My last Magimix lasted 28 years they are brilliant reliable machines.
Neat machine. Ideal for small jobs ie soup or baking
Great quality but had to return as way to heavy.
This is a blessing and I’m so glad I got it in the Black Friday sale. I’m using it every day and it’s perfect if you are on your own or as a couple. V quiet but so powerful I love it.
I’ve owned a Magimix 4200 for about 15 years but just wanted a smaller food processor for my weekday flat which has a tiny kitchen and no storage to speak of.
This does everything the larger version does, just on a smaller scale and is perfect for producing meals for one person.
Happy to stick with Magimix quality and am expecting this to keep going as long as my other one has!
I love this Magimix Mini Plus. I find I use the big bowl the most & hardly ever use the small one but for 2 people it is plenty big enough. If you have a large family then you may need a larger capacity or use this & just empty it more often. The grey central spindle & top of the Stainless Steel blade mean they don’t stain like Magimix’s old White ones. It is so simple to use & quiet. Everything you would expect from the quality of Magimix. I have the Brushed Steel model that doesn’t show finger marks. I wouldn’t be without it. So easy to clean.
The carrot cake mixer is lovely and makes the best carrot cakes I have made. Enough for 12 very generous muffins – so enough for us 3.
AS it is small, some bits need to be chopped up a bit first. Onion for example, if the peices are too big you end up with lumps. Similarly if you overfill, then some bits are missed chopping.
We have a large Magimix as well, but this has virtually replaced it, as we rarely need to make much bigger than this does.
Egg whisk is great and slicing/grating discs also useful.

I am writing to comment that “satin steel” colour is actually just plastic as I presume the other ones are. As it is a more expensive choice I presumed it would be metal and am slightly disappointed. Not enough to return it as I think it looks OK but perhaps will save someone else the disappointment if they are deliberating.
Secondly, the product I received had clearly been opened previously although I doubt it was used. The base of the machine had a lot of fingerprints and other marks on it, thankfully no damage I could find. Worryingly a sticker seems to have been removed from the bottom but I can’t figure out what it would have been.
The fingerprints cleaned off easily enough as I was not wanting to return it and just pass this issue on to someone else. The sticker is more of a worry and I will write to Amazon (and Magimix if necessary) to confirm the warranty status etc.
Slightly disappointing experience overall, obviously would have to go and see the product in person at a physical store to find out about the case material, however Amazon should inspect returned items a little more thoroughly perhaps as it was also offputting that the machine had clearly been out and handled by someone.
The main limitation is size. Sometimes I have to use it two or three times in the same preparation and in the end mixing everything up. But It is relatively small and does not take up as much space as the next model. Easy to clean.
We’re a couple and it’s more than big enough, it handles larger quantity food prep and it is very easy to work in batches.
The blendermix attachment is my favourite. I love making mango lassi with this – the blades and motor make easy work of ice

Cleaning isn’t too much effort although a bottle brush would have been good as an included accessory.
