Fantastic piece of equipment and, if you like black, substantially cheaper on Amazon. Currently making all sorts of healthy green smoothies. The accompanying recipe book is ok but is mainly for fruit smoothies and ice cream.
Blends everything I need it to. Looks great in the kitchen. Very nice build quality. Recipe book is a nice touch.

Simply excellent. Recommend this blender. I bought the mill attachment too (mill has to be bought direct from Magimix).
Although it can blitz frozen veg I leave out the likes of frozen broccoli the night before and add it to the blender in the morning. This is not to say the blender can’t blitz it (it can), but after paying over 100 for a blender I think it’s best to mind it.
Also with Smoothies just make sure you add enough water to get the mix just right. It’s such a big jug I generally add one glass of water/orange juice/ apple juice or one glass of your preference and throw everything in on top.
If you are extremely busy but conscious of trying to get your five plus a day into your diet buy this blender. Some days I just don’t have time to cook a full dinner so I have a fruit and veg smoothie every morning to make sure I get all the nutrients I require.
Cleaning is so easy and I really can’t fault this product. Don’t waste your money (like I have done ) on 400-600w blenders and buy one that will last .
Really good one. We use twice everyday for cooking healthy cocktail. Including book which is very helpful and full of really useful recipes, now is my kitchen table book 🙂 Very recommend!
Extremely easy to clean and maintain. Soups, Smoothies come out perfect. I bought this instead of the nutribullet as it’s 2 x more powerful motor and I love the glass jar. It’s a solid jar which I don’t find difficult to use but it is heavy. I struggle with picking up heavy things but have no issue with this. Good design.
We use this blender for smoothies, making pesto, making curry pastes and so on, and it works well enough. The only downside (and you may not consider it so) is it’s hard to get all of the paste out from under the blades after blending.

Had this quite a few months now – and use it nearly every day. It makes fantastic smoothies, is very easy to clean. All the soups I’ve made in it taste delicious – they are so smooth. Well worth the money – as very sturdy and so easy to use.
Having purchased this many months ago I can testify that it’s a quality product. It gets used up to several times a day for vegetable and fruit smoothies as well as soups. I love it’s simplicity and ease of use. A choice of settings (including ice / smoothie / soups) allow you to just press start and let it do its thing for a minute or so. Cleaning is simple: usually a bit of washing up liquid, half fill with water and set the blender on for 30 secs, then rinse out. For a thorough clean periodically unscrew the base of the jug to better access the blades and the large rubber ring washer. The jug is thick glass, so with a full load is a good weight. Although I can’t think of any real negatives, I was initially hesitant before purchasing this due to its price. In the past I’d bought blenders in the 20 – 40 price range, but they never lasted. When searching on Amazon for a better quality blender at higher cost, they often had mixed reviews … and then I stumbled on this one. It was twice what I originally set out to pay, but I went for it and very glad I did.
I bought this blender 2 years ago and I love it. It is expensive but it is so much better than bog standard 40 blenders that it is easily worth the extra money. It will make short work of all fruits and vegetables and is very easy to take apart to clean. If you want a quality blender that will last then this is a great option!
I didn’t expect it to be so easy to use and have so many functions. It is very powerful indeed. I am looking forward to blending a soup when I return to work. This is going to make my life so much easier and less stressful when it comes to making healthy and nutritional meals and smoothies. It is so worth the money, so if you’re doubting it then trust me, just buy it! I’m kicking myself for having waited so long. One other thing that I was pleasantly surprised about was the hard back book you receive that contains the instructions and a whole load of recipes including those for smoothies, cocktails, ice creams, desserts and soups. I’m so glad my sister introduced me to Magimix and the world of smoothies 🙂

i have given this blender x5 stars because it is so simple to use and easy to clean.no fuss and from recieving this blender from the start it has been used constantly.great for soups and smoothies.have yet to try the cocktails.i would reccomend it to anyone who is doutfull as to whether its just another gadget.the magimix le blender is just great.

Excellent, just does everything, smoothie and soups. The heavy duty glass jugs makes the whole unit look classy. There is nothing to not like about this blender and so cheaper than those vita something blenders that are around 450 plus. This blender does exactly the same as the viat something blenders
Very sturdy and impressed with the different programs and flexibility of the speeds. Much better than my previous blender which had 2 fixed speeds and a pulse function. Easy to clean and handles very hot liquids without fuss.
Husband loves it. I got this for my husband to make his vegan drinks and he is very pleased with it. Would recommend.

I really like the product. However the little cup is missing which is one of the main reasons why I had bought it in the first place. I find it useful for making soups and smoothies. It’s just a disappointment when there are parts missing to it.
What do you need from a blender? It must be powerful yet not too industrial and bulky if you have a smallish kitchen; easy to clean; sturdy; eye-pleasing (OK I know it’s *just* a blender, but if it’s sitting on your work surface, it should be more oil painting than oil slick). The Magimix 11610 is all those. Recommended.
+The strong motor makes it versatile together with the programs; you can easily crush ice.
-You need the accessory to properly grind seeds. Will not grind those in a kiwi.
-Noisy but not the loudest of machines.
Top quality blender. Real feel of sturdy solid build. Easy to clean and maintain. Not sure about how quiet it is but in comparison to cheaper products it is less noisy.
May seem expensive but if you are a daily user for blending foods I highly recommend this model. Powerful motor and automatic settings allow one touch usage, which I love. I use it for blitzing fruits, vegetables and nuts for smoothies and for soups too.
The jug is large, fairly heavy and can be cumbersome to wash. If you have poor strength in forearms or wrists I would recommend you consider this may be a problem.
Really pleased with this blender – I was thinking of getting Vitamix but decided it was out of my price range and I did not like that it only came with a plastic jug. This blender had a thick glass jug which was a plus and is very powerful and surprisingly quiet. I made a green smoothie and some berry sorbet with this on the day it arrived, and they were both great!
Good quality, does not take up too much room on kitchen top blends well used for blending hot soup only problem was the top cover or spatula it spat out on pulse so had to cover with cloth.
A quality machine. I have deducted 1 star because older people may find the glass jar very heavy, even when empty.
It has four standard speed settings and four very effective auto settings (predetermined variable speeds programs) for ice, smoothies, desserts and soups. The jug is rectancular which, albeit quite heavy due to its really solid design, is easy to pour from while remaining easy to clean. I guess I could dismantle it and put it in the dishwasher, but actually, directly after use it is really easy just to half fill with warm or hot water, a drop or two of washing up liquid and then blend for 30 seconds or so for a sparkling result that just needs to be rinsed and drained.
I have had cheaper blenders in the past, but this Magimix is worth every penny. It looks and feels like a quality product and works perfectly with everything I have used it for (smoothies, cocktails, sauces, soup).
This product is definitely worth spending the extra money on.
GREAT PIECE OF KIT. WAS IN TWO MINDS OF WHAT TO GET FOR A GOOD SMOOTHIE MAKER, A DEDICATED ONE OR THE MAGIMIX THAT COMPLETES A VARIETY OF TASKS. SO GLAD I GOT THIS AS I THINK IT IS GREAT. MY CHILD KNOWS NO DIFFERENCE WITH SOME OATS BLENDED INTO HER SMOOTHIE. IT CRUSHES ICE WITH EASE AND SO I ALSO USE THE BLENDER TO MAKE SMOOTHIE FROM A MIXTURE OF FROZEN AND FRESH FRUIT. IT COMPLETES THIS WITH EASE. SOUPS HAVE NEVER BEEN SO GOOD. I HAVE NOT YET TRIED THERE VERSION OF FROZEN DESERT… THIS WILL COME IN TIME!

Nifty little blender, not too loud and looks very good on our countertop. Blends smoothie very easily but struggles slightly with frozen fruit and smaller quantities of denser foods (e.g hummus, guacamole, etc). Definitely a great addition to any kitchen!
Great machine, a motor that makes the most demanding tasks easy. The recipe ideas, however, should be seriously reviewed or left out altogether.
Very strong blender that can be used as a juicer thanks to the very sharp blades and high wattage. More expensive then the usual but worth the extra pounds. You get what you pay for.
Solid piece of kit. Looks like it will last for years, as long as the motor is sound. Good design and features. Easy to clean. Reminds me of the Kenwood liquidiser we had at home when I was a kid, which lasted a good 30 years.

Perfect, sturdy & it’s pulverised everything we’ve put in it, had this over a month and it’s been used usually 3 times a day. One thing we quite like is milk frozen in ice cubes mixed with cocoa, sugar, banana and ice – awesome.
It even does frozen spinach chunks.
I absolutely love this blender. Only used it for smoothies so far. Real smooth creamy smoothies and I mainly use frozen fruit.

just love this blender, the best I have ever had, it is robust and a lovely design on the kitchen worksurface. have only used the soup setting so far and it is excellent for that.
We needed a good blender for our youth cafe as other ones had not been up to the task. Despite the considerable extra cost it was totally worth it, this is a great blender and I hope will last us a long time. It produces great smoothies with no hassle and is very easy to use and clean.
I have had several 20-30 blenders and only wish that I had got one of this standard sooner.
Wanting to increase my fruit and veg intake, I decided to drink a daily smoothie of both fruits and vegetables. This blends them beautifully, including some of the firmer varieties that I wouldn’t have considered putting in my cheap blenders of the past. It is very easy to wash compared to them also, as it has no nooks in the lid or anywhere else where smoothie debris can hide.
In ten minutes, I can prepare and create a healthy smoothie (plus more for later/tomorrow) and wash the blender. Even a kitchenphobe like me can manage ten minutes! Comes with a hardback book which offers suggestions and tips on how to blend different recipes (ice cream, soup, all sorts). Had it a month now and very happy. Hope it lasts a long time.
Far better than a Vitamix! The glass and the general look and feel make this a joy to use every day.
I’ve had a few cheap blenders that have served me fine but after the last one broke due to a frozen banana I decided to go for something a bit sturdier that would last me longer. I did some research and was swayed into buying this one because of the positive reviews. I haven’t been disappointed, it’s been brilliant. I make mainly smoothies in it but I’m looking forward to branching out into desserts and soups as well. I can see it’s going to last me a lot longer than my other blenders. I’m very happy with it :-).

My family and myself are on a healthkick making smoothies and juicing.
It is a brilliant blender – havent used all the functions yet but use it at least twice daily to make smoothies and juices. My 12 year old can use it to make his smoothies, it is easy to clean, crushes ice perfectly and makes the best smoothies ever!
It also looks fantastic on the work surface
I have been searching for a good blender for months! Bought Philips, Bosch etc. and other brands and they were always not good. Due to the fact I make smoothies every day and crush ice – most of the other blenders didn’t last longer than 2-3 months. I have this one for long and not that is so powerful, but easy to use. Amazing and easy to use, easy to clean. THE BEST blender ever!!!
I had an Oscar Neo, yes good at extracting the juice but what a fuss. Cut the fruit to size, have to mix soft fruit or it squelches up and clogs, slow process and lots of good nutrients left to throw away. Then it is an absolute pain to wash.
So I thought I would try the Magimix. After a few tries with the correct amount of water to add it is a treat. So quick and automatic. No waste with a fruit smoothie except for orange peel and cleaning is a doodle. At around the price of the Neo it is a good buy.

Couldn’t imagine a better one. It blends green veg carrots and all fruit. Don’t pay more. It’s excellent. Jug is a little heavy but I don’t mind that!
Is it possible to actually LOVE a kitchen item? I think I do love this magimix blender! It does everything it says it will, plus exciting features like specific settings for smoothies, soups etc. So much fun – the children are almost getting smoothie overloaded..
The motor is quiet and powerful. Worth the money? Definitely.
Great blender! I use it a lot for smoothies and sauces. I originally wanted a Vitamix but couldn’t quite afford the cost, so decided to go for this Magimix. It’s still quite expensive but is worth it if you’re going to use it often.
his is an excellent blender. I use it a lot for smoothies and soups, and it has been amazing. So easy to clean and very robust.
We tried cheaper ones. They failed making smoothies. This one is noisy as you would expect but does a great job. It has electronic speed control and also adjusts the speed depending on the mode, it also changes speed during use I guess to help mixing the stuff that gets thrown to the top.

i was surprised of the quality of this little blender , i had just sent back a previous unit of another much more expensive brand ( enpee ) due to a fault and bad customer service , so i was panicking because i didnt want to go a day without my green smoothie , i was sending back my faulty unit on the wednesday , ordered this unit on the day before tuesday , enpee went back wednesday , magimix came thursday , and away i went , half the price of my enpee , and half the size , but packs a little punch , easy to use quieter and does just the same job , im so glad of the previous comments on this product as this really helped me to buy it in the first place , so go ahead anybody looking for a great little machine for all your needs at half the price of these big brand units , this is for you , yay go magimix, i love it xxxxxxxxxxx.

Did what it said on the box. Bought to replace another blender which did do ice very well. This works great.
I got sort of fed up with the usual basic blender that burns out really easily so bought something with some real horse power! So this thing has horses and it pulses and has different settings, ideal for doing a nice fresh pesto.

After constantly being let down by 60-70 blenders I decided that it might be worth paying a bit more for a better one.
I did want a Vitamix but that was out of my range and then I came across this blender and I am so glad that I did.
I use it 1-2 times daily and it hasn’t let me down.
It is so easy to clean too. The jug part comes apart for better cleaning as well so it would be easy to replace parts rather than have to buy a new blender.
I rarely even need to fill over half way up the jug and I get more than a pint’s worth in smoothie.

My primary use-cases are making green smoothies with rock-hard frozen veggies and huge chunks of fresh ones.
The gravity-safety of the very heavy jar works very well. Super sturdy. Never complains under heavy load.

I did choke at the price but having read the reviews, took the plunge. It is absolutely brilliant. Really sturdy and built to last. My soup was pulverised in a few seconds and there were no lumpy bits, I did not have to shake the blender to get it to mix and the jug can hold a large amount of liquid. Despite the price I love it and if you like soup, smoothies and a blender that will last, this is the one.
