I bought this stand for my laptop to livestream my fitness classes from the hall. It’s absolutely perfect for what I need. The height is easily adjustable and it’s super easy to put together. I’ve not used the phone but as I don’t need it but can imagine it would be useful on conference calls

    Just what I needed

Haven’t used this on a professional capacity but collecting a few items for onsite use with my wedding photography or when I acquire a studio.
The build quality is superb, using heavy gauge steel for the legs and platform, it won’t break anytime soon and could see it lasting for years, even with heavy usage.
My main usage will be for a laptop or a small form factor PC (Which I haven’t got yet) or perhaps a projector to showcase to clients. It can also double up as a table if needed or reading platform as the platform is adjustable at angles.
It extends to a fairly high height and if not taken to the extreme, it stays very sturdy, especially with the wide thick legs holding it down, ideal for a projector.
The price is great considering it’s definitely a pro product.

This is much higher quality than I thought it would be! It’s got some serious weight to it which gives you confidence that you’re dealing with a high quality item. Assembly is quite simple, and only needs to happen once! The stand folds inwards and becomes easy to store, and then just as easily opens outwards again for use.

If you’re not wanting to mount your projector to your ceiling for whatever reason, then a stand is the perfect alternative. This stand has wheels on it so it’s easy to move around. It also has locking nuts at various points across itself, so you get plenty of variability in terms of positioning and angles etc. It also means that you can find the perfect orientation for your projector and then just leave it like that!

I personally have my projector sat on this and then left in a closet. Whenever I need to use it, I simply wheel it out, plug it in, and it’s ready to go!

Overall, I think this is a great projector stand that has loads of customisation. Would highly recommend!

Right from the opening of the box, this is an impressive piece of equipment.

Weighing over 20kg, it is much sturdier and better built than I’d expected. All of the parts fit together well, and assembly is easy. It provides a solid, height- and tilt-adjustable platform for positioning and aligning a projector. The included castors are good quality and allow the unit to be moved easily. unlike some others, I though that the instructions were pretty good.

Very pleased indeed with this. Highly recommended.

This is a very good and high quality stand. It us quite lightweight considering how it looks. Love the fact that it has wheels , which makes it easy to be moved around. The projector can be kept in place by 2 elastic bands so it will not move. It can hold the biggest projectors as the tray is very big( i put both of my projectors) Overall this is a good product but it is big. Make sure that you read the description and understand how big this is .

Good quality but this is huge!

This was easy to set up and looks good. I was very disappointed by the cheap ‘foam’ which was given to protect the stand itself, and there is a random appliance which is not included on the ‘instructions’ such as they are. We didn’t have a clue what to do with that but otherwise we are happy with this for our office.

A bit random, but it does the job

Could be a little more sturdy but otherwise good and easy to assemble. despite omissions from manual (attach mouse tray by turning it upside down and slotting in downwards)

Great laptop projector floor stand very durable and sturdy & holds a good amount of weight. This also comes with a mouse pallet and phone holder which is very convenient and handy! You can also extend the height of this to your preference, adjusting to make it smaller or bigger! I have put my iPad on this stand, next to my bed but you can use it for numerous of things! Overall, I’m quite happy with this and would recommend. Very sturdy and reliable

This is a very strong project stand with enough accessories to build it up. Easy to put together and for tall people’ use too. The down side which isn’t that bad in the projector stand being bulky in size.

Although this is only 49.99 (at the time of writing), it’s a well built piece of kit for laptops and – presumably – projectors.

It’s light weight belies its sturdy construction, once put together it is more than capable of holding a decent amount of weight and is perfectly useable either in the office for presentations etc or at home. 90% of the construction is simple, but working out how to connect the mouse holder is a bit of a faff.

The height of the stand is highly adjustable but I can’t really foresee any circumstances when the maximum height (82″) is likely to be needed.

Due to the lack of weight and small size when folded up, this is very easy to transport and carry from place to place.

If you can’t afford a “proper” podium or if you’re a peripatetic presenter, this little contraption is well worth the outlay. Highly recommended.

I have this LUXBURG laptop/ projector stand with mouse pallet and phone holder in black with adjustable height from 110 to 210 cm.

It arrived boxed with user guide and accessories to include elastic straps, sponge mat and screw driver.

It required quick and simple assembly on arrival.

It feels light, well made, sturdy and durable. I found it very stable.
It has wheels, so it is very easy and effortless to move around.

I will mostly use it for my projector, but it is very universal stand.
This stand arrived with elastic bands, so I was able to secure projector to the stand, so I could tilt the stand.

    All adjustments works fine.

I didn’t find anything to dislike or improve.

Very solid stand, perfect for my needs, so I would happily recommend it.

Wow…this projector stand is massive. I really hadn’t appreciated the size unril it arrived.

This extends to something between 6.5 and 7 foot tall. It’s a really sturdy tripod, made from quite heavy duty poles. The top pole has a safety pin that you pop through it to ensure a sturdy grip.

The top deck arrives folded in half, so required folding out and bolting to the bracket. To help, there’s a screwdriver tool included.

I have t figured out what the extra mini tray is for, or how you .ount it.

The pegs of the tripod have wheels on, which can be locked I to position.

This is big enough to hold even the largest of projectors. If anything, mine will be lost on it. For perspective, I’ve taken a photo with my 1:10 RC car on the top.

Overall, this will come in really handy with our projector. We 0lan to play movies out.in the garden when the weather is better.

Massive, solid and sturdy. Perfect for projectors to be held securely

This is very sturdy, and the tripod legs slide up and down quite easily to get the correct height. The wheels lock with just a press of the lock, and its pretty intuitive to get together, except for the mousepad, which defeated me entirely. I still cannot see how it locks onto the main stand, although I see another review tells me it is possible. It has two holes (for screws??) but there are no holes on the main stand, so sorry, completely stumped. This is a serious piece of kit for presentations and such-like and I can recommend it, its reasonably light, not heavy at all, and if you catch at the point of balance, really easy to carry. The instructions are not very clear, but as I said at the start, its pretty intuitive—- except for the mouse pad —

    LUXBURG Laptop Projector Floor Stand
    =============================
This item surprised me as I was expecting a run of the mill item. The base is actually very sturdy and has a reassuring weight, but still easy to move (on laminate and tile, on carpet this struggled). Lots of clamp screws at various points to tighten it. The projector tray looks flimsy, but when attached is actually not bad. The pivot the tray sits on moves in one direction to get the tray from almost vertical down to horizontal, so you get a good range of motion, but only along one axis – if the floor isn’t straight etc, you can’t tilt the tray the other way to straighten it, you would need to either use the projectors adjustment feet or use wedges to straighten. The guards around the wheels are quite heavily scratched, but workable, but the rest of the stand only has very minor scuffs and scratches, hardly noticeable. I almost threw the sponge away – it also was a bit worse for wear and I initially mistook it for packaging, but it’s actually the sponge that goes in the projector tray!
I felt this was let down by some very vague instructions. I wanted to use this with keyboard and mouse, and while you get the phone stand and can use the tray for the keyboard unfortunately there are no extra screws or instructions for the mouse tray. It doesn’t even clip on. The mouse tray has two holes, but I’m guessing the adapter to hold it to the keyboard is missing? I suppose I could use a keyboard mouse combo, an all in one , but then that’s something else I would need to get. So I thought well ok, until I get a keyboard mouse combo at least I can use it as a projector – I had got the taller of the two.
The minimum height on the tall one is 110cm – and you have to push the legs out, so it does take space on the floor. In hindsight I would have been better off with the shorter one, which is slightly higher than desk height at its lowest height.
The tripod moves easily to quite a tall height and screws tight – there is also a locking pin, in addition to the screw that locks the pole at different heights. There are only a couple of positions you can use it though, so it seems a little pointless, but I guess you could drill your own holes if you wanted to use the locking pin in more heights.
Also this is probably really obvious but it escaped me until I noticed my error – if you’re hoping to use your laptop as a source and don’t have a long cable to the projector, you’re going to have to try and work out how and where you are going to place the laptop – especially if the tripod has the projector set high or in an awkward location.

Almost perfect projector/laptop stand, check the size you really need before ordering though

This is a brilliant piece of kit. I have used it as a platform for a projector connected, by cable, to my PC, although it could also be used to support a laptop computer, or a tablet etc. Great for giving lectures and/or demonstrations, commercial presentations, home movies, etc. The height is adjustable between a minimum of 30 inches (76cm) and a maximum of 60 inches (153cm), which is the perfect range of heights for projection, either sitting down or standing up. Having a dedicated stand to take the projector makes life so much easier. Up until now I had been balancing the projector on tables with blocks of wood to get the right height no more now it is all so effortless and precise. Made of alloy steel, the stand shouldn’t corrode or deteriorate over time.

The quality of the manufacture is high class. The tripod stand is strong and the tubes slide easily in or out to make an adjustment, which is locked by touch-friendly wing nuts. This is professional quality instrument and resembles the quality of the best camera tripods available on the market. It is sturdy and stable, as well as being wobble-free, without the weight being excessively heavy. Very impressive.

Fitting it all together was quite straight-forward, although the photos in the instruction leaflet were not in sufficiently perfect focus to see clearly how it was precisely done. However, together with the photos on the web page, you can soon work out how it all goes together. One thing you may find difficult to decipher is that the flexible rod and mobile phone holder are made to slot into any one of the four corners of the main tray, and are tightened by a supplied deluxe wing nut. The kit comes with two trays to support the projector etc, you fit the larger one, and ignore the smaller one, which the manufacturer says is a mouse tray. There simply is no means to fit this mouse tray to the tripod or main tray, and you will be puzzled about it until you realize it is a mistake by the manufacturer it is useless and doesn’t fit anywhere ! Don’t worry you don’t need it. There are three caster wheels supplied, lockable, which are optional to fit. If you want the projector stand to move and glide about, then fit the wheels, if you want stability and more rigidity, then do not fit them. There is a lot of flexibility about this tripod stand.

Last thoughts if you are a sculptor, you could use this as a studio tripod-stand for modelling clay, it is sturdy enough, but probably less suitable for carving stone and wood. Quite versatile. The price is about right for this quality of equipment.

I’m really pleased with this product as I now have a proper platform to place my projector on which allows me to appropriately adjust the height, tilt and general placement.

What I immediately noticed when unboxing everything was the build quality of the main tripod; in all honestly I was expecting the quality to be just average or “good enough to do the job”, but actually the whole unit feels very robust and rigid.

The set-up process for the tripod and laptop/projector plate was easy to follow thanks to the clear instructions that came included, this made it a very quick and simple process. Unfortunately the same couldn’t be said about the mouse plate and the flexi-arm for a smartphone which didn’t have instructions; it required a bit playing around but eventually I figured it out (the mouse plate latches onto the side of the main plate and for the flexi-arm, you just have to undo the wing-nut and poke it through one of the holes on the main plate, then secure it via the wing-nut) hopefully that will help anyone scratching their head in confusion.

The legs on the tripod feature wheels to help manoeuvring it around and can be secured in place with the brake latches. The centre column is easily adjusted and tightened but also has a safety pin for additional support. Then you have the laptop/projector plate which can be tilted if need be, with two fabric elastic bands to help secure the projector.

Overall, this is a good product and would highly recommend.

This is far bigger and sturdier than I imagined when I ordered it. Fairly straightforward to set up, but I’ve marked it down a star as the instructions feel vague. As a result, I’ve no idea how to add the mouse tray, not that I need it.
The steel stand looks very stable and durable, which is essential for me as I’ll be using it to hold a projector during gigs.

    Very sturdy stand

My projector has been sitting on a shelf we installed on a wall in the bedroom and pretty much sits there and does nothing as It’s far too awkward and tricky to get all the cables in and set it up in that position. This floor stand is dedicated to projectors and can also cater for phones.

This has made our lives a lot easier, As we can now set up the projector within minutes at a comfortable height, With no straining involved. I ordered the larger height to make sure the projector has good coverage.

I could not find any negatives with this stand, As it has all i need and was a breeze to set up.

This lap top stand surprised me by just how well made it is. Quite heavy, but sturdy and solid it holds my lap top without wobble and any undue movement. It has a good range of adjustments and is quick and easy to assemble. The advertising says you have to assemble the wheels, mine came with the wheels already fitted, all I had to do was fix the lap top plate with 4 screws and the job was done. It comes with a black metal tray which is for a mouse but for me this was redundant, and a gooseneck phone holder which I couldn’t figure out how it could be useful and so disregarded it. it is supplied with a flimsy “mat” for the laptop stand but mine was torn and again not a lot of use. It is the same stuff often used for packing.
In conclusion it does what it claims well and is worth the money for a very well made piece of equipment, the phone holder and mouse tray were of little or no use and the mat was packing material cut to shape, you could make one yourself. The instructions we not very good as is often the case these days but it is so simple they were not really needed. An extremely well made laptop stand.
