage from my shower drain a few days ago, with water backing up into my bath.

Not a nice experience & put it down to hair and soap scum causing it.

The blockage was along the waste pipe behind a tiled box section, and away from the trap etc.
So I, needed a quick solution.

I read reviews on best ways to tackle said issue, and this plunger was recommended by many.

I bought one, and tried it as soon as I got a chance, and within 3 plunges, the blockage was gone.

Simple, powerful and a usable bathroom again.

    Very pleased.

I only received the Luigi’s Sink
& Drain Plunger this afternoon. Wow what a great plunger this is! Nothing like the old type of plungers which were always pretty hard going to use. There is no effort involved with the Luigi’s Sink & Drain Plunger, just place it over bath (or kitchen sink) plughole & push down once or maybe twice & hey presto the water is flowing down the plug hole so fast now. I really wish I’d bought this a long time ago as my bath was taking over 10mins to empty but now only a couple of minutes if that!

At last… a solution to our slow draining and water logged bath!
We live in a hard water area and I have tried a whole shelf full of different products – all guaranteeing to clear blocked pipes – none of them have helped at all.
This little gizmo, however, has finally cleared the blockage in just a few minutes.
Although all plastic, it is a strong plunger and gets a decent suction built up.
After just a few plunges, there was a ‘whoosh’… and the water now drains away like a dream. It has also worked wonders on the shower.
It is such a simple design, but so effective.

I got this the day after I ordered, excellent!

Suction power is good, it made quick work of a particularly stubborn blocked bathroom sink. It looks cheap and flimsy but will hold up to rough handling. I broke my old rubber and wooden plunger with the same rough handling I used with this! If it breaks later down the line I’ll edit this review.

It’s easy to use, just push down fast a few times and it’ll clear a blocked sink. For a extremely stubborn blocked this may not work.

Very easy to clean, I just sprayed bleach on it then ran it under the hot tap – all done!

I have had using regular/normal plungers from the shops all my life, never thought they would make any big difference, afterall plungers are plungers all they do are to unblock the clogged sink. Boy was I wrong! After my plunger given up to my muscle strength, I surfed for one here and came across this with very high rating. It is a bit more expensive then the regular cheap one but after reading lots of reviews, I decided to give it a try.
It unclogged my sink within 5 mins which my normal plunger had not been able to till it passed away!
    Highly recommended!

This is an amazing product!. I had standing water in both the tub and the shower cubicle. A plumber qouted 300, and said it may cost more.
As a man (dispite the common belief of women), we never guve up and bought this. Worked like magic. Shower cubicle was done in a minute…..
Now, some advice- if you have the tub and the sink close to each other, once you use this the blockage will move towards the sink and when the sink tap is open the water will come out from the tub. So, after a couple of minutes, do the sink and the blockage will be pushed further and further and eventually go out through the pipe. So, good luck to all of you.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis has to be the best 10 I have ever spent. After suffering a problem with my bathroom sink emptying for many months and trying to unblock it with bleach, cheap plungers, drain unblocker, wire thingy me bobs that go round the wastepipe and bendy coat hangers I bought this product. read the instructions on how to use it and used it for 5 minutes yesterday. Hey presto sink now totally unblocked. I would definitely recommend this product. 10 out of 10. Brynn Welch — Stafford — UK.

    Amazing performance!

Water used to drain from my kitchen sink very quickly but over time it became quite sluggish despite using various chemical sink unblockers, which made very little difference.

A few strong up/down pump actions (while blocking the overflow hole) blasted whatever it was that other things couldn’t reach and once again, water roars down the plughole like a thing possessed.

“Effective” is too small a word to describe it.

Product is very powerful really, unbelievable how quickly I sorted out a bath tub drain that I have used a few other unblocker chemicals, the stick to collect stuff especially hair, and also always used a strainer, cleaned afterwards but still could not prevent the continuous blockage which had become worst before this. Just pumping once or twice with this, it was working very well, never seen it before draining this well since I moved here more than 1 year ago.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is plastic quality seems quite thin, flimsy compared to the price being the most expensive. I believe in a few uses very quickly it may tear or wear out. Other than that, for my biggest drainage problem, it worked like a magic effortlessly.

Over the years I have bought strong chemical drain unblockers when my bathroom sink got blocked. I had tried the bicarbonate of soda, vinegar and boiling water meathod with little impact before. The chemicals never really did the job either, no matter how strong they were and I’d always have to buy more. I felt very bad as I consider myself a person who cares about their enviromental impact.
I got this plunger as a last resort and it cleared the sink drain in about five plunges! Follow the advice on covering the overflow though – I didn’t get anything splashing out from it but I blocked it with a wad of toilet paper to help the vacuum. It was very satisfying to see immediate results!
I thought it might be too big as my sink’s plug hole is quite near the back of the sink and I wondered if there would be enough room for the plunger to make a seal but the plastic was flexible enough to make a seal on the curve.
I won’t be buying chemical drain unblockers again!!!

DIY has never been one of my strong points, therefore I took to the laptop to watched YouTube videos. This would give me insight and guide me on the best tool for the job and how-to unblock my bathroom sink. The Luigi’s Sink and Drain Plunger was being demonstrated on a number of channels and was given rave reviews by all of them. When viewing the videos, I thought; If it works that well I have nothing to lose from purchasing one. The plunger arrived sooner than expected which was a blessing in disguise. It was so easy to use, easy to clean and small enough to leave in a bathroom or kitchen cupboard, as a result I started work on the sink immediately. My first impressions of the plunger did not disappoint, the suction was great, and it was easy to compress. It effectively removed the gunk and hair that had been trapped in my sink for weeks. Within minutes the plunger had done its job (making me look like a real professional while saving money at the same time). I had tried drain blockage solutions and gas pumps, but nothing worked until this plunger came on the scene. I highly recommend this product; it is of premium quality, inexpensive and great value for money, working effortlessly on my drain issue.

I needed a replacement plunger after our old one mysteriously disappeared (it’ll turn up somewhere, no doubt!) and our shower drain started to back up. I had intended to buy a straight replacement, i.e. a red suction cup job, but noticed this strange-looking Luigi’s one when I was browsing. Looking at the design I could see that the claims of ‘suction performance’ were very probably true. And that was confirmed on first use. This particular shower has a history of stubborn blockages, but with a few plunges it was unblocked. You can feel the device is more effective, more powerful as you’re using it. Very pleased with it.

Great plunger. Helped to sort out our slow draining bathroom basin.
    Removed the drain pop-up.
Gave it ten or so pumps with this plunger, removing the dirt that it brought up each time.
Then poured 1/2 cup baking soda and 1/2 cup white vinegar down the drain.
Leave for 15 mins then rinse down with a kettle of boiling water. = sorted.
Basin now draining as good as new.

Went back an ordered the toilet version too. Better to have it ready and waiting for that dreaded day, rather than suffer!

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersPicture on listing has a line across the inside of the plunger base showing it as 5 inches across – the 5 inches is actually outside edge to outside edge. The useable area is 4 inches.

As the opening is only 4 inches – if you need it for anything bigger than 4 inches, I would order the larger size as this won’t make a seal on anything bigger than 4.

    For smaller areas than shown.

My bath had been draining very slowly over a period of time. I decided before calling a plumber to try this Luigi’s Plunger and am so glad I did. Delivery was next day with Prime. It looked flimsy when unpacked and to be honest I thought I had wasted my money. Wrong and I am happy to admit it. I put a small amount of water into the bath to cover the drain and applied the plunger, on the first attempt, an amount of hair was forced out of the overflow. Removing that and sealing the overflow with a sponge, I again applied the plunger to the drain, within a minute, it was obvious that the pressure had dropped as the blockage had been removed. I am glad to say that my bath now drains like it was brand new again and no more standing with water around my ankles when showering. This plunger works and does its job. It wont change your life, but it will clear any blockages you have in your bath or shower tray.

Kitchen sink was suddenly blocked and Buster’s kitchen drain unblocker didn’t make any difference, neither did Lakeland”s Kitchen Blocks Away, so we decided to try a plunger since there weren’t any obvious chemical options left based on reviews.

In less than 23 hours from ordering, the sink is now unblocked!!!

Duck taped over the overflow opening, put a plug in the second sink, filled up the main (small) sink with water to cover the base. It took 2 plunges – press down and pull up quickly as it says on the label.

We didn’t need to disconnect and plug dishwasher inlet, which would have been a hassle.

To clean, we just had to rinse it off and shake it a bit because of the bellows.

The boss told me to buy a plunger, as she was sick of the blocked drains in our sinks and bath. This arrived and straight away I knew it was powerful.
It literally pulled EVERYTHING out of the plug holes. You do need to cover the overflow bit of course, to make the airtight connection.
The boss nearly gagged as the smell was immense but, wow, clear drains and the water subsides from the bath as it’s meant to.
Buy this product if you need a plunger 🙂

Omg!!! I put this to use the second it arrived and what can I say… I am over the moon!! I could have saved myself a whole heap of ‘s on sink unblocker liquids, vinegar, baking soda etc had I just spent the money on this beauty!! My drains were not massively blocked but flow was pretty slow and getting worse… A couple of pumps with this bad boy, I felt the grub push out, got a bad stench for a minute… Ran hot water and its clean!! Pumped again to make sure and it’s just clear pipes now! Haven’t tested how it compacts down to store but I don’t care!! Great item!!

Very disappointed, I bought a well know and very expensive plug hole unblock liquid and added this item as additional at check out, just in case (after all, I’d been using a different plunger that was next to useless on my blocked drain) – I now wish I added it first. I did a quick try with this , ust to prove everything was clogged up, and it managed to pull a great clump of hair from the pipes and they drained again like new. Now I have bottles of unused unblock liquid because this product is so amazing and much, much cheaper. Silly me for thinking all plungers are the same – this one is amazing and plenty big enough to cover all plug holes in my house. It’s now part of my regular cleaning cycle.

After numerous attempts at trying to unblock my shower using home remedies and over the counter chemical ‘unblokers’ – which worked for a week or so, I decided to take a different approach. I found the Luigi’s small plunger online and thought I’d give it a go. Well, I have to say I am very impressed! Fantastic suction and after a few ‘plunges’ – and pumping out some not so pleasant gunge, that had clearly been blocking the shower, the water has never flowed so freely down the plug hole! The plunger is definitely a worthwhile purchase, you can use it on any plug hole, no need to spend a fortune anymore on chemical products. In a nutshell, am I happy with my purchase, YES. Would I recommend the plunger, most definitely.

When it arrived my boyfriend said there was no rubber and didnt think it would work. I said there were tonnes of good reviews! And after plunging for less than a minute we tried it and it worked like a charm. I’m not dreading the next drain block now! Thanks!

My wife tried everything else, all the products to Shes the blockage but nothing worked, bought this product as the reviews were good. Took a couple of minutes to work the best technique out and within 3 minutes both my sinks were unblocked and running perfectly. There was a little bit of old hardened dirt that came out of the overflow and took the steps to cover it up from other reviews, it’s weird as it doesn’t feel like your doing much, but then it’s cleared the blockage Would totally recommend

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMy kitchen sink tends to get easily blocked due to the washing machine being connected to this drain and the thin piping system of my house. I had occasionally unwound and deep cleaned the pipes and have been trying all types of chemicals, but it was a matter of weeks before I had a blockage again.

Not anymore! With this plunger it took me seconds to fully unblock the system. After a couple of uses it seems like the whole pipe system is healthier now as it hasn’t gotten blocked again for more than a year. Just make sure you use it in a flooded sink and with all air holes blocked, otherwise there will be no effect.

There’s nothing to dislike about this plunger. Saved me getting a plumber in to unblock the bathroom sink. Tried a couple of good brand solution sink unblockers with no success. Directions said if this fails call a plumber. Ordered this plunger on next day delivery and unblocked the sink within a couple of plunges. Did the bath and the kitchen sink where it brought up my grand daughter’s paintbrush and part of a bird feeder. Absolutely brilliant.

Kitchen sink is “a bowl and a half” I have learnt. The bowl had been emptying more and more slowly
over the last few weeks. I emptied the unit underneath and took apart and cleaned the first u-bend.
Slight dirt and muck but not enough to stop sink emptying. Sent for the plunger ( I was in the middle
of another job when it arrived but I thought it would only take a couple of minutes to see what it could do)
I pushed it down and pulled it up 3 times in quick succession and could really feel it had power. I then found
the floor soaking wet and found the suction was so strong it had pulled the inner cover from the “half bowl”
waste pipe. Only took an hour to get everything out of the unit, dry, clean and replace.
So, yes it works : yes, its strong – be careful.

My shower starts to slow drain due to hair and (mostly) a build up of shampoo and conditioner. I’ve been using a certain MM product but it’s expensive and, more importantly, not great for the environment.

I’ve only tried this plunger once, but it did the trick. Initially I had the plunger tight to the shower tray and moved the handle up and down. Then realised it works better if you lift it up, let air go into it, then plunge it down – thereby forcing air and water in with more force.

This method of releasing contact and jabbing it up and down soon made some black slime pop up and quickly cleared the blockage. Can’t argue with that.

Shaving gel and hair clog our sink on a regular basis. I use baking soda and vinegar but the result is only temporary, so I end up using strong bleach based solutions. They do they job but they are not cheap at 3-4 per bottle, they are dangerous for the environment and the blockage comes back anyway…
I was looking for an alternative and decided to buy a plunger instead. Having tried a traditional one in the past at my mum’s, I opted for what seemed like an update. I am glad I did. I blocked the sink overflow as instructed and pumped a couple of time. Blockage gone, no chemicals used and it was easy to rinse and have ready to use again.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI’d tried bleach and bicarbonate with vinegar to try to clear a blocked loo which hadn’t worked when I saw this plunger for sale and
after reading the positive reviews thought it was worth a go. It took several plunges and using hot water but eventually the loo emptied after flushing. It is still not clearing quickly after each flush but I think this is partly due to the design of the toilet and the low flow flush not have it enough ‘oomph’ to clear things. It is certainly vastly better and the loo is usable again. I shall continue to use the plunger every couple of days in the hope the blockage will eventually completely clear. Certainly worth the money spent.

For a week we tried white vinegar and bicarbonate soda to unblock a very clogged bath (took minutes to drain away). Literally had this plunger turn up with next day delivery, 2 pumps and the bath was fully unplugged. So impressed I went round all the drainage points in the house and carried on pumping away like a mad man. The design is ingenious and literally takes no effort unlike the old styled plungers. So impressed I have told many people at work about this product and all for 7.99. No chemicals, no tears. Just pump and the clog is gone.

Very interested in what other products these people sell as the build quality is solid and very well finished. This is literally the best most exciting thing I have bought in months for under a tenner. I literally await for reports of a clogging in our home so I can use this bad boy again.

This is perfect and cleared my sink in 30 seconds. Easy to use as you can use your other hand to cover up and keep covered the overflow, which is hard to do with the tubular pump.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was concerned, based on the mixed reviews, that it wouldnt work , but needed something that could be delivered quickly to unblock a sink . Surprised at how effective it was. Not sure it would work for major blockages but for a sink that has only recently started to drain slowly it was great. 2 or 3 quick pumps with the plunger & the water was draining quickly again. Job done (I did do a bit of googling to find out best way to use a plunger beforehand – use a damp cloth to plug up the overflow before placing the plunger over the plughole & then fill the sink with a shallow bit of water before actually starting to plunge).
